“I feel bad for Mike,” one fan said. Boxing legend Mike Tyson spoke candidly about one of the most tragic moments in his life.

A vulnerable Mike Tyson once stopped an interview and told reporter to leave after becoming emotionally overwhelmed

An emotionally vulnerable Mike Tyson once stopped an interview and asked the reporter to leave after opening up about the tragic death of his daughter.

Tyson, widely regarded as one of the best heavyweights of all time, was in Las Vegas in 2009 at the time of the incident involving his four-year-old daughter, Exodus.

According to reports at the time, Exodus had caught her neck in a treadmill cord at her home in Phoenix and was later found unconscious by her then-seven-year-old brother, Miguel Leon Tyson.

Tyson’s daughter was taken to the hospital and had been on life support due to her injury, but Exodus unfortunately passed away a day after the incident.

Opening up on the death of his daughter, the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’ was emotionally overwhelmed and revealed his mindset at the time of Exodus’ tragic accident.

“This is my best thinking at the time. Get my gun, automatic, just like this and go crazy,” Tyson said.

When asked who he was going to hurt, Tyson continued: “Regardless, that’s just my first thought. But when I went to the hospital, the people that were there… they’re up there because their kids are dead, too. Or about to die.

“So, who the hell am I thinking about dying, too? I don’t know. Something happened that day. I don’t know what happened that day.”

When he was asked if a “new Mike Tyson” came after that day, an emotional Tyson opened up about using cocaine “for a week” and how he “couldn’t handle it at all.”

Boxing legend Tyson, 56, then proceeded to end the interview after his heartfelt admission and asked the reporter to leave.

“Can we appreciate the fact that the interviewer apologised for bringing it up and told Mike that it’s OK to cry,” one fan said.

Another boxing fan added: “I feel bad for Mike. He’s been through a lot and he’s come a long way.”

While another wrote: “Mike has my respect in every way imaginable. He is always real and true and you can tell he is a very caring person who feels emotions immensely. I can’t help but cry every time I see this.”

One fan commented: “This made me cry, wow, you can feel the power of emotion in his voice. I hope he truly eventually finds peace about this.”

And somebody else posted: “Man, to see the champ like this hurts. Shows how human he truly is.”

Innocence or Intimidation: Decoding the Menacing Vibe of Mike Tyson at 13 and Dwayne Johnson at 15

Dwayne Johnson is very keen on his health. We often see the megastar working out for hours at the gym to look in a crisp shape. However, back in high school, people were afraid of him as he looked older.

Similarly, boxing legend Mike Tyson was already the most feared boxer at a young age. Iron Mike made his professional boxing debut at 18 years old.

Mike Tyson or Dwayne Johnson, who looked more fearsome as a youngster?

The Iron Mike and The Rock both looked like adults before even reaching the age of 18 years old. Both the legends have claimed about people having misread them often and were afraid to talk to them as they looked older than their age.

Some time back, a Reddit user shared a picture of Mike Tyson when he was 13- years old. The picture is during the time Tyson was in high school and was training to become a talented boxer.

Mike Tyson Was the Reason Behind Dwayne Johnson's Boxing Dream Getting Cut Short, 'The Rock' Makes an Unexpected Confession to Joe Rogan - EssentiallySports

Mike Tyson looked like a fearsome boxer at the age of 13 years old. No wonder he was named Kid Dynamite when he started his professional boxing career at the age of 18-years old.

Similarly, a few years back, Dwayne Johnson also shared his picture from high school on Instagram. Everybody has seen a teenage picture of Johnson where he looks like an adult person.

The caption said, “#flashbackfriday to that special time when I was a 15yr old punk kid, 6’4, barely 200lbs, creepy mustache and forced to leave Hawaii to live in Nashville, TN – where I just enrolled in a new high school – and EVERYONE (students and teachers) treated me like I had the plague and stayed away because they were all convinced I was an undercover cop👮🏽‍♀️ True story.”

What made mike Tyson so intimidating? - Quora

“I had a WILD and unbelievable life and journey as a kid and teenager. Kickin’ puberty’s a** from day 1.#PornstacheJohnson #YoureUnderArrest,” The Rock added further.

Dwayne Johnson was over 6 feet in height and everyone, including the teachers, assumed him to be an undercover cop. However, Johnson never liked people thinking like this, but looking back, this is one of the memory he cherishes.

After looking at both the picture it seems people misread both during their teenage years. Tyson and Johnson both had similar teenage years. However, Tyson was 13 years old; nobody would have dared to mess with him when he was 13 years old, as he had hands of iron since a young age.

Lewis Hamilton tops practice to raise hopes of taking F1 fight to Max Verstappen

Lewis Hamilton raised hope of taking the fight to Red Bull’s Max Verstappen at this weekend’s Bahrain Grand Prix after finishing fastest in practice.

The seven-time world champion led a Mercedes one-two under the lights of the Sakhir Circuit, with Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso third and the Ferrari of Carlos Sainz fourth.

World champion Verstappen finished sixth, nearly half-a-second back for Red Bull.

Verstappen had been regarded as the heavy favourite heading into Saturday’s curtain raiser in the Gulf kingdom.

But the Dutch driver bemoaned the handling of his machine in the first running and then failed to match the speed of the Mercedes drivers later in the day.

The Silver Arrows went under the radar at last week’s test in Bahrain, but they were quietly optimistic heading into Friday’s running – and the second session belonged to the team that once dominated the sport.

Hamilton, who has not won a race for two years, was back at the top of the order as the seven-time world champion enjoyed a two-tenth margin to team-mate George Russell, with Alonso 0.286 seconds off the pace.

Red Bull’s preparations for the new season have been overshadowed by claims of “inappropriate behaviour” made against its team principal Christian Horner.

The 50-year-old was cleared to remain in his role on Wednesday following an investigation by the racing team’s parent company GmbH.

But the world champions were surprisingly off the pace in both sessions here. With Verstappen appearing to be in trouble, team-mate Sergio Perez was only ninth in the order.

“Everything is s***,” yelled Verstappen over the radio during the first session. “Like miles off.”

Earlier in the day, Daniel Ricciardo finished fastest.

The Australian – driving for the newly rebranded RB team – saw off Lando Norris by just 0.032secs, with Oscar Piastri third in the other McLaren.

Ricciardo was dropped by McLaren at the end of 2022, but he was handed a lifeline by Red Bull’s junior team midway through last season. He finished 11th in the day’s concluding running.

Lewis Hamilton shocked to finish fastest on `crazy Thursday´ in Bahrain

Lewis Hamilton admitted he was shocked to finish fastest in practice for Saturday’s Formula One curtain raiser in Bahrain.

The seven-time world champion has not won a race for more than two years, but he led a surprise Mercedes one-two under the lights of the Sakhir Circuit on Thursday night.

Hamilton finished two tenths clear of team-mate George Russell, with Aston Martin’s Fernando Alonso third.

On yet another explosive off-track day for Red Bull, Max Verstappen bemoaned the handling of his machine. He finished sixth.

The Silver Arrows went under the radar at last week’s test in the Gulf kingdom, but they were quietly optimistic heading into Thursday’s running – and the second session belonged to the team that once dominated the sport.

“This has been a crazy Thursday,” said Hamilton, 39. “I don’t understand it, and it is a shock to see us where we are, but we will take it for now.

“We cannot get ahead of ourselves. We need to keep our head down and keep working on the setup.

“But I am much happier with the car. I have a better feel of it approaching the corners, and there are other areas that have been fixed and improved.

“It feels like a race car and the last two cars didn’t feel like that. It is a really good platform to work from. We have to keep our heads down and keep on chasing.”

Hamilton is gearing up for his final season with Mercedes after he elected to terminate his £100million deal 12 months early to join Ferrari in 2025.

Mercedes have carried Hamilton to six of his record-equalling seven titles. But last year marked a second straight season without a victory for the British driver – a losing streak which now stands at 45 races – and Mercedes’ first winless campaign in a dozen years.

However, Hamilton, in his radically revised car – after the design concept which failed so spectacularly for the past two seasons was abandoned – will take faith from an encouraging day.

But Hamilton expects Verstappen, who has raced to the past three world championships, will still be the one to beat.

“I think we are going to be in the mix,” added Hamilton. “We are there or thereabouts with Ferrari and maybe Aston Martin and McLaren.

“It is going to be close, but if Max is out in front he will drive off as he has done for the past couple of years.”

Verstappen had been regarded as the heavy favourite heading into Saturday’s curtain-raiser in the Gulf kingdom.

But he struggled in the first running and then failed to match the speed of the Mercedes cars later in the day.

“Everything is s***,” yelled Verstappen over the radio. “Like miles off.”

However, the 26-year-old remained confident he would be in a strong position for the 57-lap Grand Prix.

“It is very close and maybe some people around us have turned up the engine in terms of top speed,” he said.

“I’m not too worried about the gap to first, for example. It is going to be close in qualifying. I was happier about the long run for the race.”

REVEALED: Lewis Hamilton’s £40m-a-year salary makes him the second-best paid driver in Formula One and Lando Norris earns almost four times his McLaren’s team-mate… but who is the highest earner in the paddock?

The Formula One season is yet to begin in its earnest, but Max Verstappen is already clear of his rivals. At least when it comes to his annual salary, anyway.

The Dutchman has won the last three world titles and will start the season in Bahrain this weekend aiming to become only the fourth driver in history to win four consecutive drivers’ titles.

Unsurprisingly, Verstappen also tops the list of earners in Formula One.

According to figures published by Racing News 365, the 26-year-old is the best-paid driver in the paddock to the tune of £45million-a-year.

That is over four times the amount his teammate Sergio Perez earns in a year, with the Mexican taking home just over £11m a season from Red Bull.

As it’s often been the case on the track, Verstappen’s closest challenger is Lewis Hamilton, whose contract with Mercedes is worth £40m.

As revealed by Mail Sport last month, the Briton is set to earn approximately the same amount at Ferrari once he completes his shock move to the Scuderia next season.

That figure would put the seven-time world champion comfortably clear of his soon-to-be-teammate Charles Leclerc, who currently earns £27m-a-season at Maranello.

The salary is the third-highest in the paddock, ahead of Lando Norris’ £16m annual pay check, who is almost four times the salary of his McLaren’s teammate Oscar Piastri.

Leclerc’s teammate Carlos Sainz, meanwhile, takes home £9.5m per season, while George Russell and Fernando Alonso both earn just north of £14m-a-year.

Valtteri Bottas and Daniel Ricciardo make £8m and £6m each at Stake F1 Team and Visa Cash App RB.

The Alpine duo of Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly pocket just under £5m each, while Kevin Magnussen earns £4m at Haas and Alexander Albon and Lance Stroll both take home in the region of £2.5m-per-year.

Nico Hulkenberg and Guanyu Zhou earn just over £1.5m a season, while Yuki Tsunoda and Logan Sargeant are relative paupers in the sport with an annual salary of £800,000 each.

The Formula One season gets underway in Bahrain on Saturday with the first of 24 races on the calendar.

Saudi Arabia host the second round of the championship next week, before the teams move to Australia, with Melbourne hosting the third race of the season between March 22 and March 24.

Lewis Hamilton is jokingly branded the ‘centre of attention’ in Bahrain for eye-catching outfit… as F1’s social media team post tongue-in-cheek comment as Christian Horner’s leaked messages scandal rages on

The 2024 World Championship is set to get underway in Bahrain on Saturday, with Max Verstappen looking to match Hamilton’s career best of four successive drivers’ titles following a dominant campaign last term.

The Briton got off to a great a great start in practice on Thursday, topping the chart with teammate George Russell in second.

However, the attention of the sport as a whole remains firmly on the ongoing scandal involving the longtime Red Bull boss Horner.

Whatsapp messages including many of a sexual nature allegedly between the Red Bull team principal and a close female employee were leaked earlier this week ahead of the Grand Prix.

Lewis Hamilton, F1’s biggest fashion icon is known to arrive for races in style. Always dressed at his best, Hamilton also appreciates people around him who take an interest in fashion, including his fans. Ahead of the Chinese GP weekend, the seven-time world champion did just that.

A video of Hamilton surfaced on social media, where a fan approached him to talk about what he was wearing. The fan loved the Mercedes driver’s outfit and complimented it, but he downplayed it by saying, “Thank you. I’m casual. Just casual.” Hamilton then added that the fans looked great in what they were wearing. “No, it’s just polo & Gucci, just.,” the fan began to deem the Briton’s outfit as “very stylish”.

    “Just! Very stylish!” Hamilton responded.

Hamilton’s comments on the fans’ outfits made them very happy, and they returned the favor by complimenting his Louis Vuitton clothing. To this, the 39-year-old asked the fans to keep an eye out for his outfit this race weekend. At the Chinese GP, the world could witness Hamilton wearing something special.

Hamilton has always been a fan of fashion. He believes in the idea of letting people wear whatever they want, and has worked tirelessly in the industry to elevate designers from underprivileged backgrounds. For his contributions to fashion and his love for the field, he has also been recognized on the global stage.

How Lewis Hamilton decides his outfits

Over the years, Lewis Hamilton has turned several heads while arriving to the paddock ahead of a race weekend. But the Stevenage-born driver doesn’t just choose an outfit out of the blue. He has a special way of deciding what to wear, and to which race.

“It’s depending on country to country, the climate. Also which season we’re in, in terms of fashion week,” he said to GQ.

Hamilton also spoke about the need to look after up-and-coming fashion designers. He wants to create a platform for them, so that they can shine on the global stage.

Lewis Hamilton’s outfits are flashy and at times, expensive. But the Brit, who is deeply in love with the world of fashion, doesn’t mind going all-out in showcasing the same. As Hamilton revealed, he has something cool for the upcoming race weekend in China as well.

Lewis Hamilton is one of the most recognizable athletes in the world. There are very few places where the seven-time F1 world champion can escape unnoticed by his huge fanbase. Former Mercedes boss James Vowles witnessed this first-hand when he went to dinner with Hamilton in Spain.

On the Track Limits podcast, the Williams Team Principal discussed the ordeal involving Hamilton. They managed to go through the entire dinner at the restaurant without being swarmed by Hamilton fans. However, Hamilton slipped up while paying the check, leading to chaos within the premises.

“We had to run, we had to run out of the restaurant,” said Vowles. “Because we were being chased by about a thousand people because some caught him. I think the mistake was he tried to pay with a €100 bill.”

Considering Hamilton’s popularity, the fact that he managed to go through the entire dinner without being recognized was a feat on its own. However, very few people eating at restaurants would use a €100 bill.

As per Vowles, a fan must’ve noticed the bill, and how familiar the man paying it was to Hamilton. Soon, the entire restaurant was on its feet, chasing the two of them out.

Vowles, on the same podcast, then discussed how “privileged” he was to know Hamilton as a person. Vowles left Mercedes after 2022 to become Williams’ team boss, and in 2025, Hamilton will leave the Brackley-based outfit as well.

Lewis Hamilton’s move away from Mercedes

Lewis Hamilton’s stardom could increase even more at 40 when he moves to Ferrari. The Maranello-based outfit is arguably the biggest team in F1, and the most successful. Joining hands with arguably the sport’s greatest-ever driver could pay huge dividends in terms of popularity for both parties.

Hamilton will reportedly earn $100 million a season at Ferrari, and will also become the team’s ambassador. From a sporting point of view, Mercedes isn’t in a good place at the moment, and the team’s slump seems to be worsening every weekend.

Ferrari, meanwhile, have been managing to close the gap to Red Bull and have been in regular contention for the podium places. Hamilton expects the Italian stable to compete for wins soon, which is why he will move next year. His biggest dream, however, is to win a record eighth world championship before retiring from F1.
