Bizarre moment MMA fighter Mickael Groguhe refuses to defend himself and gets knocked out in 10-seconds on his PFL debut by Islem Masraf… as baffled fans ask ‘did bro’s controller die?’

A bizarre moment unfolded in the Professional Fight League (PFL) on Thursday, where Islem Masraf scored a sensational 10-second knockout over debutant Mickael Groguhe with a brutal kick to the head.

It was Groguhe’s first fight in the PFL, but strangely he appeared unwilling to want to defend himself as the fight began.

The Frenchman had appeared very relaxed entering the Octagon, and as soon as the first bell sounded, he stepped forward, not wanting to raise his hands.

The heavyweight has now fought professionally five times, winning three of those bouts via first-round stoppages.

Groguhe nonchalantly walked up to his opponent, before Masraf, who is 3-0-0 in the PFL, saw his opportunity and swung his left ankle into his opponent’s temple, knocking him to the canvas, before unloading several punches to the Frenchman’s head.

The referee immediately stepped in to call time on the fight, with Masraf stepping up looking confused by his opponents antics.

The incident left some fans online perplexed too, with one writing: ‘Did bro’s controller die?’

Another added: ‘What was bro thinking?’ While one said: ‘Did that guy even want to be there?’

‘What was the thought in coming out with your hands down?’ Asked another.

His opponent, Masraf, used the opportunity to call out Bellator middleweight champion Johnny Eblen.

Masraf, meanwhile, is no stranger to finishing his opponents, having won also won his two previous professional fights against Mathieu Grondin and Azamat Aboukhanov by knockout and submission.
