David Beckham hopes to make fans understand him better after his documentary: “Perhaps they have always thought I’m just a handsome womanizer” (video)

David Beckham hopes his Netflix documentary shines a light on the importance of mental health.

The 49-year-old former soccer star faced a huge amount of criticism from fans

and pundits during his playing days, and David hopes that some lessons have been learned from his experience.

The former England captain – who released ‘Beckham’ in 2023 – told Variety: “I think that my takeaway from my documentary was how important mental health is.

Because, 20 years ago, nobody was talking about it. And nobody was taking it seriously.

“Now, it’s so great that people can actually talk about their feelings.”

David confessed to being hurt by some of the comments made about himself and his wife, Victoria.

He shared: “There were many things said about us over the 27 years. It can be hurtful.”

Despite this, David recognises that he still has a lot to be “thankful for”.

The sporting icon – who played for the likes of Manchester United and Real Madrid – said: “I was never one of these people that was going to sit back and complain.

“I was very fortunate to live the life that I did through my career. And I’m so thankful for that.”

Meanwhile, David has admitted to feeling proud of his children, insisting that they’re not affected by their own fame.

The soccer legend observed that his kids are all “humble” and “passionate” people.

David – who has Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12, with Victoria – said: “They’re humble, hardworking, passionate. They’ve got drive. And ultimately, they’re good human beings.

“Living the life that they’ve lived, living in different countries, being around the whole circus that went on for our life, they could have been a lot different.”

Meghan Markle is seen wearing her £140,000 engagement ring for the first time in 9 months – after having it ‘serviced because a setting came loose’

Meghan Markle made a dazzling appearance in the Whistler ski resort in British Colombia yesterday, thanks to the reappearance of her £140,000 engagement ring.

The Duchess has not been seen publicly wearing the glittering band, comprising one huge Botswana diamond and two from Princess Diana‘s collection since May 2023.

Her ring was conspicuously absent at recent events, such as the premiere of Bob Marley biopic One Love in Kingston, Jamaica last month, and her attendance at the Variety’s Power of Women gala in November 2023.

According to People magazine the reason behind the ring’s long hiatus is that a setting came loose and it needed to be serviced.

Prince Harry proposed to Meghan in November 2017, with the ring comprising of a solid yellow gold band set with three diamonds, but Meghan has made several tweaks to the design since.

As she appeared on the slopes with Prince Harry (plus their cameraman) and larked about on skis, the Duchess’s dazzling diamond complemented a chic winter outfit.

She donned a quilted cream coat from Calvin Klein costing $295, layered on top of a $695 cashmere jumper from CO.

Ensuring her feet were toasty in the freezing Whistler temperatures, the Duchess wore a pair of furry boots from Sorel – quirkily named the Joan of Arctic design.

However, the Duchess’s stunning rock was the star of the outfit, and instead of covering up her hands with a pair of heavy-duty gloves, she proudly displayed the ring on her finger.

It is the first time mother-of-two Meghan has been spotted wearing the band for around nine months amid reports she was having it fixed.

She has instead been spotted wearing different, subtle yet chic rings on her finger – such as when she had lunch in California with her pals Cleo Wade and Kadi Lee. They are believed to be her wedding band and an eternity ring.

Harry waves to cheering fans as he and Meghan depart Whistler

During the Invictus Games in Germany last September, the Duchess was still without her engagement ring – but made up for its absence with a Shiffon and Co. pinky ring on her little finger.

In May, the Duchess was spotted hiking without her husband Prince Harry near their $14million Montecito mansion – hours after missing King Charles’ coronation.

Meghan was joined on the fresh-air outing by her friends, Markus Anderson and Heather Dorak, in California after celebrating her son Archie’s birthday.

However she was not wearing her glittering diamond ring for the occasion.

Later that month, the jewels were missing for a second time as she arrived at the Ms Foundation for Women’s 50th anniversary event at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in Manhattan.

During the event, Meghan was simply wearing her wedding band, which is in yellow gold to match Prince Harry’s, and an eternity ring, which she began wearing after her son Archie was born. It’s unknown why the ring was missing.

The tennis pinky ring, which is 18 carats and set in white-gold, retails for $2,800.

At the time of their engagement, the Duke spoke about creating Meghan’s ring with the help of jewellers Cleave and Company.

The custom design featured one diamond originally from Botswana (where the couple took a trip for their second date) and two smaller stones from Princess Diana’s collection.

At the time, he said: ‘The ring is obviously yellow gold because that’s [Meghan’s] favourite and the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana and the little diamonds either side are from my mother’s jewellery collection, to make sure that she’s with us on this crazy journey together.’

Meghan called it ‘incredible’, explaining: ‘Everything about Harry’s thoughtfulness and the inclusion of [Princess Diana’s stones] and obviously not being able to meet his mom, it’s so important to me to know that she’s a part of this with us.’

‘It’s incredibly special to be able to have this [ring], which sort of links where you come from and Botswana, which is important to us. It’s perfect.’

However the Duchess chose not to wear her engagement ring for a number of public engagements back in 2019 while pregnant with her son Archie.

When she appeared at Trooping the Colour that year, it emerged Meghan had altered the custom made engagement ring that Prince Harry designed for her.

At Trooping the Colour and at her Windsor Castle photo call with Prince Harry and newborn son Archie, the Duchess wore her three engagement diamonds set on a thin micro-pavé band.

Jewellery expert Arabel Lebrusan confirmed the ring had changed, and suggested it had been tweaked to make the original diamonds look bigger.

Arabel, owner the ethical jewellery brand Arabel Lebrusan, called the thinner band a popular trend, revealing: ‘Many celebrities do this, as the central stone looks bigger in comparison getting the wow factor.’

The jewellery expert pointed out the difference in the band, saying: ‘She now has little diamonds set down the sides of her engagement ring and the band also seems thinner than before.’

She also revealed that the glittering band only emphasised the Meghan’s diamonds, and added: ‘The diamond setting on the band looks like micro-set, this means there is very little metal in between the stones maximising the sparkle of the tiny diamonds.’

Arabel continued that she thought the new style suited the Duchess’ style ‘perfectly’, saying: ‘It does suit her style perfectly, and it fits her dainty fingers as well.’

Leora Moreno, owner of jewellery brand Leo With Love, said at the time the changes could have been changed to match Meghan’s eternity ring.

She explained: ‘It looks like the eternity ring has a channel pavé setting. The engagement ring looks to have an even smaller pavé setting, but perfectly matches the eternity band.’

The jeweller went on to explain the change may have been complex, saying that it required ‘fine skill and craftsmanship to change the band to something more delicate like a pavé setting.’

She added that that the modern style would suit Meghan for ‘years to come’ and was ‘the perfect combination of eye-catching and dainty’.

In 2022’s Finding Freedom, Omid Scobie claimed it was the Duke who altered Meghan’s ring.

In the biography, jeweller-to-the-stars Lorraine Schwartz said: “‘He’s the loveliest person ever. So romantic, so thoughtful.’”

The authors continued: ‘(So much so that Harry also thought to have Lorraine resize and reset Meghan’s engagement ring with a new diamond band.)’

  • Bryan Adams met Princess Diana on a plane and they instantly hit it off – but it was a song about her doomed marriage to Charles that really bonded the pair

Bryan Adams met Princess Diana on a plane and they instantly hit it off – but it was a song about her doomed marriage to Charles that really bonded the pair

He described her as ‘queen of all my dreams’ in his song Diana, declaring ‘The day that he married you, I nearly lost my mind’.

Now Bryan Adams has spoken for the first time about his friendship with the late Princess Diana, revealing it was sparked by her amusement at the lyrics he wrote about her.

The Canadian singer, now 64, was rumoured to have embarked on an affair with Diana in the 1990s, speculation which grew after his ex-girlfriend Cecilie Thomsen said publicly that ‘ours was a stormy relationship and Bryan’s affair with Diana didn’t make it any easier.’

But speaking recently, he avoided addressing the rumours, instead painting a picture of a touching friendship in which the pair ‘had a lot of really, really good conversations’ after meeting on a plane.

He told her he had used her name in a song and she replied: ‘Yes, I know, very funny. Actually I’d like to hear it again.’

He sent a copy to Kensington Palace and she invited him round for tea.

‘In fact it’s strange and surreal to think about. I really, really liked Diana, she was an amazing woman and a super-great inspiration,’ he said during the interview with the Sunday Times.

‘Meeting her was truly one of the greatest things that ever happened to me.’

Adams, best known for hits including Everything I Do (I Do It For You), Summer of 69 and Heaven, was one of several major pop stars who got to know Diana before her death in 1997.

A huge music fan whose love of pop began during her time at West Heath boarding school in Sevenoaks, Kent, she was delighted that her position as Princess of Wales gave her the opportunity to mingle with many of her idols, from Duran Duran to Elton John.

Duran Duran were famously her favourite group and she was believed to have danced in front of her mirror at Kensington Palace listening to their hit Girls On Film on her Sony Walkman.

She attended a string of their live shows and met them several times. At Diana’s memorial concert in 2006, Simon Le Bon said: ‘We are honoured that she always referred to Duran Duran as her favourite band as she was certainly our favourite princess.’

One of the band’s gigs, at London’s Dominion Theatre in 1983, could have ended in disaster due to an IRA plot to assassinate the princess and her then husband Prince Charles, but the man due to install the gelignite bomb was actually a police informant who foiled the plan.

Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, Duran Duran’s bassist said: ‘They wanted to kill Diana and Charles and everybody in the room. It was so shocking. We were only made aware of it years later, but it was very frightening.’

Last year, Taylor also revealed that the band’s music was a passion Diana shared with her two children.

‘When we met William and Harry, they said, ‘Oh, we used to sit in the back seat and mum would play Wild Boys and we’d sing along,’ he recalled.

‘That stuck with me, that the little boys would be going ‘Wild Boys!’ and that would be a moment for them.’

George Michael was another star with whom she shared a deep bond. The last series of The Crown features two of his songs – Fast Love and Spinning the Wheel – reflecting her longstanding friendship with the former Wham! star, who died in 2016.

The pair – two of the biggest celebrities of their time – first met in 1985 at the Live Aid concert at Wembley.

She reportedly had a crush on Michael and told him she found him ‘very gorgeous’, to which he responded: ‘Thank you ma’am – you’re pretty smashing yourself.’

According to Michael’s biographer James Gavin: ‘Thus began the awkward 12-year friendship between a smitten aristocrat and a closeted sex idol.’

The pair called each other ‘darling’ and Michael gave her a gold watch.

In 2011, he spoke of their relationship, saying: ‘I think we clicked in a way that was a little bit intangible, and it probably had more to do with our upbringing than anything else.

She was very like a lot of women that have been attracted to me in my life because they see something non-threatening.

Maybe because I take care of my sisters and I’m so protective of my sisters, women seem to smell that.’

He also suggested Diana would have liked the friendship to turn romantic, despite him being gay:

‘There were certain things that happened that made it clear she was very attracted to me. There was no question,’ he said, adding that they were never intimate as ‘I knew it would be a disastrous thing to do.’

He was devastated after her death in the Paris car crash in August 1997. Speaking after her funeral, he said it reminded him of the death of his mother, Lesley, six months earlier.

‘I bawled my eyes out. It was almost like I was reliving my mum’s funeral,’ he said.

It’s impossible to think about Diana’s funeral without recalling Sir Elton John’s moving performance of Candle in the Wind, with new lyrics written especially for her.

They met for the first time at Prince Andrew’s birthday party in 1981, and Sir Elton was struck by what he described as her ‘incredible social ease, an ability to make people feel totally comfortable in her company.’

They ‘immediately clicked’ and became firm friends. At Gianni Versace’s funeral just weeks before Diana’s own death, she was photographed leaning over to comfort Sir Elton, although he later claimed that what she’d actually said was, ‘God, I’d love a Polo.’

Just six weeks later he was devastated again when he learned of her fatal car crash.

It was Sir Richard Branson who, with the blessing of the Spencer family, approached Elton with the idea of rewriting his 1973 song Candle in the Wind – originally about Marilyn Monroe – for Diana’s funeral.

The opening lyrics were changed from ‘Goodbye Norma Jean, though I never knew you at all’ to ‘Goodbye England’s rose, may you ever grow in our hearts’ – ensuring Diana would be remembered as England’s rose.

Today is Prince Andrew’s birthday. But what is there to celebrate for the beleaguered royal?

At one time, Prince Andrew had it all.

Not just the Queen’s favourite son, he was a naval officer and decorated war hero whose dashing looks made him the ‘Playboy Prince’ – one of Britain’s most eligible men.

Recently, however, the Duke of York has become better known for one of the most extraordinary falls from grace ever experienced by a member of the Royal Family.

Today, he turns 64. But it is not clear how much celebration there will be at Royal Lodge, his grand home in Windsor Great Park.

Andrew’s ill-advised association with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein led him to be stripped of his royal patronages and military affiliations, and to his forced retreat from public life.

In 2015, Virginia Giuffre (formerly Roberts) claimed in a lawsuit that she had been made by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew on three separate occasions when she was 17.

Later, in 2021, Giuffre filed a lawsuit against the prince over the alleged encounters. He denied the claims repeatedly, but in 2022, settled the case – while making no admission – with a payoff to Giuffre.

The Prince has strenuously denied all wrong doing and continues to do so. There is speculation that he had been under pressure to settle so as not to overshadow the Platinum Jubilee of his late mother, the Queen, that same year.

His reputation, however, remains in tatters.

The Epstein affair is far from the first time Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip’s third child has found himself at the centre of controversy.

Here, on his 64th birthday, Mail Online looks back over his life.

Born on 19 February 1960 at Buckingham Palace, Andrew Albert Christian Edward was the was the first child born to a reigning monarch in 103 years.

For the first 22 years of his life – until the birth of Prince William – he was the second in line to the throne: the spare to Prince Charles’s heir, enabling him to enjoy a freedom never available to his brother.

After his education at Heatherdown Preparatory School and Gordonstoun in Scotland, the latter famously loathed by Charles during his own time there, he followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the Navy in 1979.

In 1981, he achieved his childhood dream of becoming a pilot when he received his ‘wings’ and the best pilot award from Prince Philip.

In April 1982, he was sent to the Falkland Islands as part of the Royal Navy task force tasked with evicting Argentine invaders from the British territory, cutting a brave, adventurous figure as a helicopter pilot during the 10-week war.

It was for a particularly daring sort of mission that Andrew became famous: ‘decoying’ enemy anti-ship missiles. By the time Britain was victorious, causing the Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher’s approval ratings to soar, Andrew had become a national hero, earning the nickname Randy Andy thanks to his liaisons with a string of beautiful women including the actress Koo Stark.

Soon after, Prince Andrew met Sarah Ferguson. Though they had known each other since they were children because Fergie’s father, retired army major Ronald, had played polo together when they were children, and her father was also the polo manager for Prince Charles, it was Princess Diana who set up her brother-in-law with the vivacious red-head in 1985.

‘We were made to sit next to each other,’ Andrew said of Diana’s matchmaking during their engagement interview. ‘It was at Ascot, as it were, that the whole thing took off.’

Andrew and Fergie were engaged just nine months later, and in July 1986 they were married at Westminster Abbey and given the titles of the Duke and Duchess of York by the Queen.

They had two children together, Princess Beatrice, born in August of 1988, and Princess Eugenie, born in March of 1990.

However, the marriage was soon beset by troubles, the most memorable of which involved pictures of Fergie having her toes sucked by American businessman John Bryan being splashed over the front pages of the newspapers in 1992.

Later, she said of that year, which the Queen dubbed her ‘annus horribilis’: ‘From early on that year, Andrew and I had been discussing a separation. Not because we’d stopped caring for one another, but because I had reached the end of my royal rope.’

They divorced in 1996, but remain close to this day, even sharing a home at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

After leaving active military service in 2001, Prince Andrew became the UK’s special representative for international trade and investment, but his 10 years in the role generated a great deal of controversy.

His associations with corrupt politicians in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tunisia, Libya and Turkmenistan raised concerns.

His judgment was questioned after he held meetings with Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi’s son Saif, and when he entertained the son-in-law of Tunisia’s ousted president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali at Buckingham Palace.

His relations with Timor Kulibayev, son-in-law of the president of Kazakhstan, were also scrutinised after Mr Kulibayev purchased the duke’s Sunninghill Park home for £3 million more than its £12 million asking price in 2007.

He also became known as ‘Air Miles Andy’ after spending thousands flying everywhere by helicopter, often managing to work a visit to the golf course into his working trips.

Indeed, it was often wondered what exactly the prince was doing on all these foreign jaunts. Simon Wilson, Britain’s deputy head of mission in Bahrain from 2001 to 2005, wrote in the Daily Mail that the duke was ‘more commonly known among the British diplomatic community in the Gulf as HBH: His Buffoon Highness.’

In 2010, Fergie had to apologise for a ‘serious lapse in judgement’ after she was exposed by a News of the World sting operation by Mazher Mahmood, the ‘fake sheikh’, in which she promised to obtain access to her former husband in return for £500,000.

The following year, Andrew’s trade envoy career came to a halt following the revelation that he was friends with the American financier Epstein, who was sentenced to 18 months in prison in 2008 for soliciting a minor for prostitution.

Photographs of the two walking in Central Park surfaced — after Epstein had served his time in jail. It was later revealed that Andrew had previously stayed at Epstein’s homes in Florida and Manhattan.

Following Epstein’s suicide in August 2019, the duke decided to give a ‘no holds barred’ interview to BBC’s Newsnight about his former friendship with the convicted sex offender. It was an unmitigated disaster.

He denied ever meeting Giuffre, offering a series of bizarre excuses to demonstrate why her claims he had sex with her were false, including that he was not able to sweat, that he was in Pizza Express in Woking, and that he had a tendency to be ‘too honourable’.

It has been reported that, failing to realise the interview had been a catastrophe,  Prince Andrew had initially been pleased with his performance.

But his words opened the door to Giuffre’s legal action against him, which was settled, apparently with his mother’s money, in 2022.

Devastatingly for him, it was with the Queen’s approval that he was stripped of his royal duties and titles.

Following the Queen’s death and Charles’s accession to the throne, it seems even less likely Andrew will regain a prominent public position within the family. The King and Prince William are both said to be determined that, while he remains part of teh family, there is no way back to royal duties.

There has also been speculation that the King wishes Andrew to leave his home of more than 20 years, Royal Lodge.

More recent reports, however, suggest the brothers have reached an agreement which will permit Andrew and Sarah to stay in the 30-room mansion.

The Yorks have a lot on their plates .

Last summer, Sarah was treated for breast cancer, and then in January, she was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, an aggressive form of skin cancer. She continues to support her former husband, recently saying that she promised the Queen prior to her death that she would be there for him.

The pair have three grandchildren: Princess Beatrice’s baby girl Sienna Mapelli Mozzi, born in September 2021, and Princess Eugenie’s two children, August Brooksbank, born in February 2021, and Ernest, born in May 2023.

Their focus will no doubt be on Sarah’s health in the coming months, but if Prince Andrew was hoping the dust was starting to settle on his disgrace, that’s unlikely: Scoop, the Netflix drama based on his Newsnight interview, is set to screen in the spring.

King Charles encouraged Prince William to spend more time with his wife and children as he has ‘years and years of royal duties ahead’, royal expert claims

The King has encouraged Prince William to spend more time with his wife and young children – because he has ‘years and years of royal duties’ ahead, a royal expert has said.

Speaking to HELLO!, author Ingrid Seward, who has just penned a book on the monarch’s upbringing – called My Mother and I – explained that Charles, 75, has likely urged his heir, 42, to focus on his duties as a father while he still has the chance to.

‘Charles always put duty first because that’s what his mother did. And that’s what Diana decided she wouldn’t do,’ she told the outlet.

‘I think Charles has encouraged William to spend more time with the family and also said to William, “I don’t want you to take on any royal duties until you absolutely have to” because you remember we criticised William the work-shy?’

Ingrid added that this way Charles’s way of saying: ‘You don’t have to do this, be with your young family. Enjoy it while you can. You’ve got years and years and years of royal duties to do.’

In past, royal experts have claimed that Charles was ‘closer to the Queen Mother‘ as a young boy, as his largely absent monarch mother wasn’t a ‘comforting’ figure during an apparently ‘miserable childhood’.

Speaking to ITV documentary Charles: Our King in 2022, royal author Catherine Mayer said: ‘He grew up in an isolated world, I dubbed it “Planet Windsor”.

‘It operates on a slightly different set of rules to planet Earth. It looks and sounds like ours but it is very lonely.

‘He was very young when his mother became Queen and the bond he had with his mother was never as strong as it might have been because she had a lot of duties.’

The children lived on the top floor of Buckingham Palace at the time where there was a nursery wing and the Queen would visit her children.

Meanwhile, the late Diana, Princess of Wales, has also been praised for her hands-on nature as a mother.

‘I live for my sons. I would be lost without them,’ she once said.

In November 1985, Diana had also remarked: ‘Most importantly, [my role is] being a mother and a wife. That’s what I try to achieve; whether I do is another thing, but I do try.’

In the summer, William appeared to be channeling his mother’s nurturing nature as he attended the Wales – Argentina game with son George.

He was dressed as a mini-me of William, with both wearing matching navy suits and red ties – the latter seemingly a patriotic nod to the Welsh side.

Afterwards, father and son duo met some of the Welsh rugby players to commiserate at their loss.

Trooping the Colour has offered another series of echos down the years, with William’s body language often seeming reminiscent of his late mother’s.

Whether she was in the public eye or in private, Princess Diana was often pictured holding Prince Harry and Prince William were young.

And while William might not cuddle his children publicly as often as the late Princess of Wales did, he will never turn down the opportunity to comfort his children.

The love between Diana and her sons was obvious in photos, as seen in a snapshot of the late Princess of Wales and William during a polo match in May 1987.

The Prince of Wales arrived solo for the award ceremony where he apologised for the Princess of Wales‘ absence as she continues to recover at their family home following her abdominal surgery.

The heir, who has been president of the EE British Academy Film Awards since 2010, was seen cheerfully posing for photos with members of the public as he walked down the red carpet.

The Prince, who cut a sharp figure wearing his trademark navy velour suit jacket and dickie bow, went on to greet the award’s organisers telling them ‘I am sorry Catherine’s not here, she does love the BAFTAs’.

William, who has been focusing on his family following his wife’s medical procedure and his father King Charles’ shock cancer diagnosis, said he had not watched as many of the nominated films as usual admitting he’s had ‘other things on my mind’.

The father-of-three added that he ‘hopes to catch up’ and will watch the films alongside his recovering wife.

Film fanatics who had lined-up outside the Royal Festival Hall were pleased to here the Prince had watched Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer but were shocked to find out he was yet to watch Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, starring Margot Robbie.

‘I haven’t seen Barbie yet,’ the Prince admitted, with excited fans telling him ‘You need to see it.’

Once inside, the Prince took a seat next to Hollywood royalty Cate Blanchett as they prepared to watch the ceremony presented this year by David Tennant.

Earlier this month he gave a speech at a London charity engagement raising funds for London’s Air Ambulance Charity’s new fleet of helicopters earlier this month.

It was thought he might skip the ceremony, which he usually appears arm in arm with Kate, but the Prince was keen to continue with his duties and represent the Royal Family at the prestigious event.

Prince William has been a patron for 14 years with his wife first attending the event with her husband in 2017.

At last years event, Kate Middleton opted for an Alexander McQueen one shoulder gown for the occasion, which she first wore to the event in 2019.

For his outfit, William kept things classic and simple in a double-breasted black velvet tuxedo jacket.

Never mind ‘bend it like Beckham,’ it looks as though the heir to the throne is crouching down to Beckham. In fairness to the former footballer, William is standing on a raised platform, meaning 5ft 11 Becks is not quite as pint-sized as he appears.

    KYLIE MINOGUE

Victoria Beckham recounted the entire investigation process of David Beckham’s affair, as sensational as a real-life blockbuster movie (video)

David and Victoria Beckham may be one of the last great power couples of the 20th century standing.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are beyond the point of repair, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are done for good,

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are a thing of the past, and even J-Lo and her on-and-off flame with Ben Affleck has fizzled.

But despite many, many affair rumours – the same one often rearing its nasty head – David and Victoria have somehow made it work over the past 25 years.

Even if Victoria has found a way to forgive her man, British journalist Tom Bowers’ new book, House of Beckham, is bound to put their marriage to the test yet again, SheFinds reports.

This time, all of the affair allegations are laid out in the open again, all in one place, including the big one involving David and his former personal assistant, Rebecca Loos.

The most well-known of the soccer star’s alleged affairs is from back in 2004 with Loos, who made things even worse for David when she came out even harder with her claims last year. Among her claims revealing the true nature of their relationship, she also outed another affair he was having with Spanish model Esther Canadas.

According to Loos, she had a screaming Victoria on the phone who was furious she couldn’t get ahold of her husband. Loos tracked him down to a bedroom and knocked on the door, saying, “David, I have your wife on the phone,” and when he opened the door to take the call, Loos spotted the model in bed.

“I looked at him, very hurt,” she told a friend. “I thought I was the only one.”

Amidst this cheating chaos, David’s other affairs have also come up, with other alleged mistresses coming forward with allegations.

According to Bower’s book, model Celina Laurie said she slept with Beckham in Denmark in 2002. Plus, Danielle Heath, a beauty salon owner, claimed she had an affair with David in his Madrid home, and Bower writes that in 2017, David was very clearly “smitten” with DJ Lady Mary Charteris.

Our very own Benoni broad also made the cut in this feast of allegations.

In 2010, David and actress Charlize Theron could not “take their eyes off each other” at a draw for the 2010 World Cup. “The body language between them is electric,” a delegate reportedly murmured.

If David and Victoria have survived these scandals before, they may just do so again. But who really knows what the last straw might be?

British audio brand Bowers & Wilkins announced a long-term partnership with global icon David Beckham,

highlighting the brand’s award-winning headphones and the role of music in Beckham’s life.

Bowers & Wilkins kicked off the partnership with a campaign featuring their 2024 iF Design Award-winning Px8 headphones.

The Px8 is an over-ear and noise-canceling pair that offers high-resolution sound using advanced Digital Signal Processing.

Beckham chose this collaboration because of Bowers & Wilkins’ reputation for high-quality audio,

craftsmanship and design, demonstrating that the two are both bound by excellence in their fields.

“I’ve been a fan of Bowers & Wilkins for years and a proud owner of many of its products,” Beckham said in a press release, “Performance and design have always been important to me, which is why this partnership felt like such a natural fit.”

The partnership seeks to explore Beckham’s relationship with music through Bowers & Wilkins’ audio technology. Beckham shared that music has always been important to him in both his career and personal life — his parents’ musical influences and soundtracking his football career have enabled Beckham to use music as a way to mark milestones.

“Music has always played a huge role in my life,” Beckham said. “I can hear a track and remember exactly where I was and what I was doing. In our family, whenever special moments happen, there’s always a song to go with them.”

Bowers & Wilkins, a UK-founded brand, has maintained their reputation for excellent sound and music listening experiences for over 50 years with their designs. Their headphones, home audio systems and car audio products are known for their innovation and sound quality, earning them awards from organizations including the Expert Imaging and Sound Association, What Hi-Fi? and Red Dot.

“I’m delighted to be able to welcome David to the Bowers & Wilkins family,” Giles Pocock, Vice President of Brand Marketing, said in a press release. “This is a partnership built on authenticity, with both Bowers & Wilkins and David Beckham sharing a commitment to performance, craftsmanship and style. We are excited to bring the partnership to life over the coming months.”

The King has just launched his Highgrove Royal Estate Honey, selling it in 350g jars.

Ex-England captain Becks, who keeps bees himself, gave Charles a jar of his own honey at a fashion bash last year.

They met again last month at the Highgrove Estate in the Cotswolds ahead of Becks becoming an ambassador for The King’s Foundation.

Beckham, 49, said afterwards: “It was inspiring to hear from the King about the work of His Majesty’s Foundation

The former soccer star has discussed his passion for beekeeping in public before.

The close relationship between Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola with Selena Gomez worries Victoria, as it seems Selena’s focus is on their assets rather than any genuine friendship (video)

Brooklyn Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz both took to their social media on Monday to share sweet birthday tributes to the other member of their ‘throuple’, Selena Gomez.

The singer celebrated turning 32 and was flooded with messages from her loved ones, including her close pals, Brookyln, 25, and Nicola, 29.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham shared a sweet snap on his Instagram Stories to mark the occasion,

showing him and Nicola on a cosy double date with Selena and her boyfriend Benny Blanco.

Captioning the photo, he gushed: ‘Happy birthday @selenagomez x have the most amazing day ❤️❤️ We love you x’.

Brooklyn, Nicola and Selena have formed a close bond over the past couple of years, with the trio joking that they are in a ‘throuple’.

Selena and Nicola became fast friends in September 2022, even getting matching angel tattoos to cement their friendship.

The actress and the billionaire heiress have gone on holidays together alongside Brooklyn, leading to Selena joking that they are in a ‘throuple’.

After ringing in 2023 together in Mexico, the hitmaker took to her Instagram to share a sew of photos from the trip with the caption: ‘Fine calls us a throuple #foreverplusone’.

Brooklyn opened up about the ‘throuple’ jokes during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in March as he discussed their close friendship.

He explained: ‘[Selena] says we’re a throuple’ before describing her as ‘such a sweet girl’ and added that she was ‘obviously very talented’.

‘I love when my wife makes new friends, especially really great friends. You know, we all get along,’ he added.

Nicola took to her own Instagram Stories on Monday to wish her pal a happy birthday, sharing a black and white snap of them hugging in matching sparkly minidresses.

She wrote: ‘happy birthday @selenagomez i love you so much! i hope all your dreams come true.’

In another snap of the pair kissing underneath a sky of fireworks, she added: ‘@selenagomez my girl,’ followed by a pink heart emoji.

Music producer Benny, 36, also shared a loving tribute to the star for her birthday, posting a string of sweet throwback snaps.

Included was a snap of the couple snuggling together on a large bed, which  appeared to be a behind-the-scenes shot from the set of the 2019 music video for Benny and Selena’s song I Can’t Get Enough – which also featured J Balvin and Tainy.

In the caption,  the songwriter gushed: ‘i used to play a teddy bear in ur music video and now i get to b urs in real life… happy bday bb ! i love u!’

Selena commented on the birthday post, writing: ‘I love you,’ followed by a teddy bear emoji.

The Love On singer was formerly in high-profile relationships with figures such as The Weeknd and Justin Bieber.

She eventually moved on with Benny and confirmed that they were dating by liking and commenting on various Instagram posts regarding her relationship in December last year.

Their first public outing as a couple took place during a Los Angeles Lakers game in January, with the pair then sharing numerous photos together on their social media.

Selena previously opened up about her relationship during an interview with Zane Lowe for New Music Daily and stated that she felt as if it was ‘really important to meet someone that respects you.’

She added: ‘And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in.

‘I’d have to say overall it’s the safest that I feel and it’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome.’

Earlier this month, the lovebirds revealed who said ‘I love you’ first while also sharing who is the ‘big spoon’ in bed while taking a quiz for a TikTok video.

At one point, the stars were asked who the ‘big spoon’ was, and in response, Benny sweetly wrapped his arms around Selena and when revealing who said ‘I love you’ first, Selena pointed at herself while mouthing the word ‘Me.’

To answer who was the ‘more romantic’ one, the actress offered an unsure hand gesture while the record producer motioned towards himself.
