After he was investigated for – and subsequently cleared of – inappropriate and controlling behaviour towards a female colleague.

Sexually suggestive messages allegedly sent between Christian and a staffer were then leaked, creating even more headlines, with Geri putting on a public show of support.

Now we’re told, “With Vic’s big birthday coming up, she’s in a real panic about the guest list. There’s a huge dilemma with Geri and Christian.

Vic knows she should invite them, but she doesn’t want anything  to overshadow her special day. She’ll invite the other Spice Girls, so it would look weird if Geri weren’t there.

But she doesn’t want it to be hijacked as a big comeback for them, or – worse still – have them fall out and cause a scene.”
