Ellie Goldstein has shared a ‘cheeky’ update alongside Vito Coppola as their partnership continues following their Strictly Come Dancing exit.

Fans of the hit dance show were gutted to see the joyful duo, known as the ‘Cheeky Team’, become the fifth couple to leave the BBC One dance contest at the weekend.

During Saturday night’s (November 1) Halloween special, they performed the tango to Lady Gaga’s Abracadabra in a magic-themed performance, which saw the model and actress pulling her dance partner, dressed as a bunny, out of a hat.

But their Hallowen treat turned into a trick, as they were then seen landing in their first dance-off during Sunday’s (November 2) results show, with the pair having to fight for their place in the competition against actress Balvinder Sopal and dancer Julian Caillon.

After both performances, the judges delivered a unanimous verdict. Anton du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse all opted to save Balvinder and Julian, sealing Ellie and Vito’s departure from the show.

After the news was confirmed, Vito spoke movingly about being partnered with Ellie and made a vow to ‘keep dancing’. And that was proven just days after their last show.

Taking to Instagram, Ellie shared a picture of herself and Vito beaming as they gave each other high-fives back in the training room. Alongside the post, the 23-year-old wrote: “What a great day spending it with my @vitocoppola. Never stop dancing!”

Vito then reshared the post to his own Instagram Story and gushed: “Your big brother loves you so much,” before adding a heart GIF.

The pair were then seen on Tuesday (November 4) heading out for lunch together. Ellie shared a picture of them both, snuggled in close to one another as they smiled for the camera.

With their meals in front of them waiting to be tucked into, Ellie penned on her Instagram Story: “Cheeky @nandosuk for the Cheeky Team.”

Her new pal then reshared the post to his own Instagram Story, adding: “Your big brother is always by your side,” before adding: “Let’s have a cheeky lunch.”

Back Under Mum’s Roof! After years of heartbreak, Katie Price has finally achieved what she longed for – her youngest children, Bunny (10) and Jett (11), will move in to live full-time with her from November

Katie Price is preparing for what she calls the happiest chapter of her life – a full-time reunion with her youngest children, Bunny, 10, and Jett, 11, this November.

The pair have been living with their father, Kieran Hayler, since the couple’s explosive split, which was marred by cheating scandals and years of bitter custody disputes. While Katie and Kieran were granted shared custody following their divorce in 2021, the children have remained primarily with their dad.

Now, reports confirm Bunny and Jett will move back in with Katie “full-time” – a decision that has brought her immense relief. A source close to the star said, “It was a tricky time for everyone, but now Katie is going to have them back with her again, and she couldn’t be happier. Her recent house move has worked out perfectly, so they can be close to their dad and friends.”

Katie, 47, has been candid about how painful the separation has been. In her Channel 4 documentary Trauma and Me, she admitted, “The hardest thing I’ve had to deal with in recent months is having limited access to some of my kids. It’s heartbreaking. They should be having their mum in their life.”

At present, Katie doesn’t live with any of her five children. Harvey, 23, is in a care home for additional support, while Junior, 20, and Princess, 18 – whom she shares with ex-husband Peter Andre – are now adults living independently.

The move in November signals a major reset for the former glamour model, who has often spoken about wanting her children to have a more stable and private upbringing away from social media’s harsh spotlight. “I don’t even put pictures of them up anymore because they’re going to big school and I want them to have their identity,” she explained in a podcast.

After years of heartbreak, public disputes, and legal drama, Katie is finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. With Bunny and Jett soon under her roof again, she’s embracing a fresh start as a full-time mum.

“WHEN WESTMINSTER WON’T LISTEN — PEOPLE FILL THE STREETS.” Over 3,000 residents defied the storm to protest ɑ government plɑn dropped on their community — ɑnd the virɑl footɑge sɑys it ɑll.

Protest organisers reported that approximately 3,000 residents participated in today’s march, marking the third consecutive Sunday of demonstrations against proposals to accommodate asylum seekers at the local military facility.

Two separate processions departed from different points in the Sussex town before merging in the centre and proceeding to a rally venue.

In a symbolic gesture, 600 participants wore numbered badges representing the exact count of asylum seekers the Home Office intends to relocate to Crowborough Army Camp.

The demonstrators carried English flags and placards through the downpour, maintaining their campaign momentum despite the challenging weather conditions.

The Home Office intends to transfer the asylum seekers to the military facility at Crowborough’s periphery before the end of December.

Residents discovered the relocation scheme through media leaks, with campaign group leader Kim Bailey warning that arrivals could occur with merely 48 hours’ advance notification.

Community opposition centres on public safety anxieties, particularly following reports that 200 individuals residing in asylum accommodation facilities faced criminal charges, including sexual assault allegations, during the period ending August this year.

Demonstrators displayed banners reading “stop rewarding, start deporting” and “protect our town, protect our communities and protect our families and stop 600 illegal immigrants coming to Crowborough”.

The proposals have generated widespread apprehension among the 22,000-strong community, with residents expressing concerns about the rapid implementation timeline and absence of prior consultation.

Four cadet units currently utilising the facility face potential displacement without alternative arrangements being provided, according to Crowborough Shield, the residents’ campaign organisation.

Senior instructors have expressed doubts about maintaining adequate safeguarding standards for young cadets following the asylum seekers’ arrival

The Ministry of Defence stated it regards “the safety and well-being of all cadets extremely seriously” and “continues to work with the Home Office to assess the potential impact that housing asylum seekers on military bases could have on our Cadet Forces.”

Preparations at the facility include installation of substantial fencing and deployment of security personnel with patrol dogs.

Parents and cadet instructors have initiated their own protective measures, conducting informal patrols during cadet collection and delivery times.

Penny Saunders, a 58-year-old office administrator who has lived in Crowborough her entire life, joined today’s demonstration wearing badge number 600.

“I haven’t marched before but I’m in total agreement with it. It will make a huge difference to our community,” Mrs Saunders stated.

She added: “I’ve seen catastrophic changes already. Our local services can’t cope as it is.

“I’ve seen crime rise and it’ll only get worse. This is about community and the fact these men will be undocumented.

“It is about safety. The reason people want to live here is about the community and safety, it is not about racism.”

Ms Bailey, who leads Crowborough Shield, emphasised that residents received no advance warning about the plans, which have generated significant anxiety throughout the community.

The military site typically serves as temporary lodging for troops and cadets utilising the adjacent training grounds, rather than maintaining a permanent military presence.

Adult cadet instructors are contemplating suspending training activities in response to the accommodation proposals.

Demonstrators’ placards included messages such as “Home Office think again, this is so wrong”.

Sir Richard Branson Heartbroken as He Announces Wife Joan Has D.i.e.d After 50 Years Together: he said Joan had passed away, calling her “my best friend, my rock, my guiding light and my whole world” after five decades side by side

Sir Richard Branson has announced the devastating death of his wife Joan, describing her as his “best friend, my rock, my guiding light, my world” after five decades side by side.

The Virgin founder, 75, confirmed that Joan, who had just turned 80 this summer and was believed to be in good health, passed away peacefully. The couple married in 1989 on Necker Island and built a tight-knit family together, raising daughter Holly, 44, son Sam, 40, and doting on their five grandchildren — Etta, Artie, Lola, Eva-Deia and Bluey.

Just last week, Sir Richard had shared a tender photo kissing Joan on the head, writing that “everyone needs a Joan in their life” — a message that now reads like a painful farewell.

Tributes have poured in from friends across the world. Spanx founder Sara Blakely said she was “heartbroken,” telling Richard she was “so glad you had each other for so long.” TV host Andrea Minski also sent her love, recalling how Joan “shared the best mom advice” during their annual stays on Necker Island and how she treasured their “conversations over champagne.”

Sir Richard also reflected on the moment he first met Joan back in 1976 at The Manor, Virgin Records’ legendary live-in studio. He remembered falling for her “almost from the moment I saw her,” movingly recalling how the “down-to-earth Scottish lady” was the one person who wasn’t impressed by his antics.

Today, he said simply: “Love you forever, Joan.”

His brothers stood by his hospital bed in tears, whispering: “We just wish we had a little more time…” A family once filled with laughter is now living its most heartbreaking chapter.

Fans of Gogglebox were left emotional and deeply shaken after beloved cast member Tremaine Plummer shared a heartbreaking update about his health — marking what may be the most painful chapter in his long fight for survival and resilience.Channel 4 Gogglebox's Plummer brothers: Inside the lives of Tremaine, Twaine and Tristan - Lincolnshire Live

Tremaine, who has appeared on the hit show alongside his brothers Twaine and Tristan since 2016, revealed through social media that his cancer battle has reached its most difficult stage yet.

“My time may be running out…” he wrote — words that carried the weight of someone confronting fear, fragility, and mortality.

Once the lively, humorous centre of the Plummer trio on television, Tremaine now faces a moment of profound vulnerability. His brothers — usually strong and composed — are said to be visibly shaken, reportedly struggling to hold back tears while staying by his bedside.

    🩺 From Diagnosis to a Five-Year Miracle

Gogglebox star's devastating cancer battle as they share post-surgery snap - Birmingham Live

Tremaine’s health journey has been widely known for years. He was diagnosed with bowel (colon) cancer in the past — a moment he once described as the day his “world stopped.”

Following surgery, treatment and a long recovery, Tremaine celebrated five years cancer-free in 2020, a milestone loved ones and fans embraced with relief and gratitude.

At the time, he spoke openly about how the experience had changed him — shifting his perspective on fear, life’s fragility and the importance of cherishing even the smallest moments.

    ⚠️ A Difficult Turning Point

But his latest message comes with a quieter, more fragile tone. The strength that once defined him appears overshadowed by exhaustion and vulnerability.

In the image accompanying his update, Tremaine is shown (or described) lying in a hospital bed, looking weak, dressed in medical clothing — the toll of his journey written on his face.
Sources close to the family say he has returned to hospital for further scans, tests or treatment. (These details come from reports and insider interviews, not from Tremaine directly, and should be treated cautiously.)

Insiders also shared that Twaine and Tristan have stepped back from outside commitments, spending most of their time with Tremaine, offering presence and comfort more than words.

Gogglebox brothers Tremaine, Twaine and Tristan's real…

    A family confidant told reporters:
“We aren’t giving up. But this is the hardest thing any of us have ever faced.”

💬 A Wave of Support from Viewers

Tremaine’s post triggered an outpouring of emotion across social media:

“I’m crying. Tremaine brought happiness to so many… God bless him.”

“Your strength inspires more than you know. We’re praying for you.”

“I’ve followed his journey for years. Stay strong, Tremaine.”

Current and former cast members, along with Gogglebox producers, also expressed their love and support — calling him “one of the kindest souls” and praising his warmth and humour as a central part of the show’s heart.

💔 A Promise From His Brothers

Despite the heartbreak, Twaine and Tristan have stood firm. They have promised to honour Tremaine’s legacy — the laughter, the courage, the unity — no matter what lies ahead.

    Tristan reportedly wrote:
“Bro, you lifted us for years. Now it’s our turn to carry you. Always.”

Across the UK, fans are holding their breath. Tremaine’s story has become something far deeper than television — it’s about courage, brotherhood, and the fight to hold on even when hope feels fragile.

🕯 A Quiet Reminder From His Journey

From diagnosis to remission to this uncertain moment, Tremaine’s path is a reminder of life’s unpredictability.
His voice — once light and full of laughter — now shares truths many avoid.

Even in weakness, his fight holds meaning:
that courage can exist alongside fear, that vulnerability is not defeat, and that love — in all its forms — can shine even in the darkest chapters.

A short walk, a calmer breath, a moment where she felt like herself again — each one a step forward. Her strength isn’t loud, but it’s deeply inspiring. Her journey proves healing is slow, brave, and beautifully human.

For most people, two weeks pass quietly — barely enough time to notice a change.
But for Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden, these fourteen days have become a tender, transformative measure of courage, patience, and the slow rebuilding of a life paused by illness.

Two weeks after undergoing her second mastectomy, the beloved Welsh dancer has opened up to fans with a deeply emotional update — not about major milestones, but about the quiet triumphs that are guiding her back to herself.

🌸 “Today I finally felt a bit like me again.”

In her latest message, Amy revealed something profoundly honest: healing hasn’t been dramatic or glamorous — it has been gentle, fragile, and unexpectedly hopeful.

She described the past fortnight as a mix of discomfort, exhaustion, and moments where emotions surfaced without warning. Yet amid all of it, she’s found sparks of progress that lifted her spirit.

“I’m proud of how far I’ve come,” Amy wrote.
“Some days I only manage a short walk… others I just focus on breathing through the discomfort. But I’m learning to celebrate the small wins.”

For someone who once lived through choreography, adrenaline, and precise movement, learning to slow down — truly slow down — has required a different kind of discipline. And a different kind of grace.

🌼 Healing After a Second Battle

Amy’s health journey has been anything but straightforward.

Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023, she faced chemotherapy, surgeries, infections, and setbacks that forced her to step away from the Strictly ballroom she loved. Now, her second mastectomy marks yet another chapter in a fight that has tested both her body and spirit.

Friends say Amy is mentally stronger than ever — but also wiser, more compassionate with herself, and more aware of her limits than she has ever been.

Her focus is no longer on rushing back.
    It’s on rebuilding intentionally.

and a quiet, growing sense of strength

Despite the turbulence, she keeps returning to a single truth:

“Healing isn’t linear. But I’m slowly beginning to feel like Amy again.”

Her words have struck a chord far beyond Strictly fans — reaching cancer survivors, dancers, mothers, and everyday people who see their own struggles reflected in her honesty.

Penny Lancaster has opened up about a deeply personal struggle she kept hidden for years, offering a raw and emotional account of what was happening behind closed doors while Rod Stewart fought prostate cancer. She reveals everything in her newly released book, Someone Like Me, which hits shelves today.

Rod Stewart received his prostate cancer diagnosis in 2017 after what was meant to be a routine check-up. While his health journey has been widely followed by the public, Penny discloses that in the beginning, Rod wanted the entire ordeal kept completely private.
He had discovered the cancer was aggressive, but insisted he needed time to process the news alone — before allowing anyone else into that frightening reality.

Penny has opened up about Rod's cancer in her new book

Penny recalls the days that followed as an “excruciating wait”, filled with silent fear and emotional turmoil. Rod tried to stay optimistic, speaking about future tours even while recovering from treatment, determined to focus on the road ahead.

But Penny was quietly falling apart.

The secrecy forced her to withdraw from her support system. She couldn’t confide in friends or loved ones, and the emotional pressure grew heavier with each passing day. In her book, she describes this period as one of the most agonising chapters of her life.

Not long after, she appeared on Loose Women, where a moment of vulnerability led her to speak openly about past sexual harassment she had endured. Penny now believes that moment unlocked a flood of emotions she had been burying for months.

But instead of relief, the days following the broadcast became even more challenging.

“I felt incredibly low, and my depression spiralled further,” she wrote. “I realised that to be strong for both myself and Rod, I might need some help too.”

Her GP suggested antidepressants, a step Penny initially resisted out of fear it would make her seem “weak.”
Looking back, she calls that reaction naive — recognising now that she desperately needed something to hold onto.

Eventually, she accepted the medication, describing it as a “safety raft” that helped her stay afloat until she could regain control of her life again.

    Therapy became another lifeline.
Penny describes sitting in the therapist’s office, crying nonstop for three hours, as though a valve she had kept tightly closed had finally burst open.

For the first time, she allowed herself to speak her truth — the fear of losing Rod, the terror of her boys losing their father, and the loneliness of carrying a secret she wasn’t allowed to share.

Through her book, Penny Lancaster invites readers into the emotional reality behind the headlines — the fear, the strength, and the heartbreaking honesty of a family facing the unimaginable.

Strictly Erupts As Lewis Cope Hit With Sh0cking Glitterball Blow Threatening His Weekend Dreams

He’s been overtaken by Karen Carney…

Lewis Cope and partner Katya Jones has been in a pretty strong position on Strictly so far… But it appears as if his race for the Glitterball Trophy might have hit a bump in the road.

During Blackpool Week, the pair scored their second 40 of the series, leaving them at the top of the leaderboard. But could the Emmerdale actor’s luck be about to run out?

    Lewis Cope - InterTalent

Latest Strictly odds see Lewis Cope slip

In new odds provided by SportsCasting, Lewis has been overtaken in the race to lift the coveted Strictly Come Dancing trophy.

With 10/11 odds, George Clark remains the top choice to win Strictly — but a SportsCasting spokesperson notes that after her “sensational” Paso Doble, Karen Carney has “surged” into second place with 7/4 odds, overtaking Lewis.

So, where does that leave Lewis?

“Despite securing another perfect score of 40, Lewis and Katya have slipped back to 4/1, suggesting viewers may be leaning toward a winner without professional dance training,” spokesperson Shane Orton told us.

“George and Alexis (10/11) remain the dance pairing to beat, but there have been notable shifts further down the leaderboard. Karen and Carlos have surged into 7/4 second favourites following a sensational Paso Doble in Blackpool this past Saturday night,” Shane added.

Alex Kingston and Amber Davies both have 33/1 odds on winning, while Balvinder Sopal is the rank outsider with odds of 200/1 of lifting the Glitterball Trophy.

What is Lewis Cope’s dance experience?

Like Amber Davies, Lewis has faced a lot of backlash from fans on account of his dance training and experience.

When he was 11 years old, Lewis performed in the West End production of Billy Elliot. He later joined hip hop dance crew Ruff Diamond and competed in Got To Dance. However, he has played down his dance experience, explaining that he hasn’t danced professionally for at least eight years.

“Look, I did do dancing when I was a teenager. I did a couple of years of it, really. I was obviously in Billy Elliot, but I didn’t play Billy Elliot. I wasn’t good enough, so I play Michael, which is basically, I don’t know if you saw the show, but he basically acts all the way through the show and he has one tap dance, that was it,” he explained.

“And then after that I was with a hip hop dance crew for a couple of years. But then I actually went off and trained professionally as an actor. I didn’t go and train professionally as a dancer. I went and did just straight acting for three years, and then probably for the last eight years or something now I’ve only ever acted, so it’s been brilliant actually going back into a dance studio.”

Who is Lewis Cope? Strictly Come Dancing, Emmerdale and theatre

    Bookies reveal who leaves next

SportsCasting also provided odds for the next round of eliminations.

“After the unfortunate withdrawal of La Voix and Aljaz from the competition, viewers enjoyed a break from the usual elimination drama,” Shane said. “Performances in Blackpool will now count towards the upcoming Week 10 exit.”

The odds suggest that Balvinder is on “borrowed time”, and that she’s likely to face a dance-off against Alex or Amber.

“Anything can happen under pressure, and a single slip could see someone sent packing,” he warned.

Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell has plenty to contend with between making it through the BBC dance competition with her celebrity partner Stefan Dennis all while pregnant with her first child – and now she and partner Joe Sugg are making huge decisions about how their child’s nursery will look.

In Joe’s latest vlog posted to YouTube, he shared the major update that they’ve felt the baby kick for the first time, gushing: “Today was the first day, this is a monumental day. Because you’re into the next week of Strictly, but this morning was the first time ever that I felt little man kick.”

Dianne shared: “Yeah, he kicked this morning!” as an overwhelmed Joe said: “He’s properly kicking all morning.”

“He’s been giving me butterflies all morning,” Dianne said, before telling fans that Joe had been singing Rainbow Connection to their little boy so he could feel the vibrations through her tummy.

But the parents-to-be have a big decision to make when it comes to their son’s nursery, as Joe struggled to choose between wallpaper patterns. One potential design featured fishing boats and whales on a cream background, while another was a Winnie the Pooh inspired 100 Acre Wood design. Another featured classic Dumbo characters on a white background.

He explained that their son won’t be staying in the nursery for the first six months of his life, so they have plenty of time to prepare. He told fans: “These are the three that we both like. These are the samples they give you, but it’s not much of a sample – it’s not enough to be able to see, properly, what it looks like on the wall.”

Joe said the sailboat pattern is his favourite of the three, and told fans: “The sort of off-white texture with the boats and the little ducks! As you can see, the walls have got panelling on, so do you wallpaper just inside the panels and have the walls a different colour in between?”

Prince William agrees to accelerate ‘Bring Harry Back’ campaign

Speaking to The Mirror US, a former royal insider has claimed that William and Charles have been discussing the possibility of bringing Prince Harry back into the royal fold.

The insider, ex-palace photographer Ian Pelham Turner, has claimed that William is “warming” to the idea now that Andrew is out of the picture.

“My feeling at the moment is because of Charles’ cancer diagnosis that all these negotiations perhaps, for example, with Harry have been accelerated,” he told the outlet.

The ex palace photographer then speculated that William and the king have sat down to negotiate their terms and expedite the “Bring Harry Back” campaign.

Harry to return to royal fold?

    Turner continued.

“So I think why all of this has happened now is that William has been placated about Harry coming back into the fold by getting rid of Andrew. There seems to be accelerations at the moment,” he then said.

“One acceleration is bringing Harry back. And the second acceleration is getting rid of Andrew,” he then added.

Kensington Palace has been contacted for comment.

Kate urges Harry to ‘come back home’ for one-on-one meeting with William

The news comes amid reports claiming Kate Middleton has urged her brother-in-law to return to the UK to meet with William.

The Princess of Wales is reportedly of the opinion that a one-on-one meeting between Harry and William could be the only way forward after years of tension.

“Kate is trying to keep a bridge open for Harry before it’s too late. [She’s] tried everything to get William to soften… but there’s just no moving him,” a source told Heat.

Sources allege that Kate has taken on the role of peacemaker behind closed doors. She has reportedly been urging Harry to return to the UK without Meghan on his next trip. This will reportedly be seen as a gesture of independence and goodwill.

“Her hands are tied. In the spirit of being practical, she’s urging Harry to come back without Meghan. As proof that he’s his own man and not joined at the hip. She believes it’s the only way he can start rebuilding his reputation in William’s eyes,” the source then continued.

“Kate’s probably the only person who can speak to Harry honestly without him getting defensive. [He] trusts her and listens to her in a way he doesn’t with anyone else,” they then added.

Harry has previously spoken very highly of Kate, calling her the “sister I never had” in his autobiography, Spare. 2026 will mark six years since Harry moved to the US. Will it also mark his return to the royal fold?
