Snoop Dogg pulls up to WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia with WWE golden title belt as fans go wild for the rapper’s guest commentary: ‘Give him a full-time contract’

Famous rapper Snoop Dogg arrived at WrestleMania 40 with a WWE golden belt in hand to join the broadcast’s commentary team for a match on Sunday night.

Snoop Dogg was played out to ringside to one of his biggest songs, ‘Gin and Juice’, with fellow commentators Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Pat McAfee talking about how WrestleMania attracts big stars from outside the squared circle.

Cole mentioned how the commentators got to spend time with Snoop earlier Sunday, before he was at ringside for the ‘Philadelphia Street Fight’ between Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits against Karrion Kross and the AOP.

‘It was a heightened atmosphere I’d say,’ McAfee said.

‘Is that why you needed Visine Cole?’ Graves added.

Snoop Dogg’s commentary was not conventional for a WWE audience, but fans online appeared to love it.

It is the second year in a row that Snoop Dogg has had a prominent role at WrestleMania, as Snoop got in the ring against The Miz at last year’s show at SoFi Stadium.

‘Give Snoop Dogg a full time contract,’ One fan said on X. ‘I’m cryin’.’

‘Snoop (Dogg) being better than Booker and Kevin Patrick is crazy,’ another person stated, comparing the rapper to other WWE commentators.

‘Nahhh keep Snoop Dogg on commentary,’ a fan said on social media.

Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits won the match, with Snoop Dogg celebrating with the winning trip in the ring afterward.
