Denise Welch sets record straight on ‘ridiculous’ Loose Women co-star ‘feud’

Denise Welch was quick to set the record straight while appearing on ITV’s This Morning as she spoke about the on-air clashes that often takes place on ITV show Loose Women

Loose Women star Denise Welch has opened up on reported feuds amongst her ITV co-stars as she insisted that they all get along very well.

The 66-year-old actress appeared on ITV’s This Morning on Wednesday (March 5) alongside Loose Morning star Jane Moore.

Discussing their new podcast with presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, the pair went on to share insight on how they’re able to talk about matters in depth and how their new Loose Women audio programme has been a success so far.

But when presenter Cat pointed out how well the women seem to get along despite having on-air clashes, Densise explained that things are often taken out of context.

Cat said: “As a woman watching that show, I love it that you can really disagree and then you’re the best of mates.”

Denise quickly interjected and said: “We never even talk about it off stage, no!” With Jane adding that their conflicts often end up on the “front page of a magazine”.

Former Coronation Street star Denise added: “It’s so ridiculous! I’m 67 this year. If you think I would voluntarily come into a job with a toxic environment, I wouldn’t! I don’t have to and I wouldn’t!

“We have never had a row in all the years that we’ve worked! Me and Carol McGiffin used to have some hong dingers on there but we never talked about when we got off stage. People like to pit women against each other.”

After hearing Denise’s stance, some viewers were left rather unsure, with one writing: “Jeez! Own opinions?? Didn’t Charlene [White] have to give Denise a telling off ‘on-air’ last week over her comments on a subject??”

Another also shared a harsh reaction and penned: “Toxic femininity also exists. You only need to watch Loose Women to see it in action.”

The first episode of Loose Women is available for fans to listen to on ITVX. The synopsis for episode one reads: “In our first episode of Loose Women: The Podcast, Denise Welch and Ayda Field Williams discuss addiction, surrogacy, motherhood and Hollywood crushes!”

Coleen Nolan bursts into tears on Loose Women ‘It’s the worst day of my life’

Coleen Nolan has been left in floods of tears as ITV’s Loose Women surprised her with a cameo from her three kids as the ITV chat show celebrated her 60th birthday

Coleen Nolan has burst into tears during today’s episode of Loose Women, after being surprised by her kids on the ITV show.

The TV personality turns 60 on Wednesday, however her fellow co-stars celebrated her milestone birthday today by sneaking her three kids into the studio audience. However, Coleen shared how it had been the “worst day of [her] life” up until that point, having been kept in her dressing room all morning and blindfolded.

Today’s episode saw a blindfolded Coleen led onto the Loose Women studio floor, where she was surprised by her sons Jake Roche, Shane Nolan and Ciara Fensome. Coleen revealed that it was the first time that all her kids had been in the Loose Women studio together.

“Oh my God!” Coleen said through tears as she hugged her kids. “Is this why I’ve been kept prisoner all day? So far, I’ve had the worst day of my life. They literally locked me in the dressing room. ‘Can I go to the toilet?’ ‘No.’” When asked whether it was a surprise, she said: “Was it a genuine surprise? Are you mad? No, I always cry like this.”

Meanwhile, Strictly Come Dancing’s Pete Wicks – who took part in the Real Full Monty with Coleen – sent in a birthday message via video. “Just a quick message to say happy birthday Coleen – I hope you have a fabulous day,” he said. “Who’d have thought a couple of years ago when you saw me naked, we would become such great friends? I hope you the best day, my love. I hope to see you soon.” After the video played, Coleen said: “We genuinely became best friends from that.”

During today’s episode of Loose Women, Coleen and Maureen Nolan, 70, were emotional talking about their family following the loss of their late sister Linda Nolan, who, aged 65, passed away two months ago after having previously been diagnosed with cancer. Asked the importance of being together after a difficult few months, Maureen said: “Absolutely everything, yeah.”

Coleen said in the scene: “I think it’s made us appreciate that we need to make more of an effort, really, to be together.” Maureen said: “That’s what it’s all about now more than anything.” Emotional Coleen added: “Yeah, it’s been hard.”

Earlier this week, a source close to Coleen exclusively told The Mirror that the Loose Women star will be putting on a brave face for her birthday after the tragic passing of her older sister Linda. The source said: “This is a milestone birthday for Coleen, but she is still, of course, going to be thinking about her sister.”

They added by telling us that the special occasion would be “bittersweet” for Coleen. The source said: “Coleen is still very, very sad about losing Linda, so it’s a very bittersweet moment. It’s heart-breaking that Linda won’t be there.”

At the weekend, Coleen paid tribute to Linda on International Women’s Day, writing on Instagram: “Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing women in my life and to every other woman! Here’s to lifting each other up and celebrating our power.”

Zoe Ball’s love life as she fronts VE Day show for BBC – including bond with her ex

BBC Radio 2 host Zoe Ball – who has returned to the radio station for a new Saturday afternoon show – will host VE Day 80: A Celebration to Remember for the BBC tonight

Presenter Zoe Ball will be back on TV later tonight as the 80th anniversary celebrations for VE Day continue. She will follow in the footsteps of Sophie Raworth who led the BBC’s coverage of the special occasion earlier this week.

Zoe, 54, will front VE Day 80: A Celebration to Remember from 8pm until 10.10pm on BBC One this evening. It will showcase a concert from Horse Guards Parade in London and has been described as the “finale” of the celebrations.

Her involvement with the special comes after she returned to BBC Radio 2 just days ago to launch her new Saturday afternoon show. Zoe had hosted the station’s weekday breakfast show for six years before leaving in December. She had announced her departure weeks prior after an extended absence last summer, which came following the death of her late mother Julia Peckham in April last year.

Ahead of her return to TV tonight, there’s been renewed interest in Zoe’s life off-screen. There’s been no update on her dating life, with her thought to be single, but the Mirror has now taken a look back at her previous relationships.

    Fatboy Slim

Zoe had a high-profile relationship with musician Norman Cook, now 61 – better known as Fatboy Slim – after meeting whilst both in Ibiza in 1998. The presenter was out there hosting BBC Radio 1’s breakfast show from the island.

She got married to the DJ the following year and their son Woody Cook, now 24, was born in 2000. The couple then briefly split in 2003 after she had an affair. She told the Mirror in 2012: “It was a mix of everything. I wasn’t happy.”

Zoe reflected: “[We] met in Ibiza and lived this crazy, party life and got married within a year. Then we had Woody and suddenly I was all settled down. I thought ‘do know each other?’ […] Reality hit me hard when we started a family.”

She ended up reconciling with Norman though and their youngest child Nelly Cook, now 15, was then born in 2010. Six years later, the couple however announced back in 2016 that they had decided to separate after 18 years together.

The exes have remained on good terms over the years. As previously reported, Zoe told Red magazine in 2020: “[Norman] is such a good friend and a good guy. It’s not always been easy and it’s taken time. He’s been through a lot, I’ve been through a lot, but now we’re in a great place as parents together.”

Zoe and Norman were said to be spending “more time” together last year following the loss of her mother. A source told OK! magazine in September: “Zoe has really struggled these past few months as she copes with the loss of her mum and just lots of changes in her life. And despite them splitting up, Norman is the one person she can still rely on and he has been her rock, as he always is.”

Speaking to the Mirror recently, their son Woody dismissed any suggestion of a rekindled romance though. Asked how his family are doing, he said: “It’s pretty good, for a half-estranged family unit. Not a lot of turmoil at the moment. We are very excited, the four of us. Not that we are actually ‘a family’. They are still very much not together. As much as the papers keep trying to insinuate they’re back together. Just to clarify that!”

    Billy Yates

Zoe later had a relationship with the late Billy Yates, who died in 2017(Image: Instagram)

Following the end of her long-term relationship with her ex Norman, radio host Zoe began a romance with camera operator Billy Yates in 2017. The pair are said to have been friends for years before their relationship developed.

Billy was said to have given Zoe a “new lease on life”. Just months into their romance though, it was announced that he had died, aged 40. It was later reported that Billy had taken his own life and Zoe’s paid tribute in the years since.

Remembering him on Desert Island Discs in 2020, she said: “He had lived with depression for a huge chunk of his life. It’s so hard to sit and watch someone you love and care for struggle with mental health.” She shared: “Losing him was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with in my life.”

Zoe continued: “I think something that’s really important to share [is] that there is hope. There is help available, there are ways, we’re still learning. For some people, the drugs work. For some people that isn’t the case. But I think it’s so isolating to be trapped in your mind like that, where you doubt yourself, you doubt everything you’ve ever known. You doubt your family love you. You doubt that your friends care for you.”

She added: “I don’t want people to remember him for how he died. I want people to remember Billy for how he lived his life. He was so full of love. He would help anyone in need. He was always there for all his friends. He brought so much [into our lives]. He loved to dance and he loved to laugh.”

Just days ago, she reflected on the loss on the anniversary of his death. Alongside a photo of her late partner, she wrote on Instagram: “8 years forever in our hearts Billface #mateswithyates.” She included emojis of a rose, stars and a heart.

More recently, she had a relationship with Michael Reed, though they reportedly split in 2023(Image: Dave Benett/Getty Images)

Zoe is said to have begun dating model Michael Reed towards the end of 2017. A source told the Sun in December that year: “She has had a tough time of it this year so deserves some happiness. It is early days with Michael but Zoe seems quite taken with him.”

Two years later, there was speculation that they had split up though the couple are now thought to have remained together after then. It was subsequently reported four years later that they had ended their relationship in 2023.

A source told the Sun two years ago: “Zoe is gutted.” They went on to say: “[They] started spending a lot less time together, went away on separate holidays and drifted apart. Now it seems the relationship has finally run its course.”

  • Alison Hammond joins Gogglebox with son Aidan in new celebrity line-up

Alison Hammond joins Gogglebox with son Aidan in new celebrity line-up

This Morning host Alison Hammond is taking on a new venture by joining Channel 4’s Celebrity Gogglebox with her son Aidan for a special episode of the programme

TV presenter Alison Hammond is set to appear on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside her 19-year-old son Aidan as part of the upcoming Stand Up To Cancer special on Channel 4. The Great British Bake Off presenter will reunite on screen with Aidan following the success of their recent travel series Florida Unpacked, which aired on BBC Two.

The pair’s natural chemistry and light-hearted dynamic reportedly caught the attention of producers, who were keen to bring them on board for the charity edition of the popular series

A source told The Sun’s TVBiz column: “Producers were impressed by the dynamic between Aidan and his mum on their new travel show, so wanted a piece of it for Celebrity Gogglebox.

“They’re always looking for new duos to appear on the programme to keep it constantly feeling fresh, and, of course, fronting The Great British Bake Off means Alison is already part of the C4 family.”

An exact broadcast date and full line-up for the next Celebrity Gogglebox special have yet to be announced. Hammond, who rose to fame on Big Brother in 2002, recently revealed that she turned down an invitation to return to the reality series.

While speaking to Magic Radio, she said: “I just got asked and I said no. Yeah, they asked me and I said no, I wouldn’t do it again. I just think I’ve done it, haven’t I?”

The TV presenter has spoken wistfully about her career fulfilling her late mother Maria’s dreams. Maria, who passed away from lung and liver cancer in 2020, was a strong supporter of Alison’s ambitions from the beginning.

Hammond told the Mirror: ” This Morning was always a staple in our family home growing up. It’s so bittersweet to know that this has happened and she’s not here to see. Having said that, I do still feel her presence. It feels like my mum is still looking out for me in a strange way.”

She added: “She was totally my number one fan and was always mega proud of me. In a way, I’m living my mum’s dream. The This Morning star previously admitted she nearly had a panic attack while filming Florida Unpacked, because she was terrified she was going to have a run-in with alligators.

She told Judi Love on Loose Women: “There is a moment we are doing canoeing actually, and I started having a panic attack.

“I started having a panic attack because I thought there were alligators and do you know when you get the heebie-jeebies about spiders crawling all over you, and I started having a proper panic attack. He [Aidan] looked like the adult that was like ‘Mum, we are going to go back, calm down.’ I looked like a five-year-old.”

When Hammond was given the Role Model Award at the MBCC in Birmingham last December, she made a touching speech about her love for her son, telling him: “I love you so much son and I’m sorry I haven’t always been there but I’ll be honest with you, the reason I was doing it, was only for you.”

  • MasterChef’s John Torode makes telling remark hinting at true relationship with Gregg Wallace

MasterChef’s John Torode makes telling remark hinting at true relationship with Gregg Wallace

The MasterChef host has publicly welcomed Grace Dent as his new co-host on the BBC programme.

John Torode appears to be moving on swiftly following Gregg Wallace’s dramatic exit from MasterChef, as he sings the praises of his new co-host Grace Dent, while staying tight-lipped on his former presenting partner of nearly 20 years.

Speaking at the Fortnum & Mason Food and Drink Awards, the 59-year-old chef made a telling remark that hints at the true nature of his off-camera relationship with Wallace, who was quietly dropped from the show amid mounting allegations of inappropriate sexual behaviour. Torode told the Mail : “We’ve been filming MasterChef, which has been great and that’s been brilliant.

    John Torode and Grace Dent

“We’ve moved to Birmingham and me and Grace are having a wonderful time. She’s doing a great job. So, it’s onwards and upwards.”

His glowing endorsement of his new co-star also seemed to draw a firm line under the past. There was no mention of Wallace, who Torode had worked with since 2005.

Wallace’s departure from the show in November came under a cloud of serious accusations, including claims he made explicit sexual jokes, shared intimate details of his sex life with colleagues, and exposed himself on set wearing nothing but a sock.

The BBC cancelled two Christmas specials and launched an internal investigation into his conduct through production company Banijay, after at least 13 formal complaints emerged across 17 years. Some of these complaints were made by former MasterChef contestants and high-profile guests.

John Torode and Greg Wallace on MasterChef
Torode has been distancing himself from his former co-host Gregg Wallace(Image: BBC/Shine TV)

While Wallace has denied any behaviour amounting to sexual harassment, his career with MasterChef appears to be over, and Torode seems determined to focus on the future.

This month it was revealed that Grace Dent had already been invited to Torode’s home, in what many saw as a thinly veiled snub. Wallace and Torode never achieved this level of closeness, despite fronting one of the BBC’s most successful franchises together for nearly two decades.

Speaking at the Ideal Home Show, Torode’s wife Lisa Faulkner confirmed: “She [Grace] came over for tea and I was really excited she has been in my house. I was like ‘I love you’. We made tea and scones, cheese scones, and sticky toffee madeleines.”

By contrast, Torode and Wallace never socialised off-screen. In an interview that has now resurfaced from 2017, Torode admitted, “We’ve never been friends. We’ve not been to each other’s houses… He’s so OCD, he wouldn’t know what to do. He’d build it up in his mind for three days, and probably make himself quite sick, then he’d have an argument with his wife and not turn up.”

Torode has not publicly commented on the investigation into Wallace’s behaviour, but his Instagram activity around the time of the revelations suggested he was distancing himself from the situation entirely.

Now MasterChef has left its London base after two decades, and relocated to Birmingham’s former Banana Warehouse on Fazeley Street, where the new judging duo have reportedly hit the ground running.

Torode called the move “brilliant” and has described working with Dent as a “wonderful time”, which stands out in comparison to his former indifference towards Wallace.

Dent, 51, has been a familiar face on MasterChef for over a decade after regularly appearing as a guest critic. She even competed in the Battle of the Critics special last year. In a statement she made to the BBC after being selected as one of the new show hosts, she said: “It’s more than a dream to me… I feel very lucky to be stepping in.”

Torode echoed the sentiment, saying: “She has been an excellent guest, an inspiring critic and also set some incredible challenges. The love of food, the love of MasterChef, and that unquestionable expertise, makes Grace the perfect person to step in alongside me.”

  • BBC’s Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash reality show returning despite backlash

BBC’s Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash reality show returning despite backlash

Viewers are being given another chance to see the inner workings of the Solomon-Swash household.

Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash are bringing the chaos of Pickle Cottage back to our screens as their hit BBC reality show Stacey And Joe has officially been renewed for a second series. The fly-on-the-wall docuseries, which first aired in April, gave fans an unfiltered look at the couple’s hectic home life with their children, ducks, and two dogs in their Essex countryside retreat.

After six episodes of parenting mayhem, heartfelt moments, and the odd bit of DIY, the BBC has now confirmed that filming is already under way for round two. In the first series viewers watched Solomon, 35, celebrate a huge milestone as she picked up a National Television Award for her decluttering series Sort Your Life Out.

Meanwhile Swash, 43, opened up about navigating life with an ADHD diagnosis. The new series promises more candid moments, including a family getaway with the couple’s growing brood.

In a joint statement, Stacey and Joe said: “The biggest thank you to every single person who watched the first series of Stacey And Joe… We’ve been so grateful for all the lovely messages and we’re so excited to bring out another series with the BBC.”

The couple have been together since 2016 after meeting six years earlier on I’m A Celebrity, where Joe was co-hosting the spin-off and Stacey went on to win the jungle crown. They got married in a beautiful ceremony at Pickle Cottage in 2022.

Between them, they’re parents to Rex, 5, Rose, 3, and Belle, 2 – plus Stacey’s sons Zach and Leighton from previous relationships, and Joe’s eldest, Harry.

BBC’s Head of Documentaries, Clare Sillery, shared her excitement over the renewal, saying: “We are delighted to be working with the Solomon Swash family and [production company] Optomen once again, on what already promises to be an incredibly exciting second series. It’s been great to see how viewers have taken Stacey, Joe, their kids and beloved pets to their hearts.”

Charlotte Brookes, Head of Popular Factual at Optomen, added: “We’re thrilled with how Series 1 performed and delighted to be able to continue filming the next chapter for Stacey and Joe, and their ever-growing family at Pickle Cottage.”

Stacey And Joe will return to BBC One with another six hour-long episodes. A release date has yet to be announced.

This comes after a source recently revealed that the couple found letting cameras in to their life behind-the-scenes more difficult than expected. The pair have admitted to starting marriage therapy after seeing issues in their relationship play out on screen.

An insider told OK! : “They underestimated how difficult it was going to be doing this reality show and having cameras around, and watching it back hasn’t been the easiest thing. The pressures of all the kids and work while balancing their relationship has been hard, they won’t deny that.

“They’re going to therapy because they love each other and would never want to get to the point where they don’t want to be together anymore. Yes, there have been ups and downs and it’s been quite a rollercoaster – but they know there’s no shame in therapy and both realise it’s the best thing for their relationship and to iron out their issues.”

Lorraine Kelly reveals being ‘frightened’ after being replaced on major ITV show

Lorraine Kelly has opened up about being replaced on GMTV after coming back from having a child, revealing she found the ordeal quite ‘frightening’

    Lorraine Kelly on ITV

Lorraine Kelly has opened up about a difficult chapter in her career, revealing that she was once told not to return to work just months after giving birth to her daughter. The 65-year-old presenter, who is currently taking time out from her ITV morning show as she recovers from preventative keyhole surgery, made the admission on a new episode of Dr Hilary Jones’ podcast.

The episode was recorded ahead of her hospital stay and is now available to watch on YouTube or listen to on Spotify. During the conversation with Dr Hilary, Lorraine thought back to the moment she found out her contract would not be renewed by GMTV in the mid-90s, calling the experience “really frightening”.

She told the podcast host: “I had just been told not to come back to work. My daughter was born in June and I was supposed to go back in September. But just before the end of August, I got a call saying, ‘We’re really sorry, we’re not renewing your contract, we’ve got someone else’ – which was Anthea Turner with Eamonn [Holmes].

Lorraine continued: “I thought, ‘Oh my God, what am I going to do?’ I had a massive mortgage, a tiny baby, and Steve [her husband] was working all hours. It was scary. It was really frightening. Anyone who loses a job knows how scary that is, especially when you’re freelance.”

    Lorraine Kelly
Lorraine Kelly has spoken candidly about a time when she lost her job with ITV

The ITV star, affectionately dubbed the “queen of daytime TV”, also spoke about the challenges of working in the industry without the security of maternity leave. ““We didn’t have that if you’re freelance – you just go back to work,” she explained.

Despite the setback, Lorraine didn’t give up. She began approaching other broadcasters in search of work, armed with a VHS tape of her presenting highlights.

Eventually, GMTV got back in touch and offered her the chance to front a “mum and baby slot”, which was a role that ended up paving the way for her own show and the decades-long career that followed.

Fans have rallied around the Scottish presenter recently as she takes a break from her ITV chat show to focus on recovery from her surgery.

She shared a reassuring update from her hospital bed this weekend, confirming that the operation was preventative and done via keyhole surgery.

“I’m being very well looked after,” she said. “It’s purely preventative. I’m going to be totally fine and I’ll see you soon.” While Lorraine rests, This Morning’s Sian Welby has stepped in to host the ITV programme.

Sian shared a tribute to Lorraine while taking her place on the sofa, saying: “Before we get started obviously we want to wish Lorraine a speedy recovery. You might have seen her post over the weekend. She’s been in hospital for an operation; I know she’s planning to be back here as soon as she can.”

Molly Mae Hague has finally confirmed she is back with Tommy Fury and, despite their rocky relationship, is already thinking about having a second child with him. The pair kissed on New Year’s eve at a party and slowly have put their relationship back together, with a holiday in March to Dubai being the moment Molly Mae knew it was serious again and they have “something worth saving”.

She leaves it until the final minutes of the final episode of her Prime documentary to make the revelation with three new episodes out today for her millions of fans on social media and YouTube. Looking back on their holiday together, Molly said: “Dubai was picture perfect, like it was just the best trip ever. It literally just felt like everything I wanted it to be, and more.

    Molly Mae

“It was exactly what we needed. All the noise of everyone just switched off, everyone’s opinions. Nothing mattered. It was just like us in our bubble. She (Bambi) had the best time ever.

“We actually extended it for three extra days, because we were like, ‘we can’t come home’ like, we just couldn’t. And then, like, the minute you land back home, it’s kind of like smack back down to reality.”

Tellingly though, she added: “Things are looking so much better for us. I’m gonna start spending more time at Tommy’s house, keeping things slow and not rushing anything.

“But as always, I always say I don’t know what the future holds. I don’t think it’s gonna be a plain sailing future. I don’t. That’s just me being honest. I think we’re still gonna have bumps.

“The dream is still the same that, you know, we’ll get to a place one day when we will all be happy in that house together and have more children, hopefully, and just have a really nice, happy life together.

“That’s all I’ve ever wanted for us. I don’t want to get too excited, but I’m getting glimmers of what I always wanted, which is my family. I know we have got something completely worth saving.”

As the credits roll, she adds: “But you never know what’s around the corner!”

Molly-Mae and boxer Tommy met on Love Island in 2019 and have a two-year-old daughter together called Bambi, but they split last summer without fully explaining why at the time. The first part of the Prime series Behind It All explained that their relationship ended after a string of issues including his battle with booze and vicious rumours about his behaviour.

The new episodes show that Molly’s sister Zoe still appears to have concerns about Tommy and his ability to control his previous alcohol issues.

She asked if he has addressed his issues and Molly replies: “Yeah, obviously he knows it’s the drink. He’s not drank now, like for what four months. But no, I don’t think the drinks gone away forever.

“Could drink still be a problem for us? Potentially yes. But the break up showed I was serious.

“He’s really, really like, changing as a person. I love Tommy so much and I love our family so much that I’m willing to ride the wave. And that’s not something that everyone wants to do, but it’s something that I’m willing to do because I want my family.”

Speaking in January, Tommy had told Men’s Health their split was caused by his drinking issues. At the time he also denied all rumours of cheating, saying: “All I’ve been seeing for the past six months, ‘Cheater!’, ‘He slept with me!’, ‘He slept with this girl, he slept with that girl!’ Complete and utter b*llocks.

“We broke up because I had a problem with alcohol and I couldn’t be the partner that I wanted to be anymore. It kills me to say it, but I couldn’t…Cheating was never a thing. You can ask Molly this yourself. It was the drink and the drink is not a good thing. You need to get a grip of it.

“If you’re in the same spot as me where you just think that it’s going to cure all your problems, it doesn’t. You just wake up even worse and you want to drink more to try and feel happy again. That’s the cycle of it.”

On the new series Molly says: “I understand why Zoe would have her reservations and worries about Tommy and I getting back together. I told her everything, and I think she’s not someone that can hear that stuff and then be like, Okay, let’s move on.”

As she prepared for Bambi’s second birthday party with her family, Molly surprised them as she says she would like to have a sister or brother for Bambi.

“I know I’ll have to have another baby at some point, because there’s just no way I’m having her being a single child, I’ve seen her play with other children. Like, she lights her up.”

Tommy is not at the birthday party but is shown on screen in brief moments and the pair are also heard telling each other ‘I love you’ on FaceTime.

By the end of the series Zoe is coming round to Molly and Tommy being back together and Molly’s parents both say it is what they would like in an ideal world.

Zoe says: “I’ve always said he’s a lovely person. He makes me laugh, he’s polite, he’s kind, he’s a great dad. I’m happy to move forward with Tommy if you two could be together and him treat you well.”

Since being released from the hospital, Eamonn has experienced a “flare-up” and decided to take it easy while watching some classic films.

He posted a selfie to his Instagram wearing a black cowboy hat and gave fans an update.

“Howdy Pilgrims ….. My Head and Neck muscles having a flare up since my fall. Been prescribed a day of watching Westerns to help recuperate,” he began the post.

“On my list Russel Crowe in The 3.10.from Yuma , John Wayne in Red River and Kevin Costner Dances with Wolves . It’s medicine – honestly ! 😊 … feeling better already – Ouch !!!”

Eamonn’s fans rushed to send him well-wishes in the comments section of the post.

“John Wayne films definitely the best to watch or Clint Eastwood 👏get well soon 😍,” wrote one person.

Another added: “Get well soon cowboy! 🤠”

And a third posted: “Feel better soon Eamonn.Enjoy your westerns.❤️.”

A source previously told The Sun about the fall, saying: “Eamonn slipped in the bathroom last week and took a bad tumble.

“He was taken to hospital in a lot of pain and went through a series of tests.

“Fortunately, he didn’t suffer any broken bones and is now on the mend.

    “He was very lucky.”

The TV star – who is often seen out in a wheelchair or on crutches – has struggled with his mobility for the last few years as he battles intense back pain.

His chronic condition began unexpectedly in 2021 and soon he was unable to walk without a stick to help him.

The pain was caused by a dislocated pelvis, which later resulted in him sustaining three slipped disks.

While recovering from surgery, he fell down the stairs at his home in Weybridge and broke his shoulder.

A further spine and neck procedure in 2023 did little to alleviate Eamonn’s pain.

He has admitted the pain has led to him having countless “sleepless nights” and caused rows with his estranged wife Ruth Langsford over how much medication he relies on taking.

Eamonn and Ruth announced their split in May last year having started dating in 1991.

Piers Morgan makes unexpected offer to Kanye West after rapper furiously exits interview

US rapper Kanye West abruptly walked out of his most recent interview with Piers Morgan, who later blasted the rapper’s conduct in a scathing public statement

Piers Morgan has has challenged Kanye West to another interview after yet another explosive encounter that ended with the rapper abruptly leaving their scheduled meeting.

On Piers Morgan Uncensored, Kanye cut the interview short after just four minutes when he accused Piers of ‘patronising’ him because the TV presenter mistakenly said that he had 32 million followers on X – rather than 33 million followers.

Piers, 60, was adamant about questioning the rapper, 47, about his anti-Semitic posts on X after he claimed that all Jews are ‘slaves’ and that they should be ‘whipped’. Kanye also horrified social media users earlier this year in a vile outburst on X where he claimed that he ‘loved Hitler’.

Defending having Kanye on the show, Piers said: “The reason I wanted to get him on was because I don’t think anyone holds him to account for anything he does on X, and in fact, he deliberately breaches all of X’s rules, and yet he does it with impunity and is allowed to do it, whereas millions of other accounts get suspended for far less offences.

“I was going to ask him directly, why I mentioned his X following, I was going to ask him about what he puts on X and why he does this? Why he continually attacks Jewish people, why he continually celebrates Adolf Hitler?”

After the explosive clash, Kanye took to X to berate Piers. In a scathing post he said: “Let’s have a real interview someday. It’s all love.” In response, the TV presenter clapped back: “We could have had one yesterday if you hadn’t run away before I could ask you any questions. When you’re prepared to actually do that, let me know.”

Piers continued: “Let’s see if he has the guts – or whether he prefers hurling his abusive, hateful ‘love’ at people unchallenged on social media.”

Before the interview aired, Piers took to Instagram to break the news, posting a photo of a visibly disgruntled Kanye and captioning it with biting sarcasm: “UPDATE: I interviewed Kanye West again today.

“As I expected, given what I’ve said about him recently, it didn’t last long or go well. This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby before I could ask him why he’s become a vile, Hitler-loving, Nazi-slathering, anti-Semitic p***k. Drops on @piersmorganuncensored later…”

As expected, reactions flooded in. Some followers praised Piers for holding firm, with journalist Rosanna Lockwood calling it “the caption to end all captions” and adding a clapping emoji. Others were less impressed, with one commenter cheekily reminding him, “I love this and ur honesty piers but u also stormed off like a big baby.”

It’s not the first time the pair have clashed. Back in 2022, they went head-to-head in a combative sit-down on TalkTV. The conversation was intense, unfiltered, and stretched over two hours – until Kanye, then still going by Ye, reached a breaking point and walked off mid-filming.

Piers later described the fallout, saying that retrieving the rapper after his dramatic exit proved to be “quite a struggle.” Nevertheless, he was ultimately relieved that Ye returned.

He told viewers at the time: “I’m glad I did because we ended up getting to where I think in his mind he wanted to get to. I think he wanted to atone for what he had done and the damage he had caused. But he was too fired up and too proud to actually go there until we got towards the end.”

Despite that, Piers didn’t mince words in his assessment of the rapper’s views, branding him “racist,” “horribly homophobic,” and “pro-Hitler.” Since then, Ye has only courted further backlash, continuing to post incendiary content across his social media platforms.
