Mike Tyson’s staggering purse for Jake Paul fight ‘leaked’

Mike Tyson is set to earn a massive purse for his fight against Jake Paul, according to a UFC legend.

Mike Tyson is set to earn a whopping purse for his huge fight against Jake Paul.

Tyson will return to action for the first time since November 2020 when he takes on Paul.

His fight against the 27-year-old is set for July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, which will be aired on Netflix.

The 57-year-old sent a chilling message to his opponent ahead of their summer showdown.

His coach has also revealed how the former world heavyweight champion will approach his clash with ‘The Problem Child’.

And, according to UFC legend Henry Cejudo, Tyson will pocket a cool $20 million.

Cejudo, who dropped a decision to Merab Dvalishvili at last month’s UFC 298, made the claim on his podcast with Kamaru Usman.

“I mean, you know what I respect, Uncle Mike… But it obviously takes two to tango,” he said.

“I feel like there is probably a really good payday for Mike. He’s probably going to wind up making close to about 20 mil, and he’s about to turn 58 years old.”

Tyson made a reported $10 million for his exhibition bout against fellow boxing legend Roy Jones Jr.

He’s set to earn double that amount for his fight against Paul.

Cejudo isn’t the only former UFC champion to have his say on ‘Iron’ Mike returning to the ring.

Former UFC double champion Daniel Cormier believes Paul is in a ‘no-win situation’ against Tyson.

“It might ruin you if he just beats on Mike Tyson. He’s in a no-win situation,” he explained.

“I don’t know that he thought this one through as much as he probably should have been, because if you just go out there and you just beat the sh*t outta Mike Tyson. Everybody’s gonna be really mad at you. I mean, really mad.”
