After a year that has seen Kate Middleton battle cancer and complete chemotherapy, the Princess of Wales has been looking towards faith in order to find inner peace.
Royal biographer Robert Hardman wrote in the updated version of his book, Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story, that Middleton has been turning to religion in recent months, with family friends backing up the claims.
“The Princess, on the other hand, is said to have become rather more interested in questions of faith as a result of her condition,” Hardman wrote in the book. Meanwhile, a church-going friend of the royal family told the biographer, “‘I would say that things are more hopeful there,’” which the writer noted as “further subtle indications of the different outlooks and generational styles of the King and his elder son.”
Middleton’s condition reportedly hasn’t inspired Prince William to seek comfort in religion, though. A source told Hardman that William is “a modern young man” that “gets embarrassed by certain aspects of ceremonial and religion.”
The biographer added that the “Prince’s position, say those in a position to know, is that, when the time comes, he will observe all his constitutional obligations to the Church of England. He will not, however, suddenly become a regular worshipper or feign an enthusiasm for something that he does not feel personally, however bleak the situation.”
Middleton revealed that she completed her chemotherapy treatment in September; the princess, though she has made a few public appearances over the past few months, noted in her cancer update video that “doing what I can to stay cancer free is now my focus. Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes. I am however looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can.”
King Charles has reportedly severed financial ties with his younger brother, Prince Andrew. In an updated version of the book Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story, author Robert Hardman claims that the King instructed the Keeper of the Privy Purse to remove the Duke of York’s £1 million annual allowance and to stop paying for his private security, per an excerpt published by The Daily Mail.
A source added that Andrew is “no longer a financial burden on the King.”

Hardman writes that the prince must now pay for the protection of historical art and furniture from the Royal Collection and several antiques he owns after he reportedly did not accept a proposal from the King to relocate from the Royal Lodge in Windsor to the “considerably smaller property” of Frogmore Cottage (the residence is now vacant after Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, were asked to move out in 2023).
“The Duke had certainly been faring better than expected since his brother succeeded to the throne,” Hardman wrote in his book. “He continued to enjoy access to Windsor facilities and a living allowance which, according to a well-sourced newspaper article, amounted to £1 million annually.”
He continued, “The cost of the private security contract to guard the property, which sits outside that Windsor cordon, was running at what one insider called ‘a substantial seven-figure sum annually.’ In August it was widely reported (and not disputed) that the King was no longer prepared to renew that contract beyond the autumn of 2024.”

Hardman added that if the Duke of York continued to reside at the Royal Lodge and rejected Charles’s offer to move to Frogmore Cottage, he was told that his brother “would feel no obligation to continue paying even his day-to-day living allowance.”
“In the late summer of this year, that patience ran out,” Hardman wrote. “The Duke informed the monarch that, regardless of any ultimatum, he was going to stay put at Royal Lodge anyway. At which point, the Keeper of the Privy Purse (the monarchy’s finance director) was instructed to sever his living allowance.”
Prince Andrew initially lost his publicly-funded police protection in 2022 after stepping away from royal duties. The move was prompted by a disastrous interview about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, which aired three years prior. At the time, the late Queen Elizabeth also stripped her son of his military titles and patronages.
Meghan Markle FURIOUS Over Doria Ragland SNUBBED from Moms of the Year List: Here’s Why!
Meghan Markle is reportedly enraged that her mother, Doria Ragland, was overlooked for the annual Moms of the Year list, a prestigious recognition celebrating exceptional mothers. Sources close to Meghan indicate that she feels Doria’s unwavering support and dedication as a mother should have earned her a place on this esteemed list, especially given the challenges they have faced as a family.
Doria has played a crucial role in Meghan’s life, providing emotional support throughout her journey in the royal family and beyond. From her difficult transition to royal life to navigating intense media scrutiny, Doria has always been a steadfast presence for Meghan and her family. Meghan’s frustration stems from a belief that Doria’s contributions to her upbringing and her resilience as a single mother deserve acknowledgment.
The snub has sparked discussions about the criteria used to determine who gets recognized on such lists. Many argue that the selection process often favors high-profile figures, overshadowing the hard work and sacrifices of mothers who may not be in the public eye but are equally deserving. Meghan’s anger reflects a broader concern among mothers everywhere about recognition and validation, especially for those who work tirelessly behind the scenes.
Moreover, the omission has raised questions about how society values different kinds of motherhood. Doria, who has faced her own share of challenges, including the complexities of her daughter’s royal life and the public’s relentless scrutiny, embodies the strength and resilience many mothers demonstrate daily. Meghan’s desire to advocate for her mother speaks volumes about the importance of family bonds and the role of mothers in shaping our lives.
The fallout from this incident has the potential to affect Meghan’s public image as she continues to advocate for various causes. Critics may view her anger as disproportionate, but supporters see it as a powerful statement about family loyalty and the importance of recognizing all mothers, regardless of their public status.
As Meghan continues to navigate her life in the spotlight, this incident serves as a reminder of the personal challenges she faces as a mother, daughter, and public figure. The story highlights the need for society to acknowledge the diverse experiences of motherhood, ensuring that all mothers, like Doria, receive the recognition they deserve.
During a recent visit to the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Prince William and Princess Catherine brought joy and warmth, especially when Prince William made a playful remark about the possibility of a fourth child. This light-hearted moment occurred after Catherine was photographed tenderly holding a newborn, sparking discussions and speculation among royal fans about whether the couple might expand their family. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge already have three children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—but William’s cheeky comment reignited curiosity.
Catherine’s visit to the hospital’s maternity ward was particularly moving. She was photographed cradling a six-week premature newborn, highlighting her genuine maternal instincts and compassion for families facing the challenges of premature births. The photos captured her smiling tenderly at the infant, which resonated with many who admire her deep empathy for families and children, a quality she has consistently shown throughout her royal duties.
For Catherine, this visit held extra significance as it marked her return to public life following her completion of preventive chemotherapy treatments. After announcing that she had successfully finished her treatments, she has been praised for her bravery and resilience. Her hospital visit not only underscored her dedication to royal duties but also demonstrated her connection to the people she meets, especially parents and families.
Catherine has long been committed to championing early childhood development, making this hospital visit particularly meaningful. Her interaction with new mothers and babies highlighted her ongoing focus on maternal and child health, blending her personal experience as a mother with her public role. These moments, where she interacts directly with families, emphasize her relatability and endear her further to the public.
While Prince William’s playful comment about a potential fourth child may have been in jest, it fueled speculation about the possibility. Royal insiders have noted that Catherine has expressed a desire for four children, though William has previously felt content with three. However, given Catherine’s love for children, there is always a possibility she could sway her husband.
This heartwarming hospital visit was a testament to Catherine’s growing role in the royal family, especially as she re-emerges into public life following months of medical treatment. Her decision to undergo preventive chemotherapy was met with widespread admiration, and now, with her treatments behind her, she is embracing her royal responsibilities with renewed energy. Her ability to connect personally with families and her compassionate presence continues to inspire those she meets, showcasing her strength both as a royal and as a mother.
As royal fans speculate about the couple’s future, Catherine’s focus remains on her vital work, particularly her advocacy for early childhood development, maternal health, and family well-being. Her presence at the hospital was a reminder of her ongoing commitment to these important issues, and her lasting impact on the people she meets ensures that her contributions will continue to inspire for years to come. Whether or not baby number four is on the horizon, Catherine’s role in the royal family and society is more essential than ever.
Princess Catherine’s Heartfelt Speech and Her Courageous Battle Against Cancer: A Symbol of Hope and Resilience
In a moment that will be etched in the hearts of the British public, Princess Catherine recently made a brave and emotional return to the public eye, revealing her private battle against cancer. Standing tall beside her husband, Prince William, the Princess of Wales spoke candidly about her fight, marking the end of months of silence and sparking an outpouring of support and admiration from people across the globe.
For years, Princess Catherine has embodied grace, elegance, and quiet strength—a beacon of compassion and duty within the royal family. However, her recent journey has shown the world a deeper layer of resilience and courage. Having faced months of intensive chemotherapy, she returned with a new purpose, committed to spreading awareness and encouraging early detection of cancer. Her speech was not just a revelation of her own struggle, but a call to arms, a rallying cry for those fighting their own battles and for those who support them.
Throughout her treatment, Catherine maintained a low profile, retreating to Anmer Hall, the royal family’s country home in Norfolk. It was there, away from the public gaze, that she found solace and strength in the simple moments of motherhood—quiet evenings with her three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis. While she was absent from royal engagements, her children’s love and laughter kept her spirits afloat, providing her with the hope she needed to continue her fight.
In her first public appearance since the beginning of her treatment, Catherine’s voice trembled with raw honesty as she admitted to the world, “There were moments I wasn’t sure I would make it through.” It was a rare moment of vulnerability from a royal figure often seen as a paragon of poise. Her candidness resonated with millions of people who have faced similar struggles, and her story offered them a sense of solidarity and understanding. She acknowledged the fear that had gripped her heart, not so much for herself, but for the thought of missing out on her children’s most formative years.
Catherine shared a particularly touching memory with the audience, describing how young Charlotte made her a bracelet with the word “Hope” on it. She wore it to every chemotherapy session, a symbol of the faith that carried her through her darkest hours. This small gesture from her daughter represented the powerful bond of love that sustained her when she felt at her weakest. Her speech illustrated the importance of family in the face of hardship, a sentiment that resonated deeply with those listening.
As she addressed the public, the Princess of Wales looked stronger than ever, dressed elegantly and smiling with a warmth that seemed to radiate strength and resilience. Her appearance was not just a return to royal duties but a declaration of triumph over adversity. She expressed her gratitude to those who had supported her throughout her journey, stating, “To everyone who has supported me, to those who have sent messages of love and encouragement, I cannot thank you enough. You were my light in the darkest times.”
The depth of Catherine’s words and her renewed focus on raising awareness have turned her into more than just a royal figure—she has become a symbol of courage for many. Her willingness to share her struggle and use her experience to help others demonstrates her commitment to using her platform for good. In her speech, she passionately emphasized the importance of early detection and the need for greater support for cancer patients, stating, “I want to use my experience to help others. No one should have to face this fight alone.”
Prince William stood by her side throughout her recovery, showing unwavering support in public and private. The couple’s unity and resilience during this challenging period have strengthened not only their bond but also the royal family’s image as a source of hope and inspiration. In recent months, William and Catherine have been focusing their charitable efforts on healthcare, mental health, and cancer prevention, aiming to make a lasting impact on the causes that matter most to them.
Looking forward, Catherine is expected to keep a light schedule of public engagements in the coming months, with most events centered around her early years’ initiative—a cause close to her heart. Additionally, she hopes to attend Remembrance Sunday alongside her family if her health permits. Her plans also include taking a leading role in her annual Christmas Carol service, another demonstration of her desire to give back and continue her work despite the challenges she has faced.
Princess Catherine’s speech and her courageous journey have left a profound impact on the public, inspiring hope and resilience in the face of adversity. Her battle has humanized her in a way that few royal moments ever have, connecting her deeply with people from all walks of life who have faced similar challenges. Her strength in sharing her story and her determination to help others show that even in the most difficult times, the human spirit can shine brighter than ever.
As she continues to recover and resume her royal duties, Princess Catherine stands as a symbol of grace under pressure, a beacon of hope for cancer survivors, and a source of strength for her family and the nation. Through her heartfelt words and actions, she has redefined what it means to be a royal in the modern era—more than a figure of elegance and tradition, she is a warrior, a mother, and an advocate for those who need her voice the most.
Meghan Markle’s potential return to the UK appears increasingly unlikely, disappointing fans who had hoped to see her alongside Prince Harry at an event marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in London.
Since their departure from the Royal Family in 2020, Meghan has made few trips back to the UK. One memorable occasion was for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee in June 2022. However, during this visit, she and Harry faced a chilly reception, reportedly encountering booing from crowds as they left St Paul’s Cathedral after a national service of thanksgiving. The absence of Meghan during Harry’s subsequent visit for King Charles’ coronation in May 2023 added to the ongoing speculation. According to American news presenter Megyn Kelly, Meghan’s decision not to accompany Harry may have been influenced by concerns about facing public scrutiny and potential backlash once more.
Following their eviction from Frogmore Cottage, a property gifted to them by the Queen, Harry and Meghan no longer have a home in the UK. This eviction, served by King Charles in January of the previous year, led to the couple returning the keys in June 2023 and relocating their belongings to their new residence in California.
Reports suggest that any future stays at royal residences would necessitate a private agreement with the King, underscoring the complexities of Harry and Meghan’s relationship with the UK and the Royal Family.
Meghan didn’t join the Prince on his last trip to England on May 8th for the Invictus Games, which Harry holds very dear. Instead she went to Nigeria on an official trip, something that angered the Royal Family very much.
Well the Duchess will maybe even go to England, but not on official visits, not as a Royal, she doesn’t want to add any value to that family. SHE IS DONE WITH THE UK.

In the midst of financial woes, Meghan Markle struggles to raise Archie and Lilibet
Meghan Markle, known as the Duchess of Sussex, is currently facing a multitude of challenges in raising her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
These difficulties stem from financial troubles, exacerbated by her recent lack of Hollywood projects following the loss of a lucrative $20 million Spotify deal earlier this year, alongside Netflix canceling her animated series, Pearl.
The Duchess’s financial strains are taking a toll on her well-being, as reported by In Touch Weekly. The ongoing financial strain has left Meghan feeling overwhelmed, struggling to maintain her family’s accustomed lavish lifestyle while also tending to the needs of her children.
Concerns about Meghan’s health have been raised, with a nutrition expert noting her alarming weight loss, indicating potential neglect of self-care amidst mounting stress. An insider has echoed these concerns, suggesting that Meghan is “cracking under the pressure” of relentless public scrutiny and financial worries.
The Duchess’s predicament is exacerbated by the constant need to navigate financial challenges, with bills accumulating and the pressure to sustain the lifestyle expected of her and Prince Harry.
Balancing her time between her children and managing these financial burdens has become increasingly challenging, leaving Meghan feeling overwhelmed and stretched thin.
Psychotherapist Stacey Kaiser has observed the significant weight loss experienced by Meghan, interpreting it as a manifestation of underlying stress, depression, and exhaustion.
These factors collectively paint a picture of Meghan Markle grappling with the complexities of parenthood amidst financial turmoil, navigating a delicate balance between her family’s well-being and the relentless demands of public life.
Royal children are in such a unique position. They want for nothing — whether it’s nice clothing and toys, a first-rate education, gobs of money — but they also lose a lot of their childhood by virture of being in the public eye. Who among us had to practice waving to hordes of photographers or was expected to represent a centuries-old institution when we were under the age of 6? Fortunately, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids aren’t alone in their strange world. The Cambridge siblings can share the royal child burden with one another.
Right now they may not totally understand their world or how they fit into the monarchy (although George certainly might, as future king), but they do know they have to be there for one another. They’re already so close and caring. From playtime fun to doing charity work together, George, Charlotte, and Louis are the sweetest siblings around.
Family Playtime
The Cambridges are quite an active family, as this video shows them exploring the beach, running in the woods, hiking, roasting marshmallows, and more. It’s the first time we’ve really gotten to see them all interact with one another outside of formal royal events, and catch a glimpse of their more casual side. It’s like getting to see a real day in their lives.
Red Carpet Royals
Little Louis got to wear pants to this special occasion, instead of the traditional shorts for young British boys. He and his siblings attended a Christmas pantomime performance together in December 2020, and it was crazy to see how old they are all getting. They’re growing up right before our eyes!
Louis’ First Trooping
Splash News
The kids all wore matching blue for Louis’ first Trooping the Colour. He seemed to have a great time at the event, waving to people and looking at all the parade displays. George and Charlotte were seasoned pros at Troopings by this point, having already attended several, but it seems like the kind of thing that would never get boring.
All the Grandkids
This isn’t just a sweet sibling moment, it’s a sweet cousin moment. All the royal grandkids posed with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip at Balmoral in 2018. But perhaps the best thing about this photo is Charlotte holding little brother Louis’ hand. We can tell already that they’re going to be so close as they grow up.
Family Christmas Card
Instead of taking the photo for the family’s 2020 Christmas card, Kate hopped in front of the camera with the rest of the Cambridges. It’s always nice to see the whole group together like this, and in casual clothes too. Louis is the real star of the show here, with his big, joyful smile. What a little scene stealer — we love it!
Say Cheese
You can tell that the kids must have been eating something moments before this picture was snapped by Kate, because they’re all smiling like their mouths are full. Perhaps they had a backyard barbecue or something, and their mom just couldn’t resist taking what would become their 2019 Christmas card (and capturing the adorable moment for posterity).
Question Time
Last fall, the kids each got a chance to ask famed natural historian David Attenborough a question about wildlife. It was so cute to hear them all speak. George asked what animal David thought could be extinct next, Charlotte queried him about spiders (apparently she’s obsessed with them), and little Louis asked, “What amimal do you like?” So precious.
Wrestling Dad
The Cambridges posted this photo for William’s birthday last year. It shows him in true dad mode, wrestling with his kiddos in the yard. We can practically hear the giggles through the screen; they look like they’re having so much fun. We just know that William is the best father.
Giving Back
Although the Cambridge siblings are usually having a lot of fun together, they also do serious work together too. Last year, George and Charlotte teamed up with William to deliver food to those in need. They’re already training to be future working royals, and like William and Harry, they get to do it side by side.
Cutest Clappers
George, Charlotte, and Louis came together to clap for essential workers early last year when things were starting to get bad in the UK and the world. George and Charlotte were crushing it as always, and Louis put up a mighty effort to clap along. We love how he kept looking at his brother and sister to make sure he was doing it right. Yes, yes you were, Louis.
Royal dynamics have long been a subject of fascination and speculation, with recent comments from royal author Ingrid Seward shedding light on the complexities within the House of Windsor. Seward’s remarks suggest that Meghan Markle harbored envy towards Princess Kate due to Prince Harry’s adoration for her. Furthermore, revelations indicate Meghan’s unrealized aspirations of becoming a princess and residing in Windsor Castle.
Ingrid Seward’s insights into Meghan Markle’s sentiments towards Princess Kate unveil a narrative of envy within royal circles. Seward suggests that Meghan may have felt overshadowed by Prince Harry’s admiration for Kate, potentially leading to feelings of inadequacy or rivalry
She told the Telegraph Prince Harry and Princess Kate shared a close bond before meeting former Suits actress Meghan.
The writer told the publication: “Psychologically I think he just adored her and he was always there, at Kensington Palace…
Unrealized Fairy Tale Dreams
Meghan Markle’s entry into the royal family was accompanied by widespread fascination and anticipation of a modern fairy tale. However, according to Seward’s revelations, Meghan’s expectations of becoming a princess and residing in Windsor Castle may have been far from reality. This disparity between fantasy and actuality raises questions about Meghan’s experiences and perceptions within the royal institution.
Navigating Royal Expectations
The complexities of royal life often entail navigating intricate expectations and responsibilities. Meghan Markle’s journey as a member of the royal family was met with intense scrutiny and speculation, with her experiences highlighting the challenges of reconciling personal aspirations with the demands of royal duty.
“I think Meghan must have been incredibly envious and then jealous of Kate. I heard Meghan actually thought she was going to be a princess and live in Windsor Castle.”
Impact on Royal Dynamics
The revelations surrounding Meghan’s alleged envy towards Princess Kate and her unrealized fairy tale dreams provide insight into the dynamics within the House of Windsor. Such sentiments, if true, may have contributed to tensions or strains within the royal family, underscoring the complexities of navigating relationships and expectations on the global stage.
A source claimed that George also “wasn’t keen on wearing tights and becoming a subject of ribaldry at school”, with the King allowing the Pages to wear trousers instead. “I imagine it will be all or nothing – in other words, all three will go away to school, or none of them.
Being part of one of the most famous families in the world certainly has its perks, but it could also have its drawbacks too. Prince George may be a young 11-year-old boy, but he’s also got a major responsibility ahead of him: being second in line to the British throne. Despite his monumental future, his parents decided to keep their son’s future from him and wanted him to have as normal as possible of an upbringing.
While the royals live a very public life, they have problems similar to anyone else’s. For the Wales family, one of those issues has been about their children’s future, and most recently, where George will attend school. I find it fascinating because the Princess is spending so much of her life talking about giving children a better start in life. As part of that, she and her advisers are discussing reducing inequality. Therefore, the choice of school for their oldest son and future king will tell us a lot about William and Catherine. They have always said they want to give their children a normal childhood, but if that’s the case, would they send them to a boarding school like Eton?
You remember when George was chosen to be a Page of Honor for King Charles’s coronation in May 2023? It was no doubt a huge honor for the then 9-year-old. However, the prince wanted one ancient royal tradition to be changed for the ceremony, which the king granted him, and it was to do with the outfits worn by the pages. He did not want to wear the white knee breaches, as he reportedly feared being teased at Lambrook, the school in Berkshire that he attends with his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. A source claimed that George also wasn’t keen on wearing tights and becoming a subject of rivalry at school. With the King allowing the pages to wear trousers instead, I imagine it will be all or nothing. In other words, all three will go to one school, or none of them.
I will be cheering loudly if they decide to keep their children close and nurture them through their adolescence as they’ve nurtured them through their young years. Because of his own experiences, it was evident that King Charles would not send his children to Gordonstoun, therefore William and the future king were able to stay in London, where he attended Eton College. Susan Cameron, the then headmistress of the school, said Catherine was unsettled and not particularly happy there. Even then, some claimed that the princess was simply too sensitive. Catherine may have felt like a fish out of water or unhappily not in the right place, Cameron added.
Certainly, I have no knowledge of any serious bullying at all, but there’s what everyone calls bullying, and then there’s actual real miserable bullying where someone has a dreadful time—that certainly didn’t happen. Yes, there would be teasing; it’s all part of the normal competition of growing up and establishing a pecking order. Girls are clicky by nature, and they can be rather cruel. If you’re attractive, too, that can be seen as rather a threat, and those who are slightly weaker or haven’t shown their strengths yet are the ones likely to end up being picked on or teased. I think it’s fair to say that she was unsettled and not particularly happy.
Maybe in Catherine’s case, she just kind of went quiet and didn’t say anything, the former headmistress continued. Later, she wouldn’t be the woman she is today. Ultimately, Miss Middleton ended up leaving and moving to another school, Marlborough College, with a tuition of £12,000 per year. This became her new home in 1996, and the then-future princess thrived there. This was also where she met her first boyfriend. Upon returning from the summer break when she was 16, it appeared that many things had changed for the princess. She had impressed many by being great at hockey and cross-country running. According to her former classmate Gemma Williamson, every boy in the school fancied her as she’d become an absolute beauty. Her former teacher, Denise Alfred, said that a significant change in her appearance was due to the childhood braces she had lost. Pippa was a tomboy, but Catherine had lost her braces and was looking stunning. She was apparently top for the fit list, which boys would sometimes pin on walls. Her confidence grew.
