Mike Tyson CHALLENGED by Gervonta Davis: Floyd Mayweather protege Gervonta Davis shows how he can KNOCKOUT a heavyweight

Mike Tyson CHALLENGED by Gervonta Davis: The WBA Lightweight Champion reacted to Tyson by explaining how he can ‘KO’ a Heavyweight.

In his prime, Mike Tyson was a different specimen. It is safe to say that his explosiveness was not seen before in the ring. The former two-time heavyweight champion built a reputation for having such tremendous knockout power, dropping opponents instantly. But it seems like Gervonta Davis thinks otherwise about the heavyweight. Not long ago, the lightweight made bold claims about being better than Mike Tyson.

Since making the remarks, he’s been experiencing backlash from fans. In an interview with FightHype, Gervonta Davis cleared the air around his claims of being better than Mike Tyson.

Davis said, “I think am more skilled than Mike Tyson. When I say I have more skills than Mike Tyson. There is no heavyweight ever to have more skills than smaller guys.” Davis believes that fighters from lower-weight classes are more skilled boxers than heavyweights. He added, “So, let’s take that out of the picture. Am, not dissing Mike Tyson.”

In the same interview, the WBA lightweight title holder demonstrated how he can knock out a heavyweight after Tyson expressed some reservations about Davis doing so.

The same video that ESNews just posted also included Tyson. Where, the interviewer mentioned Davis’ KOing heavyweight fighter to “The Baddest Man on The Planet” during the chat. The boxing legend reacted by saying, “Stop. Stop Tank. You didn’t knock a heavyweight out. You got him on crack. And you took the dive. Come on man.” The fact that it happened in Baltimore Tyson added a funny response, “Man, you know how many crackheads are there in Baltimore, man.”

Afterwards, Davis was questioned about his opinions on Tyson’s remarks and if he would like to fight a heavyweight in front of Tyson at the training facility. When queried if he would show him in person, Davis responded in the affirmative and said he can show him in person.

Furthermore, the reporter told Davis that he has god-given superhuman powers as he defeated a heavyweight, prompting Davis to say that sometimes his own strength terrifies him. Indeed. Davis’ career record of 26 knockouts and a perfect 28-0 boxing record is proof of his fighting prowess. And it would be really interesting to see if will he ever KO in front of Tyson,
