She said: “So we have this connection I think because we’re so committed to treating each other the same way you did before you had a ring on it, before it was locked down when you’re just courting each other and you can see all the good and joy in that butterfly period and that’s I think what keeps things really alive.

When discussing how love unfolded for her and Harry, despite life’s unpredictability – and with Drew mentioning that Harry “found” Meghan – the former Suits actress gushed: “I mean, look, life is full of surprises. I did not expect to meet H and for this to be our love story and you know I’m very lucky.

“I am married to the funniest, sweetest, most charming, I mean, he’s all the things that you’re describing. He’s an amazing father. And so, you know, I count my blessings because I have him and also I have a partner who is so supportive of me.”

Harry vowed to “always date” Meghan

Harry and Meghan, who tied the knot in 2018, are proud parents to Archie, five, and Lilibet, three. Speaking about juggling motherhood with her professional commitments, Meghan shared: “I always make it a point when I’m travelling if I can’t do bedtime stories with my kids.”

Donald Trump has risked a new fallout with Prince Harry after ‘belittling’ one of the Duke’s favourite countries, Lesotho.

On Tuesday night, the US president gave a joint address to Congress, during which he listed the programs he has cut off from American financial aid in order to bring down the federal deficit.

“Eight million dollars to promote LGBTQI+ in the African nation of Lesotho, which nobody has ever heard of,” Trump brutally claimed, to some laughter from Republican lawmakers.

The Lesotho government is “shocked and embarrassed” by the comments, the foreign minister, Lejone Mpotjoane, told AFP. “We did not expect a head of state to refer to another sovereign nation in such a manner,” he said.

Trump’s remarks are also likely to have riled Harry, who has a strong connection to Lesotho. He is good friends with Prince Seeiso – the younger brother of the country’s current King Letsie III – and together the pair set up a charity in Lesotho – Sentebale, which means “forget me not”. The organisation, which they established in 2006, works with local communities in the country at grassroots level, helping young people affected by HIV/Aids.

Like the United Kingdom, Lesotho is a constitutional monarchy. This means that although it has a royal family, an elected prime minister runs the country. Harry first went to Lesotho in 2004 on his gap year when he was 19, and has returned to the country many times since then.

It comes after Trump issued a direct threat to Harry just last year, saying that if it was found that the prince had lied on his visa application about his drug-taking, he would take “appropriate action.’ There is nothing to suggest the duke has done this.

He later clarified that he would not seek to deport Harry – but took a brutal swipe at his wife Meghan. “I don’t want to do that,” Trump told the New York Post. “I’ll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible.”

Just recently, King Charles invited Trump to make a state visit to the UK later on this year. It’s a rare second invite for an American president; Trump made a state visit in his first term when Queen Elizabeth II was on the throne.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer personally delivered the letter from the King at a meeting with Trump in the Oval Office just last week, with the president accepting the invite and saying that it would be an “honour” to visit the “fantastic” country. He added that King Charles was a “beautiful man, a wonderful man”.

Just hours after the handwritten letter was delivered, Harry appeared to take a swipe at Trump during a surprise appearance at the Upfront Summit in Los Angeles. He spoke about how billions of people were experiencing the “detrimental effect” when “basic morals and empathy are abandoned in favor of power and control”.

“Now this would be a great time to talk about how a sickness in leadership across sectors – from politics to tech – can have a detrimental effect on millions, if not billions, of people,” he said.

“When service to others is sacrificed for personal gain. When basic morals and empathy are abandoned in favor of power and control. But I’m not gonna get into all that now!”

President Trump has spoken publicly about his admiration for the royal family – and he previously accused the Sussexes of breaking the late Queen’s heart after they stepped down from royal life.

He said: “I think there was great disrespect to a person I got to know very well and like; the Queen. She was unbelievable, you know.

“I thought she was treated very disrespectfully by them. Although she wouldn’t show it because she was strong and smart, I imagine they broke her heart. The things that they were saying were so bad and so horrible and she was in her 90s and hearing this stuff. I think they broke her heart. I think they hurt her bad.”

The President further insisted that Harry and Meghan ”were very disrespectful to the royal family” when they decided to step down from their duties.

Coronation Street fans believe they have worked out a sad twist set to air on the ITV soap after Wednesday night’s episode, ahead of a character leaving Weatherfield

There could be heartbreak on the way on Coronation Street with fans thinking they have worked out a devastating twist.

On Wednesday night, Daisy Midgeley and David Platt were let fighting for their lives in a devastating crash. A hit and run saw Weatherfield residents horrified as Daisy and David were run over and left seriously injured.

Viewers found out on Monday that the hit and run was set up by David and his former inmate Andy, with David vowing that he had to die in order to get Harvey Gaskell off his and his family’s backs. But poor Daisy got caught in the crossfire and the pregnant character was struck by the car, despite David’s attempts to get her out of the road.

As the episode played out, both Daisy and David were rushed to hospital with their loved ones by their sides. It was touch and go especially for David, and by the end of Wednesday’s episode he remained in a coma.

But there was also concern for Daisy and her unborn baby, with her partner Daniel Osbourne sharing some news. Daisy had to undergo a procedure to fix her injured arm, and on arrival at the hospital she had a baby scan where she was told all seemed to be okay.

However after the procedure, a nurse broke the news to Daniel that Daisy had been bleeding, and there was a chance she may have lost her baby. He told Daisy’s stepmother Jenny Connor: “Because of the accident, they think that she’s got an abruption in her placenta, kind of like a bruise.

“She’s been bleeding between the uterus and the placenta. They can’t be 100%, but they think she might have lost the baby. They won’t know for sure until they do another ultrasound tomorrow.”

It won’t be until Friday’s episode that viewers will find out more on Daisy and David’s conditions, and whether Daisy’s baby has sadly died. But with Daisy leaving the ITV soap soon, fans are fearing the worst after the horrific crash.

Taking to social media, one fan said: “We know Charlotte Jordan ( Daisy) is leaving so she’ll probably lose her baby.” Another added: “I bet Daisy loses the baby when she gets run over and that’s how she leave the street.”

A further comment read: “My #Corrie prediction – David doesn’t die, Daisy doesn’t die; but her baby does and it comes out that she kept quiet about the truth of the father, she decides that she can’t stay and takes the Paris job and leaves Jenny to clear up the mess, especially the money owed to Carla.”

Tempers flared online as Good Morning Britain’s Narinder Kaur clashed with Dan Wootton after he lambasted Meghan Markle’s new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.

Controversial journalist Dan used a segment of his Outspoken podcast to slam the show, stating he “had given up over four hours of my life to watch With Love, Meghan” and went on to deride it as “the worst TV series ever made”.

He also accused Netflix of “producing an atrocity” and pledged to unmask the “tissues of lies” he alleged the Duchess weaves.

Taking his critique to Twitter, he asserted: “Meghan Markle’s shock new lie as we review the WORST TV show in history – Netflix’s With Love, Meghan – so you don’t have to watch it yourself.”

However, Narinder was quick to counter his opinion, writing: “Lies, Dan. I’ve just watched four episodes and without any doubt, Meghan comes across as thoughtful, kind, welcoming, smart, caring and bloody hardworking in that kitchen. She radiates with beauty, and actually – I genuinely didn’t expect to like her this much! She’s a star.”

Dan responded with disbelief, pressing Narinder: “ARE YOU SERIOUS! ? Like actually serious? Give me one example of how she comes across that way… x,” reports the Express.

Narinder stood her ground in the debate, countering: “Yes. Really. Loose Women star Denise Welch has opened up on reported feuds amongst her ITV co-stars as she insisted that they all get along very well.

The 66-year-old actress appeared on ITV’s This Morning on Wednesday (March 5) alongside Loose Morning star Jane Moore.

Discussing their new podcast with presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, the pair went on to share insight on how they’re able to talk about matters in depth and how their new Loose Women audio programme has been a success so far.

But when presenter Cat pointed out how well the women seem to get along despite having on-air clashes, Densise explained that things are often taken out of context.

Vanishing Twin Syndrome (VTS) occurs in 36% of twin pregnancies – this is what you should know after the Love Island star spoke out

Reality star Olivia Bowen broke down in tears on Loose Women this week, as she opened up about her difficult pregnancy. The 31-year-old, who shot to fame on Love Island in 2016, was pregnant with twins before suffering from Vanishing Twin Syndrome (VTS).

As its name suggests, this condition takes place when one twin in a multiple pregnancy disappears, leaving a single embryo behind. It’s a type of miscarriage estimated to occur in 36% of twin pregnancies, with the affected baby absorbed by the surviving twin or the mother’s body.

“Something happened called Vanishing Twin Syndrome,” Olivia said in an emotional segment of the ITV show. “Sorry, I didn’t want to get upset at this bit because I want to get it factually correct, because it is so important.

“…And one of the babies just basically didn’t have a heartbeat, but I’d had no symptoms. I’d had no pain, no bleeding, absolutely nothing to tell me that [this] was what we were walking into. And, I guess from that moment, we were just completely floored.

“We were expecting to have these two little babies, but Vanishing Twin Syndrome, that is what happens. They can, as it says, literally just vanish.”

Olivia and her husband, Alex, found out they were pregnant with twins at the six-week mark before suffering from VTS at eight weeks. During that fortnight, they had started planning everything from bedroom arrangements to car seats, and were devastated to learn of their loss.

“I have twins in my family and as soon as we found it was twins I was already quite nervous,” Olivia explained. “Because we’ve not had a great history of twins in our family. But [Alex] you were so positive, weren’t you?”

Joining the conversation, Alex said: “When you find out that you’re having twins, you kind of like, all these emotions run through your mind and you’re like, ‘Oh my god, how am I going to, like, control another two on top of the one that we’ve got?’

“And then five minutes later I was kind of like, had these scenarios in my mind like, ‘I can’t wait to go on holiday and check in the back of the car, all three kids are playing’. And then yeah, unfortunately, that just got kind of taken away.”

Although Olivia experienced no symptoms of VTS, Cleveland Clinic suggests that light bleeding, cramps, and pain in both the back and pelvis can be a cause for concern. It is commonly caused by irregularities in one twin’s DNA, which hinder its development.

“Your pregnancy will continue as usual…It’s possible to be pregnant with multiples and to miscarry one or more of the embryos before your first pregnancy ultrasound. In this case, neither you nor your provider will know you were pregnant with twins or triplets.”

Olivia and Alex, parents to two-year-old Abel Jacob, are expecting their second child this summer. While the experience has been a ‘rollercoaster of emotions’, Olivia said there is one positive thing she holds on to.

“The one beautiful part of it that I try to hold on to is that they do absorb into your body,” she said. “So, they just gradually go back into your body.

“Those cells become a part of you, and that’s what we’ve sort of been holding on to. But throughout all of this, you know, we’ve got a really healthy little baby in there, that we are so excited to meet.

“But it was just that bittersweet rollercoaster of emotions that I never expected. And I know miscarriages are common – one in four – but this for twin pregnancies, triplet pregnancies, it’s up to 35%. It’s a big number.”

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has opened up on her heartbreaking regret as she spoke candidly on her “lifelong sentence”.

The 33-year-old rose to prominence when she was convicted of second-degree murder for the death of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard after being subjected to physical, mental and medical abuse directly caused by her mum.

Gypsy’s story captivated TV audiences when it was documented on a number of television shows and movies.

Speaking on ITV’s Loose Women from the US, Gypsy, who committed the murder alongside her partner at the time, gave an update on how her life has been since she was paroled in late December 2023 after serving eight years in prison.

“I wish I had gone through other avenues that are forever a lifelong regret, but unfortunately, hindsight is twenty-twenty, so I can change the past.

Loose Women star Jane Moore then asked: “Do you feel guilt now at your involvement in your mother’s murder?”

Gypsy replied: “Of course! Of course, I have to live with that every single day, and that’s a lifelong sentence. I might have served eight and eight and a half years in prison, but that is a lifelong sentence for me.”

When asked if she felt like “there was no other way out”, Gypsy responded: “That is correct, at the time I was very, very sheltered in my life so the avenues in which I cognitively thought to reach out, my mum had told me a lot of lies about my father so I didn’t turn to him for help because I thought he didn’t love me, that’s what my mum led me to believe

“I grew up with a mum that basically made me fearful of strangers so I felt like the only person I could confide in was my co-defendant. I wish I would have gone through other avenues, that is forever a lifelong regret but unfortunately hindsight’s twenty-twenty so I can’t change the past.”

Loose Women stars quizzed her on her regretNear the end of her chat with the Loose Women, she then said: “I never wanted to villainise my mum, I never approved of her being villainized.

“All I ever did was share my story, and unfortunately, the sins of her past put that label on her. I, however, don’t feel she was evil.

“I feel like she would have needed mental help and I think with that knowledge, we need to shift the narrative of putting her in a box. I think that more mental health awareness, of Munchausen by Proxy, needs to be advocated for.”
