ITV Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon loves being ‘jealous’ in ‘competitive’ Joe Swash romance

Stacey Solomon made her highly-anticipated return to Loose Women on Wednesday after 11 months, where she opened up about her ‘competitive’ Joe Swash relationship

Stacey Solomon has opened up about her “competitive” relationship with Joe Swash, admitting she loves to get “jealous”.

The presenter, 34, made her highly-anticipated return to Loose Women on Wednesday after 11 months, where the panellists discussed a range of topics, including “are you competitive with your partner?”

To which Stacey admitted: “I love getting jealous. Mine and Joe’s relationship is very competitive, I love it.” Stacey was then asked what about to which she joked: “With everything, oh my God, who wipes their bum better, whatever, literally anything! But I love it, I live for it, it makes me excited about our relationship. I love that we are competitive with each other!”

Stacey added: “I enjoy it, we’re sold this ‘angry is bad, jealousy is bad, don’t be too competitive, don’t be too this, don’t be too that’ but it depends who you are. When Joe gets a little bit jealous, if I was talking to somebody or whatever, I really love it. I don’t know, I just love it!

“I love getting jealous if he’s spending… it’s not jealous in a way of: ‘Oh, I hate you!’, it’s jealous in a way of: ‘Oh, hold on a second, oh!’”, with her co-stars joking it was very “suggestive”, prompting mother-of-five Stacey to quip: “No, no more kids, please!”

Elsewhere, Stacey revealed a hilarious wardrobe malfunction she suffered at the gym. She said: “As I fell off the treadmill, the treadmill was still running so my leggings got pulled down to my ankles. I was wearing a thong, because you can’t wear granny pants with fitness leggings, so I had to stand up in front of the whole class with my full bum out.”

It comes as Stacey returned to Loose Women on Wednesday after 11 months amid fears she was no longer a panellist on the hit ITV chatshow. Only recently, there had been fears Stacey had quit the ITV lunchtime show after taking some time off for maternity leave. However, the presenter set the record straight on Wednesday’s show, explaining the reason for her absence and excitement at being back.

“Finally, filming has died down and I actually get to be with my friends again, I’m so excited, I’ve missed you for a catchup. I’ve needed it, it’s like therapy coming here!” Stacey, who first joined Loose Women back in 2016, has been on-off the show, appearing more regularly at the start before only making occasional appearances in the past year or so.

  • ITV Loose Women star ‘fuming’ with Josie Gibson on I’m A Celebrity after ‘real men’ comment

ITV Loose Women star ‘fuming’ with Josie Gibson on I’m A Celebrity after ‘real men’ comment

Loose Women panellist Coleen Nolan was not impressed with Josie Gibson and Nella Rose’s conversation on I’m A Celebrity last night as they praised the ‘real men’ in the camp

Josie Gibson and Nella Rose’s conversation about “real men” sparked ire among one Loose Women panellist, who admitted that she was “fuming” after hearing the remarks.

During last night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity, YouTuber Nella and This Morning star Nella discussed the more traditional roles that the men had taken on in camp. “The men are supposed to go out, hunt, get the wood, make the fire whilst the women keep the vibes,” Nella said to Josie as they burst out laughing.

“It’s giving me faith in men again,” Josie quipped. Nella added: “Yeah! Imagine if it was a bunch of men my age – they’d be like, ‘Why are they the only ones getting the water, bruv?’ These are real men.”

Laughing about the moment in the studio, host Charlene White said to co-star Coleen Nolan: “Now, Col, this got you going, didn’t it?”

Nella Rose and Josie Gibson left I'm A Celeb fans unimpressed with their comments

“Oh, I was fuming,” Coleen confessed shaking her head. When asked why, she replied: “Because I feel sorry for men! They don’t know where they stand anymore! One minute we’re saying, ‘We’re all equal, everything should be equal, nobody should be opening doors for no one, no one should be standing up for anyone. And now you’ve got – who I love by the way – Josie and Nella… you’ve got them in there going, ‘These are real men, I wish men were all like this.’ I just thought, ‘Give men a break! Let them know what you want them to do!’

“I am quite old fashioned and I always used to love it when I was on a train and it was full and a man would stand up and give me a seat and I’d think, ‘Oh, that’s so nice and lovely.’ I know that my boys would do that. But I realise now that women wanted equal rights and everything, so I’ve joined that club now and I’ve tried not to moan about it. But then that happens and even I’m confused now and I’m not a man!”

Fans were not hugely impressed with the conversation either, with one commenting: “Not a fan of the ‘real men’ comments from Josie and Nella in regards to the men doing all the work around camp – imagine if two guys watched the girls cook dinner and said ‘yeah these are real women’ #Imaceleb.” While another remarked: “Sigh.. Nella and Josie setting women back #ImaCeleb.” A third wrote: “Nella and Josie. Men collecting logs doesn’t make them gentlemen. How you leave others after an experience with you is how you get your trademark #ImACeleb #moderngentleman.”

Denise Welch reignites feud with Piers Morgan over his bizarre Prince Harry ‘threat’

Denise Welch’s followers alerted the Metropolitan Police to Piers Morgan’s latest column about Prince Harry and his family following the Loose Women star sharing an extract on Twitter

Denise Welch has reignited her feud with long-time foe Piers Morgan following the Good Morning Britain presenter’s review of a new book about the Royal Family.

The Loose Women panellist, 65, took to social media on Tuesday morning to share an extract of Morgan’s furious column about Omid Scobie and his new book, Endgame. Scobie, who denies being a close friend of Meghan Markle but is often described as a “mouthpiece” for the Duchess of Sussex, makes several juicy revelations about the Royal Family in his new literary offering.

Within his review, alongside taking several swipes at Scobie, Morgan, 58, claims the release of Endgame will further damage Prince Harry’s relationship with his family and randomly tells the Duke of Sussex to “to heed the warning of Dionysius the Tyrant who was left a broken man by his constant warmongering and got finally bumped off by his own fed-up family.”

“I can’t speak for Charles, Camilla, William, or Kate, but if two close members of my family had spent the past few years trashing the rest of us on global media platforms, the only way I’d want to spend Christmas with them is if they were human chestnuts roasting on my open fire,” Morgan writes in his scathing Sun column.

The former Good Morning Britain presenter then goes on to rather oddly conclude his piece with: “Harry would do well to heed the warning of Dionysius the Tyrant who was left a broken man by his constant warmongering and got finally bumped off by his own fed-up family.”

Taking to Twitter (X) on Tuesday morning, former Coronation Street actress Denise shared the extract of Morgan’s lengthy column with her followers and wrote: “Today’s piece by Piers Morgan. Yet again totally justifying Harry’s decision to move away and protect his wife.

Denise’s followers were equally disgusted with Morgan’s comments, with some even tagging London’s Metropolitan Police’s Twitter account in their replies and asking why the presenter’s column is not being investigated. “He made a death threat but @metpoliceuk is not investigating it,” one wrote, with another adding: “@metpoliceuk once again why are you not approaching piers. This is a threat.”

“It’s amazing what these people get away with. I mean not surprising but still shocking to see in broad daylight,” another Twitter user added to the conversation in Denise’s replies, with one declaring: “Harry has been treated as a ‘spare’ by the U.K. monarchy/establishment from he was a wee boy. No wonder he’s angry and bitter.”

Ahead of his book being released on Tuesday, Endgame author Scobie took to social media last week to implore his followers to read his book in full rather than just extracts. The journalist told his Twitter followers on Friday: “Whether you like my work or loathe it, all I ask is that if you are reading coverage about what’s supposedly inside #ENDGAME, please also read the book itself. Incorrect and bad translations, snippets without context, leaks etc. do not tell the full or accurate story. Thank you.”

Morgan quote-tweeted Scobie’s message on Tuesday night, telling his followers and the Endgame author: “UPDATE: I’ll be exposing this shameless lying lickspittle in a new column posting today.” In the aforementioned column, Morgan raged: “Omid Scobie is a weaselly lickspittle making money by peddling garbage about the royals. I know for a fact Endgame is full of lies.”

  • Loose Women’s Sophie Morgan says she’s looking for love again after dating setbacks

Loose Women’s Sophie Morgan says she’s looking for love again after dating setbacks

Loose Women star Sophie Morgan is online dating again and is on the search for the perfect partner after opening up on what it’s like to date as a person with a disability

Sophie Morgan, 38, has worked in TV for almost 20 years and has had regular stints on Loose Women.

As we mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities today, she talks about campaigning and why she loves getting out of her comfort zone: This year has been big for me. I’ve had so many dream-come-true moments – I rode across America on a Can-Am Spyder, set up a new company and even had my own TV series, Living Wild: How To Change Your Life on Channel 4, which was about taking control of your life and living it on your own terms. The series was about travel primarily, so I loved that it didn’t centre on my disability.

I’ve also launched a campaign called Rights on Flights, for better treatment of disabled people when we fly. In February, my wheelchair and power attachment were broken when I was flying home from a work trip.

Like most disabled people, I want to just be living my life but when things like this happen it impossible to do that. And it happens so often, to so many of us. The fact is, I need to travel – for work, as a travel writer and for pleasure – but every time I fly there seems to a problem. When they break our chairs it’s like they’ve broken our legs. After that, life just stops.

Sometimes I question whether or not I am using my voice in the most effective way. There are so many barriers facing disabled people, and being able to fly at all is a privilege. But it’s a human right and, after all, we all need to be fully part of society.

Additionally, I am addicted to travelling. I love getting out of my comfort zone, going to new places and feeling free. I’ve always wanted that feeling of disappearing into the world -– anonymity and meeting new people and discovering yourself. I live for it.

I particularly love being in America because access is so much better there. The laws created for disabled people are more widely enforced so I find myself in a very different frame of mind. I’m much happier and less anxious, and the domino effect of that is I work better and live better.

I also feel like I can date again. I would never date in the UK because of the ableism I experience – for example the anxiety of somebody planning a first date in a place where I can’t get in or use the loo. In America it feels less intimidating and more possible, so I’m excited to spend more time there and see what’s possible.

My main goal in life is to make space for disabled people. After 20 years of working my ass off, I feel I finally have the platform I need and that thankfully, people are listening. So I have to do something with that.

One thing I’m doing in the States is working with my new company, Making Space, which I’ve set up with my business partner, Keely Cat-Wells. We’re both determined to increase representation of disabled people in employment and entertainment. I feel like I won the lottery working with Keely. She’s incredible.

We’ve recently partnered with US TV channel NBC. I had the joy of delivering training to a selection of aspiring disabled presenters for NBC earlier this year. I think it was the greatest sense of achievement I’ve ever had, being able to pass on what I’ve learnt in the 20 years since I became disabled and started working in telly to the next generation of disabled talent. Making Space is creating lasting change.

We’re also working with Netflix and our production company, Making Space Media, has partnered with Reese Witherspoon’s production company, Hello Sunshine, too. Our productions will aim to centre disabled voices.

The younger generation of disabled people makes me so excited. They have so much less internalised ableism and so much more disability pride – something I’m only getting now. They already know their value, so it’s about helping them be heard.

It’s not all work, though. I see my family and friends a lot and obviously travel a lot. I’ve also got an art studio that I’m working on, so I’m going to start painting again. I listen to music – I’m learning to mix – and I’m learning to tattoo at the moment as well. I’m obviously tired. But I feel we’re at a precipice, me personally, and also the general community. I can’t help feeling there’s something in the air. It’s not tokenism, but a genuine drive towards inclusion. So I won’t stop.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if we didn’t have to spend so much time fighting for equity and inclusion. But then I think, just hold on, we are getting close and then, when I have some big wins – like influencing change in the UK aviation law or going to the White House to meet the US President or someone reads my book, Driving Forwards – and things feel good, I think to myself, “This is the reason why I was made disabled. So I’d better keep going.”

Denise Welch reveals what ‘saved her life’ after health heartbreak and death hoax

Denise Welch shared the thing that ‘saved her life’ on Tuesday’s Loose Women after she reassured fans she was alive and well following false claims she had died circulated online

Denise Welch opened up on her mental heath struggles on Loose Women.

The actress and mum to The 1975 star Matty Healy has been a mental health advocate for many years and has previously spoken candidly about her own experienced with clinical depression. On Tuesday’s Loose Women, the panel discussed: “Are we too reliant on a ‘pill for every ill’?”

Denise said: “I’ve suffered from clinical depression/major depressive disorder for 30 years, I am a huge massive advocate for antidepressant medication when it is prescribed for the right reasons. And, for me, I have a chemical imbalance and I need an antidepressant to help replace that.

“It has literally saved my life and many other peoples’ lives. I have worked for many years as a mental health advocate to try and break down the stigma of taking medication.” Later in the discussion, Denise addressed the question’s topic on being “too reliant” on certain medications.

She added: “It’s a two-prong thing for me, I do agree with what they’re saying but I do not want it to take away for the fact that antidepressants are a life-saving medication.” Meanwhile, Denise took to social media earlier this week to reassure fans she was alive after false claims circulated online she had died.

The actress was the target of an online death hoax on Sunday, with the 65-year-old falsely reported as dead on her Wikipedia page. She tweeted: “I’m alive and well and about to watch the jungle. Thanks for your concern.”

Earlier this year, Denise opened up on her episodes of depression. She told Good Morning Britain: “It’s good to talk, of course it is, but this is more for the people who love and live with those people.

“Often with depression, you can’t talk, you go silent is what happens to me, so people ought to look out for when there are those changes in behaviour, when someone who is normally very chatty and very sociable and very outgoing, suddenly withdraws, those are big signs.”

“When I had it, there was nowhere really to go for help. That’s why I was sort of a lone wolf talking about it.”

ITV Loose Women Linda Robson ‘ready to find love again’ weeks after marriage split

Newly-single Linda Robson joined her Loose Women panellists on Wednesday’s show after the end of her marriage following 33 years, where the panellists spoke about “husband hunting”

Linda Robson has discussed potentially finding love again just weeks after announcing her split from husband of 33 years.

The TV star, 65, confirmed her separation from Mark Dunford last month as the Loose Women star said “enough is enough” in a tell-all magazine interview. And since announcing her split, Linda opened up about what kind of man she is after in the future.

The presenter joined her panellists in the ITV studio, where they discussed “husband hunting” to which host Charlene White spoke about going out with her mates in her 20s, where you would look for a type of guy. She joked for a “suited and booted guy”, you would head to the city but if you wanted a “red trouser” man, you’d head to West London.

Linda was left confused over a “red trouser man”, asking what it meant, to which Charlene explained: “Like a really, really posh dude. Red trousers, boat shoes, always goes out in a shirt even when there’s no need to!” A baffled Linda then quipped: “I’ve never met anyone like that!” The presenter later declared on the show: “I’m going to look for someone with red trousers!”

She added: “My mission now in life is to find someone with red trousers, it doesn’t matter what he looks like, as long as he’s got red trousers on!” Co-star Jane Moore then suggested Linda join a cycling club to which the star exclaimed: “I’ve got a knee replacement coming up, I can’t get on a bike! I fell off an electric scooter, didn’t I, shouldn’t have been on one in the first place!”

Charlene then quipped: “I tell you what, once you’ve had your knee replacement, Jane will take you to a cycling club and then you can find your man from the red trousers brigade!” Elsewhere on the show, the panellists discussed: “Should you buy your partner a Christmas present?” when Linda was asked about her festive plans.

Linda remained shtum on any mention of Mark but did reveal of her family plans: “I like buying presents but I prefer making memories. So this year we’re all going away between Christmas and New Year, I’m paying for us all to go away for a couple of days. Then we’re going to go see [Christopher] Biggins in panto in Southampton.

“As you get older, you don’t know how long you’ve got left, do you, so you might as well make the most of it. But it’s true, you don’t know!” Linda didn’t specify if Mark was joining the family on the trip but she did say she would be taking her children to the panto.

It comes as Linda said last month that she’s surrounded by family and is taking regular trips away in a bid to take her mind off the split. Linda and Mark first met when they were teens but didn’t begin dating until years later. They tied the knot in 1990 and the former couple went on to welcome two children together; Roberta, 27, and Louis, 31.

Giving an update on her current situation, Linda admitted: “I’ve got my family and my kids around me. And I’m going on a cruise with Lesley Joseph in November. I’m keeping busy. I feel fine. I’m just going away on trips all the time.”

Linda had sparked speculation of marriage woes for months as she spoke about her and Mark’s relationship on Loose Women earlier this year. Speaking in September, Linda said she was “not looking for anyone”, before swearing and saying she “can’t be f***ked”.

The star confirmed to Woman magazine she is single last month. She said of her ex-husband Mark: “He’s a really good dad and we had some good years, but enough is enough. I’m not interested [in dating] honestly. I can’t be a***d with all that.”

  • Olivia Attwood makes brutal dig at ‘unpleasant’ Love Island ex-boyfriend on ITV Loose Women

Olivia Attwood makes brutal dig at ‘unpleasant’ Love Island ex-boyfriend on ITV Loose Women

The former Love Island star is now happily married to football star Bradley Dack – but before she embarked on a successful romance with him, she endured a ‘toxic’ relationship with Chris Hughes

Olivia Attwood took a brutal swipe at her famous ex-boyfriends – branding them ‘unpleasant’ and ’stinkers’ while appearing on Loose Women.

The 32-year-old former Love Island contestant is now happily married to 29-year-old footballer Bradley Dack – but she kissed some rather toxic frogs on her road to happiness. Most famously, Olivia was in a turbulent romance with fellow Love Island star Chris Hughes – which lasted from their time on the show in July 2017 until their abrupt split in February 2018.

Olivia was on the Loose Women panel on Thursday alongside fellow panelists Jane Moore, 61, and Linda Robson, 65 – as well as main presenter Charlene White, 43. And while they were mulling various topics, the subject of the Netflix show The Crown was raised.

In dramatised scenes, viewers saw Carol Middleton encouraging her daughter, Kate, to approach Prince William in an effort to entice him to start dating her. This provoked the panel to consider if parental interference can be a good or bad thing.

But before dating Bradley, Olivia endured an explosive relationship with Chris Hughes
    Image:

Olivia confessed that her own mother had encouraged her to go after her now husband Bradley – but not before first throwing dirt over the men she had dated before. The reality star said: “She gave me a gentle nudge, I would say. I think after coming out the back of a few unpleasant relationships, and to be fair to my mum, she never got involved in relationships. And I had some real stinkers.

“She would always be nice, and welcomed them and stuff. And I was going through a break up and I was living on my own but I kept going to my mum and dad’s house and was hanging around and sulking. I think she was sick of the sight of me.

“She was like ‘Have you got anyone nice you are talking to?’ And I was like ‘No’. And then I was like ‘Well, there is this one boy,’ and I showed her a picture of Brad and she was like ‘He’s cute! Go and meet up with him. What’s the matter with you?’ So she gave me a little push.”

Olivia’s comments about dating ’stinkers’ will likely hit Chris Hughes hard as he was her most recent partner before she began dating Bradley – while she also briefly dated Geordie Shore star Sam Gowland while on Love Island. Chris and Olivia had an explosive relationship that started on the ITV2 show and lasted for six months but was rocked by accusations he was controlling and toxic.

Olivia has discussed the romance in the past, explaining how she was worn down by constant arguments – and she went back to Bradley, who she had reportedly dated before she appeared on Love Island. She revealed in 2021: “Sometimes that’s what happens and it pushes you back to your ex. After that we needed a good year to find our footing as a couple again. I still wasn’t sure. It was toxic with Chris and we argued a lot. I never had that problem with Brad, we never argued.”

Chris went on to date former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson – but this high-profile fling also ended in a cloud of controversy. He and the 32-year-old singer attended an awards ceremony in January 2020 where the couple allegedly argued and then, shockingly, Chris erupted at a photographer outside the event where he was videos swearing and throwing punches. Chris and Jesy broke up soon after.

Furious Loose Women ‘feud’ as star claims she ‘doesn’t miss’ ITV show as she ‘wasn’t welcomed’

Carol McGiffin, 63, appeared on Loose Women from 2000 until 2013, returning five years later in 2018 before quitting earlier this year

Loose Women has become embroiled in fresh new feud allegations over claims a former star felt she “wasn’t welcomed” and “doesn’t miss” the show after her sudden exit.

Carol McGiffin, 63, appeared on the ITV programme from 2000 until 2013, returning five years later in 2018 before quitting earlier this year. However, since leaving, she has frequenly expressed her unhappiness at her time on the show, claiming it had changed.

Opening up to Women’s Own magazine this week, she declared: “No, I don’t miss Loose Women at all. My pronouns are P and Off. It’s just very woke and I can’t deal with the wokeness. I know I wasn’t really welcomed.” But she added: “That’s not why I am not there. I am not there because of other stuff.”

While she said that she does miss her co-stars, she said that she “doesn’t miss being on TV”. Carol hadn’t appeared on the show for months before she finally broke her silence and confirmed that she wouldn’t be returning, explaining that she had been forced to “step away” from the show after allegedly being asked to sign a contract which was “totally unjust and unworkable for me”.

In an interview with TNT talk radio, Carol said: “I always look back at when I started working in television and radio as the good old days because they were much less policed, I suppose. Much less restricted and it was a freer place to be.

“When I look back at the old Loose Womens I used to do from 2000 all the way until I left in 2013, they’re completely different. There is so much offence. People take so much offence at so much and they never used to.”

Tensions grew between Carol and ITV over comments she made to suggest that news organisations had been “brainwashing” the public over the risks of Covid in order to spark widespread mental health breakdowns.

Loose Women’s Linda Robson hits back at ‘rumours that she’s dead’ after Denise Welch death hoax

Loose Women star Linda Robson has hit back at rumours that she died, and instead proved to fans she’s alive and kicking.

Responding to the fake death hoax, the 65-year-old actress joked with fans after she shared an Instagram video of her acting as if she was dead and coming back to life, alongside creepy music. Showing her sense of humour, the actress has joked with fans as she captioned the clip “Woke up to lots of messages and calls, apparently there has been a rumour I had passed away going around. You won’t get rid of me that easy!”

Jumping into the comments, fans have shared in the joke as one commented: “Glad it’s just a rumour!” Another added: “Glad to see you’re still alive, kicking, being brilliant and having fun! Have a great day Linda!” A third fan shared: “Aww nanny linda no , bless ya glad your all well hun xx”.

X Sorry you have been through this, but you seem to have taken it all in your stride xxxx”.

The rumours come after it was confirmed last month that Birds of a Feather actress Linda had split from her husband Mark Dunford after 33 years of marriage. Linda and Mark first met when they were teens but didn’t begin dating until years later. They tied the knot in 1990 and the former couple went on to welcome two children together; Roberta, 27, and Louis, 31.

Loose Women took an awkward turn on Tuesday as Coleen Nolan made a cheeky Ruth Langsford Christmas outfit dig on the hit ITV lunchtime chat show

Loose Women took an awkward turn on Tuesday as Coleen Nolan made a cheeky Ruth Langsford Christmas outfit dig.

During the latest episode, the panellists were discussing the subject: “Are older people portrayed unfairly on TV?” to which Coleen, 58, said: “Well, when I turned 50… I instantly felt invisible and even now, I feel I have to…”

Ruth, 63, was quick to interject as she joked: “What, in that jacket? Even in that jacket?” to which Coleen, who was wearing a green blazer, said: “Well that’s why I’m wearing it! At least I don’t look like a Brillo pad!”

Ruth, who was wearing a silver sparkly outfit, saw the funny side as she exclaimed: “Touché, touché!” Janet Street-Porter then got involved, saying: “That’s because before we came on air, I said that Ruth’s skirt reminded me of the great new scourer I got for three-for-one at the supermarket!”

Standing up to show off her outfit in full, Ruth joked: “That’s what I have to put up with, people! Yes, it’s bullying in the workplace!” However, things then took a nicer turn as Janet, 76, added: “But honestly, Ruth, your outfit proves you can wear anything because it looks great!”

Coleen then made another cheeky remark about scouring pads to which Ruth jokingly warned: “You’re in trouble today, we will have to take a break now, I’ll be having words with them!” It’s been a busy week for Coleen as she was hilariously left gobsmacked on Monday’s Good Morning Britain as she was grilled about The Real Full Monty: Jingle Balls.

The powerful show sees Coleen and Ashley Banjo take on a new troupe of celebrities as they prepare to bare all on stage during a group dance to raise awareness of important cancer checks. This year, Julia Bradbury, Sherrie Hewson, Gemma Collins, Vanessa Bauer, Victoria Ekanoye, Paul Burrell, Ashley Cain, Ben Cohen, Ella Vaday and Pete Wicks join the line-up as they each share their personal reasons for wanting to raise awareness of cancer.

On Monday’s GMB, Coleen said: “It’s to raise awareness and you hope that’s what it is doing. But every year we get messages after the show to say, ‘while we were watching, I checked myself, I went to the doctors and it was or it wasn’t’. It just reminds people to check themselves all the time!”

Host, Ed Balls, then cheekily asked: “And are you always surprised by what you see?,” to which Coleen replied: “What do you mean? During the show? I mean, I try not to look!

“You know what, it’s funny because I’ve done it so much now but that moment in the show I still dread every single year. I still only do it, in that moment. I don’t do it any other time apart from the show.”

Ed then asked: “Do you look away?,” to which Coleen replied: “It’s not that I look away, I’ve just never looked! I’ve never actually looked! People go: ‘Oh, so you know, what’s Ashley like?’ and I go: ‘I don’t know, I’ve never looked! It’s just not a thing I do!’ I swear to God I don’t, I really really don’t.”
