Earlier this week, reports of Adrian Newey wanting to leave Red Bull emerged, leading to speculation surrounding his potential destination. The reports pointed towards Ferrari being the favorite to land the British aerodynamicist. Aston Martin too, is in the mix, but Lawrence Stroll may not have enough to offer for Newey to sign the deal.

Stroll took charge of team Silverstone back in 2018 when it was known as Force India. After a brief restructuring with the Racing Point name, the outfit came to be known as Aston Martin from 2021 onwards. Stroll’s ambition with Aston Martin has always been to make the iconic British name an F1 World Championship-winning team.

To fulfill Stroll’s ambition, having Newey on board will be huge for Aston Martin. Per Jake Boxall-Legge from Autosport, Stroll isn’t “afraid” of offering a huge paycheck to Newey either, who also wants to create the best possible car that wins races and Championships.

So it’s not inconceivable that he puts together a big money offer. I believe that’s kind of already happened. He’s made Newey an offer.”

Newey could also be tempted to join Aston Martin because of Fernando Alonso. The two-time World Champion signed a contract extension which will keep him tied to the Silverstone-based team until 2026- a positive sign for the whole stable.

On the other hand, Newey can reject Stroll’s bumper offer for personal reasons. Working with Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari is something the 65-year-old has always wanted which would make Maranello his most preferred destination.

Why Adrian Newey could refuse Lawrence Stroll’s offer

Aston Martin has all the right ingredients Newey could need to turn the outfit into a Championship contender. They have a big team, a former World Champion driver, and a state-of-the-art working facility in Silverstone. Still, Ferrari seems to have the edge over the British team.

A lot of it has to do with the Ferrari name itself. As Newey once revealed, the Italian team tried signing him thrice before. This year, however, the deal seems closer than ever and the idea of working with Hamilton is something Newey could find difficult to refuse.

Name aside, Ferrari looks like it has a bright future ahead in F1. Under Fred Vasseur’s leadership, the team has become stronger gradually and is making Red Bull look over its shoulders.

Newey is one of F1’s most brilliant minds ever. Hence, it isn’t a surprise that many teams are interested in having the Briton onboard. To get him, money – while important- won’t be the deciding factor. Newey is reportedly leaving Red Bull because of the power struggle behind the scenes. What he craves is stability along with a good project. At the moment, Ferrari seems like the perfect fit.

Haas’ start to the 2024 season has been strong with the American outfit scoring five points in as many rounds. Team boss Ayao Komatsu feels it isn’t good for F1 as a whole when considering the teams behind Haas who are yet to score a point. Former driver Mark Webber, however, does not agree and has a strong reply for the Japanese boss.

Haas has been a backmarker for several years, so being ahead of three teams (Sauber, Williams, and Alpine) at this stage of the season is unfamiliar territory for the Kannapolis-based outfit. Komatsu stated that the situation wasn’t ideal for the sport. “We have three teams with zero points and I don’t think that’s good for the sport,” he said as quoted by Motorsport.

Webber, a former Red Bull driver replied by taking to his Instagram story. He said,

“Next, everyone will get a medal at the Olympics for turning up.”

Webber drew parallels to F1 on the Olympics to remind Komatsu that only the best get rewarded in sports. By talking about handing out participation medals, Webber takes a dig at Komatsu who asks for more competitiveness and reward at the back of the grid.

Webber’s cheeky response aside, Komatsu could end up getting what he wants. As per multiple reports, F1 is looking to revamp the points system as soon as 2025. This will make the teams at the lower end of the midfield fight for something tangible in the Championship Standings.

Ayao Komatsu’s wishes could soon come true with a revamped points system

Until 2009, the winning driver would earn just 10 points in F1. This changed in 2010 with a revamped system awarding the winning driver 25 points. The structure has been the same since then, barring a small alteration in 2019 where the driver with the fastest lap started getting one extra point (provided they finished in the top 10).

2025 onwards, however, there could be another change to the points system as per multiple reports. Under this change, drivers finishing P11 and P12 could also get points. Ayao Komatsu is in favor of having these changes brought about for the very same reason he feels three teams remaining point-less after five rounds is not good for F1.

The revamped points system could be F1’s effort to bring competition in the midfield closer. With more points positions to play for, the smaller teams can push more and try to earn better finishes. Concerns over improvements from the smaller teams’ end, however, remain at large.

Adrian Newey Leaving Red Bull: 3 Times When Ferrari Tried to Hire Aero-God; Is 4th Time the Charm?
    Credits: IMAGO / NurPhoto

In the wake of Adrian Newey being rumored to be forcing a move away from Red Bull, Ferrari has been named as the number one candidate to land the British engineer. The Italian outfit tried to sway the 65-year-old several times before but have failed. This time, however, the internal turmoil within Red Bull seems to make Newey’s exit more certain than ever and Ferrari could be close to completing the final piece of their puzzle.

On the Beyond the Grid podcast, Newey revealed that Ferrari tried to sign him on three previous occasions – during his time in IndyCar, in 1993, and then in 2014.

Newey told host Tom Clarkson that he refused a move to Ferrari in 1993 because he didn’t want to endanger his second marriage. Newey’s first marriage was affected because of his move to IndyCar. And he didn’t want a similar fate by uprooting his life to Maranello in 1993.

In 2014, Ferrari approached Newey a third time. The timing was immaculate because Red Bull’s dominant era (2010-2013) had just ended. Mercedes took over as F1’s strongest team and there was disappointment within the Red Bull camp. Newey spoke to them but admitted that the conversations were “purely out of frustration. “

Fast forward to 2024 and Ferrari makes yet another attempt to land the man dubbed as F1’s ‘Aero God’. BBC Sport confirmed that the 65-year-old has already put in his papers at the Milton-Keynes-based team and that a move to Ferrari is most desirable for him.

Newey’s move to Ferrari isn’t confirmed yet. However, he was sighted in Bologna (Italy) on Thursday, making these rumors even stronger.

Ferrari ready to dominate F1 with Adrian Newey and Lewis Hamilton

With Newey on board, Ferrari will have everything it needs to become a Championship winning outfit (on paper at least). Fred Vasseur has proven his worth as Team Principal since taking over in 2023. With Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, they also have what is arguably the strongest driver line-up for next year.

Ferrari also announced a title sponsorship with Hewlett-Packard that will see them earn $90 million a year. With hefty resources, two strong drivers and potentially Newey on board, the future looks bright for Ferrari.

The 2026 engine regulation changes are right around the corner. If things go according to plan, the Maranello-based outfit could be ending Red Bull’s reign and taking over as F1’s new most dominant team. However, Ferrari also remains wary of its rivals’ progress. Teams like McLaren are also making big strides and could become potential Championship contenders in the years to come.

Ahead of the 2024 Miami GP, Ferrari teased an all-blue special livery to mark their 70th anniversary in the North American market. Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will wear blue overalls for the outing, but even before that, they will arrive to the Miami International Autodrome in 296GTS in Azzurro Da Plata and Azzurro Dino colors.

In Italian, the word Azzurro means blue. Da Plata signifies a lighter shade of blue and Dino, a darker shade. Leclerc, who loves the lighter shade (Azzurro Da Plata) will get his hands on the same, whereas Sainz will drive the other 296GTS. Each car costs around $376,000, which means that the overall price for the Ferrari drivers’ rides will amount to $752,000.

Azzurro La Plata became famous when Alberto Ascari, Ferrari’s first World Champion used the color back in 1952 and 1953. La Plata, in Spanish is Silver and the color resembles the Argentine flag. Ascari used it as his color because he considered it a lucky charm. Several drivers including Niki Lauda used the Azzurro La Plata color on their Ferraris, making it iconic in the world of motorsports. Leclerc will continue with their legacy in this one-off livery at Miami next weekend.

Dino, on the other hand means ‘formidable’, a color made famous by Clay Regazzoni who last wore it in 1974. It is a darker shade of blue and Carlos Sainz will drive the same on his way to the track and on it as well.

Why Ferrari is going all blue for the 2024 Miami GP

Ferrari has traditionally associated itself with the color red but that isn’t to say that they haven’t raced in blue before. In the last two races of the 1964 season, Ferrari fielded a blue and white car to represent the flag of the United States of America. While they did return to red after those two outings (US GP and Mexican GP), the color caught on and became iconic.

Fast forward to 2024, Ferrari pays homage to the blue and white and also marks the anniversary of their presence in the American market for 70 years. It also pays a tribute to the legendary drivers in the 1960s who made the team great in its early F1 years.

Keeping the off-track activities aside, the Maranello-based team needs to pull off an outstanding race in Miami to keep McLaren at bay. The Papayas are set to bring major upgrades and with this, they will look to close their gap to P2 in the Championship Standings.

Ferrari’s one-off blue livery will be revealed in Miami, before the race weekend which kicks off on 3rd May.

Lewis Hamilton is set to leave Mercedes and join Ferrari in 2025, which will see a 12-year association between the two come to an end. The Silver Arrows failing to provide Hamilton with a car capable of competing for the Championship for three years is believed to be one of the reasons behind Hamilton making this switch.

Former Ferrari boss Peter Windsor blames Mercedes for Hamilton’s exit. Per Windsor, Hamilton should have left Mercedes right after the onset of the 2022 regulations when the outfit first started showing signs of decline.

In a conversation with Cameron F1 on YouTube, Windsor said:

In the case of Mercedes, they needed to have done a much better job for Lewis from Abu Dhabi onwards. Better car, the right teammate, and look after him, and because of all the things that happened, I’m surprised it took Lewis this long to leave, to be honest.”

Hamilton lost out on the 2021 World Championship in heartbreaking fashion to Max Verstappen on the final lap in Abu Dhabi. He wanted to come back with vengeance and win his eighth Championship the very next year. Unfortunately, Mercedes’ poor mechanical package destroyed his chances and he spent the next two seasons languishing in the midfield while competing for the occasional podium result.

Furthermore, Mercedes brought in a world-class teammate in George Russell for Hamilton to compete against. This didn’t make life easy for the Stevenage-born driver, further contributing to his decision to move to Maranello.

Previously, Windsor also mentioned how he doesn’t have any sympathy for Mercedes. The 72-year-old feels that Wolff did not put much effort into helping Hamilton win the World Championship he believed he lost in Abu Dhabi.

Lewis Hamilton could have been with Ferrari in 2024

Windsor’s aforementioned reasons could have contributed immensely to Hamilton’s departure but the seven-time World Champion won’t be dwelling on the past. Hamilton faces a new challenge at Ferrari, a team poised to become Championship contenders in the coming years.

Per reports, Hamilton had an opportunity to join Ferrari in 2024 itself. This would have put Mercedes in a bad position, considering how difficult Wolff is finding it to replace Hamilton despite having time on his hands.

    View post on X

Presumably, Hamilton did not have a choice but to wait for 2025 as Carlos Sainz remains contracted to Ferrari until the end of 2024. The 39-year-old’s move to the Italian stable is one of the biggest driver transfers of all time. The contract he reportedly signed with Ferrari is worth over $400 million.

Ferrari boss John Elkann also agreed to make Hamilton the team’s brand ambassador and guarantee him a role even after he decides to retire from F1. For Hamilton, however, the most appealing thought and expectation will be the idea of competing for race wins and potentially the Championship once again.

Since reports of a power struggle at Red Bull emerged, speculations began about Max Verstappen’s future. The Dutchman has always wanted to focus solely on his job, which is winning on track but he found it difficult to avoid questions from the media related to the turmoil within his team. Some reports also pointed towards an exit from Milton-Keynes for Verstappen. Verstappen, however, had something different to say.

Verstappen recalls why he signed a long-term deal with Red Bull in the first place. He has been with the outfit his whole life and insists that he is satisfied with how things are behind the scenes.

As quoted by Formula Passion, he said,

For me it is very important that calm reigns in the team and that everyone concentrates on the single-seater and on the performances. Now, I feel that the situation is calmer than at the beginning of the season. After my first world title, I signed a long contract with Red Bull for a reason. All I want is a calm and peaceful environment. But as long as I’m happy with the team, there’s no reason to leave“.

Max’s father Jos was one of the first to reveal tensions within the Red Bull team. These claims came days after Red Bull’s investigation of the Christian Horner saga concluded, and authorities dismissed the grievances against the British boss.

Jos Verstappen felt that Horner’s presence escalated tension and that the team was in “danger of being torn apart.” Jos did not hold back while labeling Horner as the reason behind all problems and was adamant that changes were required, starting with the 50-year-old’s exit.

Verstappen reportedly sided with his father, and rumors of the 26-year-old considering a Red Bull exit emerged. Since then, calm has ensued. Now, Verstappen insists that he won’t leave the Austrian stable but just a few weeks ago, the Dutch driver was strongly linked to Toto Wolff-led Mercedes.

Will Max Verstappen still leave Red Bull amid Mercedes’ interest?

Through his recent interview, Max Verstappen made it clear that all he needs at Red Bull is a peaceful environment. And with things being calmer than before, Verstappen doesn’t have a reason to leave.

There have been no recent reports of tensions within the Red Bull camp. As a result, Verstappen could decide to stay at Red Bull. But if he does choose to leave, Mercedes is one of his most likely destinations.

Team Principal Toto Wolff is desperate to sign Verstappen and claimed that he would go as far as performing handstands to sign the three-time world champion. Wolff, however, knows that luring him to Brackley isn’t easy.

Verstappen is currently driving the fastest car on the grid. Mercedes meanwhile, struggle to be in contention for the podium places. To fuel Verstappen’s ambition and potentially sign him, Wolff knows he needs to build a car that can compete for the championship first. As things stand, Mercedes is nowhere close to that.

Kanye West is preparing to establish an adult film studio with the ex-husband of star Stormy Daniels

Ye is supposedly attempting to start his own adult film company in an attempt to cash in on his love for adult film.

A representative for the musician formerly known as Kanye West reportedly stated that the Jesus Is King rapper is taking his adult film brand seriously, according to a report that TMZ published on Tuesday, April 23. He has been conferring with his group over the construction of a Yeezy Pоrn Studio, which would be a component of his intended Yeezy company’s adult entertainment division. He has been working with seasoned adult film producer Mike Moz, Stormy Daniels’ ex-husband. It appears like Moz is assisting Ye in leading the operation.

Amid chatter of a new adult film studio, it also appears West has put his Christianity voyage on pause after briefly turning a new leaf in 2019 when he dropped his “Jesus Is King” gospel album. Throughout the past few years, West has gone back and forth with his viewpoints as he slammed Kardashian over her “overly sexualized” Skims ads featuring a crotchless catsuit and tiny bikinis. “I felt like there’s a lot of imagery that was overly sexualized and things that I wouldn’t want to see my wife, and not my daughters, doing in the future to sell a product,” he said during an interview with Tucker Carlson in October 2022.

The report follows Ye’s candid conversation with Justin Laboy, discussing his opinions on Drake, Lil Durk, and J. Cole. Additionally, he declared that his long-awaited Vultures 2 album will be released on May 3.

Unbelievable !! Kanye West’s ex-wife and new wife both appeared at his ‘Vultures 2’ performance

Kim Kardashian uncomfortably went to her ex-husband Kanye West’s “Vultures” listening party with his new wife, Bianca Censori, on Tuesday night to express her support for the rapper. The reality star seemed nervous, bored, and expressionless in videos that went viral on social media during Kanye West’s most recent performance at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Even though Kardashian, 43, was positioned directly next to Censori, 29, during the event, the two did not seem to be close friends despite rumors that the creator of Skims is not a fan of the model’s contentious public appearances. They did converse for a while. For the majority of the performance, though, Kardashian kept a tight eye on her baby Saint, and Censori took photos with her phone and hummed along to West’s songs.

After breaking up with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West’s image as a lover became unacceptably worse

Kanye West’s well-known marriage to Kim Kardashian lasted from 2014 to 2021. Following his separation from Kim, he is said to have married Bianca Censori in January 2023.

    Kim Kardashian

After her brief 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries in 2012, Kardashian initiated a romantic relationship with the rapper, with whom she had maintained a long-standing friendship.

Kardashian and West have navigated a series of public highs and lows throughout their relationship, ultimately leading to her filing for divorce on February 19, 2021. Following her separation from West, Kardashian initiated a romance with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson in October 2021. However, this new relationship was relatively short-lived, as Kardashian and Davidson decided to part ways in August 2022.

    Julia Fox

Kanye West crossed paths with actress Julia Fox in Miami on New Year’s Eve of 2021, and the two embarked on a whirlwind romance. However, their relationship came to an end by Valentine’s Day 2022.

A representative for the actress from “Uncut Gems” verified in a statement to PEOPLE, “Julia and Kanye continue to be good friends and collaborators, but their romantic relationship has concluded.”

    Chaney Jones

After parting ways with Fox, West entered into a relationship with model Chaney Jones. They were together for five months, but their relationship reportedly came to an end in June 2022, following a trip they took to Japan.

West and Jones were first linked romantically in February 2022 when they were seen shopping together in Miami’s Bal Harbour. The rapper seemingly confirmed their romance one month later by commenting on their photos with a black heart emoji on Instagram.

    Bianca Censori

Following his breakup with Jones, West initiated a romantic relationship with Australian architect and entrepreneur Bianca Censori. She has served as an architectural designer for his fashion brand, Yeezy, since November 2020.

The first public indication of West’s fondness for Censori emerged in December 2022 when he appeared to title a song after her, titled “Censori Overload.”
