John Fury has explained for the first time what made him lose his head at Wembley Arena

John Fury has revealed what ‘sparked’ him off as he lost his cool, destroying the stage for the launch press conference involving KSI vs Tommy Fury and Logan Paul and Dillon Danis.

KSI, Tommy, Paul and Danis attended a press conference in London last month ahead of the blockbuster boxing card on October 14 in Manchester.

But the press came to an abrupt end when ‘Big’ John caused a brawl on stage following a KSI jab aimed at world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer taunted the 59-year-old by claiming his son is ducking WBA, IBF and WBO title holder Oleksandr Usyk.

He said: “Why is Tyson Fury ducking Usyk? Why is he fighting [Francis] Ngannou?”

John has since admitted that KSI’s comment got to him, prompting his furious on-stage reaction.

“That is probably what sparked me off to be honest, Tyson will not duck any man in the world. Tyson is a warrior and that is what ignited the whole thing I think to be honest. I had a lot of fun that day though,” he told Give Me Sport courtesy of Freebets.com.

“I watched it back the next day and I didn’t know what I was doing at the time, but it was a scream wasn’t it. I got lost in all this carry on and let some kids wind me up, and I did what I did.

“My foot is still sore now. But there you are it is all for entertainment isn’t it.”

John’s other son Tommy takes on KSI at the AO Arena while Paul meets Danis in the co-main event.
