Prince William’s visit through the English Shore is wrapping up, but before he heads home, he gave Imperial fans a quick update on Kate Middleton as she continues to rest and recuperate from her precautionary chemotherapy.

Today, the Prince of Wales made a stop at Saint Mary’s Community Medical Clinic in the Isles of Scilly and gave a staff member some insight into how Kate is doing as she keeps on postponing her royal obligations.

William has returned to work and is wrapping up a quick two-road trip to Cornwall. People noticed that the area has a special significance for Kate and William as they take the children to Tresco often, and when he was young, William spent time there with his brother Harry and his parents, King Charles and the late Princess Diana.

“Will you bring them later in the year, perhaps?” Smith asked, to which William responded that there may be a chance for the family to make a trip soon, but that it would be a confidential escape and not part of another royal arrangement.

Prince William’s visit included opportunities for him to learn about healthcare and the challenges that the clinic faces with its unique island location. William’s excursion to the Isles of Scilly began with a quick stop at Saint Mary’s Harbor, where he was seen getting pastries for Kate, George, Charlotte, and Louis.

“My family are exceptionally vexed I’m here without them,” he said while greeting spectators at the harbor. “The kids will kill me if I don’t return home later.”

William has been moving back into his royal arrangements since Kate’s March 22 announcement. Sources close to the family say that although he’s slowly working back to a normal schedule, his wife and family come first. “William is focusing on giving her all the time she really wants to improve in The Help, especially to the children,” an insider told individuals.

Prince William said his wife Catherine is getting along well following her cancer diagnosis. He offered the comments on a visit to St Mary’s Community Medical Clinic on the Isles of Scilly, where he was told about a new health and social care facility being built on duchy land near the clinic.

During his visit on Friday, William was given a card for his father, the king, also a cancer patient, and Catherine by Lady Linda McAle, who said it was from her granddaughter who wanted to wish his father and wife recover soon.

As the heir of the prestigious position, William is Duke of Cornwall and receives a salary from the Duchy of Cornwall, a portfolio of land, property, and investments that owns much of the Isles of Scilly. The royal schedule included a visit through St Mary’s Harbor, which is controlled by the duchy and handles everything from passenger boats to fishing vessels and freight ships. There, he met a gig boat crew who came third in the world pilot gig titles, which were held in Scilly last weekend.

Meghan Markle has been spotted in Abuja on the first day of her visit to Nigeria with Prince Harry.
    Meghan Markle claps in Nigeria

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are clearly enjoying their time in Nigeria, as they were snapped smiling and dancing at the Wuse Lights Academy in the capital Abuja.

The couple are currently on a three-day visit to the West African country, having been invited by the Chief of Defence staff at last year’s Invictus Games in Germany.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Visit Nigeria

They looked delighted as they were entertained by local children on their first engagement of the day, however Meghan’s long peach-coloured dress was less pleasing for royal fans online.

The Duchess of Sussex wore the floor-length sleeveless ‘Windsor’ dress by Heidi Merrick in Blush, accessorised with gold bangles and earrings but the hem of the garment was seen dragging on the ground.

One person commented on X: “How difficult is it to get things hemmed? I must be a genius as I have about the same height as Meghan and just a fraction of her budget or influence, yet manage to get things routinely tailored to fit.”

Meghan’s peach dress drew criticism for its length

Another said: “That outfit is a disgrace, what is wrong with her”, while a third pointed out: “I agree, the dress is appalling. It doesn’t fit it hasn’t been fitted and it is inappropriate for the occasion.”

One X user added that in Nigeria it is currently 33C and 54 percent humidity, suggesting that the Sussexes have opted for comfort first and foremost.

Others suggested it was inappropriate for her to wear a dress that is semi-backless.

The couple landed in Abuja at 5am this morning and had a few hours rest at their hotel before arriving at their first activity at the Academy, with a packed schedule ahead of them.

During their time in Nigeria Harry and Meghan will also travel to Kaduna and Lagos before they head back to California on Monday.

Sport is one of the key themes of the trip as Harry’s own volleyball team will be playing a novelty match against the Chief of Defence’s team, and they will also watch a Giants of Africa basketball game.

The Duke and Duchess will spend time meeting with injured military veterans and the family members and loved ones of those killed in action, a cause Harry has shown his passion for with the Invictus Games.

In 2023 Nigeria competed in the Invictus Games for the first time, a particularly poignant moment for Meghan who is 43 percent Nigerian.

King Charles accidentally reveals Kate Middleton’s suffering

King Charles, who has emerged into a renewed chapter of his life post-cancer treatment, marked by his medical team’s approval for him to resume public duties, inadvertently alluded to the challenges faced by his daughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, during his recent appearance.

The Monarch, aged 75, made an unexpected visit to an army barracks in Hampshire, where he humorously remarked about his freedom, stating he was “allowed out of my cage.”

His absence from public engagements spanning nearly 3 months due to his undisclosed cancer diagnosis came to an end as he was escorted into the officer’s Mess by LTC Grant, according to BBC reports.

Charles expressed his apologies for catching the officers off-guard, attributing his sudden appearance to his newfound liberty, quipping, “When this opportunity appeared and I had been allowed out of my cage, I wanted to come to have a look.”

His jest subtly hinted at the probable sentiments of his daughter-in-law, The Duchess of Cambridge, who is likely feeling confined by her circumstances, unable to engage in public activities while undergoing preventative chemotherapy. Notably, Princess Kate has been absent from official engagements, her public outings curtailed by her ongoing medical treatment over the past four months.

Despite the challenges, there have been glimpses of reassurance regarding Kate’s health, as shared by her husband, Prince William, during a recent outing. He provided a positive update, affirming that she’s doing well. Kate Middleton’s candid acknowledgment of her cancer diagnosis through an emotional video statement in March served to dispel speculations and address concerns about her prolonged absence from public life, disclosing her ongoing chemotherapy regimen.

Prince William Finally BREAKS SILENCE With Unprecedented Words On Catherine & King’s Cancer Battle

Prince William, the Prince of Wales, has been working with a change journal throughout the course of recent months as his wife undergoes cancer treatment.

He has adapted his journal to fit around his everyday life over the past few months as he supports Catherine during her treatment.

During this challenging chapter, Prince William is keeping his inner circle tight and is not leaning on too many others.

The Prince of Wales arrived in the southwest today, where he will spend some time before his onward travels to the Isles of Scilly tomorrow. The two-day stint away from the princess, who is recovering privately from cancer treatment, has been viewed as a positive move by Royal fans. They believe that his time away from his family, especially an overnight stay away from home, can only mean that his wife is in good hands and making progress in her treatment.

Official updates on the princess’s well-being have been meager since she announced she was getting therapy for the disease in Spring. Despite the palace’s attempt to maintain a veil of privacy, relentless speculation persisted, casting a shadow over the princess’s battle against cancer.

To see Catherine’s health battle overshadowed by baseless gossip was incredibly difficult for him to bear. A former staffer from the palace, speaking on condition of anonymity, shared insights into the prince’s turmoil. The rumors left him feeling upset and angry. However, William is strong-minded and stubborn; sometimes, he’s managed to compartmentalize his emotions, maintaining his composure in public while privately wrestling with the anguish caused by the relentless scrutiny of his wife’s health.

In an age where privacy is a precious commodity, even for those born in the spotlight, the royal family struggles to shield their loved ones from the harsh glare of public scrutiny. It’s a poignant reminder of the fragility of personal boundaries.

In February, William navigated the cancer diagnosis of his father, King Charles, while Catherine continued her abdominal surgery recovery amid growing speculation online about her absence from public life. As he treads the tightrope of duty to his young family and to his country, Prince William’s primary focus is steadfastly supporting his wife. For William, everything hinges on Katherine’s well-being. The family-first mantra that has guided the couple throughout their 13-year marriage is now more important than ever to him, especially to his children when they need him most.

A close source tells that William is prioritizing giving her all the time she needs to get better and the support, particularly to the children. Despite the challenges, the couple remain committed to maintaining a sense of normalcy for their kids, continuing routines at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor and their country home, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk. Privately, they’ve marked special occasions, including the couple’s wedding anniversary and Louis’s 6th birthday on April 23rd and Charlotte’s 9th on May 2nd. Spending time with their children is one of the most precious and enjoyable things they can do, says longtime Royal biographer Robert Lacy.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited a local school in the Nigerian capital Abuja on May 10th, Friday.

While there, the couple took part in many activities with the children and also shared stories about their own children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

While talking to the kids, Meghan Markle told them about a beautiful moment she had with her daughter Lilibet.

What did Lilibet say to Meghan Markle?
Princess Lilibet, almost 3 years old, i the youngest child of the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex. Meghan told the classroom, “Our daughter, Lili, she’s much, much tinier than you guys. She’s about to turn three. And a few weeks ago she looked at me and she would just see the reflection in my eyes. And she (goes), ‘Mama, I see me in you.’ “
Meghan then explained to the class that even though her daughter had meant it literally as she saw her reflection in her mother’s eyes, she hung onto the words of her daughter. “nd I thought, yes, I do see me in you, and you see me in you,” she said. After that, she told the students, “As I look around this room, I see myself in all of you as well.”

Later, the couple played some fun games with the kids in the class and shared some more fun experiences they had with their own children back home. Meghan told them that Lilibet’s favorite class was singing and dancing, which is probably due to all the jumping she gets to do. She also shared that Prince Archie, who is 5 years old, loves construction while the kids in a STEM class showed them their robotics projects. When introduced to the oldest child in the class, who is also 5, Meghan shared that her son Archie is also the same age and he just turned 5 last week.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Nigeria visit is going to be pretty full
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s visit to the school in Abuja was one of the first stops on the couple’s first visit to Nigeria. They were officially invited to the country by the highest-ranking military officials- Nigeria’s Chief of Defense Staff. Their weekend visit, which began with the school, seems to be pretty busy with Prince Harry visiting a military hospital to meet injured veterans on Friday afternoon.

On Saturday, May 11th, Meghan will be co-hosting a Women in Leadership event with the Director General of the World Trade Organization, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. Harry and Meghan will then head to a training session for the Nigeria: Unconquered organization and then to a reception which will be hosted by the Chief of Defense Staff on the same day. On May 11th, Sunday, they, along with Giants of Africa, will go to a basketball clinic. They will finish off their visit with a Polo fundraiser for Nigeria: Unconquered and a cultural reception.

Since it’s their first visit to Nigeria, it carries a lot of significance for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. It is especially important to Meghan, who revealed in her Archetypes podcast that she found out through a genealogy that she is 43% Nigerian. In the podcast, she told her guest, comedian Ziwe about it and how people, especially Nigerian women are surprised when she tells them the results. Ziwe replied that this was great for the community and said, “No, honestly, you do look like a Nigerian, you look like my Aunt Uzo. So this is great.”

IMPORTANT UPDATE About Princess Catherine’s Health Condition Leaves Fans Tears Of Relief Flow
The Royal Family has remained steadfast in their support of Princess Catherine, whose health journey continues.

Amid recent controversy sparked by statements made by a clothing designer for the children of Prince William and Catherine, new details about the health of the Princess of Wales have emerged.

A few days ago, the designer caused a stir with comments suggesting that the princess was facing significant challenges due to her illness.

However, Prince William himself shared new information about Catherine’s health during his latest official visit to St. Mary’s Community Hospital in the Isles of Scilly.

While locals were pleased to see the Prince of Wales, residents and Royal fans online were eager to know about Princess Catherine’s well-being and expressed longing for her return to royal duties. Prince William’s confirmation that the princess is doing well during her recovery from cancer treatments reaffirms why he proceeded with his two-day trip to the Southwest, leaving Catherine and the children behind in Windsor.

According to a close source to the royal family, there’s a palpable sense of positive vibes and optimistic moods surrounding news of Catherine’s improving health. While specific details of her treatment and prognosis remain private, the knowledge that Catherine is on a path to recovery is cause for celebration.

Prince William’s display of compassion and dedication to service serves as a reminder of the core mission of the Royal Family to uplift and support communities in need, as well as their commitment to performing royal duties as future king.

The letter given to Prince William by matron Linda Mcel, penned by her granddaughter, wishes Princess Katherine and King Charles well with their respective cancer recoveries. This gesture reflects the collective support and well-wishes extended to the royal family during this challenging time.

While Prince William has been his wife’s rock during hard times, he has also managed to bring smiles to youngsters’ faces during his official engagements. Observers noted his ease in interacting with others and engaging in ordinary moments, demonstrating a sense of normalcy amidst the ongoing challenges.

Royal expert Phil Dampier noted positive signs regarding the progress of Catherine’s treatment, evidenced by an increase in the Royal Family’s commitments. Prince William’s confidence in her recovery is evident, yet behind closed doors, he continues to grapple with the emotional weight of his wife’s diagnosis, drawing strength from the love and support of his family.

In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London. At the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful, however, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised I should undergo preventive chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.”

“This of course comes as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this for our young family. It has taken my time for me to recover from my surgery,” she continued. “Most importantly, it has taken us time to explain to George, Charlotte and Louis and to reassure them I am going to be OK. As I’ve said to them, I am well. Having William by my side is a great source of comfort, and the love and support and kindness that has been shown from so many of you. As a family, we need some time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment. My work has always brought me a deep sense of joy. I must focus on making a full recovery. At this time, I am also thinking of those whose lives have been affected by cancer. Please do not lose faith or hope. You are not alone.”

After the news went viral, Harry, 39, and Meghan, 42, sent their well-wishes.

“We wish health and healing for Kate and the family, and hope they are able to do so privately and in peace,” they said in a statement.

Harry arrived to the U.K. on May 7, but it doesn’t sound like he will be able to see any of his family, as his father, King Charles, who is also battling cancer, is too busy, while William isn’t interested in making amends with his sibling.

“They were once extremely close, and Harry was hit hard by the news of her cancer diagnosis, which he learned about just the way the rest of us did, via Kate’s shocking video,” expert Christopher Andersen claimed. “Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear [Prince] William is willing to let his brother anywhere near his ailing wife.”

Meghan Markle will miss out on the US version of Mother’s Day as she visits Nigeria with Prince Harry – while Archie and Lilibet have remained in California.

Meghan Markle will hearbreakingly miss out on the US-version of Mother’s Day – as she will still be in Nigeria with Prince Harry.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s children, Archie, five, and two-year-old Lilibet, are currently staying with their maternal grandmother Doria Ragland.

Tomorrow (Sunday, May 11) marks Mother’s Day in America, while the celebrations in the UK has already passed, having taken place on March 10.

Despite currently being separated by thousands of miles, Meghan Markle has clearly kept her children close in her thoughts, even mentioning them while giving talks to schoolchildren.

The 42-year-old told a class full of youngsters: “Our daughter, Lili, she’s much, much tinier than you guys. She’s about to turn three. And a few weeks ago she looked at me and she would just see the reflection in my eyes. And she goes, ‘Mama, I see me in you”, Oh, now she was talking really literally. But I hung onto those words in a very different way. And I thought, yes, I do see me in you, and you see me in you.”

The Duchess, who claims to be of 43 percent Nigerian heritage after taking an ancestry test last year, told the class: “As I look around this room, I see myself in all of you as well.”

Harry and Meghan won’t have long to way before seeing their children, however, as they are scheduled to return to the USA on Monday after heading to the Nigerian capital of Lagos, as well as Kaduna before they head back to California to be reunited with their family.

The trip hasn’t been without its controversies, however, as Prince Harry came under fire for “inspecting” Nigerian troops – with fans claiming he has “no right” to do due to him having quit the Royal Family.

Others even urged King Charles to step in, with one fan writing on social media platform X: “He is not an acting royal representing his father. Everyone knew this would happen!”

Another added: “I’m angered by this too. Harry has no authority to ‘inspect’ troops. His late grandmother stripped him of all his military titles. Someone said they are calling him, ‘Your Highness’. Harry’s ‘HRH’ was removed too. The King needs to shut this down.”

Meanwhile Meghan Markle committed a major fashion blunder yesterday, as eagle-eyed royal fans spotted that her long, peach-coloured dress was “crumpled” at the bottom.

One person commented on X: “How difficult is it to get things hemmed? I must be a genius as I have about the same height as Meghan and just a fraction of her budget or influence, yet manage to get things routinely tailored to fit.”

However, Meghan fans have came to her defence, insisting that scorching temperatures in the African nation will require one to “dress for comfort”, while others praised her new hairstyle as “breathtakingly beautiful”.

Princess Kate and Prince William have employed the services of Millie Pilkington for many years, with some of her pictures now going public.

Ever since Princess Kate married into the Royal Family, she has been keen to give fans a glimpse into her and Prince William’s family life with charming portraits released for special occasions.

For events such as Mother’s and Father’s Day and their children’s birthdays the couple post a new picture to their social media, often a less formal and more relaxed take on royal life.

While many of these images are taken by Kate herself, her private photographer Millie Pilkington has been a firm favourite of the Prince and Princess of Wales ever since their wedding in 2011.

For their big day thirteen years ago Kate and William’s official photographer was Hugo Burnard, who had previously worked for King Charles and Queen Camilla.

However Ms Pilkington was picked by the couple themselves to take pictures for their own personal album, with one of her stunning black and white images of the day being shared for the first time to celebrate their anniversary last month.

Princess Kate chose Millie Pilkington for her wedding day

Based in Dorset, Ms Pilkington began working on her photography full-time after she got married in 2000, with her speciality being wedding and children’s portraits.

She came to the attention of the Middleton family when Kate’s mum Carole hired her to take pictures for her business Party Pieces, which she has since sold.

This was likely when she was first introduced to Kate, who then asked her to take pictures of her wedding. Ms Pilkington described the day to Sheerluxe.com, saying: “If I had to describe it in three words, that day was surreal, magical and terrifying! And the most incredible honour – I still struggle to believe I was there.”

Her website states: “Whether photographing in her state-of-the-art studio in Dorset, or on location, Millie is known for doing whatever it takes to get the shot, from balancing precariously at the top of a ladder to wading through a pond.

“Her ability to capture the spirit of a moment, a child, a family, a relationship or a character gives her images an emotional truth and beauty that can be profoundly affecting.”

Last year two of her images of Prince Louis to mark his fifth birthday in April, with one of the pictures showing him beaming from ear to ear as he is pushed by Kate in a wheelbarrow.

Several of her pictures also followed later on that year, for Princess Charlotte’s birthday in May and Prince George’s in July, with all three children delightedly gathered round William for a charming portrait for Father’s Day.

Her talents have also caught the eye of Charles and Camilla, who hired her to take a picture of them walking arm in arm through the grounds of Buckingham Palace to celebrate the first anniversary of the Coronation.

Ms Pilkington captioned the shot on Instagram: “Feeling truly honoured to have been asked to take this portrait of Their Majesties the King and Queen earlier this month in Buckingham Palace Gardens. And delighted that His Majesty the King is recovering so well.”
