Swift is set to attend the Chiefs’ games on Christmas Day against the Raiders and when they take on the Cincinnati Bengals on New Year’s Eve. The Chiefs got back to winning ways after defeating the New England Patriots 27-17 on Sunday at Gilette Stadium.

The defending champions will be aiming for a strong end to the regular season with just three games remaining as they hunt for the AFC’s top playoff seed. The Chiefs have hosted the AFC title game in each of the last five seasons and won two Super Bowls in three attempts, including last year’s triumph.

“Gillette Stadium is the most joyful place on Earth,” the quote read — but it didn’t look like she was having a “joyful” experience.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one attendee shared a video of the moment when the crowd erupted into audible boos as soon as Taylor appeared on the screen.

The star looked as if she was trying to brush the reaction off as she nonchalantly rested her chin on her hand. Taylor then turned to Brittany and shrugged, pointedly gesturing to the crowd with her eyes and seemingly saying, “I knew this was coming.”

Swift was watching the game and supporting her boyfriend Travis Kelce as he helped the Chiefs snap their two-game losing streak. The pop superstar was spotted handing out tips to food runners.

In a picture posted to X (formerly Twitter) by one of Swift’s fan pages, Swift held a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee cup while handing out a handful of notes. It wasn’t clear exactly how much money was being handed over, but the recipient had at least one $100 bill in his hands with Swift passing over more notes.

What’s more, her father, Scott, was spotted on video giving the inhabitants of the suite next to theirs a piece of Taylor’s birthday cake, much to the surprise of the fans in the suite. The video then cuts to Scott trying to talk to Taylor as the latter looks over to the other suite, with a smile on her face.

Notably, Swift was wearing a custom white and red Chiefs beanie, with the number “87” stitched on it, in reference to Kelce’s jersey number.

It appears as if Swift’s support at Gillette Stadium helped, as the Chiefs were able to snap their losing streak to defeat the Patriots 27-17 to improve to 9-5. However, Kelce was shaken up during the game on more than one occasion.

In the second quarter, Patrick Mahomes threw a jump ball toward Kelce as he waited in the end zone and while he got his hands on the ball, the Patriots defender was able to knock the ball away. Frustrated he was unable to make the play, Kelce clapped his hands forcefully while his superstar partner shouted a handful of expletives after watching the play.

Then in the fourth quarter, Kelce collided with a handful of New England defenders and was slow to get up after falling out of bounds. Despite returning to the game, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told reporters after the game that the star tight end had an elbow stinger, hence his reactions.

Overall, Kelce had another down game, even though the Chiefs were able to leave Foxborough with the win. Kelce had just five catches for 28 yards, continuing his trend of inconsistent play as of late.

In his last three games, Kelce had four catches for 81 yards against the Green Bay Packers, which came in a loss, and six catches for 83 yards against the Buffalo Bills in addition to his aforementioned statistics against the Patriots. The last time Kelce had a touchdown was on Nov. 21 against the Philadelphia Eagles, when he had seven receptions for 44 yards.

With Swift having received a very expensive gift from Gracie and Ava Hunt, the heiresses of the Chiefs organization, for her birthday on Dec. 13, it would only make sense for Swift to pay it forward to those around her, especially her closest friends.

In TikTok footage from the Super Bowl on Feb. 11, one Swiftie zoomed in on the Eagles-branded lanyard around Scott’s neck, even though the rest of his outfit featured Chiefs gear.

Swift and Kelce have been publicly dating for months now, and experts believe they are on the cusp of taking the next step together.

“Speculation was rife that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce had started to share a home together for the long-term in late November, as the singer moved in with her NFL boyfriend for a brief period in the two-month break from The Eras Tour,” Tes said.

“However, this cohabitation was temporary, meaning the major relationship milestone is yet to be reached.

“We expect to see the duo officially move in together before the end of March, as they can take a break from their intense career schedules and shift their attention to more personal priorities.

“The relationship is clearly going well, and both parties’ families were pictured together at the Super Bowl, so there’s no reason to believe that things will slow down.”

The experts believe that Swift and Kelce will likely choose either Kelce’s Kansas City mansion or Swift’s estate in Nashville for their residence.

“While we can definitely expect Taylor and Travis to spend some of their impressive combined net worth on a new home in the future, it’s likely that they’ll choose to cohabit in one of their existing properties first,” Tes said.

“If the pair moves into one of Travis’s homes, this will probably be the $6 million 17,000 sq. ft Kansas City mansion he bought last year.

“It’s also a benefit for the partners that the properties are close to where both parties feel most comfortable – for Travis, it’s because of his incredible solidarity with the Chiefs, while for Taylor, her Nashville property is in her home town.

“It’s also not likely that either property reminds the duo of their former partners, as Taylor’s Tennessee estate mainly represents her love for her family and birthplace, while Travis’ Kansas mansion is brand new.”

“Investing in a new home together isn’t off the table for this year, but we’d be surprised if this happens any earlier than when Taylor’s UK leg of The Eras Tour ends,” Tes said.

“Taylor will simply be too busy juggling promo for her new album, awards season, and packed tour schedule to commit to such a key purchase before late August, but Travis will be keen to organize things before the 2024 NFL season kickstarts on September 5.

“In fact, we’d be surprised if Taylor and Travis are spotted purchasing a shared property any later than the end of August, as absence makes the heart grow fonder, and the NFL star seems extremely smitten with the singer.

“Swift can’t realistically jet across to Kansas from the UK whenever she gets a break between shows without risking exhaustion, so it makes sense that they’d want something big to look forward to, like buying a home together.”
