Peter Andre has claimed that his daughter Princess is under ‘a lot of pressure’ for the way she looks, just days after the teen was accused of getting lip filler, which she denies.

Peter Andre has defended his daughter Princess, who turned 18 last week, after fans claimed she had gotten lip filler on a recent post – sparking backlash. Revealing that the teen is under ‘a lot of pressure’ regarding the way she looks, particularly due to social media, dad-of-five Peter said in his weekly New! Magazine column that he urges Princess it’s what is inside that matters.

Forced to deny that she’s had any dermal filler, Princess responded to an Instagram user who commented “Oh noooooo the lips have been done” on a recent post. “No they haven’t? x,” replied the teenager.

And writing in his column, Peter explained it’s not easy being her age these days: “I do see though that there’s a lot of pressure on teenagers nowadays with the way they look, especially with social media.

“But like I always tell Princess, someone could be the most beautiful looking person in the world, but if they’re not a nice person, they’re not that attractive. It’s not about what you look like, it’s about who you are that makes you truly beautiful.”

He added that despite her recent milestone birthday, things don’t feel any different at home: “Princess is now 18 and it already feels like ages ago. I think as a parent you automatically think they will now be totally independent ,but as she says, she doesn’t notice any difference. Well I mean, you wouldn’t after three days, LOL. She’s still ringing me to let me know where she is and what time she’ll be home, which is very sweet. Secretly, I love it.”

Peter’s comments come after his ex-wife Katie Price, who he shares Princess and son Junior, 20, with, hit the headlines for claiming she was ‘left out’ of Princess’s 18th birthday party, which was hosted by Peter and his wife Emily.

“Princess is now an adult, so, officially, Mummy and Princess can go out together,” Katie stated on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, before adding, pointedly at Peter and his PR firm, The CAN Group, “If certain people would let her be seen with me.”

However, when contacted, the management firm claimed: “We have never – and would never – stop Princess from seeing Katie. We would never intervene in any of our clients seeing their parents or not.”

Claiming that the situation left Katie ‘upset’, a source told Mirror over the weekend, “The situation has really upset Katie,” says a source. “There has been a build-up of tension recently and it all came to a head last week over Princess’s birthday.

“Katie was devastated and felt like she had basically been banned from attending. All the talk about their relationship angered and upset her, and she had a bit of a meltdown – because she is still so close to her kids.”

In a new snap from the busy weekend of music, mud, and singing, Zara McDemortt and Louis Tomlinson were seen dancing among the crowd and packing on the PDA during Sketpa’s set at Worthy Farm.

In a new video posted to TikTok, Louis could be seen with his arms wrapped around Zara who rested her head back on his chest as they danced to the music. The Love Island star, 28, and One Direction singer, 33, looked very much a happy couple as the video was shared on social media.

The TikTok user who shared the video, wrote the caption: “Glastonbury is mad because you can be dancing to Skepta and boom Louis Tomlinson is next to you”. Many fans rushed to the comments to share their mixed reactions.

That night, Diana left the Ritz Hotel with her companion, Dodi Al-Fayed. Dodging paparazzi, they exited through the back in a black Mercedes driven by Henri Paul. A decoy car was sent out front, a plan meant to outsmart the photographers. But the press caught on quickly. The chase was on.

Paul, head of security at the Ritz, had returned that night despite having gone off duty. Surveillance footage shows him walking steadily, tying his shoelaces, and speaking with confidence. Yet toxicology reports later claimed he was three times over the legal alcohol limit. Something didn’t add up.

At 12:23 AM, the car sped into the Pont de l’Alma tunnel. Moments later, it slammed into the 13th pillar. Dodi and Paul were killed instantly. Diana was critically injured. Only one man survived: her bodyguard, Trevor Rees-Jones—and he was the only one wearing a seat belt.

The Lost Letter

In 2003, a letter emerged. Diana had written it to her butler, Paul Burrell, years before the crash. What truly happened in that tunnel? Paint from a white Fiat Uno was found on the Mercedes. Red tail light fragments confirmed contact. But the Fiat, and its driver, vanished. Investigators linked a matching car to photographer James Andanson, who denied involvement. He later died in a mysterious car fire—his body burned beyond recognition.

No conclusive link was ever made.

Did Diana Know?

In 1995, Diana voiced fears to her solicitor about her safety. She requested better security. Her concerns were dismissed. But she wasn’t paranoid. In public, she smiled. In private, she told close friends she felt hunted.

Davina doesn’t often discuss her relationship with Michael. The presenter said previously that they have an agreement not to talk about it in public. She said: “We’ve got an agreement that I don’t talk about our relationship, because our exes and kids don’t have a right to reply, so it’s not fair. Privacy keeps our relationship special to us. There’s something lovely about it and that’s all it is. It keeps it really magical and I like that.

“I would never talk about how our relationship works, about arguments or even things like what we eat for breakfast and who drives the other crazy. I want to keep that for me,” she said. Davina added: “I will give you guys everything. But there are one or two things that I just want to keep to myself, and he’s one of them.”

It’s thought that the couple have known each other for over 20 years, after Michael styled Davina’s hair for TV. It’s also thought that they worked on Big Brother together.

Davina told Fabulous magazine: “We just get on really well at work and we always have done – that’s never changed.”

Before they entered a relationship, Davina had called Michael one of her “favourite people” when sharing a link to a podcast he had appeared on.

Blended family and ‘devastating blow’

As a result of their long friendship, Michael had met Davina’s family and children before their relationship became a romantic one. Davina has two daughters, Holly and Tilly, and a son, Chester, with Matthew. Michael, meanwhile, has two sons with his ex-wife Tracey Douglas, previously friends with Davina, and Davina met them before they became a couple.

Friends told The Sun at the time that Tracey was “devastated” to learn that Michael and Davina began dating months after they ended their marriage. They said that she had no idea about the romance until it hit the papers.

They said: “Davina had met their children and was the last person Tracey ever thought Michael would end up with. The family had been there for Davina during her split with Matthew. And, Michael was very much a confidante to her.

“So Tracey knew all the ins and outs and was supportive. To find out they are dating, and that they’d been showing off their new relationship in public was an absolutely devastating blow for Tracey.”

They live and make a podcast together

Since January 2020, Davina and Michal have hosted a podcast, Making The Cut, together. Davina has said about the podcast: “I love doing the podcast with him. It’s basically an extension of what we’ve always done as friends, which is recommend things to each other.”

Davina and Michael moved in together in 2022, after five years of dating. She said on their podcast in January 2023: “I am quite enjoying being a new couple doing new things, because we are newly living together. It’s quite nice making new traditions because we did that before Christmas. We sat down together and talked about it: ‘Okay, blank space, what shall we make tradition from now on?’”

She’s paid tribute to Michael when making speeches after winning awards, too. After she won the Special Recognition Award at the National Television Awards in 2024, and thanked her loved ones, she turned to him and said: “Thank you, I love being on this journey with you. You make me a better person and you make me so happy.”

After she won Inspiration of the Year at the Inspiration Awards in 2023, she told HELLO! that she regretted not thanking him in her speech then. She said: “I didn’t say thanks to Michael, who’s my partner, in my speech. I feel sad about that because he makes me a much better person and he makes me skip to work in the morning and I’m very lucky to have that so I just want to say thank you to him as well.”

‘So angry with him’

Devoted Michael also nursed Davina after she underwent brain surgery – even if she was annoyed with him when he pushed her back into work!

Paying tribute to her beau, Davina said: “Michael said to me: ‘I know you; I know how much you love work and how much it means to you.’ He said: ‘I know you’re scared. But this is the final piece of the jigsaw. And I think it’s gonna make a big difference when you go back.’

“I was so angry with him. But when I went back, at the end of the day I sat in the car and was like: ‘Yes!’ It felt so good to see everybody and to be back to normal. It felt like something normal I could do that I love.”

The long-running ITV show returned to screens for another instalment – with Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard back at the helm.

However, it seems some viewers were not too impressed and were quick to have a moan…

What happened on This Morning today?

This Morning was back on screens on Thursday (July 3) to give viewers their daily dose of all things news, celebs and lifestyle.

On the show, Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard chatted to David Nicholls, the author behind Netflix’s smash hit One Day.

Criminologist David Wilson also dropped by to talk about the trials that have got everyone talking at the moment – including the P Diddy case.

Chef Phil Vickery was in the kitchen as well, cooking up a Filet-O-Fish to celebrate its 50th birthday.

And TV favourite Gok Wan was on hand too, to “work his magic” on three This Morning viewers by giving them a makeover.

This Morning viewers slam ‘boring’ episode

However, This Morning viewers couldn’t help but have a moan on X about the “boring” episode. Fuming, they soon rushed over to the social media site to share their complaints….

“Back for the last half hour or so. Is it worth bothering?” said one disgruntled viewer.

Today’s show has been horrifically boring.

Someone else declared: “Today’s show has been horrifically boring.”

A third seemed to have had enough and even left the room. They said: “I think I’m going to make a brew.”

Another viewer replied: “Take your time.” They then quipped back: “I’ve filled the kettle to the top so it takes longer.”

This Morning in hot water this week

It comes after This Morning was hit with complaints again earlier this week.

Dr Sara Kayat was in the studio to talk about erectile dysfunction, which is often still considered a taboo subject.

Dr Kayat shared details on a number of things that could help a man struggling to maintain an erection. These included medication and a vacuum therapy device that draws blood into the penis to make an erection.

However, despite trying to help or educate those struggling, viewers accused the show’s stars of not taking the subject seriously, as host Cat Deeley was accused of giggling through the delicate discussion.

Alison Hammond has shared how she’s given up alcohol, revealing that her life “really is wonderful” after going teetotal. The presenter was chatting to Dermot O’Leary, Gyles Brandreth and Alison Phillips on This Morning about the increasing number of people becoming teetotal when she opened up about her own sobriety.

“You feel so much better when you go out and have a really good time, you dance all night long, you don’t have a drink – you can go to bed. You wake up lovely. Honestly, my life is great – it really is wonderful,” she said. “Teetotal is the way forward.”

Alison opened up about the benefits of drinking less, while Dermot insisted that people don’t have to live “like a monk”

She added that when she does drink alcohol, it takes her days to get over the hangover. “When I have a little drink, I feel like I have to recover for three days.”

Not everyone was impressed however, with Dermot saying: “Boring,” before adding: “You don’t drink much.” Alison replied: “I don’t but when I do, I have a Baileys. Christmas and Boxing Day, I’m out, I’m done.”

Meanwhile, Gyles added that he hasn’t touched a drop of alcohol for 25 years. “Interestingly, my children – particularly the boys, my sons-in-law and my son – have given up drinking,” he said. “I think they feel better. They’re more into fitness, they’re doing weights.”

Dermot was putting his case forward for those who still enjoy a glass of wine or two, saying: “You can do both. It’s not like you have to go out and live like a monk.

“I’m perfectly happy to have a couple of glasses of wine and then feel fine and get up the next day and go for a run. We’re in this weird world of extremes now. You just hydrate.”

Earlier this week, the This Morning family added an extra member when expert and psychologist Emma Kenny announced the birth of her fourth child at the age of 52.

Taking to Instagram, Emma said: “Say hi Ella-Grey And then we were six! Say hello Ella-Grey! This morning she entered the world with a very loud cry. The Royal Bolton hospital have been fantastic and ensured that we have both been looked after brilliantly.”

The TV star is already a mum to children Tyde, 22, Evan, 20, and Etta-Blue, who she welcomed in 2023. Emma previously opened up about losing her mum “suddenly” just a few weeks before she gave birth to her fourth child.
