Victoria Beckham shared a sweet throwback video in which her husband David recalled what made him fall in love with her

David Beckham‘s love for his wife Victoria shone through from the very start.

The fashion designer, 45, shared a sweet video of herself and her husband David, 44, from early on in their relationship on Instagram on Monday in which an off-camera interviewer asks the young soccer star why he loves the then-pop star.

“What made you fall in love with Victoria?” someone asks David.

“I couldn’t put my finger on one thing, it was everything, the whole package,” he says while smiling at Victoria. “I just fell in love with her.”

Victoria asks, “With me?”

“Yeah, with you, darling,” he says, before saying, “It’s time to go I think.”

The former Spice Girls singer cheekily asks, “Am I boring?”

“No, darling, you’re brilliant but I’m tired,” David says before Victoria hugs him.

Turning toward the camera, Victoria asks, “He’s very sexy, isn’t he?” Then, turning to David, she says, “You’re better looking than Valentino, babe.”

In the caption of the video, the fashion designer wrote, “So sweet! I love u @davidbeckham x.”

Her husband responded in the comments and poked fun at his outfit of a red bandana and red and white jacket, writing, “I think this might have been my boy band stage ? why did U let me wear this @victoriabeckham ?.”

The couple married on July 4, 1999 in Ireland with their oldest son, Brooklyn, then 4 months old, serving as a ring bearer.

The two celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in July with epic throwback photos from their long-lasting relationship.

“WOW 20 years, look what we created ♥️ Love you so much ♥️ @victoriabeckham,” David wrote, also mentioning all four of the couple’s children.

Nicola Peltz Beckham is keeping her fashion choices in the family!

The model and actress, 28, supported her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham in a photo shared on Sunday as she wore a pair of stylish pants by the fashion designer.

“So obsessed with these @victoriabeckham pants!  💋💋😊💋,” Nicola captioned the Instagram Story snap.

She was joined in the photo by her husband Brooklyn Peltz Beckham as the pair posed in matching black outfits on a shiny white entranceway lined with lit trees and red and orange flowers.

Nicola Peltz Pays Tribute to Her Mother-in-Law as She Wears Victoria Beckham T-Shirt

Nicola wore a black bustier top and a pair of low-rise flared black pants with a white waistband from Victoria’s label. She accessorized her chic evening look with a small black handbag and a pair of large silver hoop earrings.

The Transformers star gave a closer glimpse of her beauty look as she also posted a couple of selfies. She wore her hair in loose waves and sported a smoke cat eye with pink blush and pink glossy lips.

Brooklyn, meanwhile, looked casually cool in the photo as he wore a black henley top with black loose-fitting pants and white Adidas sneakers.

Nicola’s post honoring Victoria, 49, comes after she paid tribute to her mother-in-law again last month in another photo as she wore a retro T-shirt of Victoria as Posh Spice from her Spice Girls days during a visit to London.

Flattered by the tribute, Victoria wrote in the comments section, “Love this on u!!! 😂😂 kisses x.” The mother-of-four’s eldest son Brooklyn, 24, added, “Cutie pie ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” in appreciation of the post.

Nicola has continued to show support for her mother-in-law and the Beckhams in recent months.

In September, the actress attended Victoria’s fashion show with the family during Paris Fashion Week and in October, she attended the London premiere of her father-in-law David Beckham’s Netflix docuseries Beckham, with Brooklyn and his siblings.

Last month, the pair celebrated their four-year anniversary together.

Victoria Beckham’s Instagram account has been hacked — by her husband David Beckham!

On Saturday, May 11, the soccer star, 49, posted a video and photo on his beauty mogul wife’s account, taking her millions of followers through his morning routine, which featured a cleanser, serum and moisturizer from Victoria’s eponymous beauty brand.

“THE DAVID BECKHAM MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE,” the caption of the video began.

“My wife recently launched a cleansing duo, I like to use the @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty DAILY LACTIC ACID GEL CLEANSER. I then follow this by combining the @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty POWER SERUM with the @VictoriaBeckhamBeauty PRIMING MOISTURISER,” David, 49, continued. “That’s my skincare routine … how did I do @VictoriaBeckham? 😘 – DB x.”

The businessman, who was shirtless in the video, explained that Victoria, 50, nudges him about keeping up with his skincare.

“So, my wife will be very happy right now because I’m about to do the Victoria Beckham daily lactic acid gel cleanser,” David began narrating the video. “She’s always trying to get me to cleanse my face so… why not?”

The athlete said the product “smells good” and “feels good.”

“Let’s see how good it looks, or how good I look,” he continued, before washing the cleanser off of his face.

David joked that Victoria will probably tell him he didn’t leave the cleanser on long enough before saying that he actually does mix his wife’s serum with her moisturizer product and put it on his face every day.

“It makes a huge difference, especially when you’ve been traveling.” he said as he was applying the mixture.

He raved that his wife’s brand has “the best products,” before joking that the serum and moisturizer mixture “also doubles up as hand cream.”

“That will probably get edited out,” he joked with a cheeky smile.

A second post on Victoria’s Instagram grid featured a photo of David shirtless and laughing as he looked away from the camera while holding the Victoria Beckham Beauty products.

The power couple shared their reactions to seeing the Northern Lights in photos posted on Instagram Friday, May 10, as the spectacular, colorful display,  known as aurora borealis, reached the U.K. and Europe.

In a photo shared on Victoria’s Instagram Stories, David, 49, was snapped marveling at the purple-pink lights as he stood on a stony path outdoors gazing up at the sky with his arms outstretched.

“Aurora borealis #northernlights,” Victoria, 50, wrote in the caption, tagging her husband.

“This is incredible!!!!” She added as she posted a second close-up photo of the lights beaming across the sky.

The couple’s Northern Lights experience came just over a week after Victoria paid a birthday tribute to David on his 49th birthday on May 2.

David Beckham Says He ‘Didn’t Expect’ Spice Girls to Reunite at Victoria Beckham’s 50th Birthday Party

Last month, the designer went viral in a video captured by her husband from her 50th birthday party in London on April 20 as she reunited with her Spice Girls bandmates Melanie “Mel B” Brown, Melanie “Mel C” Chisolm, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell Horner to perform at the bash.

Speaking about the unexpected reunion on Jimmy Kimmel Live on May 8, David said, “It’s actually been 12 years since they did the Olympics in the U.K. but over 15 years since they actually were on a stage together. So obviously having them all there that night, and I didn’t expect them to all get up on stage.”

“But I had a whole video planned where me and my kids recreated the “Mama” video,” he explained. “My son, who plays the guitar and sings, had a song, and he sang “Mama,” and all of a sudden all the girls got up — and I’m their biggest fan, you know? I tend not to tell my wife that. I tend to tell her that I fancied her, but she was a Spice Girl. I love that about her… So I was a fan.”

As Victoria and David Beckham approach their 19th anniversary, the couple is once again battling rumors of trouble in their marriage – and speaking out to squash the speculation.

“Over the years, Victoria has fought hard for her marriage, and for David,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She never gave up when someone else might have.”

After shooting down social media speculation about a divorce, the former model and designer, who shares four children with the soccer star, 43, spoke openly about how she balances her personal and professional life.

“I try really, really hard. I try hardest to be the best mother,” Victoria, 44, said at the Forbes Women’s Summit in New York City on Tuesday, according to Hello!.

“I am trying to be the best wife and the best professional. When I get home I try to put the phone down and spend time with the children and spend time with David,” she added.

“I have the support of an incredible husband,” Victoria continued. “We really are equal with everything we do at home with the children. When I’m away he’s the one doing the school run and doing the cooking.”

Her comments come just weeks after her and David’s rep told PEOPLE that the two were not heading for divorce.

“What nonsense. Journalist Chinese whispers and fake news fueled by social media,” the rep said. “There is no impending statement, no divorce!”

The power couple, who recently attended the royal wedding together, share children Brooklyn, 19, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 13 and daughter Harper, 6.

The duo met in the Manchester United players’ lounge in 1997. David was playing for the team at the time, but had not yet become one of the team’s most recognizable stars.

He has said he knew Victoria was ‘The One’ before even meeting her in person. While watching a Spice Girls music video on TV, Beckham proclaimed to a pal: “See the girl in the dark short dress? I’m going to marry her.”

The designer echoed her hubby’s statement: “Completely love at first sight. He told me he went home and wrote my [telephone] number on so many other things in case he lost it.”

The duo married in a lavish 1999 wedding at an Irish castle, and despite often praising each other in interviews, they went on to endure speculation about the state of their union for nearly two decades.

“We’ve had our ups and downs,” she admitted to Vogue in 2013, adding, “but we’re so proud of each other.”

Two years later, the former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer said she had effectively learned how to tune out the haters.

“I have never listened to, or commented on, the rumors about any aspect of my life,” she told Grazia magazine in regards to murmurs about a split.

“I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children,” she continued. “Yes, we travel a lot with our respective businesses and charitable commitments, but we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family. David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents.”

She also spoke about how much she admires her husband. “My husband constantly inspires me and guides me – he has done so much good work,” she said of the man who serves as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador. “I look up to him and have the utmost respect and admiration for all that he has achieved.”

In 2016, Victoria included some marriage advice in a letter addressed to her 18-year-old self published in British Vogue. “In marriage: have patience. Bite your tongue. Be supportive. And preserve a bit of mystique,” she said.

“Never let yourself go completely (at least brush your hair, clean your teeth, have a bit of a brow going on because you will always want him to look at you and feel attracted),” Victoria added.

Last year, the couple renewed their vows in a relatively private ceremony. In an interview with BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs, David opened up about the special day, while also admitting that “marriage is difficult at times” as he and his wife continue to work hard at their relationship.

“We have renewed our vows since [our first wedding],” said David, who didn’t elaborate on when the ceremony took place. “It was a lot more private, about six people there in our house.”

The former soccer star said the secret to their 18-year marriage is making his relationship with Victoria a priority and working together through any hard times.

“We’re a strong family unit. We’ve got strong parents. We were brought up with the right values,” he said. “Of course you make mistakes over the years, and we all know marriage is difficult at times. It’s about working through it.”

He added, “We know each other better than anybody. People have talked about, ‘Do we stay together because it’s a brand?’ Of course not. We stay together because we love each other, because we have four amazing children.

“Do you go through tough times? Of course. That’s part of relationships. It’s part of marriages. It’s part of having children. It’s part of having responsibilities.”

Earlier this month, as rumors of a split began to circulate on social media, Victoria sent her “love” to David on Instagram with a photo of Harper.

“Morning cuddles x So much love 🙏🏻 We love and miss u @davidbeckham 💕💕💕💕,” she wrote in the caption.

Victoria Beckham and Kim Kardashian are kicking it together in style.

The fashion designer, 49, and the SKIMS founder, 42, celebrated Inter Miami’s win against Cruz Azul at Friday’s soccer game with several snapshots on and off the field.

“Girl’s night! Kisses @kimkardashian,” Victoria wrote over a behind-the-scenes photo with the Kardashians star and her daughter, Harper, 12.

For the game, the Spice Girls alum rocked a black bra top and high-waisted wide-leg pants, while Kardashian opted for a white cropped T-shirt and ripped jeans with a bright pink Chanel chain belt. Harper sported a light blue dress with a black floral printed design and a pair of white sneakers.

Victoria also posted a sweet group pic on her Instagram feed of the three posing with the singer’s husband, David Beckham — who is a co-owner of Inter Miami — as well as Kardashian’s son Saint, 7, and his friend clad in soccer uniforms.

Salma Hayek is reflecting on an “unforgettable” night celebrating her friend Victoria Beckham’s milestone 50th birthday.

The Emmy winner, 57, shared a behind-the-scenes look at Beckham’s star-studded celebration to Instagram, just hours after spending time with her husband François-Henri Pinault, Tom Cruise, Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira, Mel B and other members of the Beckham crew!

The carousel post, which began with an image of Hayek and Beckham giving each other a warm hug, detailed just how much fun attendees had on the dance floor as they celebrated Beckham’s big 5-0.

“So honored to be a part of the great @VictoriaBeckham’s super fun birthday celebration with her close friends and family🎉❤️,” Hayek wrote. “Even though my feet are sore from dancing, it was such a special and unforgettable and fun night 💃🏻.”

Hayek rocked a dark green dres and her hair in a bun for the gathering, as Beckham opted for a splash of green herself with her sheer mint gown.

In other images from Hayek’s post, she stood alongside Cruise, 61, Anthony, 55, and her husband, 61, as they all dressed in dapper suits for the occasion. She also posed for a selfie with Mel B, 48, and shared another pic that had Anthony’s wife Ferreira, 24, in the mix.

The party, which took place at Oswald’s in London on April 20, included a Spice Girls reunion. At one point, Victoria and Geri Halliwell-Turner, Emma Bunton, Melanie “Mel C” Chisholm and Melanie “Mel B” Brown broke out into the choreography for their 1997 single “Stop.”

David Beckham and Victoria posted the wholesome moment on their Instagram pages, as the birthday girl called it the “best night ever.”

As previously reported, the list of attendees at Beckham’s party was stacked with familiar names, including David and Victoria’s kids Harper, 12, Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, and Cruz, 19. Eva Longoria,  Jason Statham, Gordon Ramsay and other stars also attended.

David Beckham Sweetly Carries Victoria Beckham on His Back as They Leave Her 50th Birthday Party

Some familiar faces couldn’t make the party, including Victoria’s daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz Beckham, who was spending time with her grandmother.

“I’m so sad I’m not there to celebrate you and hug you! Sending all my love from me and Naunni,” she wrote to Victoria on her Instagram Stories. “I miss you all so much!”

Victoria Beckham may not be willing to commit to a Spice Girls revival tour, but she still loves to belt out the pop group’s ’90s hits.

On Sunday, the fashion designer, 49, shared a TikTok video of herself doing a lively karaoke performance of “Say You’ll Be There.” As she sung the familiar tune into the microphone, she danced with her husband, David Beckham, and playfully got him to sing along with her while some friends looked on and cheered.

“Warming up the vocals in Miami! More to come 🤫!! 🎶🎤” Victoria wrote in the post’s caption.

She also shared a short clip of the impromptu performance on Instagram, jokingly writing, “Just a casual night out in Miami!🤭 check out my tik tok to see the full performance 😂🥴 no really I did not drink that much 🍸🥃🍷🥂🍹🍾💃🕺”

In a separate Instagram post just hours before, Victoria gave another glimpse of the fun she and her former professional soccer player husband, 48, had on Saturday night. The couple posed in what appeared to be a bar with a group of friends, who included celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves.

“Work hard play hard! 🤩 wow!! What a night celebrating with friends in Miami!!!! I love you @davidbeckham x” she wrote.

While die-hard Spice Girls fans were likely thrilled to see Victoria singing an old throwback on TikTok, the mom of four won’t be heading out on the road with her former bandmates anytime soon. During an October appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, Victoria was hesitant to make any kind of commitment to a potential Spice Girls reunion tour.

“I had so much fun being in the Spice Girls,” she told host Andy Cohen at the time. “But I think now with everything else I’ve got going on — with my fashion, and my beauty line, four children — I couldn’t commit to that.”

Cohen, 54, asked Victoria if the ABBA hologram concert in London — orchestrated by former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller — presented an opportunity the band would be open to.

While Cohen took the “Wannabe” singer’s response as an indication that the group was already in talks to organize such a performance, Hathaway, 40, was quick to disagree, saying that Victoria was merely acknowledging that it was a reasonable suggestion.

Since then, rivals Manchester City have also gone on to pull off the seismic feat, doing so last season, yet it is an undeniably impressive accolade in the annals of football history.

As such, Amazon Prime have recently produced a documentary series of the incredible season featuring exclusive interviews with Sir Alex Ferguson, Beckham, Gary Neville, Paul Scholes, Peter Schmeichel, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and others as they chart that extraordinary season 25 years on.

Beckham led the way at Thursday evening’s event, and posed for pictures with his long-term friend and team-mate Neville on the red carpet.

A three-part documentary telling the ‘definitive’ story of Manchester United’s 1999 Treble triumph will be released on Amazon Prime Video on May 17

The duo were joined by the likes of Schmeichel, Andy Cole, Dwight Yorke, Teddy Sheringham, Nicky Butt, Jesper Blomqvist and Ronny Johnsen on the red carpet in Manchester.

’99’, which is produced by the company behind the ‘Beckham’ Netflix series, will air on Amazon Prime Video on May 17 and have three parts.

The trailer, which dropped back in April, begins with the climactic moments of the Champions League final in Barcelona when goals by Sheringham and Solskjaer in the dying moments snatched glory from the jaws of defeat.

‘Only this will define you – forever,’ says goalkeeper Schmeichel, before Beckham says: ‘1999 – it had been a hell of a season,’ a reference to his vilification after being sent off for England at the 1998 World Cup.

The Neville brothers, Gary and Phil, plus Ferguson’s assistant Steve McClaren are then seen describing the ‘desperation’, ‘heartache’, ‘pain’ and ‘sheer fear’ of United’s tightrope act in three competitions.

‘There was no time to rest,’ says Ferguson, who was knighted after United’s achievements.

Yorke and Sheringham then appear to talk about the intense rivalry with Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal, whom United pipped to the title on the final day and beat in an epic FA Cup semi-final.
