OFFICIAL! Richard Madeley Confirms He and Judy Finnigan Have Finalized Their Divorce BUT Will Still Live Together: “I Haven’t Fulfilled My Responsibilities Yet.”

Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, one of Britain’s most beloved television duos, have officially confirmed that they have finalized their divorce. Despite this significant change in their relationship status, the couple has revealed that they will continue to live together. This surprising decision has caught the attention of fans and media alike, prompting many to wonder about the reasons behind this unconventional arrangement. In this article, we delve deeper into Richard’s candid admission and explore what this means for their future.

Richard Madeley Confirms Divorce Finalization and Their Unique Living Arrangement

In a heartfelt statement, Richard Madeley openly confirmed that he and Judy Finnigan have legally ended their marriage. However, he emphasized that their separation does not mean they are parting ways entirely. Instead, the couple has chosen to maintain their shared household for the foreseeable future. Richard explained, “I haven’t fulfilled my responsibilities yet,” highlighting his commitment to their ongoing partnership despite the divorce.

This revelation has sparked widespread curiosity about how the pair will manage their day-to-day lives while living under the same roof but no longer being married. Their decision challenges traditional views on divorce and cohabitation, illustrating a modern approach to relationships that prioritizes mutual respect and understanding.

Why Richard and Judy Are Choosing to Live Together Post-Divorce

The choice to continue living together after divorce is uncommon, but for Richard and Judy, it seems to be a practical and emotional decision. Several factors contribute to this arrangement:

    1. **Shared History and Emotional Bond:** Having spent decades together both personally and professionally, their connection remains strong. Living separately might feel too abrupt or disruptive for either party.

    2. **Mutual Support System:** The couple has supported each other through many life challenges. Continuing to share a home allows them to maintain this support system during a transitional period.

    3. **Practical Considerations:** Financial and logistical reasons may also play a role. Maintaining one household can be more manageable than setting up separate residences, especially if they have joint commitments or pets.

    4. **Respectful Separation:** Richard’s statement about not having fulfilled his responsibilities suggests a desire to handle their separation with care and dignity, avoiding unnecessary upheaval.

Their decision reflects a broader trend where couples redefine traditional relationship boundaries to suit their unique circumstances, focusing on what works best for their well-being.

What This Means for Fans and the Future of Their Relationship

Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan have long been admired for their chemistry and partnership on and off-screen. Fans may wonder how this new chapter will affect their public appearances and professional collaborations. So far, both have expressed a commitment to maintaining their friendship and continuing to work together when possible.

This arrangement also opens up conversations about the evolving nature of relationships in the modern world. It challenges the stigma around divorce and demonstrates that separation does not necessarily mean complete disconnection.

For those following their journey, it’s a reminder that every relationship is unique, and sometimes unconventional choices can lead to healthier outcomes for all involved.

    Conclusion

Richard Madeley’s confirmation that he and Judy Finnigan have finalized their divorce but will still live together offers a fresh perspective on how couples can navigate separation with respect and care. Their decision highlights the importance of fulfilling personal responsibilities and maintaining strong bonds, even when the nature of a relationship changes. As they embark on this new phase, their story encourages us to rethink traditional norms around divorce and cohabitation.

“I’d Rather Walk Out With My Integrity” – Rylan Clark Drops Career-ending Truth Bomb After ITV Cuts Him Loose

Rylan Clark has confirmed that his time at This Morning is over—this time for good. After a whirlwind week of controversy, the TV star revealed that his contract with ITV has officially been terminated following the backlash to his explosive remarks on immigration.

In an emotional sign-off, Rylan, 36, told viewers on Friday: “At last, I can finally breathe easy and speak out about those disgusting truths. I have no regrets for speaking up, even if it cost me my career. Thank you, everyone…”

The announcement marks a dramatic end to his stint as stand-in host alongside Josie Gibson, who had been covering for Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard during their summer break. Josie responded on-air with: “What a week!”—but fans had no idea that it would also be Rylan’s last.

The storm began earlier in the week when Rylan clashed with viewers over his take on Reform UK leader Nigel Farage’s mass deportation plans. Speaking live on air, he questioned:

“How come if I turn up at Heathrow Airport as a British citizen and I’ve left my passport in Spain, I won’t be let in? But if I arrive on a boat from Calais, I get taken to a four-star hotel?”

Rylan insisted that he was not against immigration, adding: “This country is built on immigration—legal immigration. They pay tax, they help our country thrive. But illegal routes? That’s something we can’t ignore.”

He also highlighted what he saw as a growing injustice: “You’ve got people who have lived here all their lives struggling, while others are handed hotels, phones, even iPads. Something major has to change.”

The remarks instantly divided audiences, with critics accusing him of spreading misinformation about asylum seekers in the UK. Social media erupted, and within hours, calls were mounting for ITV to act.

On X, Rylan fought back, declaring: “You can be pro-immigration and against illegal routes. You can support trans rights and respect women. You can be straight and support gay rights. The list goes on.”

But by Friday, the damage was done. ITV confirmed behind the scenes that his role would not continue, with insiders revealing that the network and Rylan had “mutually agreed” to terminate his contract.

Fans reacted with heartbreak. One wrote: “Please keep Rylan and Josie on! They’re the best duo in years.” Another added: “I won’t be watching come next week—he was the only reason I tuned in again.”

The news came just as former host Ruth Langsford teased her own return to the iconic sofa. Speaking to The Mirror, she hinted she’d happily reunite with her “TV son” Rylan:

“I love Rylan. He’s like my son. We’ve worked together before, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. If ITV asked, I’d be there.”

However, with Rylan’s future at ITV officially closed, fans are now left wondering: could the duo reunite on an entirely new project away from This Morning? Ruth teased that something might already be in the works.

For now, one thing is clear: Rylan Clark is stepping away from daytime  TV on his own terms—louder, prouder, and with no regrets.

This Morning continues weekdays on ITV1 and ITVX—without one of its most outspoken stars.

“BROOKLYN BECKHAM BLOCKS HIS FAMILY?? Latest Twist in Beckham Family Rift Just Days Before Christmas!”

Why are Brooklyn Beckham and his family feuding? What we know about their ‘estrangement’

The alleged Beckham family feud has continued to rage, with tensions escalating and resulting in Brooklyn blocking his parents.

There have been rumours of fallouts ever since Brooklyn Beckham, 26, married Nicola Peltz, 30, three years ago, and speculation has mounted over the past few months.

David and Victoria Beckham were conspicuously absent from Brooklyn’s vow renewal ceremony in August, and Victoria’s recent Netflix documentary sparked even more questions.

The family has largely maintained a dignified silence on whispers of an ongoing feud, despite cryptic social media posts.

But Brooklyn’s unexplained absence from his dad David’s 50th birthday celebrations were enough to convince most fans that something is definitely afoot.

We’ve got you covered with a timeline of the family feud, all the rumours, and how it all began – let’s take you through it.

Victoria and Nicola Peltz’s wedding dress drama

Nicola and Victoria’s relationship has been the source of much speculation (Picture: Matt Baron/BEI/Shutterstock)
In 2022, there were reports Nicola had refused to wear one of fashion icon Victoria’s designs for the big day.

‘No family is perfect. No family,’ she told the Sunday Times in October that year, explaining that she, her mother, Victoria, and her longtime stylist were in a text chain discussing bridal designer ideas.

Victoria reportedly messaged Nicola’s mother to say her atelier wouldn’t be able to make the dress in time, and so they regrouped and ‘came up with something else’.

Brooklyn and Romeo’s ‘fallout over Kim Turnbull’

Even Romeo Beckham’s relationship with Kim Turnbull has sparked rumours (Picture: Dave Benett/Getty Images for 180 Studios)
In April, Cruz was forced to rubbish rumours his brothers were feuding after Romeo’s girlfriend Kim.

Fans have claimed she dated Brooklyn first, alleging it caused a rift between the siblings.

In a now-deleted message, one person commented on Romeo and Kim’s holiday snaps, ‘It’s appropriate to date your brother’s ex too? Cool’, but Cruz replied: ‘Brooklyn and Kim never dated.’

Brooklyn and Nicola miss David’s birthday

Rumours of a rift have only increased after Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t attend any of his dad David’s 50th birthday celebrations in May.

A source told Metro that Brooklyn is keen to patch things up with his father and was sad not to attend his big bash.

‘Brooklyn feels disappointed in himself for not attending David’s 50th birthday party,’ they said. ‘He wants things to go back to how they were, but it feels as if the divide has separated the family deeply.’

They hope he will ‘come around’ (Picture: Instagram)
And an insider explained that Victoria was desperately hoping her son will ‘come around’.

‘She’s hoping Brooklyn will come around and see things for what they are,’ they said. ‘They’ve always been a close-knit family and seeing how things are now has been devastating for Victoria and David.’

Not only did he miss the party, but he wasn’t on David’s ‘boys’ fishing trip with Cruz and Romeo – something the former footballer acknowledged on social media, tagging Brooklyn in pictures from their trip and saying: ‘You were missed.’

Brooklyn also remained silent on Father’s Day and did not mention the former footballer’s knighthood on social media, but fueled further speculation when he later posted a sweet message for his father-in-law, Nelson Peltz, on his birthday.

It was recently claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle invited Brooklyn and Nicola to dinner to show their support.

It’s said they extended an ‘unexpected invite’ to the young couple, as they bonded over similar ‘toxic’ family experiences, as a source told The Sun that the quartet dined at the Sussexes’ £11million mansion in Montecito, California.

It’s claimed ‘Harry was fully aware of the situation and offered Brooklyn his unwavering support as someone who has been through similar, while Meghan and Nicola found ‘common ground’ after both parties were accused of causing a rift in their husbands’ families.

Caption: Cruz Beckham weighs in on family feud with brother Brooklyn in emotional statement
In May, Brooklyn appeared to take something of a dig at his parents, as he shared a video of himself and Nicola on Instagram with a caption vowing to always ‘choose [her]’.

He wrote: ‘My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.’

In response, Cruz posted a message dedicated to his mum, dad, and siblings on his own Instagram story.

The 20-year-old shared a photo of himself alongside David and Victoria, as well as Brooklyn, 22-year-old brother Romeo, and 13-year-old Harper.

In what fans believe was a display of whose side he’s on, he wrote: ‘I love my family, I love you guys more than anything, mum & dad you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives x.’

Fans think they spot Cruz and Romeo Beckham’s ‘dig’ at sister-in-law Nicola Peltz

Cruz and Romeo have been seen with their father multiple times amid rumours of Brooklyn’s feud (Picture: Instagram)
Speculation swirled among fans in May who believed Romeo and Cruz Beckham mocked their sister-in-law, Nicola Peltz, online.

On April 7, Romeo shared a series of photos to Instagram, prompting Cruz to comment, ‘So beautiful Romeo .’

Moments later, Cruz followed up with several laughing emojis, which many fans interpreted as a hint of sarcasm.

Online sleuths quickly pointed out the similarity to a comment Nicola Peltz made just two days earlier.

On April 5, model Mia Regan posted photos from a POP Magazine shoot, to which Peltz had commented, ‘So beautiful mia .’

Brooklyn Beckham covers a tattoo dedicated to mum Victoria

The tattoo appeared sometime around when Brooklyn turned 18 (Picture: brooklynbeckham)

But it’s now been covered up by an image of Nicola’s wedding bouquet (Picture: Instagram)
The eldest Beckham boy proudly sports what he believes to be 100 tattoos, following in his football legend father’s footsteps by getting inked as soon as he could.

His designs mostly include tributes to Nicola, but there are also a few nods to his parents, such as ‘Mum’ in a heart on his shoulder and ‘Joseph’ in cursive writing on his forearm, which is his middle name handed down from David.

The former model has now covered up a tattoo he had done for Victoria in his early days of going under the needle.

He used to have ‘mama’s boy’ in a typewriter-style font over his heart, referencing their close relationship.

But in June, it was revealed that the words have been hidden within a sketch of Nicola’s bouquet from their wedding day.

Brooklyn appears to unfollow brothers Cruz and Romeo

It remains unclear if Brooklyn intentionally unfollowed his brothers (Picture: Dave Hogan/Hogan Media/REX/Shutterstock)
The budding chef’s bond with brothers Cruz and Romeo Beckham came into question in July, after it was revealed that the brothers no longer followed each other on Instagram.

Romeo and Cruz also appeared to unfollow Nicola Peltz three years after she joined the family.

However, sources close to the 26-year-old denied he is the one who unfollowed his brothers.

‘Brooklyn had no idea until he read about it online. It’s possible Romeo and Cruz blocked them, which would make it appear as him no longer following the brothers,’ the insider told The Sun.

‘He and Nicola certainly didn’t unfollow them or block them – they’re as confused as anyone else. The first they heard about it was when it was being reported on,’ they added.

Nicola and Brooklyn renew their vows – without his family

David and Victoria Beckham were conspicuously absent from Brooklyn and Nicola’s vow renewal ceremony (Picture: Instagram)
Three years on from their wedding day, Nicola and Brooklyn pledged new promises to one another in a vow renewal ceremony. However, it seemed his parents weren’t present at the August 3 ceremony.

Brooklyn’s Instagram followers spotted that not only were Victoria and David absent, but that Nicola’s dad Nelson officiated the ceremony.

A source told The Sun: ‘This was the final kick in the teeth for David and Victoria. Seeing Nelson having such a pivotal role at the ceremony was heartbreaking for David especially. Not one member of the 30-plus extended family knew about the wedding, or were invited.

Nicola’s dad officiated the ceremony (Picture: Instagram)
His grandparents are devastated too as Brooklyn has always been so close to them.’

The source added: ‘It feels cruel and spiteful. This is no longer a game. It has gone beyond all that. This is a family who feel they have lost their precious boy – and see no way back.

‘Honestly, they are now questioning why he even wants to keep the ‘Beckham’ surname – will he revert to Peltz? August 2nd 2025 – is this the day Brooklyn formally declared himself no longer a part of the Beckham family? It certainly feels like it.’

Meanwhile, Victoria and David vacationed in St. Tropez with their other four children while Brooklyn remained in the States.

Victoria Beckham’s new documentary offers more questions than answers

Victoria’s new self-titled Netflix documentary got quite personal, and fans were sure it might finally address the Brooklyn feud directly.

But the new three-part series, from the Emmy award-winning directors of her husband David’s series BECKHAM, gives viewers a front row seat as we watch Victoria evolve from a self-proclaimed ‘loner’ child to preparing for her Spring/Summer show at Paris Fashion Week -but it essentially ignores the existence of Brooklyn.

A sense of anticipation builds as you await a bombshell explanation in the final scenes about his noticeable absence from the documentary. But beyond flashbacks to their earlier years living in America, the eldest of the Beckham children doesn’t appear at all, creating even more questions.

Brooklyn misses his mother’s Paris fashion show

Victoria shared an emotional message after husband David and kids Harper, Cruz, and Romeo supported her at Paris Fashion Week.

The fashion designer debuted a new collection at the semi-annual designer presentation, which continues until October 9.

Her Spring/Summer collection received its grand unveiling on Friday night, with the runway event being an invite-only display according to the Federation de la Haute Couture.

Photographers who caught the Beckhams’ arrival noted that the eldest Beckham son, Brooklyn, 26, had opted to skip another family event.

After the show was over, Victoria posted a group photo of David, Harper, Romeo, Cruz, and Cruz’s partner, Jackie Apostel, accompanying the post with an emotional caption.

‘I love you all so much… I couldn’t do it without you!’ she posted to her 33million followers, with the Beckham family all wearing happy smile – but still with Brooklyn nowhere to be seen.

Cruz responded to claims Victoria and David ‘unfollowed’ Brooklyn (Picture: Instagram)

Cruz claims Brooklyn ‘blocked’ their parents

Just days before Christmas, Cruz responded to reports that David and Victoria had suddenly unfollowed Brooklyn on Instagram, insisting all wasn’t as it seemed.

Cruz, 20, was quick to address the claims, taking to his Instagram to write: ‘NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son… Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.’

Brooklyn now no longer follows any immediate family members, but does follow his grandparents, David’s mum and dad Ted and Sandra. He also follows his aunts, David’s sisters Lynne and Joanne.

From his mum’s side, Brooklyn follows his grandmother Jackie Adams, and Victoria’s sister Louise.

The move comes after it was reported that Brooklyn won’t be spending Christmas with his family this year, despite David sharing an olive branch to his son earlier this week.

BBC viewers were left in tears by Sarra Hoy’s extraordinary gesture as she faced her own heartbreaking diagnosis. Just a short time after her husband received his terminal prognosis, Sarra discovered that she herself had an aggressive, fast-progressing form of multiple sclerosis. Even so, throughout the documentary, audiences watched as she consistently put Chris first, describing being able to walk alongside him on this journey as “the greatest privilege of my life”

BBC viewers were left in tears by Sarra Hoy’s extraordinary gesture as she faced her own heartbreaking diagnosis. Audiences could not hide their emotion after watching the powerful new documentary about Sir Chris Hoy’s terminal cancer battle — but the person who truly touched the nation’s heart was his wife, Sarra Hoy, who was also dealing with an aggressive MS diagnosis. Gravely ill herself, Chris Hoy’s wife still chose to do this — and the whole of Britain was moved to tears

BBC audiences have been left deeply moved after watching a powerful new documentary charting Sir Chris Hoy’s terminal cancer battle — with many saying it was his wife Sarra Hoy who truly stole their hearts.

The BBC One documentary Chris Hoy: Cancer, Courage and Me offers an intimate look into the couple’s lives as the six-time Olympic gold medallist confronts Stage 4 cancer, after being told in 2023 that he had between two and four years to live. Scans revealed his prostate cancer had spread to his shoulder, pelvis, ribs and spine — a moment Chris described as nothing short of “a waking nightmare”.

Yet just weeks after receiving her husband’s devastating prognosis, Sarra was handed her own life-altering diagnosis: an aggressive form of multiple sclerosis. Despite this, viewers watched in awe as she consistently placed her focus on supporting Chris, describing standing by him through his illness as “the greatest privilege of my life”.

Reflecting on her own diagnosis, Sarra explained that the shock of Chris’s cancer had completely eclipsed everything else. She said the world had been so “upside down” by the news about her husband that her MS diagnosis felt like “just another moment in time”, adding that she preferred it that way because “talking about Chris” mattered more.

She revealed how the children’s fears surfaced quickly, with unspoken worries about whether their father might die, whether they could catch cancer, or whether they had somehow caused it. To help them cope, Sarra came up with a simple yet profoundly moving idea centred around a cherry blossom tree in their garden.

Realising that Chris’s chemotherapy would end around the time the tree bloomed, the family painted a large bare tree and added pink blossoms to it each day — symbolising Chris regrowing and recovering. Sarra said the ritual was as much for her husband as it was for their children, helping them all believe that even when something is stripped bare, it can grow again.

Chris paid a heartfelt tribute to his wife during the documentary, saying she never seeks attention but deserves every ounce of it. He admitted he could not imagine coping without her, calling Sarra “an amazing person”.

Viewers flooded social media with emotional reactions, praising Sarra’s compassion, resilience and selflessness. Many described the documentary as difficult to watch but deeply inspiring, with one viewer saying that while Chris is a hero on the track, Sarra is “a truly remarkable woman” off it.

“OH, GIVE OVER!”  Lorrɑine Kelly UNLEASHES on Thomɑs Skinner Over His ‘BBC Lɑwsuit’ Clɑim

Lorraine Kelly has publicly mocked former Apprentice contestant Thomas Skinner, questioning his decision to pursue legal action against the BBC.

The ITV daytime host, took aim at the reality TV star during Thursday’s episode of her programme, describing his reported lawsuit as baffling.

Speaking on air, the 66-year-old appeared incredulous as she discussed Skinner’s claims, remarking: “He’s suing the BBC. It seems to be a trend these days, everybody is doing it.”

Ms Kelly went on to quiz entertainment journalist Lucie Cave about Skinner’s motivations, adding: “What do you think he wants out of this? I don’t really get it.”

     | ITVThe presenter concluded her remarks with a pointed comparison, rolling her eyes as she declared: “He’s up there with Donald Trump, who is also suing the BBC.”

Her comments came after reports emerged that Mr Skinner, 34, is preparing legal action against the broadcaster over his early exit from Strictly Come Dancing.

The businessman alleges the show’s public voting system was deliberately manipulated to ensure his swift elimination from the competition.

Mr Skinner, who rose to fame on The Apprentice with his catchphrase “Bosh”, claims he has obtained proof that his public vote tally was suppressed.

A source told The Sun: “Thomas is adamant he got a larger share of the public vote and believes he has the evidence to prove it. He is determined to see it through, but there’s no way the BBC will take this sensational claim lying down.”

Mr Skinner reportedly believes negative press coverage surrounding his personal life influenced the alleged interference.

His Strictly stint was controversial from the outset, with some viewers objecting to his casting due to his association with US Vice President JD Vance.

The pair were pictured together at a barbecue after Vance reached out to Skinner to praise his motivational social media content.

Mr Skinner later revealed he received death threats following the meeting in October, just weeks before the series began.

Further controversy followed when he stormed out of Strictly’s press launch at Elstree Studios, seizing a journalist’s phone after spotting a question about his private life.

Days later, the businessman admitted to being unfaithful to his wife Sinead shortly after their wedding.

    The couple share three children.

Mr Skinner and professional partner Amy Dowden were the first pair eliminated from the 2025 series after landing in the bottom two dance-off.

They had amassed just 29 judges’ points across the opening fortnight, one fewer than rivals Chris Robshaw and Nadiya Bychkova.

The BBC does not release individual public vote figures, but Mr Skinner remains convinced his support was deliberately understated.

Sources claim he has since clashed with BBC executives and plans to boycott the Strictly final.

An insider said: “He’s convinced the BBC was hell-bent on getting him out as soon as possible — no matter how many of his fans got behind him.”

Reports suggest his absence is officially due to a prior commitment, while Ms Dowden will return for the finale.

The BBC has strongly denied the allegations, with a spokesperson telling the Mirror: “Strictly Come Dancing’s public vote is robust and independently overseen and verified to ensure complete accuracy.”

Corporation sources also confirmed no formal legal complaint has been received.

The broadcaster’s response mirrors its stance on a separate lawsuit brought by Donald Trump over a Panorama episode featuring his speech ahead of the 6 January 2021 US Capitol riot.

BBC insiders have indicated the corporation would mount a robust defense should any formal proceedings be launched.

David and Victoria Beckham ‘UNFOLLOW’ estranged son Brooklyn, 26, as it’s revealed he’ll spend Christmas with wife Nicola Peltz’s billionaire parents amid family feud

David and Victoria Beckham are no longer following their estranged son Brooklyn on Instagram after it was revealed he would be spending Christmas with wife Nicola Peltz‘s family.

The devastated parents, who are said to be feeling their eldest son’s absence more than ever as Christmas looms, allegedly removed Brooklyn from their following list, according to The Sun.

Brooklyn, 26, is also no longer following his mother and father on the picture-based sharing platform.

However, Brooklyn’s younger brother Cruz Beckham, 20, fiercely refuted the report in an Instagram Story post on Saturday, instead claiming that he, David and Victoria had been ‘blocked’ by Brooklyn.

‘NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son… Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I,’ Cruz wrote.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Brooklyn for comment on Cruz’s claims.

It is the most public sign yet that there has is no communication between them amid their spiraling family feud.

Brooklyn’s wife Nicola, 30, also does not follow David and Victoria. They no longer follow her either.

The move comes after Brooklyn’s friends told Daily Mail in July that his brothers Cruz and Romeo had blocked both him and his wife Nicola on the social media platform.

Daily Mail exclusively revealed how Brooklyn has snubbed his family’s attempts at reconciliation in the run up to the festive period as he will spend this Christmas with Nicola and her family in Miami, Florida.

A source said: ‘Brooklyn and Nicola decided they would be spending this Christmas with her family. Her parents are really excited to have them.’

Brooklyn and Nicola arrived in Miami earlier this week, with the hot sauce owner posing for a picture with her brother Bradley in the back garden of the incredible Palm Beach mansion.

His decision to spend Christmas with his in-laws will come as a blow to his parents and siblings Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20 and Harper, 14.

In recent weeks, David has appeared to offer a public olive branch to his son, in an apparent bid to put an end to their very public family feud.

The former footballer had shared a throwback picture of himself with Brooklyn and his younger brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20.

Cruz also made sure his brother knew he was thinking of him by sharing a sweet snap of the pair with brother Romeo on the beach in Brazil.

Daily Mail revealed how Brooklyn has snubbed his family’s attempts at reconciliation in the run up to the festive period as he will spend this Christmas with Nicola and her family in Miami, Florida

Nicola’s parents Nelson (pictured) and Claudia are said to be ‘excited’ to have Brooklyn over the festive period (seen in July)

Relations between Brooklyn, Nicola and the Beckham clan unraveled completely when they did not attend any of David’s 50th birthday celebrations in May. Brooklyn also failed to acknowledge his father’s knighthood in November.

Last week, Daily Mail revealed how Brooklyn’s nans are devastated they won’t be seeing their grandson this Christmas.

Victoria had shared a festive picture from her parents Jackie and Tony Adams’ house as they placed twelve stockings in a row on their fireplace, one for each grandchild. In pride of place was one reserved for Brooklyn.

The family feud has taken a particularly acute toll on Jackie, as well as David’s mother Sandra.

Some argue that hanging up Brooklyn’s stocking, regardless of the feud, is a sign of hope on Jackie’s part that – somehow, despite everything – Christmas might finally persuade her grandson to put aside his grudges and step on a plane to rejoin the family.

Friends of the Beckhams say Jackie and Sandra are ‘extremely sad’ about the situation.

The source added: ‘They’re not getting any younger and the cold truth of it all is that nobody knows when they will see Brooklyn next. It’s Jackie and Sandra who everyone feels so sorry for.’

David and Victoria will spend some of the festive period in the £60million home they recently bought on Miami’s waterfront.

It was where they were joined last year by Brooklyn and Nicola, and photographs of their Christmas celebrations show everyone having what appeared to be a lovely time.

Victoria is believed to be working hard to put on a brave face and stay strong for her husband and teenage daughter Harper, 14.

The couple shared two daughters together Josephine, born September 16, 1983, and Julia Christina, born March 18, 1989.

Chris’ last TV appearance was on Mortimer and Whitehouse Gone Fishing in 2020.

He guest starred on the show for a special Christmas episode where he talked about his battle with serious health issues over the years.

The hour-long special saw Bob Mortimer return to his childhood roots in Middlesbrough where Chris was born in 1951.

Speaking to Bob Mortimer about his Christmas hits origins, Rea previously said: “I was on the dole when I wrote that.

“My manager had just left me. I’d just been banned from driving.

“My now wife, Joan, had to drive down to London to pick me up in the Mini and take me home, and that’s when I wrote it.”

After the very same drive up north Rea would receive a cheque for £15,000 upon stepping through his front door.

His song Fool (if you think it’s over) had become a hit in America and earned him a large sum.

The timing couldn’t have been better given he was down to his last £200, he claimed.

It was a while before Driving Home would make any money.

Rea has recorded 25 studio albums, two of which topped the UK Albums Chart, The Road to Hell in 1989 and its successor, Auberge, in 1991.

He had already become a major European star by the time he finally cracked the UK Top 10 with the single The Road to Hell (Part 2).

Rea was born on March 4, 1951, in Middlesbrough in the North Riding of Yorkshire to an Italian father, Camillo Rea, and an Irish mother, Winifred K. Slee.

In 1973 he joined the local Middlesbrough band Magdalene and began writing songs.

He went on to enjoy a long and successful career in the British music industry.

His most famous song Driving Home for Christmas has made a reappearance on the UK Singles Chart every year since 2007.

It’s now a chart regular at this time of year, reaching its highest position in 2021 when it made it to number 10.

Rea had suffered several health battles throughout his life – he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the age of just 33.

He faced nine serious operations after the diagnosis, spending a total of 32 weeks in hospital.

Discussing the shock prognosis with Saga, he told how it had been his “Mount Everest” to climb.

Chris explained: “The original illness hit me hard. I almost had a nervous breakdown with the shock of it. That was the Mount Everest to climb.

“When they said it was pancreatic cancer, I could not believe it. It seemed that if your DNA says you are going to have cancer, then you can.

“They did not think I would recover from the first operation, but I was determined to do so for my wife and the girls.”

While appearing on the Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing Christmas special in 1994, Rea explained he had “never really got over” his diagnosis.

He had previously told how some of his internal organs, his pancreas, gallbladder and part of his liver were “all gone” after an operation.

It was after he had received the lifesaving surgery that the star discovered he had type 1 diabetes.

Speaking candidly about the moment he told his wife Joan Lesley about the diagnosis Rea said: “She pulled the car over and burst into tears.”

Chris has previously said he has to take “34 pills every day” after his health struggles.

He is survived by his wife and two daughters.

BREAKING: Police Search Rachael Carpani’s Home — Heartbreaking Discovery in Her Bedroom Leaves Investigators and Family in Tears

In a somber new development following the tragic passing of Australian actress Rachael Carpani on December 7, 2025, authorities have conducted a routine search of her Sydney home as part of standard procedure in cases involving unexpected deaths. Upon entering her bedroom, officers were met with a scene that moved everyone present to tears — a quiet, deeply personal space that felt frozen in time, as if she had only just stepped away.

The room was impeccably tidy, reflecting the calm routine of her daily life. Among the items that struck investigators most profoundly:

A well-worn book on her nightstand, filled with handwritten notes in the margins — personal reflections and reminders that showed her thoughtful nature.
A framed family photograph positioned face-down, perhaps a private moment of reflection she kept close.
A small lamp still glowing softly, casting a warm light over the bed.
A handwritten note beside the pillow, expressing simple gratitude and love for her loved ones: words that felt intimate and final, not alarming, but profoundly moving.

One officer reportedly had to step outside to compose themselves, describing the bedroom as “less like a crime scene and more like someone’s unfinished world — untouched, intimate, and heartbreaking.” There were no signs of struggle, chaos, or anything suspicious; instead, the space told a story of quiet dignity amid her long battle with chronic illness.

Family members were present during the search and have been informed of the findings. Authorities emphasized that the visit was procedural — no foul play is suspected, and the discoveries are being handled with the utmost sensitivity and respect.

A source close to the investigation shared: “Sometimes the most heartbreaking things aren’t clues to a mystery — they’re just reminders of a life that was deeply human.”

Carpani, best known for her role as Jodi Fountain in McLeod’s Daughters and recent work on Home and Away, passed away peacefully after years of managing endometriosis and adenomyosis. Her family continues to request privacy as they grieve.

This gentle, emotional scene in her bedroom has touched hearts worldwide, reminding everyone of the personal side behind the public figure. Rest in peace, Rachael — your warmth and strength live on.

Strictly‘s Katya Jones broke down on Monday’s It Takes Two as she admitted she blames herself for her and Lewis Cope‘s elimination – after fans fumed over his exit.

Fans were stunned to see the Billy Elliot actor leave the competition on Sunday and raged his axe was the ‘biggest robbery in show history’.

The Emmerdale star, 30, and his pro partner Katya, 36, were tipped to win the competition and sat at the top of the leaderboard most weeks.

So it came as a shock when Strictly viewers watched Lewis land in the dreaded dance-off with Amber Davies, 29, and Nikita Kuzmin, 27.

On Monday’s It Takes Two, Katya reflected on the exit and couldn’t hold back her emotions.

She said while breaking down: ‘Looking back, obviously, I can’t help but think I could have done things differently to make things better for him. He can only do what I’ve asked him to do, and he didn’t just do that this time.

‘He did that every single time. We were in a tough position expected to deliver these almost-perfect, show stopping routines every single Saturday, which you did. I don’t know how you did. But you did.’

Lewis put an arm around her as he sweetly insisted: ‘Because of you!’

Despite both being at the top end of the leaderboard for Musicals week, Lewis and Amber had to perform their routines once more to fight for their place in next week’s semi-finals.

Amber and Nikita – who scored 40 on Saturday night – performed their Charleston to Sit Down You’re Rockin’ The Boat from Guys and Dolls, before Lewis and Katya performed their Salsa to Dance at the Gym from West Side Story.

Judge Shirley Ballas said of the dance-off result: ‘I’m speechless. Absolutely speechless. You have to dance for your place in the semi-final. We are all admiring of all you. May the best man win’.

Motsi Mabuse had the casting vote and also decided to put Amber and Nikita through to the semi-final, after the other three judges voted for the former Love Island star.

Fans were outrage by the dance off results as many thought Lewis deserved to win this year’s glitterball.

    They wrote on X: ‘I’m so heart broken for Katya, I really thought she’d win it this year’;

On Monday’s It Takes Two, Katya reflected on the exit and couldn’t hold back her emotions, before Lewis supported her

‘I can’t believe we’re never gonna see another Lewis and Katya dance. I’m devastated’; ‘I feel weird about that result. Lewis was clearly final worthy. Such a shame.’

‘So gutted. Lewis was incredible, he really didn’t deserve to go home this early’.

When asked by host Tess Daly about his time on the show, Lewis said: ‘It’s been more than I could have ever wished for.

‘If someone would have said that I’d have done 11 weeks on the show at the beginning, I’d have been over the moon and snap their hand off.

‘So, thank you to the full show, to everyone for having a space where people can be themselves, grow, learn, express themselves. It’s been incredible and a memory that I’ll have for the rest of my life, and [to Katya] I think it’s all down to you.

‘You’ve literally given me absolutely everything I could wish for as a friend, as a teacher, and yeah, I couldn’t imagine it with anybody else. So, thank you very much.’

Speaking to Lewis about their partnership, Katya then said: ‘I think you have created so many moments for Strictly Come Dancing that will be in the history books and you will be remembered as one of, if not, the best male celebrity we’ve ever had on the show, but also you will be remembered for being an incredible person you are.

‘Kind and genuine people still exist – what a gentleman you are, so humble and so kind.

It came as a shock when Strictly viewers watched Lewis land in the dreaded dance-off against Amber Davies, 29, and Nikita Kuzmin, 27

‘And I’m so glad that we had a chance to see you and showcase your talent and what a beautiful person you are to the world. Thank you.’

When asked by Tess about the support he’s been shown on the show, Lewis said: ‘It’s everything, isn’t it? I mean, what is life without people?

‘And this show, I’ve seen how it’s brought people together, not just in my family, but it seems to lift people up. And it’s definitely brought my family, four generations, together every Saturday night – my Nana Dot sitting there smiling all the time.

‘You know, young boys who thought that dancing wasn’t accessible for them or whatever. They started dancing now and have sent us videos. And you know, if you can change one person’s life like that, then that’s enough.’
