Inside Sean ‘ Diddy ‘ Combs’ infamous party with Prince William and Prince Harry is revealed

Sean ‘ Diddy ‘ Combs joked that he had Prince William and Prince Harry on his invite lists to his notorious parties during a 2011 appearance on The Graham Norton Show

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs once had Prince William and Prince Harry on the invite list to his notorious parties in an unearthed interview.

The disgraced rap mogul, 54, joked about the royals attending his parties in a 2011 appearance on The Graham Norton Show, saying he wanted them to join in when they were ‘young bucks.’

He said he hoped to party with the princes when they were ‘young’ and ‘getting in a lot of trouble’, but when asked if he still hoped to invite them, Diddy responded: ‘Not anymore… they’re off the list.’

While the remarks drew laughter at the time, the clip has come under renewed scrutiny in the wake of Diddy’s indictment on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.

Neither of the princes is ever thought to have attended a Diddy party.

Sean ' Diddy ' Combs joked that he had Prince William and Prince Harry on his invite lists to his notorious parties during a 2011 appearance on The Graham Norton Show

Diddy (right, pictured with the royal princes and Kanye West in 2007 at Wembley) said he hoped to go on a night out with the brothers back when they were 'young bucks'

In his appearance with Graham Norton, Diddy was joined by British comedian Sarah Millican and actor Vince Vaughan, who remarked that he had also partied with Diddy at a bash hosted by David Beckham.

Asked about his so-called ‘Diddy parties’, the rapper said he hoped to have Prince Harry and Prince William in years before.

‘Before when they were young bucks growing up and they were getting in a lot of trouble themselves, so, hey, I was like, ‘Why don’t you come hang out with me?’ he said.

The interview came shortly before William was set to wed Kate Middleton, as Norton joked: ‘Don’t ruin our royal wedding for us.’

‘Trust me, they’re off the list.’

The show also noted that while the royals were not known to ever attend a ‘Diddy party’, they were pictured enjoying themselves with Diddy and Kanye West at an event in 2007.

Despite Diddy's remarks on the talk show it is not believed that Prince Harry nor Prince William were ever present at the rapper's notorious parties

The clip resurfaced amid growing scrutiny on Diddy’s parties in the wake of his indictment last week in New York.

The arrest came six months after federal authorities raided Diddy’s mansions in Los Angeles and Miami, where they allegedly found over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

This was allegedly used in Diddy’s ‘freak offs’, where prosecutors claimed he coerced victims into performing marathon sexual sessions with prostitutes.

Amid claims that Diddy’s A-list friends would attend these parties, the shocking allegations have led to a renewed focus on his interactions with famous figures over the years.

This included Justin Bieber, who was taken under Diddy’s wing early in his career, but has since been seen in resurfaced footage appearing uncomfortable around the rapper in the years after they met.

Diddy was indicted in New York last week on a slew of charges including sex trafficking and racketeering

A renewed focus on Diddy's past interactions with stars led some viewers to notice a 2020 clip of Justin Bieber braking down in tears as he spoke of the 'darkness' in the music industry

In the days after Diddy’s arrest, fans of Bieber latched onto a 2020 clip of the star breaking down in tears as he spoke of wanting to protect Billie Eilish from the music industry.

Bieber, now 30, has been in the industry since he was just 15 and over the years has battled mental health problems in the spotlight.

Back in 2020, when Bieber was promoting his album Changes and Billie Eilish had exploded on the scene, he reached out to her to offer industry insights and support.

‘I just want to protect her. I don’t want her to go through anything I went through. I don’t wish that upon anybody,’ Bieber said, fighting back tears.

Speaking candidly about his broader struggles in the industry during the album promotional tour, Bieber said: ‘It was bad… It was dark.

‘Think about how young I was and so impressionable and you have everybody telling me how awesome I am at all times… I just want people to understand the psychology of why I potentially could have problems in my life.’

  • Diddy’s Ex Security Claims He Has PROOF Of Diddy & Harry FreakOffs!

Diddy’s Ex Security Claims He Has PROOF Of Diddy & Harry FreakOffs!

This transcript highlights the serious allegations surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs, including references to Prince Harry in the context of a lawsuit that claims Diddy sexually abused multiple individuals.

The lawsuit, brought by producer Rodney Jones, suggests that Diddy’s connections to high-profile figures lend credibility to his alleged misconduct.

Key points from the transcript include:

Allegations and Lawsuit: Diddy is facing a $30 million lawsuit regarding sexual abuse claims, which includes accusations of sex trafficking and violence made by his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

High-Profile Connections: The involvement of celebrities and public figures, including Prince Harry and Dallas Pastor T.D. Jakes, raises questions about the potential impact on Diddy’s public image and legal standing.

Federal Investigation: Authorities have conducted raids on Diddy’s homes as part of a federal investigation into the allegations. Diddy’s lawyer has described these raids as an “unprecedented ambush.”

Surveillance Claims: It’s alleged that Diddy had surveillance cameras set up in his homes, which may have implications for other celebrities and figures who attended his parties.

Potential Witnesses: Discussions about other individuals who may have been involved or have knowledge of Diddy’s activities, including a former Syracuse basketball player, suggest that the investigation could broaden to include a range of elite figures.

This case is unfolding and is a developing story in the media. If you have any specific aspects you’d like to discuss further, just let me know!

The discussion continues to delve into the legal troubles of Sean “Diddy” Combs, with several points of interest emerging from the conversation:

Quick Settlement: Diddy’s swift settlement in the case involving Cassie Ventura and Rodney Jones is framed as a strategic move. The argument suggests that these individuals are “small fish” compared to the potential fallout he could face from higher-profile parties involved in the investigation.

Lawsuit Against Diageo: Diddy is also pursuing legal action against Diageo, claiming that his brand, DeLeon tequila, isn’t receiving the same attention as brands owned by white celebrities. This reflects broader issues of racial disparity in marketing and brand representation.

Brand Success: The speaker notes that Diddy revitalized the DeLeon brand through effective marketing strategies, contributing to his wealth and success before the legal issues arose.

Timing of Allegations: The emergence of the Cassie lawsuit after years of silence is deemed suspicious, especially given Diddy’s past legal disputes, which may have alienated influential allies.

Reputation Damage: Despite settling the lawsuit, Diddy’s reputation appears to have suffered significantly. Advertisers may be hesitant to associate with him, fearing the backlash from allegations related to sex trafficking.

Celebrity Support: The speaker observes that many of Diddy’s celebrity friends are distancing themselves from him amid the scandal, indicating a significant shift in public perception and support.

Overall, this analysis underscores the complexities surrounding Diddy’s legal challenges, his relationships within the entertainment industry, and the implications for his brand and reputation. If you want to explore a specific angle further or discuss related topics, feel free to ask!

Breaking News: Prince Harry is embroiled in a shocking $30 million lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Prince Harry is dragged into bombshell $30M lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs: Producer suing rapper over ‘sex-trafficking parties’ says star’s access to the Duke of Sussex and other celebrities boosted his ‘legitimacy’ as his mansions are raided

Prince Harry’s name appears in US court documents related to a $30million lawsuit claiming that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a sexual abuser of men and women, MailOnline can reveal today.

Record producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones’ filed the bombshell lawsuit against Diddy and claims that his ‘affiliation’ to the Duke of Sussex and other stars gave him and his associates ‘legitimacy’.

The court documents filed in the US last month do not suggest any wrongdoing on Prince Harry’s part. He is not a defendant and is named once in the 73-page document. MailOnline has asked the Duke of Sussex to comment.

Lil Rod’s lawyers claim guests were drawn to Diddy’s alleged sex-trafficking parties because of his ‘access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artist, musicians, and international dignitaries like British Royal, Prince Harry’, court documents filed in New York say.

Prince William and Prince Harry met P Diddy and Kanye West at a post-concert party the Princes hosted to thank all who took part in the ‘Concert for Diana’ at Wembley Stadium’ in 2007. However, the Prince of Wales is not named in the court documents. It is not known how many times Harry has met the rapper since then, if at all.

While Harry is not facing a legal claim, it is not the first time the royals have been embroiled in serious court allegations in the US, with Prince Andrew forced to settle a lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre, a sex slave of Jeffrey Epstein.

It came hours after Diddy’s Los Angeles and Florida mansions were raided by the Department of Homeland Security.  Diddy was also seen looking tense as he was finally spotted at a Miami airport – after his private jet was tracked to Antigua but he wasn’t on it.

Combs, a billionaire, is already facing lawsuits from three women and has lost a host of commercial deals in the wake of the claims.

Harry, pictured in Vegas last month at a NFL awards bash, is not accused of any wrongdoing and is not facing a legal claim himself

Homeland Security at Diddy's Miami home during a raid yesterday

Links to stars helped Diddy build a reputation for ‘throwing the “best” parties’, the documents claim, and also made money for Diddy, his associates and businesses such as his record labels.

‘Lil Rod’, who produced nine songs on Diddy’s 2023 ‘The Love Album: Off the Grid’, says he was ordered to recruit prostitutes and have sex with them for the star’s pleasure at his parties. He also says the hip-hop mogul sexually assaulted him.

Jones claims that underage girls and sex workers were guests at the star’s house parties and that he saw the star drug their drinks. He also claims he has hundreds of hours of video documenting Combs’s ‘serious illegal activity’.

Jones has also named some of the industry’s biggest names as co-defendants in his $30million suit.

Diddy has denied the existing allegations against him, calling them ‘sickening’, and his lawyer dismissed Jones’s claims as ‘pure fiction’.

‘Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 billion lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday,’ attorney Shawn Holley told TMZ in February.

Combs recruited Jones in August 2022 to produce some of the songs on the R&B album ‘The Love Album: Off the Grid’ which was nominated for a Grammy after its release in September 2023.

‘Mr Jones agreed, and his life has been detrimentally impacted ever since,’ the lawsuit claims.

For more than a year he endured ‘constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus’, at Combs’ homes in Florida, Los Angeles and New York, as well as on a rented yacht in the US Virgin Islands.

Combs introduced him to Cuba Gooding Jr on the yacht where the actor allegedly began ‘touching, groping, and fondling Mr Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders’.

He claims he was also sexually assaulted by a female cousin of Combs’s girlfriend Yung Miami and forced to watch a video of record producer Stevie J having sex with another man.

Record producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones claims he was subjected to a year of grooming and abuse

The 54-year-old Harlem-born rapper has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct

Dozens of agents are seen on video advancing on the massive Los Angeles estate. Diddy faces multiple sex abuse allegations

Jones was required to work in Combs’ bathroom where the star would shower naked behind a glass screen, according to the lawsuit.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' private jet (pictured circa 2013) has been tracked to the Caribbean island of Antigua, just as his homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided

The producer alleges Combs boasted of having shot people and threatened to inflict bodily harm if Jones did not comply with his demands.

He says the ‘forceful and demanding’ star privately admitted involvement in a 1999 nightclub shooting that saw him acquitted of gun possession and bribery charges.

‘Mr Combs consistently made it clear that he has immense power in the music industry and with law enforcement,’ the lawsuit claims.

Jones claims that underage girls and sex workers were guests at the star’s house parties and that he saw the star drug their drinks.

He also claims he was ordered to Miami trawl bars and nightspots to recruit sex workers, and says he himself was drugged in February last year before he woke up naked, dizzy and confused in bed with Combs and two sex workers.

His lawsuit also names Combs’ son Justin, his chief of staff Kristina Khorram, and Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grange as defendants.

It accuses Khorram of ‘grooming’ him on Combs’s behalf and claims that Motown Records, Love Records and Universal Music Group comprised a ‘Rico enterprise’ that ‘failed to adequately monitor, warn or supervise’ Combs and his inner circle.

Last year Diddy was accused of ‘savagely’ beating and raping his ex-girlfriend.

Sean Combs, the rapper known as Puff Daddy in the 1990s and later P. Diddy, is claimed in a lawsuit to have abused Casandra Ventura for a decade after he signed her to his label when she was 19.

Ms Ventura, 37, a singer who performs under the name Cassie, alleges Combs forced her to have sex with male prostitutes and that he filmed the encounters.

The rapper and music industry mogul was sued in November by the singer Cassie, who accused him of rape and physical abuse before the case was settled out of court

He is accused of blowing up a love rival’s car, plying her with drugs and raping her despite her pleas to stop, her lawsuit filed in New York claims.

Combs, 54, now simply called Diddy, is estimated to be worth $1billion (€917million) thanks to his partnership with vodka brand Ciroc. He is regarded as one of the most influential names in rap, best known for hits including I’ll Be Missing You and Last Night.

Ms Ventura says she was 19 when Combs, then 37, signed her to his record label, Bad Boy, in 2006. She claims Combs gave her drugs, including ecstasy and ketamine, soon after to make her ‘compliant’. Ms Ventura alleges that ‘all aspects of her life’ were controlled by Combs, including her medical records.

Among the alleged episodes of ‘intense violence’ was a beating in an SUV on the way home from a party with rapper Jay-Z.

On another occasion, a jealous Combs allegedly pulled Ms Ventura out of a club, ‘stomping on her face’, leaving her with injuries so bad she had to recover for a week in a hotel.

Perhaps the most disturbing claims are that Combs allegedly forced Ms Ventura to take part in drug-fuelled parties where she had sex with male prostitutes while wearing masquerade masks as he filmed it and performed a sex act on himself.

The lawsuit states: ‘Ms Ventura was repulsed by Mr Combs’ demands, but between the physical beating and recognising his incredible power and incredible temper, Ms

Ventura became petrified of her partner and boss, and felt that she could not say no.’

In another alleged incident, an enraged Combs dangled Ms Ventura’s friend over a 17th floor hotel balcony. It is also claimed he threatened to blow up the car of love rival, rapper Kid Cudi – which later exploded on his driveway, though it is unclear who was responsible. In September 2018, after Ms Ventura tried to break things off, Combs allegedly forced his way into her home and raped her.

The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages for sex trafficking, sexual battery, sexual assault and harassment. Combs denies the claims.

Did Diddy use the rich and famous to hide in plain sight? Star enjoyed A-list endorsements from Obama to Oprah Winfrey and British royals

As one of the world’s top musicians, Diddy has rubbed shoulders with some of the most influential figures of the 21st century, from British royalty and former US presidents to  Hollywood A-listers like Oprah Winfrey.

The 54-year-old musician – real name Sean Combs – partied with Princes William and Harry during a post-concert shindig hosted by the royals, dated Jennifer Lopez, and had been a mentor to pop star Justin Bieber.

And he counts former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump as some of his other celebrity fans, with business titan Trump once hailing him a ‘good friend’ and ‘good guy’ and Obama reportedly ‘hanging out’ with him on occasion – while Vice President Kamala Harris has also publicly praised him.

But now the hip-hop mogul’s prized place in the high-flying global elite looks to have imploded as he faces multiple charges of sex trafficking and racketeering as well as transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy was a support of President Barack Obama (left) and the pair reportedly used to 'hang out' from time to time.

And the under-fire singer was also appeared friendly with Hollywood legend Oprah Winfrey (pictured left with Combs at a party in New York)

Combes is now behind bars after and has reportedly been placed on ‘suicide watch’ after the billionaire’s $50m bail bid was thrown out by a New York federal judge.

The rapper has been accused of hosting sordid sex parties, referred to as ‘freak offs,’ during which it has been alleged his victims would be drugged, forced to have sex for days on end, and left with such severe injuries they needed weeks to recover.

Diddy has vociferously denied all allegations against him and has entered a plea of not guilty to all charges.

And although there is no suggestion of wrongdoing by his friends, the fallout of these allegations against him could see some of his inner circle of celebrity pals being hauled into court to testify against him, experts have claimed.

It comes as experts today claimed stars and royals who fawned over P Diddy at the height of his fame would be embarrassed and ashamed by his fall from grace.

Experts today said that Sean Combs ‘used’ these stars to hide in plain sight.

One mover and shaker on the celebrity scene in London and LA at the time told MailOnline: ‘I know there are people who partied with him who are now utterly ashamed.

    ‘They were used.’

Combs allegedly ran a criminal enterprise from at least 2008 and is accused of using drugs and violence to to force women to ‘fulfil his sexual desires’, according to prosecutors.

And he is accused of sexually abusing and even raping men at parties where drinks were spiked.

Brand and culture expert Nick Ede said Diddy ‘manipulated’ people including the British royals.

Combs (pictured right) is seen partying with Prince William (left), Prince Harry (second from right) and Kanye West at the Concert for Diana's after party in 2007

Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Jay-Z posed with Diddy at the star-studded soiree in 2019 to mark his 50th birthday

He said: ‘P Diddy was a clever manipulator who used his status and fame and money to gain access to the most important people on the planet.

‘Aligning himself with Royalty and Government enables him to become almost untouchable hiding in plain sight – something that we have come to recognise as a similar trait as both Epstein and Weinstein.’

Combs has been a central figure in Hollywood for decades and his inner circle has included the likes of Jay-Z and Beyonce, Usher, Rick Ross and Justin Bieber.

He also has a reputation for ‘throwing the ‘best parties’, court documents have claimed.

His extravagant 50th birthday bash, held at a Beverly Hills mansion in 2019, saw Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Leonardo DiCaprio, Pharrell, and Snoop Dogg – who appeared as a cultural ambassador at this year’s Olympics – in attendance.

And in 2007 he was pictured with Prince William and Prince Harry at a post-concert celebration the royals hosted to thank all those who part in the ‘Concert for Diana’ at Wembley Stadium.

The now estranged royal brothers posed for photos alongside Combs and Kanye West, with the Duke of Sussex throwing an arm across the jailed mogul’s shoulder while the Prince of Wales appeared to embrace him.

Earlier this year, Prince Harry’s name appeared in US court documents related to a $30million lawsuit claiming that ‘Diddy’ is a sexual abuser of men and women.

Record producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones’ filed the bombshell lawsuit against Diddy and claims that his ‘affiliation’ to the Duke of Sussex and other stars gave him and his associates ‘legitimacy’.

The court documents filed in the US back in February did not suggest any wrongdoing on Prince Harry’s part. He is not a defendant and is named once in the 73-page document.

Meanwhile, the Prince of Wales is not named in the court documents.

As well as British monarchs and pop royals, Combs has also curried support from former US presidents and other high-flying political figures.

During his time hosting The Celebrity Apprentice, President Donald Trump spoke of Diddy, telling then-contestant Aubrey O’Day: ‘I love Diddy. You know he’s a good friend of mine, he’s a good guy.’

As well as British monarchs and pop royals, Combs has also counted support from former US presidents and high-flying political figures. He is pictured left with President Donald Trump and wife Melania Trump in 2005

Kamala Harris has also previous spoken out about Diddy thanking him for his support in 2020 after he hosted a political town hall about Covid-19. Ms Harris is pictured on September 17, 2024 during an election debate, with her tweet to Diddy, above

Aubrey earlier had said she had worked with Combs for ‘six years’ which she said trained her to ‘be perfect’. Asked if Diddy was a ‘good guy’ by Trump, Aubrey said: ‘I don’t want to answer that question.’

‘Oh well I think he’s a good guy, I’m gonna stick up for him,’ the former president responded.

Diddy is also a major figure in Democratic Party politics. He’s a well-established friend of President Barack Obama. The two have been pictured ‘hanging out’ on a number of occasions over the years, including in his post-presidency – and Obama was fond of joking about Combs’ numerous name changes.

‘When Puff Daddy changed his name to P. Diddy, he wanted to change it to ‘Pimp Daddy’, Obama once joked in an interview. ‘But he didn’t think we would approve.’

In 2008, just days before the election, Combs made a last effort to curry the favour of Black voters for Obama’s presidential campaign at a Democratic event – dubbed the ‘Last Chance For Change Rally’ – in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

While in 2020, current US VP Kamala Harris – now the Democratic frontrunner in the 2024 presidential race – thanked Combs for hosting a political town hall about Covid-19.

‘There’s a lot at stake for our communities right now and it’s critical we bring to the forefront how coronavirus is perpetuating racial inequality and health disparities,’ Harris wrote on X.

In 2006, ‘Diddy’ sat down with Hollywood royalty Oprah Winfrey for a tell-all interview – about 15 years before the bombshell interview to the Hollywood legend by Harry and his wife Meghan Markle.

Others among Combs’ circle of celebrity pals includes Canadian pop royalty Justin Bieber.

Bieber is said to be so deeply 'disturbed' by the news of Diddy's arrest on sex-trafficking charges that he's cut himself off from the world (pictured in 2014)

'Disturbing' footage of Sean 'Diddy' Combs with 15-year-old Justin Bieber has resurfaced online after the rapper was arrested on sex-trafficking charges

Bieber’s relationship with the music mogul goes back to the latter’s teens, when he was discovered as a budding YouTube artist by Scooter Braun and R&B star Usher.

Footage of Combs with a then 15-year-old Bieber has resurfaced online after the rapper was arrested on sex-trafficking charges.

X/Twitter users have branded the footage ‘creepy’, in which sees Diddy, who is 24 years older than Bieber, documents his ’48 hours’ staying with the young singer.

In the clip, Combs stands next to the young pop sensation and tells the camera: ‘He’s having 48 hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we’re doing we can’t really disclose.

    ‘But it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream.’

The hip hop mogul, 54, adds: ‘I have been given custody of him. He’s signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album.’

Diddy continues: ‘I don’t have legal guardianship of him [Bieber] but for the next 48 hours he’s with me and we’re gonna go full crazy.’

Bieber, now 30, is said to be so deeply ‘disturbed’ by the news of Combs’ arrest on that he’s cut himself off from the world.

In March, another old clip of Bieber and Diddy resurfaced shortly after Homeland Security raided the music mogul's properties in Miami and Los Angeles

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, an insider said that the new dad has been completely ‘thrown’ by the harrowing allegations and is grappling to make sense of them – especially given that he collaborated with Combs less than a year ago.

The source said of the fragile singer: ‘Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it so he has shut off.

‘So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him.

‘Justin hasn’t been responding on this since the home raids. He’s not going to.’

The insider added that Bieber also deeply regrets having collaborated with the disgraced mogul last year, and would never have done so had he known the allegations that have since come to light.

They continued: ‘He had a long break from Diddy when he believes most of this took place and he had distanced himself from him.

‘He was featured on Diddy’s most recent album, and had he known any of this, there is no way he would have done it.’

Also part of the inner circle Usher, who has claimed he was exposed to some ‘pretty wild’ stuff while living with Diddy aged 14.

Usher himself has claimed he was exposed to some 'pretty wild' stuff while living with Diddy aged 14 in 1994 (pictured in 2022)

In an unearthed interview from 2016, the Burn singer revealed details about his time living with Diddy in the spring of 1994.

While appearing on The Howard Stern Show, Usher, 45, alleged that it was record producer L.A. Reid’s idea to have him live with the R&B singer in Scarsdale to ‘see the lifestyle’.

When asked if Diddy’s ‘place was filled with chicks and orgying nonstop’ by Stern, Usher replied: ‘Not really… I got a chance to see some things … I don’t know if I could indulge and even understand what I was looking at.

‘It was pretty wild. It was crazy. There were very curious things taking place and I didn’t necessarily understand it,’ he admitted.

As for whether he would send his children to ‘Puffy Flavor Camp,’ Usher responded with an emphatic: ‘Hell no!’

Back in 2004, Usher told Rolling Stone that Diddy introduced him to ‘a totally different set of s**t — sex, specifically.’

Jennifer Lopez once revealed how Sean 'Diddy' Combs (pictured together in 2000) was the first man to cheat on her during their 'tumultuous' relationship from 1999 until 2001

The pair (pictured in 2015) bonded over their love of music, and Diddy quickly became like a 'mentor' to the Jenny from the Block songstress

‘Sex is so hot in the industry, man,’ he continued. ‘There was always girls around. You’d open a door and see somebody doing it, or several people in a room having an orgy. You never knew what was going to happen.’

Combs’ former lover Jennifer Lopez was also critical of the star, once revealed how he was the first man to cheat on her during their ‘tumultuous’ relationship from 1999 until 2001.

She later said she ended things because she didn’t feel like she could have the family life that she dreamed of with the musician.

Lopez claimed he had cheated on her, telling Vibe magazine in 2003: ‘It was the first time I was with someone who wasn’t faithful.

‘I was in this relationship with Puff where I was totally crying, crazy and going nuts, it really took my whole life in a tailspin.

‘I never caught him but I just knew. He’d say he was going to a club for a couple of hours and then never come back that night.’

The pair’s romance first began while Lopez was preparing for the release of her debut album, On The 6, which Combs helped produce.

During their relationship, Lopez debuted her most famous outfit during the Grammy Awards ceremony in 2000. The green silk chiffon dress from Versace was super low-cut, barely covering her cleavage.

But the couple also hit headlines after Lopez and Combs were arrested on December 27, 1999, following a shooting outside the Times Square Club in Manhattan.

The two were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, though the charges were later dropped against her as she was determined to be uninvolved.

Lopez broke up with the rap mogul a month before his trial was slated to begin in 2001. He was ultimately acquitted on all charges.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were in also attendance at the event in Los Angeles, five years before the same property was raised by Homeland Security

Others included on Diddy’s high-profile list of pals are Kim and Khloé Kardashian.

They were joined by half-sister Kylie Jenner as Combs’ hosted an extravagant 50th birthday party at his $40million Holmby Hills mansion in 2019.

Five years later the sprawling property would be raided by Homeland Security as part of a sex trafficking probe, but on that December night it played host to an array of celebrity friends.

Record producer Stevie J recently shared a video of the event, which was attended by stars including the Kardashians, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Paris Hilton, Naomi Campbell and the late Kobe Bryant.

Posting the clip on social media, he wrote: ‘This is what a real Diddy Party looks like.’

Following his arrest this week, Combs has since been likened to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein after sordid new details emerged of the sex rooms in his Miami home where he hosted his ‘freak offs’.

One of the Department of Homeland Security agent who helped raid the rapper’s Miami mansion claimed there were rooms within the property solely ‘dedicated to sex’ with cameras planted all around.

Speaking to the NYP , the unnamed federal source said if you were attending and participating in Diddy’s sex parties, or so-called ‘freak offs’, ‘you were being recorded from every possible angle, including angles you wouldn’t have known about’.

The singer’s ‘freak offs’ allegedly saw drugged up women being forced to sleep with male prostitutes in scenarios that Combs, 54, orchestrated, filmed, and masturbated to.

‘In my opinion, he’s as bad as Jeffrey Epstein,’ the source added, referring to the late pedophile and disgraced financier.

One federal source likened Combs to notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (pictured)

Officers claimed they spotted several similarities between Combs and Epstein – who was thrown behind bars for trafficking dozens of young girls in New York and Florida.

Epstein, who was awaiting trial on additional charges died in his cell in August 2019.

On Monday, Combs was sensationally arrested at Park Hyatt Hotel in New York City and was later charged with sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution – all of which he pleaded not guilty to in a Manhattan court on Tuesday.

According to the bombshell indictment, Combs allegedly forced women – some of whom were still teenagers – into days-long drug-fueled orgies.

He allegedly arranged and directed the sex parties, while masturbating throughout the performance and supplied women drugs such as ecstacy, ketamine, and BHB to keep them energized, federal prosecutors said.

The indictment added: ‘After freak offs, Combs and the victims typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use’.

Prosecutors said that the music mogul’s employees covertly booked hotel rooms for the ‘freak offs’, while stocking them with baby oil, lubricant, and extra bed sheets.

But the federal source told the news site that following their thorough raids, they unearthed evidence that revealed the women didn’t feel like they were free to go, adding video evidence showed women who were ‘clearly out of it’ while having sex with the men.

Combs would often tape the ‘freak offs’ to use as leverage to silence the women, and was known to choke, shove and throw people to the ground, prosecutors added.

‘The sensitive, embarrassing and incriminating recordings that he made during Freak Offs as collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims,’ the indictment said.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are proud parents of two royally adorable children.

The couple, who were married in May 2018, welcomed their first child, son Archie Harrison, in 2019 while they were still senior members of the royal family. In January 2020, they stepped back from their duties and later moved to Santa Barbara, California, where they had a daughter, Lilibet “Lili” Diana, in June 2021

Archie and Prince Harry. ; Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.

Prince Harry and Meghan retain their royal titles, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but they don’t use them in daily life or carry out work on behalf of the royal family. Instead, Harry and Meghan are focused on initiatives like their charitable work through the Archewell Foundation, with which they support access to education, women’s empowerment and fighting racial injustice.

While Harry and Meghan’s life at home with their kids in California is more relaxed than their previous routines as working royals, the Duke of Sussex has said that being parents of two is “definitely a juggle.”

Archie and Lili did not receive the titles of prince and princess when they were born because they were great-grandchildren of the monarch. Though Archie was entitled to the “courtesy title” of Earl of Dumbarton upon his birth, his parents chose not to give him a courtesy title at that time.

Meghan previously told Oprah Winfrey that she would have accepted a title for Archie at birth if it had offered him security and “meant he was going to be safe.”

“And it’s not our decision to make,” she said. “Even though I have a lot of clarity of what comes with the titles, good and bad … that is their birthright to then make a choice about.”

Once their grandfather King Charles became monarch, Archie and Lili were afforded the titles of prince and princess. The royal family’s official website was updated to reflect the children’s new titles of Prince Archie Harrison and Princess Lilibet Diana in March 2023.

Archie and Lili’s names were updated again in February 2024 when Harry and Meghan adopted Sussex as their family surname. Officially, their names are now Prince Archie of Sussex and Princess Lilibet of Sussex.

In his memoir Spare, Harry wrote that he hopes that his children will have a meaningful relationship with the royal family.

“I’ve said before that I’ve wanted a family, not an institution — so of course, I would love nothing more than for our children to have relationships with members of my family, and they do with some, which brings me great joy,” Harry explained further to PEOPLE in January 2023.

A month later, Harry told Good Morning America how “grateful” he is to be a dad.

“The kids are growing up like all kids do … very, very fast. They’ve both got an incredible sense of humor and make us laugh and keep us grounded every single day,” he told the outlet.

From the arrival of their firstborn to their low-key family life in California, here’s everything to know about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s two kids.

Harry and Meghan’s first child, Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor, now Prince Archie of Sussex, was born on May 6, 2019, in London, England. “He has the sweetest temperament,” Meghan shared of her son while introducing the newborn to the world shortly after his birth. “He’s really calm.”

Meghan later revealed that the couple almost named their son Harrison before deciding on Archie, a shortened version of the name Archibald, meaning genuine and bold or brave. They instead made Harrison his middle name, which originated in the Middle Ages as a patronymic meaning “son of Henry” or “son of Harry.”

Prince Archie of Sussex: All About Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Son
When he was only 4 months old, Archie joined his parents on a visit to South Africa, where he met anti-apartheid activist Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Meghan later shared that a fire broke out in the nursery where Archie was staying during the trip, and despite being “shaken” by the incident, the couple had to quickly leave their son for another scheduled engagement. Not long after the visit, Harry and Meghan announced their decision to step back from royal duties and split their time between the U.K. and North America.

Harry reflected on how his decision to step back from his royal duties to focus on being a father was particularly meaningful to him in light of his own mother’s experience raising children in the spotlight.

“I have no doubt that my mom would be incredibly proud of me. I’m living the life that she wanted to live for herself, living the life that she wanted us to be able to live,” Harry said in his docuseries The Me You Can’t See, co-created with Winfrey. “So not only do I know that she’s incredibly proud of me, but that she’s helped me get here. And I’ve never felt her presence more as I have done over the last year.”

On the show, Harry also revealed that there’s a picture of Princess Diana hanging in Archie’s nursery, and that one of his first words was “grandma,” after “mama,” “papa” and “crocodile.”

Harry and Meghan are also emphasizing the importance of moral character with their son. “When I talk to my son Archie about what he wants to be when he grows up, some days it’s an astronaut, other days it’s a pilot — a helicopter pilot obviously,” he said at the opening of the 2022 Invictus Games, an international sporting event for wounded, injured and sick servicemembers and veterans.

“But what I remind him is that no matter what you want to be when you grow up, it’s your character that matters most, and nothing would make his mum and me prouder than to see him have the character of what we see before us today.”

Meghan echoed this sentiment during an interview with The Cut in August 2022. “We always tell him: ‘Manners make the man. Manners, manners, manners, manners, manners,’ ” she explained.

‘There’s now genuine dislike towards Harry and Meghan’, ‘It’s schadenfreude with extra venom’: Has Hollywood turned on the Sussexes? Industry bigwigs reveal the inside story to ALISON BOSHOFF

The beautiful and the powerful of Hollywood circulated over ginger margaritas and spicy tuna bites on the rooftop of the Waldorf Astoria after the Emmy awards on Sunday night.

Guests included A-listers such as Kevin Costner, Brie Larson and Javier Bardem, influential bosses like David Zaslav of Warners, and rising stars including the actress Eve Hewson – Bono’s daughter.

The party was thrown by WME, the Hollywood talent agency whose biggest boss, Ari Emanuel, is the patron of all who gathered there. He out-clouted everyone present, and considering that last year he was paid $65 million (£49 million), he out-earns most of them, too.

Missing, though, was one of Emanuel’s most famous clients, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex. She signed with him in April 2023 in what seemed to be a certain harbinger of some big-ticket commercial tie-ups and maybe more deals in entertainment to go alongside her existing Netflix gig. But – just three days after a brutal take-down in the usually placid industry bible The Hollywood Reporter, which labelled her as ‘Duchess Difficult’, neither she nor husband Prince Harry were showing their faces.

They weren’t nominated for any Emmys either – obviously.

Meghan has not made a TV show since Netflix’s incendiary Harry & Meghan documentary in 2022; Harry was a featured talking head in a documentary about his Invictus Games, which went out in 2023 to some of the lowest ratings of the year on Netflix.

Whether they didn’t get an invite or declined to go, their attendance at the event would have made the couple appear at least sanguine in the wake of the article which talked about her working practices, saying she was ‘just terrible’, ‘a dictator in high heels’ and had ‘made grown men cry’.

However, for whatever reason, the pair stayed home.

It matters if you work in TV and don’t go to the Emmys. People notice and judge which rung of the ladder you are on accordingly.

One senior figure, who has watched Harry and Meghan’s progress in Hollywood with interest, said this week that they seem to be reaping the kind of ‘schadenfreude with extra venom’ at which the entertainment business excels.

He adds: ‘It was only a matter of time before the industry Press started taking shots. It’s hard to find anyone with a good word to say for their film and television credibility.’

The article in The Hollywood Reporter was published on September 12. Headed: Why Hollywood Keeps Quitting on Harry and Meghan, it was ostensibly about their chief of staff, Josh Kettler, leaving after only three months, as first revealed in this newspaper by Richard Eden in his diary pages.

It mentioned their woeful record in hanging onto staff with those leaving including Toya Holness, their global press secretary until 2022, Christine Weil Schirmer, who quit as Harry and Meghan’s PR head in 2021 and Keleigh Thomas Morgan of Sunshine Sachs who stopped looking after the couple around the same time. Others who have left include Catherine St-Laurent, once head of the Sussexes’ charity Archewell, Archewell COO Mandana Dayani; content chief Ben Browning and marketing chief Fara Taylor.

A source claimed to the Hollywood Reporter: ‘Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice. They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently. Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.’

Another source said: ‘She’s absolutely relentless. She marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders. I’ve watched her reduce grown men to tears.’

The startling allegations – described by a source close to the couple as ‘inaccurate’ and ‘one-sided’ – recall the kerfuffle in 2018 over whether Meghan had bullied staff at Buckingham Palace. There was an investigation after complaints and concerns were raised, but its results have never been made public.

Meghan strenuously denied the allegations and denounced them as part of a ’calculated smear campaign’.

In all, the Hollywood Reporter article was just the kind of unflattering ‘hit piece’ which you might expect the talent agency WME to have strangled at birth for their client, Meghan. One senior Hollywood publicist tells me: ‘First of all, everyone industry-wide, EVERYONE reads The Hollywood Reporter. It’s really striking that WME did not stop this running.’

She adds: ‘WME normally – you would think – would have been threatening and denying access to other stars. Was this done here?

‘The only thing the Sussexes could rally with was ‘no comment at this time’ from a spokesman.’

And perhaps even worse it came only weeks after another take-down in an industry publication.

That was part of a feature about the ‘worst deals’ of the ‘peak TV period’ which ran on the Hollywood news website, Puck. Again, the site – run by former Hollywood Reporter editor Matt Belloni and with a quarter of a million subscribers – is a must-read in the industry.

Harry and Meghan’s reported $100 million Netflix deal (which runs out next September) was mentioned in the same breath as Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who signed a mega-deal with Amazon in 2019 that has yet to yield a single minute of television drama.

Published on August 20, it woundingly misspelled Archewell as ‘Archwell’.

Of Harry and Meghan it notes: ‘The streamer is not expected to renew its five-year, $100 million deal signed in 2020 . . . Meghan’s passion project, the animated kids show Pearl, had already been canceled’.

A senior producer says: ‘I don’t think mainstream Hollywood ever took them seriously. From day one Archewell felt to most industry onlookers more like a brand building exercise than a genuine production operation. Netflix were handing out vanity deals like candy at the time and so everybody just shrugged their shoulders and assumed their company wouldn’t get much done despite the generous backing.

‘But even Harry and Meghan naysayers would have been shocked at how little they’ve actually achieved.’

‘And in the more austere climate of the industry in 2024 when thousands of people have lost jobs and the entertainment industry economy is struggling, there’s now a genuine dislike and distrust towards them by some.’

All of which might make their handlers feel a little nervous about the fate of that cookery show which will embrace Meghan’s love of ‘gardening’, ‘entertaining’ and ‘friendship’ alongside recipes. It is as yet untitled.

The show will mark a significant moment for Meghan as it’s also going to launch her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard (ARO). The brand was announced in April but so far there are no products and no announced partners. As with their efforts in TV production, it seems to be moving with glacial slowness.

All that has happened so far is that lawyers acting for the Duchess have sought to trademark the name and a logo for dozens of uses – and not been approved on various grounds.

Not, perhaps, the most promising start.

Netflix is understood to have offered to run the ARO brand for Meghan, which makes sense as it has huge experience of global marketing and merchandising. And Netflix boss Ted Sarandos, in London this week for the Royal Television Society conference, is a voice on her side. He said of Meghan: ‘I’ve been out with a lot of famous people before – the way that people react to Meghan is otherworldly.’

What are we to expect from Meghan’s cookery offering? The episodes are being directed by veteran Michael Steed, who worked with the revered chef Anthony Bourdain.

The show-runner with overall responsibility for it is yoga enthusiast Leah Hariton, who previously made Selena + Chef in 2020 featuring actress Selena Gomez. The shows are being produced for Netflix by The Intellectual Property Corporation, an off-shoot of Sony Pictures Television.

Archewell’s head of unscripted content, Chanel Pysnik, will be one of the executive producers, as will Meghan. Unusually, none of this information has been lodged with the production website IMDB, which is what you would expect to happen as standard.

It’s a very Meghan way of working – she likes to keep everything she can secret until the last possible moment.

Her working practices, according to a source with direct knowledge, are a little unorthodox. I’m told there is little separation between different projects and different arms of Archewell, so those involved in TV production can find themselves talking about charity work and vice versa.

Along with the desire for secrecy about projects, there is a passionate engagement with the manner and timing of any announcements. There are no offices – the couple take meetings at home, both often barefoot.

There was at one point an office in Malibu but the lease expired during the pandemic. And yes, the source says that decision-making is ‘a problem’ for them.

For the cookery show, which will be accompanied by a cookbook, I hear Meghan is taking advice from model Chrissy Teigen, who’s made cookery shows and released cookbooks herself in the past.

She and Meghan seem to have become close – she was given some of the early batch of ARO jam that went to famous friends.

Others on Meghan’s side include Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner and comedian and TV host Ellen de Generes, probably one of her closest remaining friends in Hollywood. Another is make-up magnate Victoria Jackson, whose brand she plugged for free by wearing it at the ESPY (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly) awards in July, where Harry won an award for his work with military veterans via the Invictus Games Foundation.

Meghan allowed her make-up artist and Ms Jackson to post on Instagram about it.

TV producer Tyler Perry, godfather to daughter Lillibet, also remains on side.

Some notable friends may have fallen away, though. The Clooneys, who attended their 2018 wedding, and hosted the couple in Lake Como the summer after, seem to have less connection to them nowadays.

Harry and Meghan were not seen at the Clooneys’ annual humanitarian awards in New York. They have also not been spotted at any parties thrown by their neighbour Oprah, who conducted that interview with the Sussexes back in 2021.

The Obamas haven’t been pictured with them for years – Harry and Michelle Obama were once close but the Sussexes were not guests at Barack’s star-studded 60th birthday party on Martha’s Vineyard in the summer of 2021.

Music producer David Foster was once spoken of as a ‘father figure’ for Harry, and his wife Katherine McPhee was at school with Meghan.

They had a number of double dates in 2020 but aren’t seen out with them any more and the couple weren’t among the talking heads on the Harry & Meghan documentary in 2022.

At the ESPY awards in August, Meghan wore a Staud dress, designed by Ari Emanuel’s wife Sarah Staudinger. It was a canny piece of flattery, but it’s clear that what she really needs now is a hit.

  • BIG BREAK! Harry furious as Netflix not only removes Meghan’s show but CUT HIM FROM Polo Show announcement

BIG BREAK! Harry furious as Netflix not only removes Meghan’s show but CUT HIM FROM Polo Show announcement

In a surprising yet amusing turn of events, Netflix has officially announced the release of their upcoming documentary series on polo.

Titled Polo, the series promises to offer an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the fast-paced world of elite global polo players.

Netflix’s recent announcement of a new documentary series on polo has notably excluded Prince Harry from its promotional materials, raising eyebrows and fueling speculation about his perceived decline in relevance.

Despite his known ties to the sport, Harry’s absence from the promotional content has led observers to humorously suggest that this may be a strategic decision by Netflix to avoid potential backlash due to his controversial public image.

The documentary is set to offer an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at elite global polo, yet the omission of Harry from the promotional campaign contrasts sharply with his established connection to the sport.

This move has sparked discussions about his waning celebrity status and its implications for his public image.

Many commentators view this exclusion as a reflection of broader concerns about his current standing and the potential business risks associated with his involvement.

The decision to sideline Harry may be seen as a deliberate strategy by Netflix to navigate away from controversy and maintain audience support.

As the couple’s departure from royal duties continues to influence their public perception, this shift highlights the challenges Harry faces in retaining prominence.

The situation underscores a significant change in his status from a highly regarded figure to one who is now somewhat marginalized in the public eye.

  • Meghan Markle announces plans to release her autobiography, recounting her “turbulent” journey from childhood to the present

Meghan Markle announces plans to release her autobiography, recounting her “turbulent” journey from childhood to the present

There are rumours that the Duchess of Sussex could follow in her husband Prince Harry’s footsteps by releasing her own account of life in the Royal Family.

Meghan Markle could be ready to “take off the gloves” and share more about her life as a working member of the Royal Family in a new tell-all memoir, a source has said.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, quit life as a royal in 2020 with her husband Prince Harry and moved across the pond to America.

Despite saying they are happy in their Montecito mansion, this hasn’t stopped the pair from speaking out about the Royal Family and making a number of accusations in their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, their Harry & Meghan Netflix docuseries and Harry’s memoir Spare.

Despite all this, a source close to the couple has said that Meghan could be set to reveal even more in a new tell-all memoir after the family were not invited to Balmoral this summer.

A source told Closer: “The talk among their friends is that it’s time to take the gloves off and do away with the diplomacy.

“There’s so much demand for Meghan to speak out, whether that’s in the form of another sit-down interview or even her own memoir. She has the potential to make an absolute fortune and clear up a lot of questions.”

The source said the memoir could be a “big tell-all from Meghan where she completely lays out her side of the story.”

The possibility comes just months after filmmaker Ulrike Grunewald, who is behind a controversial new Prince Harry and Meghan Markle documentary, told Express.co.uk exclusively that the Duchess of Sussex may use her diaries to write a memoir.

Grunewald said: “We know that Meghan kept a diary during her days in Great Britain but if she writes a book about it will people believe what she is telling?”

Prince Harry’s memoir Spare, released early last year, was considered to be the final straw between him and his brother William after the memoir contained a number of accusations aimed at him.

Since the memoir was published, the brothers have not been on speaking terms, with William reportedly not set to call his brother on his 40th birthday tomorrow.

It is not certain whether Meghan will write a memoir or, if so, when it will be published.
Rumors continue to swirl about the possibility of Meghan Markle following in Prince Harry’s footsteps and releasing her own tell-all memoir. After stepping back from the royal family in 2020 and starting a new life in America with Prince Harry, there is anticipation for Meghan to share more about her experiences within the royal family. With the recent revelation that the couple was not invited to Balmoral this summer, speculation has grown that Meghan could be ready to “take off the gloves” and reveal more about her time as a working member of the Royal Family. Queen Elizabeth II Had a Cryptic 9-Word Response When Prince Harry Told Her He Loved Meghan Markle

Prince Harry asked Queen Elizabeth for permission to propose to Meghan Markle, promoting his grandmother to deliver an unexpected response.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot in a widely televised ceremony back in May 2018. The two had somewhat of a whirlwind relationship, and Meghan was an American actress — probably not exactly who Queen Elizabeth II thought one of her grandsons would end up with.

Still, when it came time for Harry to ask his grandmother’s permission to propose to Meghan, the queen replied with a cryptic nine-word message.

Prince Harry’s request to Queen Elizabeth prompted 9 telling words

Prince Harry’s request to Queen Elizabeth prompted 9 telling words

Harry and Meghan first began dating in 2016, but things moved pretty quickly. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex first met in the summer of 2016 and kept their relationship under wraps for about three months. But by late 2017, Harry was ready to start a life with Meghan. It was fairly quick compared to Prince William’s lengthy eight-year relationship with Kate Middleton prior to their marriage proposal.

Harry wrote in his “Spare” memoir that he was quite nervous when asking the queen if he could have permission to propose to Meghan. “I stood completely still, as motionless as the birds in my hands,” he wrote. “I stared at her face, but it was unreadable.” But it was the next line of Harry’s book that was the most interesting: “At last she replied, “’Well, then, I suppose I have to say yes.’”

The nine-word response certainly would cause concern for anyone. The queen, apparently, was not jumping for joy. Rather, it seemed more like she was relenting because she loved her grandson. But perhaps that has less to do with who Meghan was as a person and more to do with the fact that they had only been publicly dating for one year.

Even Harry knew it wasn’t exactly the response he wanted. “Who cares how she words it, just know when to take yes for an answer,” he wrote in the book.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle named their daughter after the queen

Despite what people think, Harry and Meghan always did have a good relationship with the queen. They had nothing but good things to say about her during their interview with Oprah Winfrey, and when they welcomed their second child, they honored both the queen and Princess Diana by naming her Lilibet Diana.

Harry and Meghan have not been back to the UK since the queen died. The two happened to be in the UK at the time, and they extended their trip by eight days in order to properly grieve the loss. Meghan even recalled during the Oprah Winfrey interview that the queen made her feel welcomed when they first attended a royal engagement together, so it’s safe to say that Harry did earn his grandmother’s blessing when he wanted to propose.
