Meghan Markle Says She Feels Like One of the Most Bullied People on the Planet. She’s Opened Up About How the Constant Criticism and Attacks Have Taken a Serious Toll on Her… See more below 👇👇👇

Maybe she’s right or maybe she’s wrong. Meghan Markle recently went on the record to suggest that she’s one of the most bullied people in the world and of course, she’s getting a lot of backlash for her comments. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

The Duchess of Sussex recently spoke out about how she feels like she’s one of the most bullied people in the world. However, there are some royal critics out there who think that her comments are rather pretentious.

One royal expert by the name of Chloe Dobbs recently told GB News that these are comments that Meghan Markle could have kept to herself because they aren’t doing her any good. She’s only trying to portray herself as a victim again but it doesn’t seem to be working to her advantage.

She even put it this way, “This is just the most pathetic thing that has come out of her mouth. Tell this to kids who get beat up over and over again and are bullied by parents in abusive households.”

“I mean, how pretentious are you Meghan Markle?”

However, another critic by the name of Benjamin Butterworth, suggests that there seems to be an unhealthy dose of obsession with Meghan and especially in the UK.

In the same interview, she said, “We are quite aggressive towards her. We’re slightly obsessed in the media, whether it’s British or American media.”

“I can imagine that’s not nice to be on the receiving end of. But I do think there’s something really off about going and talking to young girls, going and talking to young people and saying, ‘pity me.’”

“You live a life of luxury unimaginable to 99.99 per cent of people on the planet, you should be telling those young people what they can achieve, not what they can fear.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said

King Charles and Prince William earn millions from the taxpayer from rents on properties on their private estates – including a prison, schools and a building used by the NHS, it has emerged.

The Mirror reports details of how the two most senior members of the Royal Family make £50million a year from their inherited estates can be revealed for the first time.

Working with Vera Productions and Channel 4 Dispatches, the newspaper obtained from the Land Registry the addresses of thousands of properties in the two royal Duchies of Cornwall and Lancaster, owned by Prince William and King Charles III.

They show how the Duchy earns £1.5m a year in rent – or £37.5m over 25 years – for HMP Dartmoor, a prison that now lies empty due to high levels of radon gas in the cells. Seven schools pay the Duchy more than £600,000 in rent over the lifetime of their leases.

The Duchy of Lancaster will earn £11.4m from a 15-year lease on a warehouse to Guys & St Thomas NHS Trust for its ambulance fleet.

Campaigner Guy Shrubsole, author of Who Owns England, told the Mirror: “I think this asks quite searching questions about how they are making their profits.

“Why are there not peppercorn rents or social rents being charged for the NHS for example?”

The Duchy of Cornwall also earns money from the military that both Charles and William trained in. The Ministry of Defence refused to reveal how much it paid the Duchy for the right to train troops on its land in Dartmoor.

But documents reveal the Duchy has received more than a million pounds from the Navy since 2004 for jetties and moorings for warships.

King Charles III was for many years a patron of Macmillan Cancer Support but the Duchy of Cornwall earned £22m in rent from an office block in London that housed a number of charities including Macmillan, Comic Relief and Marie Curie.

The documents also reveal how the Duchy of Lancaster, owned by Charles since 2022, is set to profit from a new generation of wind farms.

It owns the coastline from Barrow-in-Furness to the River Mersey and five leases reveal the Duchy will received at least £28m from power cables crossing this land.

A Duchy of Cornwall spokesperson it was “a private estate with a commercial imperative”.

The Mirror reports the Duchy of Lancaster said it “operates as a commercial company” and that “while His Majesty The King takes a close interest in the work of the Duchy, the day-to-day management of the portfolio is the responsibility of the Council and executive team”.

In a statement to the Mail Online, a spokesperson for the Duchy of Cornwall said: “The Duchy of Cornwall is a private estate with a commercial imperative which we achieve alongside our commitment to restoring the natural environment and generating positive social impact for our communities.

“Prince William became Duke of Cornwall in September 2022 and since then has committed to an expansive transformation of the Duchy. This includes a significant investment to make the estate net zero by the end of 2032, as well as establishing targeted mental health support for our tenants and working with local partners to help tackle homelessness in Cornwall.”

Express.co.uk has contacted both Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace for comment.

POLL: Should Meghan Markle let King Charles spend more time with Archie and Lilibet?

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have bought a new home in Portugal, which will be just a few hours away from King Charles in the UK by plane.

Meghan Markle is likely to let King Charles spend more time with her children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, when they are staying in their Portugal home.

Prince Harry, 40, and Meghan, 43, reportedly brought the holiday home last month, with the new abode giving the family more opportunity to see loved ones in the UK, something the duchess has not done for more than two years.

But will the couple take up this opportunity, and what will it mean for their children’s relationships with royal relatives?

While Meghan remains concerned about security in the UK, with Harry vowing to never let his family visit the country until he feels it is safe to do so, an insider believes having this European property could allow the couple’s children the chance to see their paternal grandfather, something they have rarely done since moving to America in 2020.

The source told Closer: “Now, if it is deemed safe from a security standpoint, it’s likely she’ll give her blessing for Harry to take Archie and Lilibet to see their grandpa, King Charles, at some point.

“And in terms of logistics, having a place in Portugal will make that easier, because Meghan can fly over with the kids without feeling trapped.”

This comes after the King is reportedly trying to create a strong bond with his two grandchildren in America despite being thousands of miles apart.

Royal author Ingrid Seward said: “Family has always been important to the King. He remembers his own somewhat fragmented childhood as his parents were always busy doing their duty. It is a great sadness to him he doesn’t see more of Archie and Lilibet. That is why he will never break ties with Harry.

“He does not want a FaceTime relationship with his son’s children. He wants to know them and be involved with their lives while they are still young enough to be able to learn from his wisdom.”

With the family set to spend more time in Europe, should Meghan let the King spend more time with Archie and Lilibet? Let us know by voting in our poll below.

It is reported that Harry and Meghan will not be spending Christmas in the UK with the King and will instead spend the festive period in their Montecito mansion in California.

This is unsurprising give the ongoing rifts between the duke and some of the Royal Family, including his brother Prince William, following the release of his memoir Spare last year.

Harry has not spent Christmas in the UK with his family since 2018.

Prince William has proved his brother Prince Harry wrong in a new ITV documentary following the future King as he tries to end homelessness, according to a royal historian.

The two-part series, Prince William: We Can End Homelessness, aired on Wednesday and Thursday night much to the delight of royal fans, and showed William in a way that differs to Harry’s representation of his brother in his memoir Spare.

Royal expert and historian Dr Tessa Dunlop told the Mirror: “ITV ‘s ‘Prince William, Together We Can End Homelessness’ wasn’t just moving television, it reframed the Prince of Wales as a future ‘King of hearts’.

“In the opening of his memoir Spare, Harry insisted that William with his ‘alarming baldness’ was losing his ‘famous resemblance to Mummy.’ It was fading apparently.

“The Duke of Sussex, blinded by his own sibling-sour grapes, couldn’t be more wrong. Last night, William channelled Diana. The same big-eyed stare, the same capacity to make the unseen in society feel seen, the same sincerity; as William readily owned, he had ‘taken guidance from what my mother did’.”

A royal book has revealed that King Charles fears being dragged into Prince Harry’s legal case regarding his security protection in the UK.

An updated edition of a royal book has revealed King Charles fears if he repairs his relationship with Prince Harry, he could be dragged into his son’s legal case regarding his security in the UK, placing him in “legal jeopardy”.

Robert Hardman’s biography, ‘Charles III: New King. New Court. The Inside Story’, which was published earlier this year, is in hardback with new material to be released on November 7.

It reveals Harry’s determination to pursue action against the Home Office about his security detail, which in turn has “driven a wedge” between father and son, as reported in the Daily Mail.

Hardman writes: “‘So imagine the situation,’ says the adviser, ‘if the Prince were to talk to his father about his court case and then later to describe that conversation – or, worse, a conversation which was not entirely accurate. There would be serious legal jeopardy.’

“‘Harry would only have to say, ‘My father said this’ and a court case could collapse,’ says the adviser. ‘That’s not just awkward. That’s bad. That is deep legal and constitutional jeopardy when you are head of state and of the judiciary and it is His Majesty’s Government.”

    King Charles

Discussing the situation on Palace Confidential, Rebecca English, the Daily Mail’s Royal Editor, previously stated: “Prince Harry firmly believes his father has the ability to overrule and to get his security reinstated. The point is repeatedly made that King Charles does not have the power to do that. If he were to interfere it would be a serious constitutional matter.”

When Harry stepped down as a working royal in 2020 to eventually reside in California, America, with his family, he was stripped of his police protection.

The committee deciding on security for royalty and senior public figures, known as Ravec, consequently changed Prince Harry’s level of protection when his status changed.

Harry received full publicly funded protection before stepping back as a working royal and eventually moving to America with his wife Meghan Markle four years ago.

In an interview with ITV titled ‘Tabloids on Trial’, Prince Harry mentioned his fears for Meghan Markle and her safety in the UK. In an interview with ITV titled ‘Tabloids on Trial’, Prince Harry mentioned his fears for Meghan Markle and her safety in the UK.

    Prince Harry

Harry explained: “It’s still dangerous, and all it takes is one lone actor, one person who reads this stuff to act on what they have read.”

He added: “Whether it’s a knife or acid, whatever it is – and these are things that are of genuine concern for me. It’s one of the reasons why I won’t bring my wife back to this country.”

Harry first sought a judicial review over the Royal and VIP Executive Committee (RAVEC) to remove his right to automatic police protection after he left the working Royal Family. However, the Court of Appeal granted him leave to challenge the High Court judgment back in May.

Now a court official has confirmed that a date has been set for Harry’s appeal to be heard in London, starting on either April 8 or 9 next year.

The Mail On Sunday revealed that a two-day hearing will go ahead in April in the latest dramatic twist to Harry’s three-year legal fight with the British government about his UK security.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sent shockwaves across the world when they quit life as senior members of the British Royal Family in 2020.

Just two years after their 2018 Windsor wedding, the couple decided to branch off on their own and relocate overseas to America to become “financially independent”.

Since then, the couple have been living in a Montecito mansion with their two children Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, and have not held back on slating Royal life.

In 2021, the pair took part in a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey where they hurled accusations of racism at the Royal Family.

A year later, just months after the death of Queen Elizabeth, the couple released their 2022 Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan, where they spoke about life as a Royal in a negative light.

In 2023, Harry, 40, then made matters even worse by publishing his memoir Spare, which was the final straw in his relationship with his brother Prince William, the future King.

While rumours have been squashed about the couple relocating to the UK, especially considering Harry’s ongoing American visa rows, some people think a return to part-time royal duties could be on the cards for the duke.

According to various reports, Meghan, 43, is eager for Harry to maintain some form of relationship with the Royal Family so they have a door open if they wish to return. They have also made sure their children have kept their prince and princess titles.

However, should they be allowed to rejoin in part-time roles after everything they have said and done? Have your say in our poll below.

Royal expert Tom Quinn told The Mirror: “ Harry still has vague hopes that he will be forgiven and will be offered a minor role somewhere. Harry will really make huge efforts to build bridges with his brother and be allowed to be the part-time royal (with Meghan) that he wants to be. But if palace officials have their way, it will never happen.”

This comes after the former butler of King Charles, Grant Harrold, exclusively told Express.co.uk that the King would probably welcome Harry back if they regained trust. The butler, who worked for Charles when he was the Prince of Wales between 2004 and 2011, said: “Never say never, time is a healer. I think it depends on what he does over the next couple of years if we can see him come back in.

“I’m sure his father would probably love to welcome him back with open arms, they’ve just got to be sure that what’s happened in the past few years is not going to happen again.”

Prince Andrew has officially been financially cut off by his brother King Charles, it has been reported.

Discussing a new low in relations between the brothers, author Robert Hardman has revealed that the King has acted decisively – despite Andrew’s attempts to call his bluff.

In an updated biography by the acclaimed royal writer, which has been serialised by the Daily Mail, Mr Hardman reveals that the King had recenly advised the Keeper of the Privy Purse – who is the monarchy’s finance director – to “cut off” his brother’s annual personal allowance. This is believed to amount to around £1 million per year.

A source has said: “The duke is no longer a financial burden on the King.”

News that the King has “cut off” his younger brother appears to suggest that the ball is now firmly back in Andrew’s court, according to the publication.

King Charles has also been long rumoured to want his brother to move out of Royal Lodge – his home which he shares with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

Well-placed sources have also claimed that the late Queen – who has long been accused of being reluctant in taking action when it come to the scandal surrounding her rumoured favourite son – would have forced Andrew out of Royal Lodge – if she had lived for another year.

They added that the late monarch would have made him downsize from the 30-room property and and move into the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s former UK home, Frogmore Cottage.

Previously speaking to GB News, royal expert Michael Cole claimed that Andrew was “refusing to leave” Royal Lodge.

While Andrew holds a 75-year lease on the property, Mr Cole explained: “Andrew has to take care of the upkeep of the building.

“When you have an old rambling house that like that one, it’s very expensive to to maintain.

“His real problem is that the King, who has been paying for his security detail at Royal Lodge, this is coming to an end. The contract has been terminated.”

Meghan Markle’s claim that the Royal Family failed to help her adjust to royal life has finally been debunked by royal insiders.

According to the Mail, royal insiders now claim that it was Meghan who “threw their offer back in their faces” and that she was the one who turned down their help.

The sources claim that the Royal Family did everything they could to help Meghan adjust to royal life – but that she did not want the extra assistance.

As reported by the Sun, one staffer who worked at the Palace at the time said: “It was Clive [now Sir Clive Alderton, private secretary to the King] who said that if we could get this right for Harry, we’d be creating a blueprint for future younger sons for generations.

“We seconded people from Clarence House, very expert people, to help them, but the Duchess wouldn’t trust them.”

    Harry and Meghan

Speaking of Meghan and Harry’s claims that they were not supported, the sources added, “Those two were offered considerable resources, and then later said that they had been offered no help. And that was completely wrong.”

As well as support in becoming a royal, Meghan also previously alleged that the family didn’t provide support when she opened up about her mental health struggles. The mum of two stated this in the couple’s interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

Meghan said the Palace told her she couldn’t get help because it “wouldn’t be good for the institution.”

Less than two years after their royal wedding, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their plans to step down from royal duties in early 2020. The couple now reside in California with their two children, Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.

Prince Harry made a new appearance today but some royal fans were not impressed.

The Duke of Sussex appeared via video at the NATO military committee in New York to speak about how “the unconquerable heroes of Invictus symbolise strength, perseverance and resilience”.

Harry’s passion project, the Invictus Games, supports wounded, injured and sick service members and veterans.

While the duke was seen addressing the NATO officials from his home in Montecito, California, the charity was represented by a delegation that attended in person and included Dominic Reid, Chief Executive of Invictus; Lord Allen, Chancellor of the Board of Trustees; and Richard Smith, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

However, Harry’s appearance at the meeting was not perceived well by some royal fans who took to social media to express their views.

One user wrote on X: “This is a f*****g joke. What country does Harry represent? What experience or wisdom can he offer? Do better. The world is laughing at @NATO.”

A second one agreed: “It’s embarrassing seeing a Z-list celebrity who these days is a bit of a joke being given a platform by NATO. He is all about publicity-seeking stunts to keep himself relevant.”

A third one opined: “With all due respect, Sir, a veteran with legitimate, verified combat experience would have been a much better choice. This one not only lacks that experience, but his only involvement with that organisation is for self-aggrandisement. He is a disgrace.”

However, others were keen to see the duke speak at such a high-profile event.

One user said: “I know he’s British but am I allowed to call him a Statesman? He’s out there doing real work that matters. Just proud of him.”

Another one wrote: “As usual. When he needs to be, he is a very serious man.”

A third one chimed: “Go Prince Harry!”

A fourth one said: “Prince Harry out here doing serious work with serious people.”

A fifth one added: “Look at our Prince Harry here briefing NATO.”

Royal Family offered Meghan Markle full support but she ‘refused to trust them’

The Royal Family had reportedly offered Meghan Markle help when it was time for her to become a part of the clan, but she refused and wanted to do it herself, according to a new royal book

The Royal Family offered Meghan Markle their full support when she married Prince Harry but she turned them down due to a lack of “trust”, insiders say.

The royals reportedly bent over backwards to help the Duchess to make the difficult adjustment to royal life but she wanted to do it all herself, according to a new biography of the monarch by royal author Robert Hardman, titled Charles III.

A staffer working at the Palace when Meghan arrived on the scene explained: “”It was Clive [now Sir Clive Alderton, private secretary to the King] who said that if we could get this right for Harry, we’d be creating a blueprint for future younger sons for generations.

Despite the couple’s many controversial attacks against the royal family, the 75-year-old monarch is not against burying the hatchet and mending ties. When the 40-year-old Prince returned for a visit in May, he was even offered a room at Buckingham Palace, but chose to stay in a hotel, citing security concerns, the King’s staffer said. He quipped: “I’m not sure you could get anywhere more secure than the Palace.”

It was recently revealed that Prince Harry had a furious response when he was told Meghan was not welcome at Balmoral on the day of the Queen’s death.

As Harry prepared to travel from London to Scotland to be with his grandmother in September 2022, he learned that while the royals were gathering to be with the Queen in her final moments, Meghan was not invited.

Harry had expressed his wish for his wife to join him on his journey – but it was his father Charles who put his foot down. The Duke recalled the awkward phone call in his tell-all memoir Spare, writing: “He said I was welcome at Balmoral, but he didn’t want… her. He started to lay out his reason, which was nonsensical, and disrespectful, and I wasn’t having it.”

Harry said he retorted firmly to his father’s comments about Meghan, saying: “Don’t ever speak about my wife that way…He stammered, apologetic, saying he simply didn’t want a lot of people around. No other wives were coming, Kate wasn’t coming, he said, therefore Meg shouldn’t. Then that’s all you needed to say.”

The Queen peacefully passed away at 15:10 on September 8. Of her family members, only Charles, Camilla and Princess Anne were able to see her before she died.

Buckingham Palace had announced at 12.50pm that Prince William, Prince Andrew, Prince Edward and Sophie had started to make their way to Scotland. Sadly, they were not in time. They landed at 3:50pm, 40 minutes after her death. With William at the wheel, they drove to Balmoral, arriving at 5.06pm. Prince Harry, meanwhile, left Luton airport onboard a private jet at about 5.30pm. He was still in the air when the announcement of the queen’s death was made at 6.30pm.
