Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Aljaz Skorjanec was left stunned on Tuesday’s It Takes Two over a surprise revelation.

Over the weekend, Aljaz, 34, and his celebrity dance partner Tasha Ghouri received a perfect score of 40 from the judges for their American Smooth to Someone You Loved by Lewis Capaldi. The duo received a standing ovation as they achieved the series’ first 40.

Appearing on Tuesday’s It Takes Two, host Fleur East had a fun revelation for Aljaz after the incredible milestone. Fleur, 37, pointed out: “This was your third perfect score on the show, Aljaz. Your other two were with Abbey Clancy.”

Aljaz, who was paired with Abbey back in 2013 on series 11 and won the show with her, was left stunned at the detail as he remarked: “This is my first perfect score after Abbey Clancy?” to which Tasha asked: “How many years ago was that?” as Aljaz replied: “11 years ago!”

Asking if it still impacts him in the same way getting that perfect score, Aljaz admitted: “I think even more so!” he added: “I think it affects me even more because with Abbey Clancy it was my first season, everything comes so fast at you. You are choreographing dancers, they come and go so quickly.

“It’s all a bit of a blur but now doing it for ten years, I don’t know how hard it is to achieve that perfect score and I can’t believe it’s my third perfect score in the whole time I’ve been doing it. So thank you, Craig [Revel Horwood] mainly and the rest [of the judges].”

It comes as judge Anton du Beke was visibly moved as Tasha achieved the series’ first 40 over the weekend. Fellow judge Shirley Ballas remarked on Anton’s emotional display, saying: “This is the first time I’ve seen you cry, and you were very emotional.”

Over the weekend, Aljaz, 34, and his celebrity dance partner Tasha Ghouri received a perfect score of 40To which Anton confessed: “It was beautiful. It just makes me go – this is why we dance. This is the point. People say why do you dance, and that’s why. We don’t dance for people to say we’re wonderful. We dance mostly for how it makes us feel.

“You’re extraordinary to watch. And Alijaz, I see you enjoying and I have the feeling myself when I dance … You want it go like that. Sometimes, it goes like that. This is what it’s all about. I watch you dance. I tried to find something I don’t like and I like it all.”

Danny Jones has riled I’m A Celebrity viewers as they believed they cracked his game plan.

The McFly singer is in the final six of this year’s series as the camp said goodbye to Barry McGuigan and Maura Higgins on Thursday night. However, fans of the show have pointed out Danny has sailed through quite easy compared to his campmates. During Friday night’s episode, the camp had to pick two celebrities to take on an eating trial.

Reverend Richard Coles and Coleen Rooney ended up volunteering themselves for the task to try to secure stars for camp. Dancing On Ice judge Oti Mabuse offered to take part, yet Coleen insisted she would give it ago. Many viewers noticed Danny didn’t offer to take part in the trial, which isn’t the first time.

Fans thought he could be showing his game plan to get through the show without doing so many grueling challenges. One viewer said: “Has danny ever offered to do a trial #ImACeleb.” Another added: “I love Danny to bits but he never puts himself forward for the trials. Oti and Richard especially put themselves forward a lot, but Danny just isn’t doing enough for my liking.”

Despite seemingly making things easier for himself by not taking on the trials, Danny has won over a legion of fans and is favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle. During last night’s episode, fans admitted they were in tears after Danny, 38, open up about his relationship with his dad.

Danny revealed to Oti that he wanted to change his middle name, which he got from his dad. However, the musician shared that his dad doesn’t speak to him, and admitted: “It’s just weird because I don’t feel I’ve really healed with it maybe.” He then shared that fellow campmate Barry McGuigan, 63, was serving as a father figure to him in the jungle – just moments before Barry was evicted.

“You can go to therapy, but you still crave your dad and that’s what’s hard. That’s why I get so much satisfaction out of Barry,” he said. Oti agreed: “I can see that and that’s why he’s so protective over you, like a scorpion.” Danny explained that his dad was his best friend, but things quickly changed: “When he left us, that’s when I had to grow up real fast, I bought my mum’s house. I was 18 years old, I bought myself a flat in London and I bought my mum’s house, and I put my sister through university.”

Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall has opened up about his contract renewal for the soap, after appearing in I’m A Celebrity.

The actor, who joined the ITV soap at the age of 16 in 1998, has signed a new deal with the show, which will see him playing Tyrone Dobbs throughout the entirety of 2025.

Alan swapped Weatherfield for Australia three weeks ago, as he jetted off ready to appear in ITV’s I’m A Celeb.

Lexi told the Mail that POP products are “very calming for young skin”, adding that the skin care range is “approachable and very affordable”.

She explained: “I’m just starting out and I’m very focused on Uni and doing a good job. I try to stay focused on simple things, and the things I love doing and surround myself with my friends and family.”

Lexi praised her and her famous mum’s relationship, saying: “She’s always there to cheer me on and give advice but also lets me find my own path and have fun with my projects.” The teenager gushed over her “supportive, kind, smart and fun” mum, adding that she feels “very lucky to have her”.

But although Lexi is striving for a career in the spotlight, her younger sister Hollie, 13, has snubbed fame, with Amanda admitting she is “disinterested” in her mum and her career. She recently told The Sun’s TV Mag: “You do have to develop a thick skin and they both know that Mummy has one and that we take everything with a pinch of salt in our house.

“So I hope they’ve learnt enough from me. Because, obviously, there’s been moments around the dinner table and they’ve heard things and watched things, but they’re quite disinterested in me and my career – I get ignored!”

She added that Hollie crosses the road to avoid her when she picks her up from school. It comes after mum Amanda hit back at claims her daughter Lexi is a “nepo baby”, pointing out that her modelling contract has “nothing to do with me being her mum”.

The TV presenter previously told Radio Times: “Yes, she’s related to me, but that’s nothing to do with me. The word “nepo” can be thrown around for ever but it’s unfair it’s been used in showbiz.”

Amanda explained that when she looking for her first job in her younger years, her mother helped out too. She divulged: “When I was young, I got a job in a fruit ’n’ veg shop because my mum knew the fruit ’n’ veg guy. If you know someone that can help your child get in somewhere, you’ll do whatever.”

David and Victoria Beckham’s new Cotswolds neighbours revealed as business owner loved by Kylie Jenner. Posh and Becks new neighbours bought the plot of land next to them for a staggering £16.5 million.

The celebrity couple have lived at their Cotswolds mansion near Chipping Norton since 2016, buying the pad for £6,150,000. Their countryside estate is close to Soho Farmhouse, an exclusive celebrity club which boasts visitors such as Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and Tom Cruise.

But fresh land registry documents now show a 15-acre chunk of land, right next to the Beckhams’ own residence, has been sold to Blair Raymond James and his glamorous wife Melanie Adams, for an eye-watering sum. Drone pictures taken last week show no buildings have been built on the land as of yet, with plans for the site unknown at this time. One insider said: “It’s just over 15 acres, including a fallen-down walled garden, but directly next to Chez Beckham.

“Can you put a price on having neighbours like that?” Land Registry documents as part of the deeds for Mr James even references the transfer of the land ‘Upper Park Farm’ from the directors of Great Tew Properties Ltd to the Beckhams when they bought their home in December 2016.

It contained restrictive covenants by the transferor that have since been varied. The deeds also show the recently bought land now owned by Mr James and his wife was transferred from Great Tew Properties Limited to Imperium Trust Company in 2021.

The Beckhams’ own home is nestled in two acres of land with the barn conversion having had extensive renovations. These include a glasshouse, a large pond, an underground wine cellar and an Astroturf football pitch.

The 14,270 sq ft property, which had been a working farm at the site since 1820, includes nine bedrooms, four bathrooms, a movie theatre and even a gym. Outside, the garden has a 12.5 metre by 7.5 metre pool built in one courtyard of the E-shaped house, plus a timber pergola-covered seating area in the other.

Great Tew Properties Limited declined to comment on the sale. Revelations of their new neighbours come after it was revealed the Beckhams were engulfed in a fresh planning row with neighbours over an application for a new access road to their property.

Their representatives say they want to avoid vehicles travelling to the nearby celebrity hotspot Soho Farmhouse, but one neighbour has already lodged an objection. A decision will be made by West Oxfordshire District Council at a later date.

Jeremy Clarkson alarmed his fans on Sunday when he revealed cameras had stopped rolling on his farm. The 65-year-old television presenter has an army of fans who are interested in his agricultural antics – highlights of which are captured on camera.

The star has an Amazon Prime show called Clarkson’s Farm, which aired its fourth season at the beginning of the summer. Camera teams are on his estate to film the upcoming fifth season – but showmakers downed tools over the weekend.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Jeremy explained that filming had been paused – before shocking fans by revealing what his weekend farming activities included. And it appeared attempting to impregnate pigs was top of his to-do list.

It comes after Jeremy and Kaleb Cooper spoke about a grisly discovery on Diddly Squat Farm after they found half an ear. During a round of ‘Who Said That’ featured on Amazon Prime’s YouTube channel, Jeremy, Kaleb, and Jeremy’s girlfriend Lisa Hogan were attempting to identify who had uttered the phrase: “The only thing they won’t eat is teeth”.

They subsequently recalled a disturbing episode where a piglet had been devoured by its mother. Once they determined that Lisa had made the statement, Jeremy interjected, explaining it concerned “the very first piglet we had”.

Lisa responded: “Half an ear she left as well.” Jeremy continued: “If she hadn’t left half an ear we wouldn’t have known what had happened, we just would have thought it escaped. When you find half an ear, you know.”

This marks another challenging animal-related situation Jeremy has encountered since becoming a full-time farmer in 2019. Earlier this month, the former Top Gear presenter, 65, disclosed he was forced to destroy the first calf born at Diddly Squat following a tuberculosis outbreak.

Posting on Instagram beside an image of a cow, Jeremy wrote: “This was the first calf ever born at Diddly Squat. And this morning she was destroyed, while pregnant with twins, because she has TB. So sad.”

The heartbreak represents the latest setback to affect Jeremy’s agricultural venture in recent months as he strives to make the 1,000 acre farm profitable, as chronicled in Amazon Prime’s Clarkson Farm series.

Stacey Solomon was left screaming in horror when a stunt on Britain’s Got Talent went horribly wrong. The 36-year-old was parachuted in to take over one of the judging seats when show boss Simon Cowell was incapacitated after suffering a fall.

But there was more drama on the famous Britain’s Got Talent stage as cameras rolled to begin filming season 19 of the long-running ITV show. Sitting alongside YouTube star KSI, Stacey, 36, was left aghast when a contestant was left dripping with blood after a stunt went wrong.

According to a report, the hopeful navigated a dangerous tunnel that contained hedge trimmers. While the performer made it through the obstacle course, they didn’t make it unscathed – with the performer left injured and bleeding.

A source told The Sun: “He laughed it off like it wasn’t an issue, but was hiding his arm behind his back. When he let it drop, you could see blood covering his arm, and then he accidentally smeared it on his belly.

And it was not the only incident that struck proceedings while new episodes were being filmed. Camera crews rolled into Blackpool to film auditions – with husband and wife daredevil double act Alfredo and Oral Silva suffering a slip-up too.

The pair, who have appeared on America’s Got Talent in the past, wow audiences with knife-throwing stunts. But Alfredo reportedly misjudged one of his throws, leading to Coral’s hand getting cut.

Stunts have gone terribly wrong on Simon Cowell’s Got Talent franchise in the past – most famously when escapologist Jonathan Goodwin was hospitalised in 2021.

The 45-year-old Welshman was rehearsing for America’s Got Talent: Extreme, where he planned to escape from a straitjacket while suspended above two cars. However, he was left wheelchair bound when the stunt went wrong.

Jonathan was crushed between the cars as they caught fire – leaving him with third-degree burns, a broken spine, and a severed spinal cord. He also broke two shoulder blades, shattered bones in his legs and even lost a kidney.

The daredevil is engaged to actress Amanda Abbington – and he reportedly gave her the option to leave him after he was paralysed in the incident; a proposal she rejected.

Appearing on ITV’s Lorraine in May 2022, Jonathan recalled: “I said, ‘You have a get-out-of-jail-free card. If you want to walk away, I understand,’ and she told me not to be so stupid.”

Amanda added, “We are closer and tighter than ever, and we have this unspoken thing. We said the other day that we are the people that are gonna say yes to stuff, life’s too short, be in the moment and grab it with both hands because you don’t know what’s around the corner.”

She added: “He’s a total inspiration to me. He’s an idiot, I’m a wally, so it’s fine. And all my friends and family love him, he’s very lovable.”

Strictly Come Dancing fans have been begging La Voix to be the next new host after Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly announced they were leaving. The iconic duo announced last week that they wouldn’t be presenting the next series.

Since then, several names have been suggested who may replace the current hosts. Fans of the show have said they would love current contestant La Voix to take on the job.

La Voix made her own plea during Saturday’s show where she threw her own hat in the ring as a potential candidate. The Drag Race UK star took the chance to ask Claudia live on air for her job.

La Voix then had a go at reading the autocue, simply saying: “Tess.” She then handed over to the main studio as the entire room burst into laughter.

Fans took to social media to say that they think the star would be a great candidate to present Strictly. One said: “La Voix is pure entertainment. Everything she does/says is gold.”

While a second added: “La Voix has the personality & humour to be one of the new Strictly presenters!” As a third wrote: “She has the sarcastic wit of Bruce Forsyth, love it, make a great replacement for Claudia.”

Tess and Claudia opened the show on Saturday night, where they spoke about their recent announcement. Tess began: “Just before we get started tonight, Claud and I announced this week that this will be our last series of Strictly Come Dancing.”

As the audience clapped, Claudia continued: “We want to thank you for your beautiful messages. We’ve got another eight weeks on this incredible show and a Strictly champion to crown.”

Tess concluded: “And we cannot wait to spend the rest of the series with you, with our amazing couples and these four [the judges].”

Coleen isn’t shy when it comes to talking about her family on Loose

“With personal stuff, I don’t share until it’s kind of settled,” she told the Mirror. Coleen went on to add: “As far as my break-ups from my husbands. Not Shane [Richie], because we’d already broken up before I started Loose Women – that’s how I got on Loose Women.

“But with Ray, there were a couple of years before I actually came out and talked about it. I’m always aware of the other person; it’s not fair on them. Obviously, when it’s all done, I’ll say, ‘Yeah, it was a hard couple of years,’ but not while we’re going through it – it was hard for him as well.”

Coleen is the first to admit she’s a “great talker” and would rather share than keep things bottled up – but reveals her brutal honesty has sometimes got her into tricky situations at home. “I’ve come home to silence sometimes,” she says, after discussing marriage and family on Loose. “I say to them, ‘Look, I do a show and if a topic about kids or divorce comes up, I’m going to talk about it.’”

Reflecting on dogged rumours of constant arguments and toxicity behind the scenes on the show, Coleen says defiantly, “On my children’s lives, that’s just not true. It’s not true. We are exactly like how we are on-screen. There are moments when you go, ‘You’re getting on my nerves, now,’ and I love that because we’re like sisters; it never lasts. It’s a shame. Loose is such a good show, we’ve achieved so many wonderful things and there isn’t anything else like it.”

Each day, she says with a sigh, panellists are subjected to some kind of trolling on social media, be it about their appearance or opinions. And as Coleen admits, it can get to her.

“It’s a shame that they’re trying to batter it down – and it’s normally women. Women should be championing women! But the genie is out of the bottle, with social media. The only time I go for trolls is if it’s going to really hurt people. It’s ridiculous.”

Coleen says she rarely sees any criticism of the male panellists based on their appearance or topics they talk about. “As soon as it’s women, it comes out. It’s bizarre,” she adds.

I’m not at every red-carpet event. I’m happiest at home, covered in horse poo and taking the dogs for a walk! And as far as being open, I’d rather be that way – I don’t think the public are stupid. If you go on air and deliver a fake persona, which a lot do, it’s hard to live up to.”

Coleen is on the road again for This Is Me , her second solo tour, promising a night of laughter, stories, surprises – and even a song or two. “I’m really excited! I’m a bit nervous because I haven’t put it together yet. I’m at that stage where I’m having sleepless nights thinking about how we’re going to do it!”

After recently performing on Loose Women , Coleen was flooded with comments from fans who had forgotten she was a singer first. “I very rarely sing any more,” she says coyly, adding, “When I do, I realise that’s what I was born to do, that’s all I’ve ever done really. It’s nice to be able to do both on this tour. I want it to be a Q&A with the audience, fun, taking them through my life story but interspersing it with songs.”

Her eldest son, musician Shane Nolan, will be joining Coleen onstage again, and she admits she’s “scared” of the stories he may spill. “When we did the last tour, Shane was my support, then came on during my set. I’m so comfortable with him, I can tell him to shut up because he’s my son!” she says.

“He knows me and I know him, we’ve got the exact same sense of humour, and he’s such an entertainer.”

Loose Women star Carol McGiffin has given fans a glimpse into her marriage. The broadcaster shared snaps of her husband, Mark Cassidy, 43, as she celebrated her toyboy. While Carol, 65, usually keeps her marriage relatively private, she shared her ‘favourite photos’ of them over the past year. One snap included them drinking white wine in Saint Tropez, while another poked fun at Mark’s sleeping position.

Carol sweetly wrote in the caption: “I don’t normally gush about my other half on here, in fact, I don’t think I ever have. But today I’m going to because we’ve been apart for a while, and tonight we will be reunited (hence the cheeze on toast music choice)! So, with that in mind, here are some of my favourite photos of him/us from this year.”

She added: “Note: No AI or filter or any other fakery was used on picture 7!!! All done with hard work and a bit of discipline!!!” She also surprised her followers with a topless snap of Mark as she wrote: “Yep. That’s my husband!”.

Addressing her relationship, Carol previously shared that while their 22-year age gap can “bother” her at times, they remain happily married and have proved the haters wrong.

Other followers took the opportunity to express how much they missed seeing Carol as a regular face on Loose Women after she left the iconic panel in 2023.

She first appeared on the show from 2000 until her first departure in 2013, and then again from 2018 until 2023. Since leaving, Carol hasn’t held back in her criticism of ITV ’s daytime lineup, branding shows like Loose Women, This Morning, and Good Morning Britain as “rubbish” and out of touch with audiences.

Speaking on Dan Wootton ’s Outspoken podcast in the summer, the former Loose Women regular slammed ITV for reportedly trying to win back viewers by bringing in influencers.

“They can stand there and say, ‘The reason that we’re suffering is because of online TV, people don’t watch TV anymore, they go online for news or entertainment or anything, or streaming services,’” she said. “Maybe it’s just because it’s rubbish and they just aren’t very good at it anymore. They don’t consider that.”

She also criticised ITV’s assumption that influencers would attract younger viewers: “A lot of young people never watch television… The fact that ITV thinks, ‘If we get all these young influencers on, everyone’s going to start watching daytime TV,’ is just ridiculous.”
