Kim Kardashian and Kanye West traveled abroad to Armenia and then Israel, where their daughter North West was baptized

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West get out of their car on Tuesday, April 14, in Paris, France, and go shopping. The couple traveled to Armenia and Israel while away from home, where their daughter North West underwent baptism. Kim recently revealed the hour-by-hour breakdown of her normal day! She gets up at six a.m. every day, exercises out, greets North, eats some nutritious meals that a chef has prepared, and more.

Kim takes breakfast before North wakes up. “I try to have breakfast as quickly as possible, before she wakes up, but I’m always running and looking at the monitor. Typically, I’ll have oatmeal, scrambled eggs, or a fruit-flavored protein smoothie. Kanye enjoys eating a really healthful diet and is constantly trying new things. He has a chef that comes in the morning to prepare our daily food plans and prepare breakfast for the two of us. Our diet is changed every ten days by a nutritionist that we recently started visiting,” Kim stated.

I run on the many horse paths in the gated community where I reside, or I use the treadmill in our home gym across the house. I prefer to mix up my workouts, but I normally spend an hour or maybe an hour and fifteen minutes total,” Kim remarked. “I spend about thirty-five minutes running on the trails, after which I come back and work on my legs or abs.”
