Tyson Fury reveals how much his brother Tommy made from KSI fight and how much he has in his bank

Tyson Fury has revealed how much his younger brother Tommy earned from his fight against KSI earlier this month – and claimed how much money he has in the bank.

The elder Fury is in action this weekend against Francis Ngannou, in a boxing bout that will be judged over the 10-point must scoring system.

The fight takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will see the ‘Gypsy King’ step into the ring for the first time since knocking out Derek Chisora in December.

The bout comes just two weeks after Tommy, a 2019 Love Island runner-up, had his own professional bout, taking on KSI in the main event of the Misfits Prime Boxing card in Manchester.

Fury initially won the fight via majority decision, but the result was changed to a unanimous decision after it was found that one of the judges had miscalculated their final score.

The entire event, which was broadcast by DAZN, reportedly received 1.3 million PPV buys.

And speaking ahead of the Ngannou fight, Tyson has revealed that his brother earned a staggering $10 million from his fight against KSI.

He went on to tell combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour: “The fact that Tommy made $10m from the fight, he’s 24 years old, probably made $25-$26m (around £21m) out of his 10-fight career, it’s unbelievable. I’m very, very proud of where he’s come from.”

Tyson then recalled the difficulties that Tommy went through at the beginning of his boxing career and rise to fame on Love Island, and compared those to his current lifestyle and finances.

“In 2018, Tommy didn’t have $10 for a bus pass,” he explained. “Today, Tommy’s got a hell of a lot of money, millions of dollars in his account. So I’m very proud of him.

“He can buy what he wants. He’s got a $5m mansion, [Mercedes] G-Wagon, Lambo’s, Rolex. The guy’s flying.”

Tommy also became a father in January of this year, when his fiancee Molly-Mae Hague gave birth to their daughter.

Molly-Mae was present during the 24-year-old’s fight against KSI – but later revealed she is considering banning herself from his future bouts.
