Princess Diana’s brother Earl Spencer reveals ‘immensely sad’ divorce from third wife & reason behind marriage breakdown

Charles Spencer has spoken out on the decision

PRINCESS Diana’s brother Earl Spencer has revealed the “immensely sad” divorce from his third wife.

Charles Spencer said he wanted to devote himself to his children and grandchildren.

Charles, 60, told the Mail on Sunday: “It is immensely sad.

“I just want to devote myself to all my children, and to my grandchildren, and I wish Karen every happiness in the future.”

Karen Gordon, the Countess of Spencer, and Charles wed in June 2011 after they met having been set up on a blind date at a Los Angeles restaurant the year before.

The pair married in the grounds of Althorp, where Diana is buried, four months after Charles proposed.

They had one daughter together, Lady Charlotte Diana Spencer, who was born in 2012 and has been raised at Althorp.

It is believed their marriage broke down in recent years with the strain of the Earl’s memoir, A Very Private School, where he detailed the physical and sexual abuse he suffered while at boarding school.

In the book he claims he was abused by an assistant matron at Maidwell Hall when he was a child in the 1970s.

He described his school life as “an absolutely hellish experience”.

Karen, a Canadian philanthropist, is the founder of the Whole Child charity and the mum to Emma and Kate from a previous marriage to Mark Gordon with the couple being married between 1997 and 2003.

Charles is father to Lady Kitty Spencer, twins Eliza and Amelia Spencer and Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, with his ex-wife Victoria Aitkin.
Princess Diana’s brother says he lost his virginity to a sex worker while on a family trip aged 12
The Earl, is also dad to Edmund and Lara, who he shares with his second wife Caroline Freud.

Charles, who is the 9th Earl Spencer, is the uncle to Prince William and Prince Harry.

He works as a historian, journalist and broadcast as well as managing the Althorp estate, the Spencers’ ancestral seat in Northamptonshire.

Karen was absent from Althorp in March for the book’s launch events, and the Earl later revealed that he had admitted himself for residential treatment for trauma late last year.

Charles told The Sunday Times in 2020: “Karen and I both appreciate what the other does and look after what we have. Neither of us has found happiness like this before.”

The Earl told the MoS the five years spent working on his book had deeply affected him and led him to undergo residential treatment for trauma late last year.

It’s thought he was especially traumatised by his discovery of a schoolboy diary dating from 1976, in which the assistant matron he says sexually abused him, had written a long-forgotten message.

The diary was found on the high shelf of a room at Althorp that was being refurbished after he had finished most of the book.

Charles wrote he had been “rocked” by the discovery.

In the memoir, the Earl also revealed the trauma of his mum leaving him and Diana when he was just three years old and also wrote about the impact of being brought up by a succession of nannies had on him.

In an interview with the Therapy Works podcast in March Charles said that being abused as a child had a huge impact on this choice of romantic partners in adulthood, adding he was left susceptible to women who were incapable of loving him.

He told the podcast: “I think I went for good-looking people who weren’t really into love.

“I’m having a good look at myself and everything around me and I think I would be a lot easier to live with now than I ever have been in the past.”

Karen’s first husband was millionaire Hollywood producer Mark Gordon, whose credits include Saving Private Ryan and The Day After Tomorrow.

Meghan Markle’s Touching Moment With King Charles Goes Viral

Meghan Markle’s relationship with her father-in-law, King Charles III, has become the focus of a new viral video after footage from the royal’s 2018 wedding to Prince Harry resurfaced on TikTok.

Meghan’s relationships with members of the royal family were pulled into focus in 2020 after the duchess stepped down as a working member of the monarchy alongside Harry and moved to the U.S.Meghan joined the royal family upon her marriage to Harry at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor, Berkshire, in England, on May 19, 2018. The couple met in 2016 and became engaged a year later. In 2024, they will celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary, and together they have two children: Prince Archie, 4; and Princess Lilibet, 2.

Little is known about Meghan’s relationship with her father-in-law, the king. In her 2022 Netflix docuseries, she described Charles as “charming,” but she did not attend his May 2023 coronation in London with husband Harry; it happened to take place on her son’s fourth birthday.

Uploaded to TikTok by user @europeanroyals_ on March 28, one of Meghan’s most-touching exchanges with Charles has gone viral, spotlighting the moment the then-Prince of Wales walked her down the aisle at her wedding.

Captioned “Meghan Markle walking down the aisle to marry Prince Harry,” the video has been viewed over 215,000 times on the platform so far. It features footage of Charles and his future daughter-in-law walking arm in arm as they approach the high altar at St. George’s Chapel where Harry was waiting.

The decision for Charles to walk Meghan down the aisle was an unusual one and received widespread coverage at the time. It followed a highly publicized set of events, which saw Meghan’s own father, Thomas Markle, miss the high-profile event following a paparazzi collaboration and medical emergency.

The father of the bride traditionally walks her down the aisle at her wedding. In Markle’s absence, there was speculation that Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, would step in to fulfill the role.

However, on the day, Charles met his future daughter-in-law halfway through her walk at the chapel and guided her to Harry. The viral clip has received in excess of 11,200 likes and over 140 comments, many of which have praised the royals and their interaction.

“The love the King shows Meghan is so special,” wrote one TikTok user.

“This was such a touching moment with the king. You can tell he liked Meghan. I’m sad she didn’t go to the coronation,” posted another, with a further comment reading: “Gorgeous wedding. The best royal wedding of all time.”

It was in the 2022 Harry & Meghan docuseries that Meghan revealed she personally asked Charles to walk her down the aisle at her wedding.

“Harry’s dad is very charming,” she told viewers, before going on to note her own father’s absence.

“I said to him, like, ‘I’ve lost my dad in this.’ So, him as my father-in-law was really important to me,” Meghan said.

“So, I asked him to walk me down the aisle, and he said yes,” she added. “The whole thing was surreal.”

Charles has made few public comments about Harry and Meghan since their split from the monarchy. However, in his accession speech, given in the days after he became king, he made a touching reference to the couple.

“I want also to express my love for Harry and Meghan as they continue to build their lives overseas,” Charles said.

Prince Harry says Meghan is ‘so similar to’ Princess Diana: ‘She has the same confidence’

The Duke of Sussex said his wife and late mom have the same “compassion” and “empathy”

Prince Harry sees a lot of similarities between Meghan Markle and Princess Diana. The Duke of Sussex spoke on Netflix’s new documentary series Harry & Meghan about his wife having the same confidence and empathy as his late mother.

“So much of what Meghan is and how she is, is so similar to my mom,” Harry said. “She has the same compassion. She has the same empathy. She has the same confidence. She has this warmth about her.”

The Duke added, “I accept that there will be people around the world who fundamentally disagree with what I’ve done and how I’ve done it, but I knew that I had to do everything I could to protect my family. Especially after what happened to my mom. You know, I didn’t want history to repeat itself.”In one scene in the series, Meghan is seen holding, presumably, son Archie Harrison up to look at a photo of Princess Diana, saying, “That’s your Grandma Diana.”

Harry’s mother passed away in 1997, twenty years before Harry and Meghan got engaged in 2017. During their engagement interview—which Meghan referred to as an “orchestrated reality show” on the Netflix series—the Duke revealed that he designed Meghan’s engagement ring with little diamonds from his mother’s jewelry collection “to make sure that she’s with us on this, on this crazy journey together.”

Discussing having Diana’s stones in the interview, the Duchess said, “I think everything about Harry’s thoughtfulness is, and the inclusion of that and obviously not being able to meet his mom, it’s so important to me to know that she’s a part of this with us.”

Harry admitted at the time that he believed his mother and Meghan would have been “thick as thieves.” He said, “I think she would be over the moon, jumping up and down, you know, so excited for me,” adding that Diana probably would have been “best friends with Meghan.”

Meghan’s BUSINESS fail, Nigerian BOOED Sussex after LIED 43%, Harry MISSED at Invictus

Meghan’s BUSINESS fail, Nigerian BOOED Sussex after LIED 43%, Harry MISSED at Invictus

Megan has identified herself as being 43% Nigerian, but in fact, DNA tests and genealogical evidence prove that Megan Markle is a liar.

I’m also going to talk about Megan’s recent business to see how pathetic she really is. So please join me in analyzing and learning more information. Welcome back to my YouTube channel.

Recently, Harry and Megan were invited to come to Nigeria for a fake Royal tour, which conveniently coincided with Harry’s trip to the UK for the Invictus celebration.

However, what’s more interesting is that Megan Markle is declaring that she’s 43% Nigerian. Well, I have analyzed this information, and based on Megan’s past, I can confirm that she completely lied about this.

As far as we know, Megan’s mom Doria was born in the US. Megan’s grandparents, Janette and Alvin, were born in Sandusky, Ohio, and South Carolina back in 1929. So, her great-grandparents on the Markle side, Netty May and James, were born in South Carolina in 1897 and 1909. The late Gerud Elizabeth and Hunter Allen were born in Georgia around 1882. If her father is Irish, Dutch, or American, Megan Markle cannot claim that she’s 43% Nigerian. It makes no sense.

To understand this more clearly, let’s use me as an example. I come from a big family with 53 first cousins, and it’s difficult to keep track of who is related to whom. There’s always been this idea in my family that we have Turkish blood. So recently, I did a DNA test, along with my sister and a few cousins, too. The results showed that, yes, we do have blood from that region. But it doesn’t say “Turkey” because, like Nigeria, Turkey is a relatively new country made up of many different indigenous peoples. So, the DNA test shows tribes, not modern-day countries.

Because of this, and because we know Megan Markle is a big fat liar, I call BS on this claim that she’s 43% Nigerian. Because if that were even partially true, Megan would have been given statistics for a tribe, and then she could have done a Google search to find out where that tribe was from. When her archetypes guest asked what people she came from, she said she didn’t know and she would have to look into it. But really, it would be the other way around if she were telling the truth. Megan all of a sudden being Nigerian is ridiculous. That’s like me all of a sudden declaring that I’m 100% Turkish and I have to go visit my homeland.

Of course, I would love to go to Turkey one day and see where my people came from, but it’s probably never going to happen, and that’s fine too. So back to Megan, if she really were 43% Nigerian, then her mother would have to be 86% Nigerian. When you look at a drawing of Meghan Markle’s family tree with her ancestors going all the way back to the 19th century, you will see this is impossible. On her mother’s side, most are described as Black, but it’s not 100%. There are a few described as mulatto, which means they do have one or more white ancestors. So there is absolutely no way that Doria is 86% Nigerian.

The fact is, most Black Americans Doria’s age carry about 25% European ancestry anyway, and Doria probably has more than that. When you look at her, you can see that she’s got white features, and her skin is not very dark at all. We get DNA from both parents, but it’s not equally distributed. If Doria is 75% African-American and Thomas is 100% European, then Meghan would be about 50% various European nationalities. Now, I did see English, German, and Dutch, and of course, that came from her father. And then about 12.5% European from her mother, and that leaves us at about 63%.

So to have 43% Nigerian DNA, Meghan Markle would have to have one parent who is basically full Nigerian. Doria is not that, and when you follow her ancestry line, you can see an all-European line pretty early on in American history. That means that Doria is absolutely carrying more than that 25% European DNA, making Meghan a lot more European than she is African. I’m pretty sure even Doria doesn’t have as much as 43% Nigerian heritage.

Now, I do see Black Americans posting their DNA results in a few different subs, and usually, it is a mix of West African countries and European countries. 43% of any one single African group seems really high, especially considering that she’s half-white. I mean, of course she is more than half-European because she’s also got white ancestry on her mother’s side. If Meghan Markle were 43% Nigerian, and I don’t even believe that she’s 43% African, that would mean that basically all her Black heritage is Nigerian, which I find incredibly hard to believe.

I also learned a little bit about R DNA. R DNA is an artificially made DNA strand that’s formed by the combination of two or more gene sequences. This new combination might or might not occur in nature, but it is engineered specifically for a purpose, to be used in one of the many applications of R DNA. This does not explain Meghan being 43% Nigerian. This would mean that all the base pairs in her chart are Nigerian, when of course, that’s not going to be the case. The possibility of Meghan being at all Nigerian is still incredibly low, if you ask me.

Now, DNA can be confusing to understand for many different reasons. We’ve got different skin color, eye color, eye shape, nose, hair color, texture, height, blood, intestinal functioning, resting heart rate… I mean, there’s a lot that goes into everything, and some of these differences are visible, most are not. Inheritance is also random; ethnicities are not passed down evenly, and sometimes it looks like they’re not passed down at all. These genealogy sites are also pretty smart. They are changing constantly as the algorithm learns more. They don’t have a list of locations, and they don’t base it on what your family tree says. Instead, it is based on how many people in a specific area share DNA with a person and how much of that DNA they share. So, if this 43% figure is right, it’s more like she shares 43% of her DNA with people who are living in Nigeria right now who were also tested.

Maybe Meghan should try and learn which tribe she actually comes from. Maybe she should learn about her heritage for once. Now, there are some DNA test companies that are based in Africa, and I guess they do specialize in African DNA. But Meghan Markle would have had to use those companies, use their sites, or whatever. They’re really expensive too, and an average African citizen doesn’t have the money for things like that. So, the facts are based on a very small sample of people, but I guess enough of a sample to help descendants of slaves figure out where they might have come from originally.

Meghan Markle blasted for ‘not supporting her husband’ on London visit: ‘She doesn’t like the UK!’

Meghan Markle has been criticised by Royal Biographer Angela Levin for “not supporting” Prince Harry, as the royal prepares to make a triumphant return to the UK.

The Duke of Sussex will attend a thanksgiving service in London on May 8, to mark ten years of the Invictus Games.

However, the Duchess of Sussex will not be in attendance. She will join her husband on a trip to Nigeria take place immediately afterwards instead.

    Angela Levin and Meghan Markle

This comes as a new poll revealed Meghan as the “least popular royal”, ranking at just 12 per cent. Princess Kate came out on top with over 70 per cent of the vote.

Reacting to the latest polling on GB News, Angela Levin said the results are “not surprising”, and claimed that Meghan “doesn’t like the UK”.
In discussion with host Martin Daubney, Levin said: “Meghan doesn’t like us, she doesn’t want to come to the UK.”

Sharing her thoughts on Meghan’s snub of the Invictus Games service, Levin criticised the Duchess for “not supporting” Prince Harry at such a personally important event.

Levin fumed: “She doesn’t even want to come to support her husband when he’s here.”

Levin also claimed that Meghan’s decision not to visit the UK anymore is a significant factor in the results of the poll, stating that “people don’t like” Meghan’s stance on the UK.

The Duchess was last seen in the UK in late 2022, when the Royal Family attended the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Despite Meghan’s absence from the UK, Prince Harry has been seen in his homeland on several occasions, as he continues his legal battle against the Home Office. He also paid a visit to his father King Charles earlier this year, following his cancer diagnosis.

Turning the discussion to the monarch, Angela Levin praised the King for his return to public royal duties, after seeing a “positive reaction” to his treatment.

Hailing the King’s “extraordinarily open” approach to his health, Levin said Charles is “not putting any cover on himself” in regards to his cancer.

Levin told GB News: “I think people have seen what King Charles is really like. When he went on his first visit since he was diagnosed with having cancer, he said to people it was a bit of a shock.

“And really you don’t imagine that a Queen or a King would say that.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry faced exclusion from Trooping the Colour for the second consecutive year, turned into a “public spectacle” and with that the feud between the royal family became more evident.

They say the crest in front is more important than the name, but the Sussexes will be the excluded ones to contest that. The rift between the brothers was an exaggeration, yes, but only just.

The rift reached a crescendo when Prince Harry visited the UK last month for a brief period but wasn’t able to meet father, King Charles III due to the monarch’s “full programme.” And the drama escalated even further when it surfaced that “difficult” Prince William was the one who stood between the father and son like the Himalayas.

Royal commentator Michael Levine told The Mirror UK, “This continued exclusion of Meghan and Harry from Trooping the Colour is a poignant reflection of their ongoing estrangement from the core of the British monarchy.

Their absence for the second year running underscores the deep rifts that persist despite the pageantry and tradition that define the Royal Family. It’s a stark reminder that personal conflicts can ripple through the public spectacle even in the most revered institutions.”

“It’s a stark reminder that personal conflicts can ripple through the public spectacle even in the most revered institutions,” Levine added.

King Charles and Queen Camilla have said they were “utterly shocked and horrified” by the knife attack at a Sydney shopping mall.

Their statement follows one issued by the Prince and Princess of Wales earlier today in which they praised the “heroic” emergency responders.

Emergency services rushed to the scene in the Australian city at 3:30pm local time on Saturday as shocking videos showed a man wearing shorts and a green and yellow shirt carrying a blade.

One of his victims is a nine-month-old baby, who is undergoing surgery in hospital.

The attacker was also shot dead by a police officer, who confronted the attacker and shot him as he faced her and raised a knife.

Police do not believe the act was terror-related, but that the man is known to law enforcement.

In a statement, the King said: “My wife and I were utterly shocked and horrified to hear of the tragic stabbing incident in Bondi.

“Our hearts go out to the families and loved ones of those who have been so brutally killed during such a senseless attack.

“While details of these shocking circumstances are still emerging, our thoughts are also with those who were involved in the response, and we give thanks for the bravery of the first responders and emergency services.”

Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, may have given up their royal duties, but not the celebrity life.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex drew a crowd of media and the wealthy on Friday as he played in a celebrity pro-am polo match to benefit Sentebale, the charity he founded in 2006 for children and young adults who live in the southern Africa countries of Lesotho and Botswana.

Harry, Meghan and their friend, Argentine polo player and model Nacho Figueras, were tailed by a camera crew from the same production company that makes the soccer reality show “Welcome to Wrexham” for an upcoming Netflix miniseries that will focus on polo.

In less than three weeks, one of both Prince William and Prince Harry’s closest friends will tie the knot in the social event of the season.

Billionaire Hugh Grosvenor, the Duke of Westminster, and his fiance, Olivia Henson are set to wed on June 7 in Chester, in England’s north-west, in front of the who’s-who of British aristocracy.

Just as conspicuous as the future King’s appearance at the event will be his brother’s absence – and new details have shed light on exactly how the awkward invitation scenario played out behind the scenes.

The UK’s Times revealed on Sunday that not only is William attending as a guest – with his wife, the Princess of Wales, likely to stay home amid her cancer treatment – but he has also been honoured with a role as an usher on the day.

Meanwhile, Harry, who has been close friends with Hugh – or “Hughie” as he’s known within his inner circle – since childhood and even appointed him as his son Prince Archie’s godfather, was reportedly kept from the guest list to avoid any discomfort.

(Sources close to Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have previously disputed their lack of invitation, insisting that they had received a “save the date card” but declined attendance as it would be “too awkward”.)

According to the Times, Hugh had been keen on both brothers coming to his nuptials, but was conscious that their high-profile rift could overshadow the festivities, and had therefore deciding against inviting the Sussexes.

When their looming absence was first reported last year, a friend of the warring brothers described the situation as “incredibly sad”.

“It’s incredibly sad it has come to this. Hugh is one of the very few close friends of William and Harry’s who has maintained strong bonds and a line of communication with both,” the source told the Times.

“He wishes they could put their heads together and patch things up, but realises it’s unlikely to happen before the wedding. He wanted to avoid anything overshadowing the day, especially for Olivia, and doesn’t want any awkwardness.”

There’s been no sign of any easing of tension between Harry and William, with the latter reportedly still furious about his brother’s heavy public criticism of himself and Kate since leaving royal duties.

Meanwhile, Harry’s absence at the Duke of Westminster’s wedding may be the most high-profile, but he’s not the only royal unable to attend.

King Charles, who is the duke’s godfather, is also likely to skip the occasion. The monarch, who recently returned to public-facing engagements during his cancer treatment, will be travelling to France alongside Queen Camilla and William for D-Day commemorations the day prior.

Regardless, it’s still on track to be a lavish event, with over 400 guests invited to witness the nuptials at Chester Cathedral.

Following the service, guests will attend an opulent reception at the Grosvenors’ nearby 11,000-acre estate, Eaton Hall, the couples’ new home.

On June 8, a second, more intimate reception will be held at the same venue.

'So painful to be hated like this' Why do so many people dislike or distrust Meghan Markle : Prince Harry told the main reason

Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle is reportedly in extreme pain by how she is being covered by the media. Prince Harry also revealed that once when he returned home, Markle was uncontrollably crying and said that she didn’t want to do this anymore.

“She was sobbing. Uncontrollably. My love, what’s happened? I thought for sure we’d lost the baby. I went to her on my knees. She choked out that she didn’t want to do this anymore. Do what? Live. I didn’t catch her meaning at first. I didn’t understand, maybe didn’t want to understand,” Prince Harry said in his book.

The Duke of Sussex said that she couldn’t process the words and the extreme amount of pain of being hated so much.

“My mind just didn’t want to process the words. It’s all so painful, she was saying. What is? To be hated like this—for what? What had she done? she asked. She really wanted to know. What sin had she committed to deserve this kind of treatment?” Meghan Markle said.

Prince Harry expressed that she just wanted to stop the pain not only for herself but for everyone.

“She just wanted to make the pain stop, she said. Not only for her but for everyone. For me, for her mother. But she couldn’t make it stop, so she’d decided to disappear,” Prince Harry continued.

The news came as the buzz around the couple is refusing to die down and the King Charles’s coronation was the latest reason for their media light. After some tussle within the Royal Family, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle are invited to the coronation, but their presence is still not confirmed.

Recently, a royal expert also claimed that the couple will also look towards earning money from the coronation event and maybe even film it for profit. “King Charles as a father would certainly like his youngest son there but let me tell you there has been no personal conversation between Charles for months, there’s been no contact with Prince William for longer than a few months now,” the royal expert said.

Royal fans have been quick to comment on Kate’s poise – not just at the carol concert but with all her recent appearances.

One said: “Kate seriously has the most regal posture. Kate literally commands the entire room. So much poise and class.”

Another added: “Princess Kate has really fantastic posture.”

    Kate’s old ‘mum hunch’

However, experts pointed out back in 2019 how Kate sometimes showcased “rounded shoulders, a stooped back and a tilted pelvis” – a stance that is very common among women who’ve had kids.

James Turgis, physiotherapist and director of Mummy’s Physio, explained that a “mum hunch” can develop during pregnancy.

He told Fabulous: “The more the baby grows, the more the gravity centre of the mother is going forward.

“To compensate, the mum will start to arch her lower back.”

“To keep her eyes on the horizon, she will roll her shoulders and will also use a different back muscle to adapt.

“When your body has adapted to that posture – which you’ve had for nine months during pregnancy –  you tend to keep this posture for a while.”

With three adorable kids – Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, – and running around it was no wonder Kate appeared to have fallen victim.

    Famous hunchers

And the royal mum isn’t the only parent to have developed it, with the likes of Katie Holmes, Angelina Jolie, Victoria Beckham and Tana Ramsay also displaying similar postures.

James also explained how carrying babies and toddlers, even after birth – can have an impact, too.

He said: “The fact that you’ve had a certain posture for nine months means some of your muscles will be weaker, so if you increase the use of certain muscles that aren’t yet strong enough by carrying a baby on your front or on your hip, or if you arch your back when feeding, you’ll maintain this posture.”

However, Kate seems to have beaten the hunch and now has a poker straight posture.

This could be down to her well-known love of exercise and staying active.

    Kate’s “magic” fitness secrets

After giving birth to Prince George, Kate enlisted personal trainers to help get in shape, including ‘figure magician’ Louise Parker, according to the Mail.

Louise Parker Method encourages clients to see weight loss as a lifestyle change rather than a diet and favours Mediterranean ingredients.

Louise says in her book: “I loathe dieting. I’m actually on a mission to end it.”

Kate is said to exercise every day and used to be a member of the pricey £325-a-month Harbour Club in Chelsea, when she lived in London.

The club which was a favourite of Princess Diana’s and also commands a £1,555 joining fee for adults, totalling £5,780 a year.

The mum-of-three likes to mix up her sports – favouring yoga and CrossFit, but also tennis and skiing with the family.

Speaking to Mike Tindall, Kate said on his podcast: “I really, genuinely love all sports. Personally, I love swimming wherever I can.

“Cold swimming – the colder, the better. I absolutely love it. Slightly to the point where William‘s [saying], ‘You’re crazy’ and it’s dark and it’s raining.

“I will go and seek out cold water. I love it.”

Good posture not only helps Kate to look polished, but could also keep her calm too with deep breathing.

David Wiener of health and wellbeing app Freeletics told Hello!: “Research shows that poor posture negatively affects your ability to breathe deeply and fill your lungs.

“Slouching shortens the muscles at the front of your body and reduces your ability to breathe in fully.”
