Prince Harry Insists Meghan Markle Has a Lot in Common with His Mother, Disappointed by Family’s Inability to See Similarities with Princess Diana

Prince Harry has often drawn parallels between his wife, Meghan Markle, and his late mother, Princess Diana. Despite his deep conviction about their similarities, Harry has expressed disappointment that his family cannot see the connections he believes are so evident.

Harry’s admiration for Meghan and his comparison of her to Diana have been a recurring theme since their relationship became public. He has spoken about the shared traits between the two women, highlighting their compassion, resilience, and commitment to charitable causes. In numerous interviews, Harry has underscored Meghan’s ability to connect with people, her empathy, and her dedication to making a positive impact—qualities he cherished in his mother.

“From the moment I met Meghan, I saw so much of my mother in her,” Harry has said. “Her warmth, her kindness, her confidence—it reminded me of the way my mother conducted herself and the way she interacted with people.”

However, Harry’s family appears to have a different perspective. Reports suggest that the senior royals, including Prince William and Prince Charles, have not embraced the comparisons between Meghan and Diana as warmly as Harry has. This divergence in views has reportedly been a source of frustration and disappointment for Harry, who feels that his family’s inability to see the similarities is a missed opportunity for unity and understanding.

The parallels Harry draws between Meghan and Diana are not just limited to their personal qualities but also extend to their experiences within the royal family. Both women faced intense media scrutiny and public pressure, often feeling isolated and unsupported by the institution. Harry has been vocal about the negative impact of the relentless media attention on both Meghan and Diana, citing it as a significant factor in his decision to step back from royal duties.

Harry’s disappointment is compounded by his belief that recognizing the similarities between Meghan and Diana could foster a deeper appreciation and support for Meghan within the royal family. He has often pointed out that just as Diana revolutionized the royal approach to charity and public engagement, Meghan too has brought a modern and dynamic touch to her royal duties.

The lack of recognition from his family has strained relationships, particularly with his brother William. The once-close brothers have reportedly had heated discussions over Harry’s views, with William remaining unconvinced about the parallels Harry sees.

Harry Panics as 800 Veterans Withdraw Their Participation from Upcoming Invictus Games

Prince Harry is reportedly in a state of panic following the sudden withdrawal of over 800 military veterans from the upcoming Invictus Games scheduled for 2025 in Canada. The large-scale exit has not only raised concerns about the future of the international event but also cast a shadow over Harry’s personal involvement and reputation as the founder of this competition. The Invictus Games, which started in 2014, have grown to become one of the most significant sporting events for wounded, injured, and ill veterans, promoting the spirit of resilience and recovery. This development, however, signals a major challenge for its continuity.

The mass withdrawal appears to be rooted in growing discontent among veterans, many of whom are critical of Prince Harry’s recent public and personal controversies. Some veterans feel that Harry’s recent actions and media appearances, particularly his candid memoir and interviews, have diverted attention away from the core mission of the Invictus Games and placed unnecessary focus on his private grievances with the royal family. Critics argue that the event is losing its original ethos of honoring veterans, instead becoming overshadowed by Harry’s ongoing personal battles.

The veterans who pulled out of the 2025 Games reportedly voiced concerns over the politicization of the event. Many are uncomfortable with the media frenzy surrounding Harry and Meghan Markle, which they believe distracts from the event’s core purpose of celebrating and supporting veterans. The decision to withdraw was not made lightly, as many of the veterans have previously participated in the Games and share a deep connection to its founding principles. Still, their frustration with the current trajectory of the event has led to this significant move.

Prince Harry, in response, is said to be deeply concerned about the potential damage to the Invictus brand and the impact this withdrawal could have on future sponsorships, media coverage, and participation. He has reportedly held emergency meetings with the Games’ organizers to address the situation and attempt to mediate the concerns raised by the veterans. Harry is said to be working behind the scenes to restore confidence in the event and reframe its narrative around veterans’ recovery and resilience.

Public reactions have been mixed. Supporters of Prince Harry argue that the Invictus Games remain a crucial platform for veterans, and that despite personal controversies, the event should be judged based on the positive outcomes it generates for participants. Others, however, believe that Harry’s involvement has compromised the integrity of the Games and that the event risks becoming an extension of his ongoing media image.

The royal family has not yet commented on the issue, but sources close to Buckingham Palace suggest that this development adds to the ongoing strain between Prince Harry and his relatives. The Invictus Games were once seen as one of Harry’s most respected initiatives, fostering positive relations between him and the monarchy. However, this mass withdrawal could potentially jeopardize that legacy.

As the Invictus Games face one of the most significant challenges in their history, Prince Harry is under immense pressure to not only address the concerns of veterans but also restore the event’s reputation. With the 2025 Games fast approaching, the Duke of Sussex must find a way to steer the competition back on course or risk further damage to an initiative that has become closely tied to his public identity.

Outrageous claim Meghan and Harry ‘turning the tide’ against the Monarchy

Panellists at Labour for a Republic’s fringe event in Liverpool this week suggested public opinion is turning against The Firm, with one claiming the UK becoming a republic is ‘inevitable’.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have changed the public’s perception of the Royal Family, an academic who backs abolishing the monarchy has suggested.

Dr Laura Clancy a Lecturer in Media at Lancaster University made the remarks at Labour for a Republic’s fringe event in Liverpool as Keir Starmer’s party held their conference in the city, GB News reports.

Dr Clancy, whose new book “What is the Monarchy For?” is due to be published next year, also claimed that recent events within the family have started to change how the Firm is regarded by the British people, especially the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

“There’s something quite interesting about having this conversation now, particularly after the Queen,” she said while speaking on the panel.

“Since the Queen died, I don’t know how everyone else feels, but I’ve never asked as many questions about royal wealth or funding, it rocketed.

“The tide is certainly starting to change with a King who is not as popular, who doesn’t have the same links the Queen had to World War Two and a very British sense of nostalgia that we seem to have.

“That is starting to change the discourse slightly. I think what has also changed the discourse is other things happening in the family. Harry and Meghan changed the conversation.

“They brought in questions about gender and race, which hadn’t previously been discussed. Certainly not to the level that they brought those questions in.”

Another panellist said they thought it was “only a matter of time” before Britain decided to do away with the constitutional monarchy.

Labour for a Republic has published a Campaign Guide that it says “sets out reforms that our Labour government could and should, take if it wants to create a fairer and more democratic society”, according to its website.

Among the recommendations is extending the Equalities Act to give more rights to people working for Royals.

“Right now, hundreds of workers are not protected under existing legislation from racial, gender, disability and other forms of discrimination, simply because they work in royal households,” the organisation claims.

“Polling commissioned by Labour for a Republic shows that the public overwhelmingly agree that royal workers should be protected by the Equalities Act.”

It’s also pushing for increased transparency by including the Crown within the Freedom of Information Act, a review of how much funding the Firm receives and modernising the oath of allegiance for MPs, which currently requires Parliamentarians to pledge their loyalty to The Crown.

Rather than calling for the immediate abolishment of the monarchy, the group argues a “serious debate” is needed “on what sort of society we want and what sort of head of state that would need”.

Newly-elected Poole MP Neil Duncan-Jones, who chaired the event, called on Labour Party members to renew the debate in local associations and trade unions to encourage “a proper discussion” about democracy in the country, the outlet reports.

Labour for a Republic’s guide includes several opinion polls indicating The Firm’s popularity is on the wane, with one claiming that a mere 45 per cent of Britons support keeping the monarchy, with one in three saying they would prefer to have an elected head of state.

Their figures are in stark contrast to a recent YouGov poll carried out in August, in which 65 per cent of respondents said they are in favour of keeping the Royal Family.

Royal events are typically known for their grandeur and precision, but even in the most polished settings, awkward moments can occur.

One such incident took place between the Princess of Wales and Meghan Markle at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle as the Royal Family were approaching their seats.

During the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Committal Service on September 19, 2022, members of the Royal Family were paying their final respects.

As the family filed into the chapel, Prince William had to direct his family members on when they could walk down the row of seats. Having arrived first, he told his eldest son, Prince George, to pause, but Kate was seemingly unaware and tried to walk down the aisle.

William had to then point out that they needed to wait, so she had to step back to allow Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, to make their way down.

It was then that Kate made an almost hesitant gesture as she shifted and paused to let Meghan through. Although the move was brief and subtle, the slight shuffle she made out of Meghan’s way, coupled with the tense atmosphere surrounding the event drew attention from social media.

Princess Charlotte then sat next to her uncle Prince Harry and her brother Prince George was sat inbetween his mum and dad.

It is understood the royal couple thought long and hard while having discussions with the children, before deciding they would attend the funeral.

Speculations about the relationship between Harry and Meghan and the wider Royal Family members have been a constant topic of discussion ever since Prince Harry and Meghan’s decision to step down from royal duties in early 2020.

Although both Kate and Meghan have maintained outwardly cordial in public, this brief moment of awkwardness seemed to remind royal fans of the underlying tensions within the family.

The monarch passed away at her Scottish residence at Balmoral Castle on September 8, 2022, aged 96, ending a remarkable 70-year reign.

She was laid to rest on September 19, 2022, in The King George VI Memorial Chapel with her husband, Prince Philip, who passed away in 2021.

In attendance at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral were Prince William and Princess Kate and their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, as well as Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.

The solemn occasion came just one year after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s bombshell interview with US talk show host Oprah Winfrey, in which they levelled accusations of bullying and racism against the Royal Family.

Prince Harry’s recent solo appearance in New York has been overshadowed by the noticeable absence of his wife Meghan Markle, leading to speculation that their personal brand seems somewhat “little thin” when not presented as a “mega” double act, according to an expert.

During his visit coinciding with the UN General Assembly High-Level Week, he attended several events including a notable panel at the Clinton Global Initiative on Tuesday, where he highlighted issues within the digital space and paid homage to his late mother, Princess Diana, while discussing the Diana Award

His stint in the Big Apple wrapped up with a lively episode on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon that saw the Prince screaming expletives while braving a haunted maze alongside the comedian host.

Royal historian Dr Tessa Dunlop spoke to the Mirror about the prince’s engagements and commented on Meghan’s lack of presence, suggesting it might be due to the couple’s past conduct.

She told the Mirror: “It has been a whirlwind week for Prince Harry in New York, championing all the causes he cares about most: young people, Diana’s legacy, the climate and the corrosive effects of social media. ‘We’ve split the atom. We’ve walked on the moon. We are more than equipped to tackle this’ intoned the Duke as he strode like a colossus across the stage at the Clinton Global Initiative.

“Statesman Harry was all sharp suits, polished performances, and packed halls until he hit Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show with expletives and manly joshing as the pair pranked their way around a Haunted Maze to kick-start America’s Halloween obsession. ‘Is that Michael Buble? ‘ quipped Harry of an itinerant ghost. Half kid, half adult, Harry appeared to have it all – charisma, wit, goofball charm and yet the star power the Duke of Sussex exuded in Colombia was missing. Meghan was nowhere to be seen.

“Compounding this solo optic was Meghan’s no-show at Kevin Costner’s ranch last weekend when Harry gave away a prize at a First Responders fundraiser. By all accounts, the Duchess was ill. As for New York, she was never on the billing; this was Harry championing his own pet projects and charities.

“Surely we are passed the era when a comely wife is handmaiden to her husband’s grandstanding? Apparently not when it comes to the Duke and Duchess.

Prince Harry on the Jimmy Fallon show

“Part of the problem lies with their Sussex brand. It was very much together, under the gaze of the world’s media, that the couple walked away from the Royal Family. For better or for worse, Harry and Meghan became synonymous with rebellion, identity politics and woke culture. The Sussexes versus the Establishment was a global phenomenon.

“Alone Harry had been a second-rung royal or, in his words, the Spare. Meghan a bit-part Hollywood actress in a series called Suits. Together they were mega. Megabucks and mega stars. Nothing could stop them, not even a ‘manly pep talk’ from that other renegade, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson. But out on his own again, the Duke’s brand looks, well, a little thin, no matter how good Harry is at his American royal-adjacent role (very, as it turns out).”

Tessa does highlight that there have been joint appearances between the couple in the recent past, particularly their trip to Colombia, where they embarked on a series of visits during what was labelled a DIY Royal tour.

However, she noted that we can expect to see more solo ventures and appearances from Harry in the future. She elaborated: “While the Duchess has put in joint appearances with her Prince in Colombia, Nigeria and even New York (last October), in Britain, where Meghan felt bruised and they no longer receive state security, Harry’s solo show is set to continue.”

“This weekend the Duke returns to the UK, where as Patron, he is hosting the Wellchild award ceremony. And yes, once again he is returning home alone. Perhaps Boris Johnson will step into the breach, with another ‘pep talk’.”

Prince Harry would have been “hurt” by allegations  against his wife Meghan Markle regarding her attitude and behaviour towards staff, a royal expert has claimed.

The Hollywood Reporter, one of America’s prestigious entertainment news sources, recently published a scathing report labelling the Duchess of Sussex “Duchess Difficult” and claiming that her staff are allegedly “terrified” of her and her “belittling” behaviour towards them.

However Mandana Dayani, former Archwell COO has spoken out about the “profound injustice” and described the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as “kind, decent, caring people”.

Speaking on The Royals – with Roya and Kate podcast, royal editor Kate Mansey said that the story would have “hurt” both Harry and Meghan, especially at a time when Harry has enjoyed a “good week” in New York.

She said: “We’re going to see him in London at the Well Child awards on Monday. This is his thing, and the idea that this is coming up again which essentially they will see as a kind of old story that they had hoped to have put to bed.

“All the allegations coming back painting Meghan as this sort of demon and also she’s busy building her secret project, she’s busy building her lifestyle brand, her American Riviera Orchard, there’s going to be a big TV show with Netflix next year.

“So they won’t be wanting that to infringe on her brand as this sort of wholesome mother and creative person who’s living this amazing life in Montecito because that doesn’t tally with what’s coming from the Hollywood Reporter. So I’m sure that’s at play as well, they’re thinking ‘hang on a minute, we need to put a stop to this.”

Kate praised Harry for doing a “brilliant job” in New York as he joined a summit in New York to discuss the global mental health crisis facing young people. He warned the next generation’s future is in danger of being stolen if their advice is not listened to.

Harry called on governments to bring young people into decision-making policy to avert problems as he kicked off a run of high-profile appearances in the Big Apple.

The duke is championing causes close to his heart and those associated with his late mother Diana, Princess of Wales on the solo east coast trip with two days of events during UN General Assembly High-Level Week and Climate Week.

He took to the stage with the Diana Award on Monday, joining the charity’s chief executive Tessy Ojo and two winners of the Diana Legacy Award, Chiara Riyanti Hutapea Zhang, 18, from Indonesia, and Christina Williams, 27, from Jamaica. Harry told the winners his mother would have been “incredibly proud” of them.

Kate said: “He was sort of railing against those big companies saying ‘we need to take action for the sake of our children’ and it was so powerful.

“It was such a brilliantly worded speech and really well delivered and I thought ‘yes Harry, that’s what you should be doing, that’s exactly what you should be doing.”

Prince Harry ‘only has himself to blame’ for heightened UK security risk after he shot himself in the foot by releasing details of how many Taliban fighters he killed during his tours of Afghanistan.

Prince Harry’s shock revelation came in his memoir Spare where he recalled that he killed 25 Taliban fighters in Afghanistan.

Harry completed two tours of Afghanistan in 2007-08 and in 2012.

There are now increased security concerns ahead of his trip to the United Kingdom on Monday but according to a well placed source Harry only has himself to blame.

“The reason why Harry has become such a security concern is due to comments he’s made about the Taliban,” said the source. “Because of those comments, he will always be a target. That’s something he only has himself to blame.

Prince Harry’s Apache helicopter pilot instructor has said he was wrong to say how many people he killed in combat.

Steve Jones, 53, who trained Harry said: “We’re not here to say, ‘I did this, I did that’. It’s not a game. These are real people. They’ve got families. I wouldn’t have made any comment. I get a very uneasy feeling for anybody who says, ‘I killed 10’. It’s not what should be said, at all.

“But [Harry] did have a successful tour. It’s a shame he didn’t hang around to do more but I guess he ticked that box and scratched that itch and moved on. I would say he’s stepped backwards in a way, from the way he was to [how he is] now.”

Ahead of Harry’s visit to the UK on Monday, Express.co.uk has learned that Harry’s team have reportedly told event organisers that they are not allowed to inform the public or even those outside of a close-knit circle the location of this year’s event due to fears that the Duke could become a target.

A source said: “Harry is still very concerned about his security in the UK and his team have asked that the location not be shared with anyone until the day of the event,” said the source. “It’s one thing for Harry to come over last minute for a funeral or to see family, but completely different when the event is publicised and in the public domain.

“He [Harry] could become a target so the team have ensured that the location only be known on a need to know basis.”

The King and Queen arrive for a nine day tour of Australia and Samoa on October 18, including a four day visit to Samoa for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting on the island nation. In recent weeks, Charles has been spending time at his Birkhall home on the Balmoral estate in Aberdeenshire, planning his first major international tour since his diagnosis.

A source said: “The King, by his very nature, is a workaholic. If he’s not on public engagements, he is working on the next set while staying across his government papers or responding to correspondence.

“He hasn’t really slowed down despite the protests from those around him, but it has been important to him to remain to be seen. Even during his treatment he was keen to make sure things were in place for him to make a full time return.

“Now things are moving in a very positive direction which has enabled him to make long term plans.”

Even when staying in Scotland for the traditional royal summer break, the King has undertaken engagements on the way down to London to “keep the train on the tracks”, as one royal source divulged.

In the aftermath of the horrific Southport knife attack in July that claimed the lives of three schoolgirls, Charles instructed aides to make arrangements for him to visit the town to meet bereaved families and express his condolences for their loss. After consultation with the families and authorities after several towns and cities across Britain were besieged by far right protests, he made the trip en route to a cancer appointment.

Friends of the King has said he was “in awe” of the community spirit shown in the town devastated by the killings and outpouring of emotion for the grief stricken families of the schoolgirls and those who survived. After riots which threatened to take over large parts of the country, the King has praised the way “community spirit” and “compassion” countered the “aggression and criminality” on display.

Another source said: “These past few months have given cause for His Majesty to reflect on many things. Naturally, some of this has been on his own health and the way in which he wants to use his misfortune to create something positive, but equally he has considered what he wants to do when his treatment ends and he is back to full health.”

Charles, 75, was diagnosed in February following a three night hospital stay for an enlarged prostate. Following a procedure the King bravely decided to go public to encourage other men to seek help if facing a similar diagnosis.

The NHS and other men’s health charities heaped praise on the sovereign for being responsible for a huge upturn in inquiries about the condition, with NHS England reporting a 1,000% increase to its website. One palace source said the King has in recent weeks “radiated positivity” and even in his darkest days was “always looking to the future”.

The King resumed his public duties at the end of April 2024. His first public visit was to a cancer treatment centre with Queen Camilla while he also made a surprise visit to an army barracks in Hampshire, joking about being “allowed out of my cage”. He is now looking forward to pressing ahead with his tour of Australia – will also be the first Commonwealth realm he has visited as monarch – and Samoa for Chogm.

Reports the King could press ahead with 12 engagements a day were dismissed by aides, who confirmed the utmost care had been taken to tailor specifics in line with palace doctors who are confident Charles will be able to miss out on his scheduled cancer treatment for the period he is away. As part of the visit, Charles and Camilla will lay a wreath at the Australian War Memorial, and visit the “For our Country” memorial, dedicated to the service of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

In the capital Canberra, they will be welcomed to the Australian parliament by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. The royal couple will attend a barbeque in Sydney and visit the iconic opera house perched on the harbour.

Perhaps most poignantly the King will meet two cancer doctors, both Australians of the Year who were recognised for their work on skin cancer. Before they make their final preparations to leave, next Wednesday the King and Queen will be accompanied by The Duchess of Edinburgh and The Duke of Kent, to host a reception to celebrate the Commonwealth Diaspora, ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Samoa.

The event at St. James’s Palace will bring together more than 300 guests including Australian actor Cate Blanchett, singer Grace Jones who hails from Jamaica, South African born dancer and Strictly Come Dancing judge Motshegetsi “Motsi” Mabuse, Samoan rugby player Theodore McFarland, soprano Isabella Moore and singer Neil Finn, both from New Zealand.

This month Charles was surprised by a New Zealand women’s rugby player who asked him for a hug at a Buckingham Palace reception. The King said “why not” after winger Ayesha Leti-I’iga made the request, and he was then affectionately mobbed by a group of players. Afterwards he told the group “it was like being flattened by a scrum”.

One palace insider said: “The King is on the right path and enjoying being back in business.” Buckingham Palace did not comment.

Meghan DRAGS Harry INTO MESS: They get YELLED and SCREAMING during speech at Filmfare Awards South 2024: SHE HAD NO RIGHT TO BE THERE

At the 2024 Caribbean Music Awards, Meghan Markle encountered a deeply humiliating and widely publicized episode that highlighted the increasing chasm between her public persona and public sentiment.

As she took the stage to deliver a speech, the mood in the venue rapidly soured. The audience’s reaction was swift and unforgiving: boos, jeers, and shouts of “Get lost” and “We don’t want you here” filled the air. Despite her efforts to press on, the deluge of negative feedback became insurmountable, compelling Markle to abandon her speech and exit the stage.

The repercussions of this incident have been severe, igniting widespread criticism of Markle’s perceived arrogance and her alleged lack of respect for Caribbean culture. Many observers saw her presence at the awards as a poorly executed publicity stunt, questioning her genuine connection to the region. Critics argued that Markle’s strained relationship with the public, exacerbated by her controversial departure from royal duties and subsequent relocation to the United States, played a significant role in the hostile reception she faced. For many, her appearance at the event only underscored her perceived detachment and self-absorption.

Markle’s difficulties with public appearances are not limited to this event. She has faced accusations of failing to make authentic efforts to engage with the cultures and communities she interacts with. Despite her previous visits to the Caribbean, critics argue that she has done little to understand or respect the region’s cultural nuances. This perception has been fueled by her history of high-profile appearances, which often seem more self-serving than genuinely supportive or solidaristic.

The booing at the Caribbean Music Awards has only compounded Markle’s reputation as a polarizing figure. Many view her as a symbol of privilege, disconnected from the realities of those she claims to support. Her fraught relationship with the royal family, coupled with ongoing public scrutiny, has left her struggling to regain the public’s trust. The incident has exposed a deeper cultural disconnect that Markle appears either unable or unwilling to address.

Furthermore, the criticism extends beyond this particular incident, tapping into a broader narrative about Markle’s public persona. Many argue that her actions frequently lack substantive engagement, focusing instead on maintaining her celebrity status. Her controversial exit from royal duties and frequent media clashes have painted a picture of a woman more concerned with her image than with meaningful contribution or engagement.

This latest backlash at the Caribbean Music Awards has raised questions about Markle’s ability to connect with the public and whether she can ever overcome the negative perceptions that have come to define her. Her apparent inability to resonate with the Caribbean audience at the awards serves as a stark reminder of the challenges she faces in her quest to rebuild her public image. Her presence, perceived by many as a tone-deaf attempt at relevance, backfired spectacularly, leaving her once again facing public disdain. The incident underscores the significant hurdles Markle must overcome to repair her reputation and regain a positive standing with the public. Whether she can learn from this misstep and genuinely engage with the communities she seeks to champion remains uncertain. For now, the boos at the Caribbean Music Awards stand as a loud and clear signal that not everyone is buying what she’s selling.

Jodie Foster ‘THROWS A FIRE ANT’S NEST’ at Meghan: Her acting career is a mess and TOTALLY unworthy of even being a D-list star

Jodie Foster, a director known for her work on the acclaimed HBO crime drama “True Detective,” has publicly criticized Meghan Markle’s reported attempts to secure a role in the show. Foster, a two-time Oscar winner, expressed her disdain for Markle’s perceived sense of entitlement and lack of acting talent.

Rumors had circulated that Markle, who gained fame as an actress on the legal drama “Suits” before marrying into the British royal family, was actively pursuing a role in the next season of “True Detective.” Industry insiders claimed that Markle and her representatives had aggressively pushed for the opportunity, highlighting her acting skills and suggesting she would be a perfect fit for the show’s complex female characters.

However, Foster, who has become a driving creative force behind “True Detective” in recent years, dismissed these claims. In a candid interview, she launched into a scathing critique of Markle’s acting abilities, stating that Markle’s work lacked depth and range, and that she essentially played the same character in every project.

Foster also questioned Markle’s motivations for pursuing the role, suggesting it was a desperate attempt to stay relevant and maintain her public profile.

Foster’s comments sparked a firestorm on social media, with Markle supporters rushing to her defense and accusing Foster of being jealous or biased.

However, Foster remained unyielding in her criticism, insisting that she was simply speaking the truth about Markle’s lack of acting chops. She emphasized the level of commitment and skill required to do justice to the show’s gritty material, highlighting the stark contrast between Markle’s acting style and the demanding roles in “True Detective.”

Foster’s critique extended to Markle’s alleged demands for the role, including creative control and a hefty paycheck, which she deemed further evidence of Markle’s sense of entitlement and disconnect from the realities of the industry.

Ultimately, Foster made it clear that Markle’s chances of landing a role in the show were effectively zero, suggesting that Markle would be better off focusing her efforts elsewhere.

Foster’s unwavering stance, coupled with her scathing critique, effectively dashed Markle’s hopes of joining the cast of “True Detective.” The interview went viral, generating widespread discussion and debate about Markle’s acting abilities and her place in the entertainment industry.
