In a clip shared on Instagram the married couple could be seen laying head to head and holding each other’s wrists while doing leg lifts.

Happy Mondays’ Step On was playing in the background, and Posh captioned the clip: “Happy Mondays on Thursday! Husband’s playlist @davidbeckham @mrbobbyrich 🏋️‍♀️💪 xx.”

Fans rushed to the comments section to have their say, with many unsurprisingly thrilled to see David without his shirt.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry joined forces with Save the Children during their visit to Nigeria, with the Duchess of Sussex paying a special tribute to their wedding day. The pair were in the African nation to champion the Invictus Games and participated in several charitable endeavours while there.

It has now emerged that the Sussexes met with Nigerian charity workers from Save the Children, with the organisation posting a video of the encounter on Instagram.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were all smiles as they were introduced to young ambassadors. Meghan was spotted wearing an elegant white halter neck top, reminiscent of her wedding reception attire.

On her wedding day, Meghan donned a simple white Givenchy dress before changing into a custom Stella McCartney gown for the evening reception. She chose a similar ensemble for her meeting with Save the Children, opting for a sleeveless white top.

The Duchess completed her outfit with relaxed grey trousers and striking gold earrings. Meanwhile, Prince Harry appeared at ease in a smart blue shirt with the top button undone, reports the Mirror.

Save the Children posted a video of the Royal couple’s visit on social media, expressing their gratitude: “Thank you Prince Harry and Meghan for joining us in Nigeria to learn more about how we ensure children don’t just survive but thrive.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex met our Youth Ambassadors Maryam and Purity, who are tireless advocates for children’s rights and the beating heart of our work.

There is a children’s playroom and a outdoor dining area where the Beckhams can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner while taking in the stunning views.

The yacht also has an indoor dining room, bar, and even features a beach club and dancefloor.

Most forms of water sports are on offer thanks to the yacht’s extensive equipment.

The Beckhams have been snapped on jet skis and on flyboards, while waterskis, scuba diving, and fishing equipment is on hand.

Meghan Markle’s three-day visit to Nigeria with her husband, Prince Harry, did not disappoint royal fashion fans. She graced the country with sentimental throwbacks, high-end looks, local fashion pieces – as well as the odd fashion blunder.

Nevertheless, the Duchess of Sussex, 42, has established herself as a fashion icon among her fans, by wearing high-end brands such as Carolina Herrera and Johanna Ortiz, alongside championing local talent, such as Oríré for the visit.

However, despite opting for expensive garments, this hasn’t stopped some fashion fans criticising some of Meghan’s looks during her three-day tour.

The former Suits star, however, admitted she “got the memo” and therefore chose bright outfits for her visit to the West African country. Sat with a microphone and addressing the audience during her visit, Meghan said: “It has been a whirlwind 24 hours since we arrived, and I very quickly got the memo that I need to wear more colour so I can fit in with all of you in your incredible fashion.”
Meghan, along with her husband, Prince Harry, is visiting the country to celebrate the 10^th anniversary of the Invictus Games – the Duke himself created the international multi-sport event for wounded servicemen and women after serving in Afghanistan.

1) Tropical midi-dress

The Duchess opted for a printed cut-out number from Johanna Ortiz, costing £2,270 to watch a volleyball match alongside Prince Harry on day two of her trip to Nigeria, which has sparked a positive reaction from fans. Meghan’s choice of dress sparked a fan frenzy as people commented on how “culturally appropriate” Meghan’s attire was.

Meghan looked glamorous in a Johanna Ortiz silk black and white midi dress with a thigh-split and a black tropical print. Meghan teamed her dress with Emme Parsons ‘Cecelia’ black leather sandals and her signature oversized black sunglasses.

One royal fan claimed: “I am not generally a fan of Meghan’s style, but she looks fantastic, and perfectly appropriate both for the climate and the event!” Another commented that the dress was “perfect for a sporting event” whereas another wrote: “The dress is perfect for the event and the weather and the culture”.

2) Cream halter midi-dress

Meghan pulled out all the fashion stops for her last day in Nigeria with another glam number from Johanna Ortiz. The Duchess of Sussex wore a pretty printed halter dress to attend the Nigeria Unconquered game at the Lagos Polo Club alongside her husband, Prince Harry.

She chose to wear the £1,691 ‘Summer Counts Wool and Silk’ maxi dress with Heidi Merrick black sunglasses and Nigerian coral drop earrings.

3) Sunshine floor-length gown dress

Meghan Markle made a sweet nod to her daughter, Princess Lilibet as she wore one favourite item in her wardrobe, the Carolina Herrera Yellow Silk Overlay Gown, costing £3,184.

Meghan paired the dress with a pair of nude slingback heels by Aquazzura, an AURate gold collar necklace and a pair of gold hammered disc earrings by Jennifer Meyer (£2,605).

The Duchess wore the same dress back in 2021 to announce her pregnancy with Princess Lilibet.

Celebrity PR Brenda Christensen told the Mirror that the choice of colour carried a deeper significance. She said: “In many African cultures, including Nigeria, yellow is reserved for those of high rank due to its resemblance to gold, symbolising wealth, quality, success, and royalty.”

4) Vibrant red maxi dress with ruffles

Dressed in a vibrant red maxi dress with delicate ruffles and thin straps, Meghan exuded confidence at a Women in Leadership panel held in Nigeria. Meghan explained her choice of the red dress on stage, and as it turns out, she was using colours to get closer to her Nigerian heritage.

Meghan wore a dress from the Nigerian brand, Oríré. The owner and designer, Orire Aleshinloye, holds a Masters in Fashion Business Creation from The British School of Fashion in London and is Nigerian, according to whatmeghanwore.net.

5) White strapless maxi dress

For a reception held at the Nigerian Defence Headquarters in Abuja, Meghan wore a plain strapless column maxi dress by St Agni Studio, with Aquazzura ‘So Nude 105’ slingback shoes and her classic gold jewellery.

Compared to her previous outfits, the dress was cheaper, costing £335. The event was a gathering holding major significance, as military families and members of the widow association united to commemorate shared bonds. Harry wore a cream linen suit and complemented his wife with the shade.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Archewell charity was sent a brutal letter from California’s top lawyer.

In the letter, California attorney general Rob Bonta branded the organisation “deliquent”, ordering an immediate stop to its fundraising activities.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s philanthropic venture fell into hot water after failing to keep up with registration fees since early May, the scathing letter revealed.

The official correspondence categorises Archewell as “delinquent” within the registry of charitable entities, citing its non-compliance in submitting the required annual report and associated fees.

This status effectively strips the charity of its good standing and bars it from performing any registered functions, including the solicitation or management of charitable contributions.

The attorney general’s notice underscores the consequences of such delinquency, stating: “An organization that is listed as delinquent is not in good standing and is prohibited from engaging in conduct for which registration is required, including soliciting or disbursing charitable funds.

“The organization may also be subject to penalties, and its registration may be suspended or revoked by the Registry.”

In response to this debacle, Archewell must now provide a satisfactory explanation for the delayed payment and settle any incurred late charges.

Despite reports indicating that the foundation has sought an extension, the latest updates from California’s official registry still list Archewell as delinquent, reports the Mirror US.

After stepping back from Royal duties, Harry and Meghan set up their foundation in the US in March 2020, which includes their non-profit work as well as profit-making media ventures such as Archewell Audio and Archewell Productions.

The notice of delinquency arrives on the heels of reports that Archewell Foundation’s revenue plummeted by a staggering $10.4million in just one year.

An insider informed the Express that Archewell officials had indeed submitted all required documents on time, along with a cheque.

The source revealed: “For whatever reason, it has not been cashed. As soon as the foundation learnt of the problem, they immediately issued another cheque. Harry and Meghan’s team hope this will quickly resolve the issue within the next week.”
