Sean Strickland holds nothing back in astonishing rant about Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul fight

Sean Strickland held nothing back when assessing the shock fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul.

Tyson vs. Paul is set for July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, which will be aired on Netflix.

It will be the boxing legend’s first appearance since his exhibition bout against fellow icon Roy Jones Jr back in November 2020.

As for the YouTuber-turned-boxer, he fought last month as he scored a big win over Ryan Bourland, improving his professional record to 9-1.

He’ll now be looking to claim the biggest scalp of his career when he takes on the former world heavyweight champion.

But the match-up between Tyson and Paul has not been received well by the fight community.

UFC boss Dana White pulled no punches as he shared his honest thoughts on Tyson returning to the sport.

Joe Rogan, however, has backed the 57-year-old to beat the 27-year-old.

Former UFC champion Strickland has had his say on summer showdown, too, and he’s dismantled ‘The Problem Child’.

He called Paul a ‘disgrace’ for fighting Tyson in a vicious rant.

Asked about Tyson vs. Paul, he replied: “It’s bullsh*t.”

The MMA star added: “How old is Mike Tyson?!”

He continued: “Jake Paul… you are a disgrace of a man. You are the epitome of weakness. You are the scum of the earth.”

Strickland said Paul makes him ‘f**king disgusted’ as he kept on verbally destroying the boxer.

“The fact that you even have a platform or anything of that nature is a slight on society,” he exclaimed.

“You truly make me f**king disgusted.

“If I ever encounter you in real life.. I hope that I just don’t lose my sh*t… and go to prison.”

Strickland, meanwhile, hasn’t fought since surrendering the UFC middleweight title to Dricus Du Plessis at UFC 297 at the start of the year.
