The Duchess of Sussex’ ex-husband has announced the birth of his third child with in a sweet message. Their new baby is the couple’s first son

Huge congratulations are in order for Trevor Engelson and his wife Tracey Kurland, who have welcomed their third baby together.

Proud film producer Trevor shared the happy news that Tracey had given birth in Beverley Hills on Tuesday. Their brand new baby boy – the couple’s first son – has been named Logan Stanford Engelson.

Writing in Instagram alongside a sweet Instagram photo, Trevor, 48, wrote: “We are so proud to introduce the world to Logan Stanford Engelson! Our boy can’t wait to meet his big sisters. “I lay in awe of my bad ass wife who somehow pulls this all off with grace and composure. Once again, I’m the luckiest guy I know,” he added.

Trevor and Tracey were married in May 2019 at an outdoor ceremony at Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito, according to Entertainment Tonight. “It couldn’t have been more different than the royal wedding,” a source told the outlet at the time. “This was not stuffy! It was fun and casual and absolutely beautiful. Everyone was having the best time, especially Trevor and Tracey.”

The couple went on to welcome their first daughter, Ford Grace Engelson in August 2020, followed by Sienna Lee Engleson, who arrived in November 2021. Prior to meeting and falling in love with Tracey, Trevor was married to Meghan Markle. They were married in Jamaica in September 2011 after seven years of dating but separated in the summer of 2013, and officially divorced a year later.

In the book Meghan, A Hollywood Princess, Princess Diana’s biographer Andrew Morton claimed that the pair met at a dive bar while she was getting her start in acting. But “cracks began to appear in their marriage” shortly after they tied the knot, but that their separation was “totally out of the blue” for Engelson.

At the time they had been trying to maintain a long-distance relationship and, as such, were not residing in the same city when they separated; Meghan was required to spend long periods of time in Toronto, where Suits was filmed, while Trevor lived in LA.

Royal expert Morton said: “A wealthy entrepreneur friend claimed that the marriage ended so abruptly that Meghan sent Trevor her diamond wedding and engagement rings back to him by registered mail. Another confirmed that the decision to end the marriage was made by Meghan and that it had come ‘totally out of the blue’.”

Trevor owns his own production company called Underground and has produced films including All About Steve with Sandra Bullock and Bradley Cooper and Remember Me, starring Robert Pattinson and Pierce Brosnan.

Long before Princess Kate married Prince William and officially became the future Queen, she had a career of her own, and it was something she is said to have had a “genuine talent” in.

This little-known specialty of the Princess of Wales, 43, is said to have helped her out enormously since she became a mum of three to Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six—especially when it comes to the royal youngsters attending high-profile events with their parents.

Back in 2006, Kate worked as a children’s accessories buyer at the high-street brand Jigsaw, and she is said to have displayed a serious knack for the role during the year she held the position. The Wales children always look seriously smart when they appear in public with their parents, and it’s likely some of the skills Kate picked up on the job – along with her natural aptitude towards stylishness – has helped her out hugely when it comes to getting her kids ready to attend a royal engagement.

The whole Wales family is also known to coordinate their outfits when they are out and about together in public – something a fashion expert has said previously is a way of projecting a “united front”.

Per the Daily Mail, royal author Katie Nicholls said in her book Kate: The Future Queen that Kate snagged the prestigious fashion job after getting in touch with a pal who owned the company – Belle Robinson – and seeing if there was any way she could find her a role.

“She rang me up one day and said: ‘Could I come and talk to you about work?’ She genuinely wanted a job, but she needed an element of flexibility to continue the relationship with a very high-profile man and a life that she can’t dictate,” the pal explained.

At that time, Kate and William had already been together for several years, after meeting whilst they were undergraduates at the University of St. Andrews – and due to their relationship, Kate was already a figure who attracted vast amounts of attention from the public.

After the position of children’s accessories buyer opened up, Kate impressed in the interview and landed the gig – and was known for her hard work whilst she was there. “She was very diligent and never late, and she had a very good work ethic. She made an effort to blend in and get on with the job,” a former coworker told the royal author.

Kate’s pal Belle, the owner of the company, also revealed: “There were days when there were TV crews at the end of the drive. We’d say, ‘Listen, do you want to go out the back way?’ And she’d say: ‘To be honest, they’re going to hound us until they’ve got the picture. So why don’t I just go, get the picture done, and then they’ll leave us alone.’

A judge in the United States has issued an update as to whether Prince Harry’s US visa application should remain private after he admitted in his controversial memoir to taking drugs

A judge has hinted that he is open to the possibility of releasing some of the sealed documents from Prince Harry’s US visa application.

Judge Carl Nichols has seen secret records revealing details of Harry’s visa status in the US, but they are currently sealed. The latest development in the two-year legal battle saw the judge explain in a Washington DC hearing today that he wanted “maximum disclosure as long as it doesn’t violate privacy.”

Judge Nichols said: “I’m not foreclosing the possibility that there might be some possible relief”, and asked Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide requests for redactions or “continued withholdings”.

He added that he wanted the “maximum disclosure as long as it doesn’t violate privacy”. John Bardo, a lawyer for the department, said the documents would be a “shell” once redacted.

The long-running case was sparked when conservative Washington DC think tank The Heritage Foundation questioned why Harry was allowed into the US in 2020 after he admitted in his book Spare taking cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms.

The think tank has argued that Harry either received special treatment from the Biden administration, or had lied on his immigration forms. It requested for the release of his visa records under the Freedom of Information Act, arguing that the Prince should not have received a visa due to a history of drug use, but the request was rejected by the DHS.

US visa applications specifically ask the individual about current and past drug use, which can have a detrimental impact on the progress of the application. Prolific drug use can lead to applications being rejected, however, immigration officers use their discretion against a range of factors.

It is the first time the case has been in the US courts since Donald Trump returned to the White House last month. The US president, who can intervene and ask for the documents to be released, previously warned that Harry could face consequences if he lied about taking drugs on his US visa application.

In a previous hearing for the case in September, a judge ruled that the public did not have a strong interest in disclosure of the duke’s immigration records, but the Heritage Foundation is asking for the judgment to be changed. The organisation originally brought the lawsuit against the Department for Homeland Security (DHS) after a Freedom of Information Act request was rejected, with the think tank claiming it was of “immense public interest”.

In his controversial memoir, the duke said cocaine “didn’t do anything for me”, adding: “Marijuana is different, that actually really did help me.” The Heritage Foundation’s lawsuit argued that US law “generally renders such a person inadmissible for entry” to the country.

The think tank also said answers on the duke’s prior drug use in his visa application should have been disclosed as they could raise questions over the US government’s integrity. In the DHS’s response to the legal claim, it said: “Much like health, financial, or employment information, a person’s immigration information is private personal information.”

The submissions previously made by lawyer John Bardo on behalf of DHS also said no “publicly available information, shows that Prince Harry was ever convicted for a drug-related offence”.

Mr Bardo added that any suggestion from the Heritage Foundation of wrongdoing on behalf of the US government was “purely speculative”. Mr Trump said in a GB News interview with Nigel Farage in March last year that Harry should not receive preferential treatment.

Asked if the duke should have “special privileges” if he is found to have lied in his application, Trump said: “No. We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs, and if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”

It came after Trump also raged at the Biden administration for maintaining the privacy of Harry’s immigration application to “protect Harry.” He told the Express US: “I wouldn’t protect him. He betrayed the Queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me.”

Eagle-eyed royal fans spotted one of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s recent Christmas cards and all said the same thing about Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet

Royals fans have all said the same thing after a friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle accidentally shared a photo of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Over the festive period, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave a rare peek at Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, as they shared their official Christmas card. The card, which was set through the Archewell Foundation, showed the backs of the siblings as they ran to their doting parents for a hug.

However, eagle-eyed fans have spotted another card that features the family of four in an interview with Meghan’s friend Gloria Steinem. As part of an article in Architectural Digest, Gloria invited readers into her stunning home in New York.

In one snap of her office area, a black and white photo of the Sussexes could be seen in the background. In the wholesome photograph, Harry, Meghan, Archie and Lilibet appeared to lie on the ground as they beamed from ear to ear.

In response to the picture, fans took to X to gush over the family. “Prince Archie and Princess Lili are beyond adorable! Harry and Meghan really did not lie when they said that Archie resembles Meghan a lot (he has her whole face), and that Lili is all Spencer. They are both gorgeous children. I love this beautiful family so much,” wrote one.

“The pic is lovely, the kids are absolutely beautiful, Lili is Harry’s twin whilst Archie looks like Harry and Meghan,” another added. Meanwhile, a third commented that they believed “Archie takes after Meghan/Thomas.”

It comes after the Duchess of Sussex looked every inch the proud parent as she sported a jumper which was embroidered with her children’s names. In a recent Instagram video, the mum-of-two shared her excitement after opening a special gift donated by singer Billie Eilish for a family whose home was burned by the LA wildfires.

As she spoke to the camera, fans noticed that the former Suits actress wore a black crewneck jumper which featured the names of her children along the neckline. “Meghan’s sweater is embroidered with Archie & Lili’s names!,” wrote one social media user.

“Look at Meghan fresh face and gorgeous. It was pointed out that Meghan’s sweater is embroidered with Archie and Lilibet names,” another added.

While Harry and Meghan have largely kept their children out of the spotlight, their pair have opened up about family life and parenting over the years. Back in August Prince Harry and Meghan spoke to CBS News about being parents and admitted that all they wanted to do was to be able to “protect” their children in a world of technology and the internet.

“Our kids are young, they are three and five, they’re amazing, but all you want to do as parents is protect them,” explained Meghan. “And so as we can see what’s happening in the online space, we know that there’s a lot of work to be done there and we’re just happy to be a part of change for good.”

Meanwhile Harry added that in the past parents could know what their children were up to if they were home. “And now, they could be in the next door room on a tablet or on a phone, and can be going down these rabbit holes. And before you know it, within 24 hours, they could be taking their life,” he said.

The Mirror spoke asked two doctors for their views on molecular hydrogen therapy – a relatively new beauty treatment with several ‘potential perks’

Social media is awash with various anti-ageing trends – from traditional creams and supplements, to the more bizarre salmon sperm injections and snail-based facials. Now, former Love Island star Olivia Attwood has thrown another into the mix, taking to Instagram to share her love of ‘molecular hydrogen’.

The 33-year-old, who’s a regular panellist on Loose Women, took a snap of herself on Monday, wearing a tube that fed directly into her nostrils. “My latest wellness obsession @the.wellness.lab,” she wrote on her Story, before adding: “I’m either passing out in the club or doing stuff like this. No in between.”

Molecular hydrogen therapy is relatively new beauty treatment that often involves breathing in hydrogen gas or consuming hydrogen-packed water. Several cosmetic clinics, including Olivia’s go-to in Knightsbridge, laud its potential benefits for anti-ageing, reduced fatigue and even ‘cardiovascular protection’.

But does it really work? Right now, many experts are in two minds about this, including Dr Lawrence Cunningham, a retired GP at Help & Advice. While he acknowledged the therapy shows some promise, he encouraged people to avoid viewing it as a ‘miracle solution’.

“As you know, health trends often come and go, but molecular hydrogen has gotten some research interest,” he told the Mirror in an exclusive interview. “While there are studies that suggest potential health benefits, it’s crucial to approach it with cautious optimism rather than seeing it as a miracle solution.

“I’ve seen various wellness fads over the years, and it’s important to rely on scientific evidence. The current research on molecular hydrogen is promising but not yet conclusive, so I wouldn’t dismiss it entirely, but I’d also be careful not to overstate its effects.”

Emerging research suggests that molecular hydrogen boasts antioxidant properties which may play a role in reducing harmful ‘oxidative stress’ in the body. This refers to a state of imbalance linked with the onset of various health issues, such as heart disease and cancer.

However, the way in which molecular hydrogen may provide these benefits is ‘still under investigation’, according to Dr Cunningham. He advised that more ‘robust’ clinical trials are necessary to completely understand its mechanisms.

In a similar vein, Dr Gareth Nye, a lecturer at the University of Salford, also said that molecular hydrogen therapy would not make up for poor lifestyle or diet choices. If you’d gone on a boozy night out just hours prior, he said it would be ‘the equivalent of adding a drop of water to the ocean’.

“Studies looking at molecular hydrogen have been around for over a decade and have only recently became popular as a ‘health medicine’,” he told the Mirror. “Hydrogen rich water was a similar method of improving your molecular hydrogen levels.

“Potentially increasing antioxidants/decreasing reactive oxygen species can help against cancers, ageing and cardiovascular disease, but each condition is multifaceted and have many different causes which do not always include oxidative stress.

“…As a whole healthy lifestyle movement, inhaled hydrogen may have benefits and people should look into whether it is justifiable for them.”

Dr Cunningham also summarised: “Personally, I would be cautious in recommending molecular hydrogen without more definitive evidence. In my view, while it’s an interesting area of research, it’s important not to view it as a cure-all. I’d prioritise proven health practices over emerging trends unless they’re backed by strong scientific data.

“One thing I’d mention is the importance of maintaining a balanced perspective on health trends. It’s easy to get swept up in the excitement of new discoveries, but critical thinking is crucial.”

TV presenter Phillip Schofield cut a glum figure as he stepped out of his west London home.

It comes as former best pal Holly Willoughby’s Netflix debut aired. She took on the hosting duties of new series Celebrity Bear Hunt featuring Bear Grylls.

Phillip was seen putting his rubbish bins in wearing a Jack Wills hoody and blue jeans. He rolled his sleeves up as he pulled in the bins.

A day earlier, Holly had been looking glamorous on the red carpet at the premiere of her new series at London’s Odeon West End. She dazzled as she stepped out with her Celebrity Bear Hunt co-stars. She was joined on the red carpet by contestants including Lottie Moss, Una Healy, and Mel B.

The former This Morning star looked sensational as she posed for the awaiting photographers in a plunging black gown, which is thought to have cost over £1,000. Bear Grylls meanwhile praised Holly on her latest return. The iconic survivalist appeared on ITV’s Good Morning Britain on Wednesday, 5 February, to chat to hosts Ed Balls and Susanna Reid about the new Netflix series. He called her “humble” and “brave”.

As Susanna reflected on Holly’s tough times in recent years, Bear said, “Holly has a beautiful spirit—she really does. As you say, she’s overcome many tough things in her life.”

A Loose Women star was forced to apologise to TV viewers after accidentally swearing live on-air. A special edition of the hit programme aired on Wednesday, 5 February, fronted by Craig Doyle.

For the Loose Men episode, he was joined by Danny Jones, Pete Wicks, and Jordan Banjo. The spin-off show airs throughout the year with an all-male panel highlighting the importance of male mental health struggles.

As they made their way through a series of discussion topics, the stars began to speak about a new trend, which sees men aim to grow the size of their glutes at the gym.

As each panellist discussed their body shape, Craig exclaimed: “There’s one thing we Irish are blessed with, being catholic and a huge a**e!”

The proud mum is most recognised for her role on ITV’s This Morning, where she made her debut in 2003, and more recently, as one of the presenters on the Great British Bake Off, reports Birmingham Live.

Fans of ITV’s Loose Women found that the panel had been taken over by men for a special spin-off of the show – with guest panelist Jordan Banjo opening up about a secret health battle

Loose Men returned for another special episode on Wednesday in which Jordan Banjo candidly shared his battle with booze.

Since 2020, ITV’s Loose Women had relinquished the panel to welcome a group of lads to take over the hot topics of the day and share their personal stories for a special episode. While the one-off special was originally aired to coincide with International Men’s Day, the all-male line-up has resurfaced sporadically with a wide range of male guest hosts and panelists.

On Wednesday, 32-year-old dancer and choreographer Jordan, joined the Loose Men desk alongside TV host Craig Doyle, pop singer Danny Jones and former TOWIE star Pete Wicks. The boys covered a range of topics and at one point discussed whether or not they had ever been told they drink too much.

During this segment of the show, Jordan candidly revealed he had endured a secret battle with alcohol – admitting he hid his drinking from his wife. He explained that he turned to drink during the pandemic – and was shocked by how easily it took hold of his life. The TV judge said: “When we went into lockdown, I started drinking and it became a daily thing. Once it becomes a habit, it’s a hard thing to break.

“This going to sound so stupid. I was 28 in lockdown. This is going to sound dumb, but it was like I was 16 or 17. It was like, ‘Hang on a minute. I can just drink this and feel drunk and a bit merry!’,” he said. “It became constant, constant, constant until it go to the point where in November 2023, I had to cut drinking cold.” The Diversity went on to explain how he stopped his wife, influencer Naomi Courts, from finding out how much alcohol he was consuming.

He revealed: “It got to the point where I was having dinner with my wife and I’d take my plate out to the kitchen and and I was secretly topping up, hoping I didn’t get caught. I’m up early for radio and I’d say to my wife, ‘I’ll stay in the spare room so I don’t wake you up’. And I’m in there having drinks.”

He painted a picture of himself reaching for a drink at almost every hour of the day. He recalled: “I was like, ‘What am I doing?’ I’d get my iPad out and just be sat in bed drinking at half eight at night on my own.” Jordan went on to explain that he noticed his relationship with booze was beginning to impact his family life – but it wasn’t until he had to prepare for an ITV show that he really realised he had developed a problem. He said: “I noticed a difference in my relationship and parenting as I was just vacant.”

He continued: “I speak about it openly now, but a couple of my friends were quite upset. Me and Pete filmed The Real Full Monty together and it affected everything. I walked in about five stone heavier than I am now and was trying to dance and rehearse. Pete was better than me. I was in rough shape and on that filming day was popping out and having a drink.”
