Loose Women panellist Brenda Edwards has said she ‘loves’ working on the ITV show, but has denied a feud between her fellow co-stars

Loose Women’s Brenda Edwards has dismissed rumours of a feud among the show’s stars. The 55-year-old joined the popular ITV show as a panellist in 2019, initially stepping in for regular presenter Linda Robson.

By 2020, Brenda became a full-time member and maintains that she still ‘loves it’. Despite hints of discord among the presenters, with ex-host Carol McGiffin once stating she “wasn’t welcomed” and “doesn’t miss” the show, Brenda insists there’s no bad blood.

In a chat with Woman’s Own, she clarified: “I get on with everybody – I’m not involved in anything. Everyone says we don’t get on, but we do. I get on with everybody and I just keep myself to myself and enjoy the show.”

Brenda expressed her gratitude to Loose Women for providing her a platform. The programme has seen her discuss serious topics, including the tragic death of her son Jamal, the founder of SB.TV, reports the Express.

However, the lively debates on the show have also fuelled speculation about potential feuds among the celebrities. Coleen Nolan is one of those who have previously ignited such rumours, alleging that people “behind the scenes weren’t being nice”. Speaking to OK! Magazine, Coleen confessed she “fell out of love with it for a bit”.

Coleen opened up to the press about her experience on the show, revealing: “It was because certain people behind the scenes weren’t being nice and I wasn’t enjoying it. Then those people went onto other things and great people came in, and I’ve loved it ever since.”
