Coronation Street fans were left confused when Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) was seen sitting in the Rovers, then back at the garage, and back at the pub again.

Coronation Street fans were left puzzled when scenes appeared to air in the wrong order during Monday night’s episode. Viewers of ITV’s flagship soap tuned in for the first instalment of the week to catch up with the daily lives of their favourite Weatherfield residents, but were left wondering what was happening with the passage of time.

Fans will know that Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) had a scene in the Rovers Return in what seemed to be early in the working day and was then seen working at the garage with Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) and Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) but was then again back in the same position in the pub as earlier as if no time had passed at all. It all came amid a huge storyline that had seen Tyrone become involved in Kevin’s lie about having cancer.

One viewer took to Reddit to say: “There was a scene with Tyrone moping in the Rovers with Lauren and Asha talking about him. Then we see Tyrone in the garage with Carl and Kevin.

“Then Tyrone’s back to moping in the pub again in exactly the same position as before. Lauren remarks to Kevin that he’s been depressing everyone for a while. I suppose it’s possible Tyrone went for a mope, went back to work, then back to the Rovers for another mope but it seems a bit odd.”

Another viewer said they had wondered the same and a third pointed out that the presented time zone of the fictional Manchester backstreet has become something of a ‘real issue’ of late because nothing seems to be established correctly.

They wrote: “When he left the garage he said he’d go talk to Kevin. Then Kevin walks in to find him in the Rovers. “Chronology, if that’s the correct term, is a real issue on the show. Time contracts and expands as required or doesn’t move at all if that’s required lol”.

Little is known about the times depicted within the episode, but, what is clear, is that all events mentioned by Reddit users have to have taken place at some point in the morning. Fans will know that on Monday’s episode, things between Abi Webster (Sally Carman) and her brother-in-law boiled over into a rendezvous after weeks of speculation. Their physical encounter came about after Abi had discovered her husband’s lies over the status of his cancer treatment, having been given the all-clear weeks ago.

He opted to not inform his wife that he was no longer suffering, and when she discovered the truth after Tyrone blurted it out, she confronted Kevin, with the clock in their house being set at almost exactly 12 o’clock. She immediately stormed back over to the garage, which is round the corner, to act on her feelings for Carl. At this point, the clock on the wall of the garage office read about two minutes to one and, in the next scene, when the pair were getting dressed again, the time read five past one.

In Monday’s episode, Carl declared that his whole encounter with Abi was ‘worth the wait’ and they kissed again as Abi claimed that things with Kevin were over. But later, in the Rovers, Carl did not seem so keen on the idea of Abi calling off her entire marriage as she weighed up what they had begun. As viewers will know, last week, Carl organised the theft of an expensive car and is aware that his brother could have him arrested at any moment. “Don’t I deserve to be happy?”, she asked him and he told her to go home to be with Kevin.

But later on, Kevin’s son Jack (Kyran Bowes) caught Abi packing her bags and she told him she was just ‘going on a little break’, and he tried to plead with her to stay. She shared a hug with him and promised him she would be ‘staying put’ for the foreseeable. When Kevin asked what had made her change her mind, she snapped at him that she was staying for the children and he promised her he would do ‘anything’ to make it up to her, completely unaware of her own infidelity.

She paired the look with what looked to be matching bottoms and accessorised herself with a necklace featuring her first-name initial.

Holly covered her eyes with the front of her face and flashed a huge radiant smile while appearing to be in her garden.

“When your not in Wembley but your head is… have fun tonight if you’re lucky enough to be going. Miss you @shishib @andybebop,” she wrote in her caption.

Ozzy and Sharon’s children looked entirely heartbroken

The funeral of the legendary Ozzy Osbourne is taking place today (July 30), with his heartbroken family halting his funeral procession to visit floral tributes laid by fans in Birmingham.

Last week, the heartbreaking news that Ozzy Osbourne had died was revealed to the world. The 76-year-old singer died just weeks after his farewell show at Villa Park in Birmingham.

It’s been reported that paramedics and an air ambulance crew fought to save the Black Sabbath frontman for two hours. Fans and the music industry have been left heartbroken. But his family have been left distraught by his death – which was clearly seen at his funeral today.

Ozzy was married to Sharon for 43 years. Together, they welcomed three children – Kelly, Jack and Aimee.

Away from his life with Sharon, Ozzy also had two children with his first wife, Thelma Riley – Louis and Jessica. He also adopted her son, Elliot.

His family have paid tributes over the last week, with Kelly admitting she felt “unhappy”.

She wrote on Instagram (July 24): “I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had” alongside a broken heart emoji.

Now, the family of Ozzy Osbourne have made an appearance at his funeral.

Ozzy’s hearse was decorated with pink flowers that spelled his name as Iron Man by Black Sabbath was played by the band.

After driving down the road in blacked-out cars, Sharon and her children all got out to look at the flowers and tributes that were left.

Kelly wore her hair in a tight up-do, whereas her sister Aimee had her dark hair down. But both sisters appeared visibly heartbroken alongside their brother, Jack. Kelly and Jack also wore sunglasses to hide their faces.

They all individually broke down in tears, hugging those around them. But it seemed their main job was making sure their mum was okay. And at times it appeared Sharon was being held up by her children.

Despite their evident devastation, they took the time to express their gratitude to the crowds. Kelly would wave over to the heartbroken fans, in an act of thanking them for coming.

However, at one point, the crowd began to yell the iconic Ozzy chant, and his kids stood with their mother, watching the support.

All of them broke down in tears in that moment, and held up the rock sign to their supporters.

Before they got into their cars to leave, they went back to hug Ozzy’s grandchildren, who accompanied the family to the funeral.

After the procession, Ozzy will be laid to rest in a private family funeral close to their home.

Former MasterChef host Gregg Wallace is offering fans a health and fitness plan, which includes a private chat room for middle-aged men, for more than £10 a month at the moment

Former MasterChef host Gregg Wallace has launched a private chat room for middle-aged men as part of his career as a health and fitness coach. He’s been promoting his coaching following the scandal over the BBC show.

It was announced last year that Gregg, 60, would step away from MasterChef whilst its production company Banijay UK reviewed historical misconduct complaints. As reported at the time, he said through a lawyer: “It is entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature.”

Then, earlier this month, it was reported that Gregg had been fired from the TV show after an investigation upheld 45 out of 83 allegations of inappropriate behaviour. It has since been announced that his co-star John Torode won’t have his contract renewed following an upheld complaint of racist language against him, which he’s said he has no recollection of.

Following the news of his departure, Gregg, who lost five stone in his fifties, has been promoting himself as a health and fitness coach. His Healthy Fifty brand offers “expert advice” on nutrition and activity for £11.99 per month, for example.

It’s website teases that members can “feel better and look fitter” through the guidance. Membership also includes The Clubhouse, described as a “private chat room for men over 50”. The website promises: “Real talk, real support – hosted by Gregg Wallace. Fitness, food, lifestyle and laughs.”

The Be Healthy over 50 plan is said to include “expert advice on living well over 50,” the live chat group managed by Gregg and a library of “healthy” recipes. It’s currently priced at £11.99 per month, according to the website.

Gregg’s also been offering one-to-one coaching to fans, which he’s promoted on social media in recent weeks. He mentioned the opportunity again in a video on his Instagram Story today, writing: “1 to 1 coaching £200 a month!”

The TV presenter said in the video message: “Gentlemen over 50, are you listening? Look, in my experience, guys get to this age and they realise they put a lot of work and effort into their job, their career, their business, but not a great deal of effort into looking after themselves.”

“They look down, belly’s a bit bigger than you want it to be. You want to look better in your clothes. You want to feel be a bit fitter, a bit leaner. Let’s be honest – we also start thinking about our health as we get older,” he added.

Gregg continued by telling his followers: “I’ve been coaching guys for over four years. Let me tell you; to get better health, to be leaner, to be healthier, you don’t have to be in the gym all the time. And you don’t have to eat salads.”

He concluded by saying in the video: “It’s about small lifestyle changes that change habits, that can make an enormous difference. Look, if you would like to have a chat about your own health journey, leave me a message here.”

It was announced earlier this month that the BBC has “no plans to work with [Gregg] in the future” following the review into allegations about him. It said: “The investigation details a substantial number of allegations of inappropriate conduct spanning 19 years.”

Gregg had already issued a statement about the Silkin’s Report, saying that it “exonerates” him of “all the serious allegations which made headlines last year and finds [him] primarily guilty of inappropriate language between 2005 and 2018.” He said: “I recognise that some of my humour and language, at times, was inappropriate. For that, I apologise without reservation. But I was never the caricature now being sold for clicks.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry could be about to make even more money next year, according to reports. However, despite their potential goldmine offer, it’s thought it’s not all good news for the Sussexes.

Their deal with Netflix was reportedly set to come to an end after running out this year. It was said to be bagging the former Royals in the region of £75million.

But after less than impressive viewing figures in return for both Meghan’s With Love, Meghan series and Harry’s documentary about polo, it was suggested the streaming giants were ready to go their separate ways. However, this is said to be far from the truth, with Netflix’s boss Ted Sarandos still seemingly keen to work with the pair.

According to Mail Online, Ted’s support of Meghan can be the pair’s “secret weapon”. Reporter Alison Bishoff says: “There will be a third series of the Duchess’s lifestyle show With Love, Meghan, if she wants to make one. And I hear she does.”

She claims the duo’s link-up with the streamer could see them in line with the huge deal that Barack and Michelle Obama currently hold. And it’s said future programmes from the former Suits star could show an inside look into the festive periods of the pair, with any announcement to follow the second series of With Love, Meghan.

However, while their on-screen showings are seemingly set to continue, the publication claims their own large team at Archewell Production could see some in-house belt tightening. There had been talk of projects including a rom–com film based on the book Meet Me At The Lake and a retelling of Charles Dickens’s Great Expectations being produced by the company.

But this may no longer be the case. “Many believe they will just go on ice – forever – as the Sussex team has not yet come up with a script which appeals enough to Netflix bosses Ted Sarandos and Bela Bajaria to get the green light,” the Mail says.

With Love, Meghan disappointed with a lowly ranking of 383 in Netflix’s most-watched titles between January and June 2025. The wholesome series pulled in just 5.3million viewers worldwide since it was first broadcast in March.

It showed Meghan cooking, gardening and hosting A-list pals on-screen, but in an embarrassing exchange, repeats of the former actress’s old TV drama, Suits, in which she starred before meeting Harry, placed higher.

And it was reported earlier in the month that the streaming platform has decided not to renew the contract it holds with the Sussexes once it runs out in a few months time.

They are believed to have signed a five-year deal worth around $100million in September 2020.

However, despite the rumours, it remains uncertain as to the pair’s partnership with the company.

BBC Radio 2 presenter Jeremy Vine has revealed the staggering amount of money former footballer Joey Barton must pay out following their High Court libel battle last year

TV presenter Jeremy Vine has released a lengthy statement regarding his recent legal action again Joey Barton – claiming that the former footballer has paid out more than half a million pounds after their High Court libel battle.

Vine sued Barton for libel and harassment over several online posts, including one in which he falsely called the BBC Radio 2 presenter a “big bike nonce” and a “pedo defender” on Twitter (X).

The pair settled the claim last year after Barton posted two apologies on the same social media platform and paid a total of £110,000 in damages to Vine, as well as his legal costs.

However, there had been some confusion regarding the exact amount Barton would pay out – something Vine has now attempted to clear up. In a series of tweets on Twitter (X), the The Jeremy Vine Show host told his followers he has “no further beef with Mr Barton” and “it is a relief just to be vindicated and to have the case settled so decisively”.

He began his thread with: “STATEMENT Thank-you for such kind messages about my libel action against Joey Barton. I can confirm it is now concluded and I am satisfied with the result. Mr Barton has now paid out more than half a million pounds in my case alone.

“There seems to be some confusion about the stages of the case. The below is to explain the numbers. I have no further beef with Mr Barton, who has a series of ongoing legal problems to deal with. While defending my libel action, he also became a convicted wifebeater.

“My damages in the case were £110,000. These were paid last year, and Mr Barton made the agreed public apology. But my costs in bringing the case were between 180 and 190k. Mr Barton pledged in court to pay the costs, then chose to argue that the figure was too high.

“Frustratingly, this meant I had to bring a separate action to recover my costs. The separate action also had a cost to it. Mr Barton surrendered on the main costs two days before the costs recovery action, but it was too late to avoid being liable for the costs recovery action.”

Vine went on to explain what would happen should Barton not pay the money he owes and itemised the staggering bill the former footballer has to pay.

“So Barton paid for the libel. He paid the costs. He paid interest on the costs. He paid the cost of losing a challenge on the costs. And he paid his own costs, which will be more than mine because he had fancier lawyers. He has lost at least half a million pounds,” Vine told his followers.

“BARTON’S BILL 110k — the libel. 160k — my costs. 3.6k — interest on costs. 43k — my costs recovery action. 200k — his costs. MINIMUM £516,600. People asked, ‘What if Barton refuses to pay, or can’t pay?’ To ensure he had the funds, I had to commission legal searches on his house. He owns it outright. Lawyers advised me that if he did not pay, they could put a charge on his house.

“This would mean Mr Barton would effectively become my tenant, paying me rent to live there. If he fell behind with the rent, I would have the right to evict him or force the sale of his house to recoup my debt.”

Vine concluded with: “I had no wish to be in that position and I am grateful to my lawyers in ensuring we got the final payments in today. My barrister is Gervase de Wilde @5RB and my solicitor is Judith Thompson, who specialises in online defamation. If you need her she is here: @devonsolicitors.

“I may return to this subject in due course but for now it is a relief just to be vindicated and to have the case settled so decisively. Thank-you for reading this, especially if you sent messages of support. JV.”

In an agreed statement read out at the High Court in October last year, barrister Gervase de Wilde, for Vine, said that the broadcaster “was deeply alarmed, distressed and upset” by Barton’s actions, which included a “persistent and highly damaging campaign of defamation, harassment and misuse of private information”.

Earlier this month, a specialist costs court heard that Barton had agreed to pay £160,000 of Vine’s costs from the main legal action. Costs Judge Colum Leonard also ordered Barton to pay a further £43,172.30 arising from the negotiation of the £160,000 figure, meaning he will pay a total of £203,172.30 of Vine’s costs following the legal action.

Lawyers for Vine told the High Court in May last year that Barton’s posts amounted to a “calculated and sustained attack”. Barton – who played for teams including Manchester City, Newcastle United, Rangers, and French side Marseille during his career – also began using “#bikenonce” on X, which led to it trending on the platform.

After Mrs Justice Steyn ruled that some of the posts could defame Vine, Barton apologised to the journalist in June last year, stating that the allegations he made were “untrue”.

He said that he would pay Vine £75,000 in damages, but solicitors for Vine later said Barton would pay a further £35,000 as part of a “separate settlement”for claims published after legal action began.

Mr De Wilde told the October hearing that Barton made four undertakings as part of the settlement, including not to harass Vine or encourage others to do so. Vine said following that hearing that Barton “needs to find himself a different hobby”.

Brooke Hogan has broken her silence following the sad death of her dad, Hulk Hogan. The WWE legend died on July 24 aged 71.

Now, days later, Brooke has shared a message in a touching note, despite having publicly estranged from the wrestler and her mum, Linda. In the lengthy Instagram post, Brooke wrote: “My Dearest Daddy, You were my everything, and I will always be your girl.

“I am PROUD to be your daughter—for all the love, light, and goodness you brought into this world. Thank you for choosing me in this lifetime, and for loving me so deeply.”

“I am so grateful that I knew the real version of him. Not just the one the world viewed through a carefully curated lens. We shared a quiet, sacred bond, one that could be seen and felt by anyone who witnessed us together.

“When he left this earth, it felt like part of my spirit left with him. I felt it before the news even reached us.”

She went on to recall her favourite memories with her dad throughout her childhood. Brooke mentioned taking to jet skis while also saying they had laughed until they cried.

Moving to clarify their relationship, Brooke said they had never had a “big fight”. “It was a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand,” she wrote. “My father was confiding in me about issues weighing on his heart, both personal and business.

“I offered to be a life raft in whatever capacity he needed. I told him he had my support. I begged him to rest, to take care of himself.”

And she also confessed that she took a step back from her father, to “protect [her] heart” in recent years.

“My husband stayed open,” she said. “Quietly reaching out to my dad without me knowing, trying to find a safe way back in for me,. After my father passed, I read those messages, some answered, some ignored…but all of them broke my heart.”

However, she said that throughout it all she did “everything [she] could” and would have always done anything for her father. The heartfelt message continued “He knew I would run through a burning building for him.

“And in many ways, along the path of life, I did. He knows how deeply, how hard and how purely I loved him. I am at peace knowing this.”

The post comes just months after Brooke revealed that she was estranged from her father, as well as her mother Linda. On March 26, Brooke’s mum Linda shared a heartfelt Instagram story that revealed her daughter cutting ties with her eight years before. She claimed that ex-husband Hulk caused the family feud, however Brooke hit back and revealed more about the family drama.

On social media at the time, Brooke explained: “I try very hard to ignore issues surrounding my family, in hopes I might have peace in my life. Sadly, I’ve intentionally made myself smaller in my professional career in music and TV; simply to dodge the public negativity surrounding my family that has continuously and relentlessly overshadowed anything I do.

“There was a recent video posted by my Mother that was concerning enough for people to send to me, that has made me feel the need to address the tip of a very large iceberg that is my immediate family. What little I am addressing does not even scratch the surface of what I’ve dealt with my entire life.

“I have completely separate reasons for going no contact with each of my parents. No contact with my Mom has nothing to do with my Dad, and no contact with my Father has nothing to do with my Mother.”

However, she also added: “As much as I not only understand and have empathy for their own struggles, I absolutely LOVE them with every fiber of my being—which deep down I think they know. Katie Price has unveiled the results of her latest cosmetic procedures, showing off her £10,000 facelift and noticeably fuller lips in a new Instagram video.

The 47-year-old mother-of -five, who has admitted to spending hundreds of thousands on plastic surgery over the years, appeared in the clip promoting CBD oil from her kitchen.

Dressed in a slogan T-shirt with her black hair down, Katie leaned over the counter to speak directly to the camera as she gave fans a close-up view of her newly enhanced face after undergoing even more cosmetic procedures in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, Katie made another trip to Harley Street’s The Clinic Club for a Brazilian Bum Lift and a lip filler top-up and she had the procedures done all in one session.

Documenting the cosmetic updates on Instagram, she told fans at the time: “So my lips are done. I haven’t gone too big and now I’m gonna do my bum. Literally, got the train up, having my lips done, having filler in two areas of my bum, then taking Harvey to his new place.”

Katie recently opened up about her surgical procedure journey so far and which body part she regrets tweaking the most. The former glamour model said her Brazilian butt lift is among her biggest regrets.

She underwent the surgery back in 2019 but swiftly got it reversed after hating just how big it looked. Earlier this year, she added filler to her backside and gave fans an insight into the procedure on her Instagram page.

Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her So Wrong It’s Right podcast before her arrest last week, Katie shared that despite trying to correct the shape of her bum, she still doesn’t like it.

“I’ve done it twice but now, I think I’ve lost weight and it’s gone, my bum has gone a weird shape now and I wish I never had it done,” she shared.

Agreeing with Olivia about just how dangerous the procedure can be, Katie added that she “hated” the way it looked and has since realised she doesn’t want a big bum.

“Years ago I tried a BBL where they take your own fat off your belly, I hated it because I had all that fat. So, I had all that taken out, I hated it. Big bums don’t suit me, I don’t want a big bum and I do see some of these girls and think, Oh My God, what are you doing?”

Katie went on to say that she believes it’s best to leave her bottom as it is for now, in fear of making it worse. Olivia, who fronted the cosmetic procedure documentary The Price Of Perfection, then shared how she had seen more bad than good BBL results and encouraged those wanting a better looking bum to simply just do some squats.

After Katie agreed, she added: “The bum I think is the most trickiest… I wish I had left my bum alone. I don’t even know what I was trying to achieve out of it, I thought I’d just try it. I think because I sit on my a**e all the time, I think it looks square.”

Turning her experiences into a positive however, Katie believes her 17-year-old daughter Princess won’t follow in her footsteps with surgery as she’s seen just how painful it can be.

The TV star shares Princess and Junior with her first husband Peter Andre, Harvey Price with her ex-partner Dwight Yorke and Jett and Bunny with her third spouse Kieran Hayler.

Former Hear’Say singer and Loose Women star Myleene Klass has shared her heartbreak after she caught ex-husband Graham Quinn cheating on her with a well-known celebrity

Myleene Klass has opened up about the devastating moment she discovered ex-husband Graham Quinn being unfaithful with a well-known celebrity during celebrations for her birthday party.

The Loose Women host, 47, recalled walking in on Graham and the unnamed woman at her own birthday party, catching them in an intimate moment. It comes after Helen Skelton and Gethin Jones split as he joins a notorious dating app on a lads’ holiday.

Graham has always disputed his ex-wife’s version of events. Speaking in 2020, Graham denied leaving Myleene on her birthday and he has previously stated there had been problems for some time.

“I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony,” she revealed on the We Need To Talk podcast. “I’ve made peace with that situation now but for a long time it was very difficult to see their life… Not that I would wish that on a family.

“I don’t know, I feel conflicted. But my life literally just broke apart very, very publicly. And their life, they’ve managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with.”

The moment took place in her home and although she didn’t witness them having sex, Myleene said it was unmistakably obvious that there was much more to the brief interaction she stumbled upon.

“It was in my house, it was my party. They weren’t having sex but they were unzipping each other. ‘It’s not what you think,’ but it is what I think. It’s the first thing they both said.”

In the aftermath of seeing Graham cheating on her, Myleene cleared the house and told every single guest to leave her home, including Graham’s own family.

“I kicked everybody out of the party including his mum and dad,” she said. “They went back to Ireland. And his dad said, ‘He doesn’t get it from me.’ I was like, OK, I just remember that being quite a weird thing to say.”

Although Graham later offered Myleene apology, she said that blamed alcohol for what happened and for his ‘unusual’ actions.

“He said it was the drink. I have to take some accountability, first and foremost to my children,” Myleene said on the podcast.

The former singer then explained that while she has shielded her children from many of the details as to why she and Graham have split and the devastating reasons behind why it was so sudden, others haven’t been as considerate to her and her kids.

“My children have asked enough questions and it’s never been a case of laying out my stall now, it’s got to be as and when,” Myleene shared.

“But here’s the funny thing, school mums, people who just want to gossip, will go to your children before anybody else. They’ll tell them facts. But they’ve been raised by me and only me.”

Myleene and Graham met during her Hear’Say days and were together for years before marrying in 2011, after the births of their daughters Ava, 18, and Hero Harper, 14.

However, the marriage lasted just six months before he abruptly left and their divorce was finalised in 2013.

Myleene revealed the wedding itself was a joyless affair, overshadowed by his refusal to let her plan anything meaningful as she claims he took control over everything.

“It was the most miserable… No one forgot this wedding because I literally cried the entire reception because it wasn’t even really a reception,” Myleene said.

“We had to haggle our way through with the restaurant, could we have some burgers and put the tables together? There was no planning because I wasn’t allowed to plan a wedding. He thought it was turning into a circus with too many people.”

Myleene then revealed that her final split from Graham came after she suspected him of being unfaithful once again after she discovered troubling signs while he was away for work.

Determined to confront the truth, she recalled making an unannounced visit. “I hired a tour manager and I took my babies with me; I took my friend with me; to where I knew he was working, to do a surprise. And I knew there’d been somebody in that room.”

Reflecting on the pain of that time, she added: “Weirdly even then… Christ. The baby was so little and that was trial by papers. It was horrific.

“There’s nothing you can’t throw at me now ever that I can’t come through and I’ve lost babies, I’ve been to court, I’ve lost a house. That divorce and the mud that was slung and the kiss and tells… taking all of that on…”

Myleene later claimed that he had been preparing to leave long before their split, having secretly bought a property behind her back.

“One pop star rang me up and she was like, ‘I think I’ve got your money, it’s in my safe’. He’d hidden the money because he was way down the line. They say you don’t leave when you leave, you’ve gone already.

“He’d actually got a house. He had a secret house that he’d bought already. You don’t just buy a house like that. When that came through I was reeling from it.”

The most hurtful moment for Myleene came when, according to her, Graham reduced their entire marriage to a number scribbled on a sticky note.

“On the day he decided it was over, he pushed a little Post-It note across the table with the figure he wanted. I was just like, how have you figured this out?

Reflecting on life after their split, Myleene made it clear she’s shouldered the weight alone ever since. “All I will say to you is I’ve raised my children single-handedly, financially, as a sole parent for 12 years.”

Myleene is now engaged to her fiancé Simon Motson, who she met four and a half years after her divorce.

Despite the heartbreak, Myleene says she’s made peace with what happened but admits that getting over the heartache and disappointment took years.

A man is learning to walk again after being bed bound for three and unable to move freely for five years due to a rare neurological condition.

Liam Virgo, aged 21, experienced a rapid health decline in his early teens, leaving him feeling imprisoned within his own body. After enduring numerous hospital tests and a long period of uncertainty, Liam was diagnosed with functional neurologic disorder (FND), which disrupts the brain’s ability to communicate with the body.

“It completely shut down my whole body, I couldn’t walk, talk or anything,” Liam recounted. “I was trapped in my body, I couldn’t move anything.” The youngster from Annesley, Nottinghamshire, is on the path to recovery, having regained his speech and is gradually relearning to walk.

His mum, Samantha, expressed her awe at his progress: “He’s defied the odds, we say and all the professionals do as well. We’re so proud of Liam it brings tears to my eyes.”, reports Nottinghamshire Live.

Despite Liam’s current improvements, Mrs Virgo recalled the agony of witnessing her son’s deterioration as “hell, the darkest moments were horrible”. His cognitive abilities began to deteriorate when he was just 13.

“I remember him coming downstairs and talking like a toddler. It didn’t sound like Liam’s voice. We thought he was pretending at first then we thought ‘this is serious’,” Mrs Virgo shared.

“It got to the stage where it wasn’t safe for Liam to go to school. He couldn’t walk straight, he started to wet himself, each week there was something new.”

A 57 year old woman, who left her job to care for her son full-time, shared her harrowing experience with the lack of knowledge among medical professionals about her son’s condition. “I was so frightened and no one knew what was happening to Liam,” she recounted.

Her son Liam rapidly deteriorated at King’s Mill hospital before being transferred to Queen’s Medical Centre, where he underwent numerous tests by an extensive medical team. She disclosed that medics told her Liam’s brain had “shut down really quick” comparing it to trauma without any evidence of one.

“They said Liam’s brain had shut down but they couldn’t do anything else. They were comparing it to a trauma but there was no explanation to say he had been in a trauma.”

Amid fears for Liam’s life while he was under sedation for testing, his mother expressed her deep anxieties. “At one point, we thought we were going to lose Liam. He was so poorly and he had to be put to sleep for these tests. I was scared he wouldn’t come back round.”

Diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Liam’s family faced the grim prospect of just waiting for an improvement. Mrs Virgo said her son was practically immobilised for years.

“He was bedridden for more or less three years,” Mrs Virgo mentioned.

Describing a period marked by despair and endurance, she reflected on how the illness stripped Liam of normal teenage experiences such as education and social life. “We didn’t think he would get better. It was a traumatic time for all of us but he survived it and got through it and is still fighting it now.”

Liam lamented over the loss of his teen years due to the debilitating nature of FND. “He’s been robbed of his teenage years, he was too ill to go to school or college.”

Meanwhile, he struggles to recall the beginnings of his ordeal with the condition.

Recalling his severe restrictions and intense suffering during the worst of his symptoms, Liam articulated the severity of his condition. “I didn’t know what was happening to me. I was completely trapped. I was completely bedbound for three years, I couldn’t even sit up.”

The young man described his bedroom as his only refuge during his lengthy battle with agonising symptoms. “The only place I could tolerate was my bed. I was in absolute agony.”

Liam recounted his mixed emotions on his first foray back into the world after being bedridden, saying: “I thought ‘oh my God I’m about’ I was very nervous about being back in the outside world. It felt good to be back in the fresh air.”

“I still have rough days, it’s still there and really affects me but it’s nowhere near as bad as it was. Just being in a wheelchair is a big thing for me.”

Confined to his bed, he forged an unlikely connection with London and ITV’s ‘Loose Women’, which later played a pivotal role in his recovery journey. He’s visited the capital multiple times and even met some of the show’s stars.

“My mum just put it on one day and I loved it, now I’ve met 10 Loose Women. I’ve been to London many times. They were the things that motivated me,” Liam explained.

He also emphasised the lack of understanding surrounding his condition, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). “There’s no magic cure to make it all go away. To me it affects my brain, body and movement. Other people can go blind or other things,” he mentioned.

“We don’t hear much about it. I know it’s rare but there’s other people that have it as well. Sometimes I feel like my symptoms weren’t believed and I didn’t have a voice. That was the hardest thing, not being able to say how you feel and what you want,” Liam added.
