Tyson Fury admits his own son is 'embarrassed' by him and has explained why

Tyson Fury has admitted that his son is embarrassed by him in the recent Netflix documentary.

Last week, the documentary titled ‘At Home With The Furys’ was released on the popular streaming platform Netflix.

Fury, along with his wife, Paris have been giving a rare insight into what life is like away from the limelight of the heavyweight boxing world.

During the show, Fury was asked for advice from a parent whose teenager was embarrassed by them, which is something the boxing champion relates to.

He said: “My son is 11 years old. Prince, he’s in school and he’s like ‘Don’t do videos on Instagram saying ‘Hi guys, I’m in the gym” because all his friends at school are giving him stick about it. My son’s embarrassed of his father!”

Paris then responded: “So how do you help that situation?

“Well you don’t do what you do, you just went off ‘Tell all your friends they are idiots’, I think you’ve still got to just let them have that moment. I think eventually they’ll come back round, won’t they?”

Fury then said that he can help the situation by going to school discos to take part in ‘cool dancing’, to which Paris replied: “No don’t do that, that’s not how to succeed at this mission.”

Together, Fury and Paris share Venezuela, 13, Prince John James, 11, Prince Tysn II, seven, Valencia, five, Prince Adonis Amaziah, four and Athena, two.

Paris has hinted that they could have more children, she wrote in her book: “Tyson and I had always intended to carry on the great Traveller tradition and have a big family: three children at the very least, we’d say to each other, maybe even ten if we were lucky.”

Fury also revealed that he wanted to stop filming the series after just two weeks.

He said: “I wanted out. I was like, couple of weeks in, I said: ‘Is there any way [out]?’

“I’d be on the phone with my lawyers. ‘Is there any way I can get out of this? I don’t know what I’ve signed up for again. I never said I’d do it again. I’ve done it again, I’ve made a mistake’.”
