Prince Harry torn to shreds by top Hollywood comedian Joe Rogan in career blow

Podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan live-streamed his first stand-up gig in six years on Netflix, where he discussed finding out he’d been ‘cancelled’ by Prince Harry.

Joe Rogan has ruthlessly mocked Prince Harry during his latest Netflix comedy special. The popular podcaster accused the Duke of Sussex of “talking s**t” about him in the past before mimicking his accent live on stage.

Joe Rogan: Burn the Boats was initially streamed live on August 4 from the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio, Texas. The 57-year-old’s show marked the first time in six years that he’d delivered a stand-up routine in front of a live audience.

During the one-hour 17-minute programme, the comedian made numerous jokes regarding the Covid vaccination, the transgender community and Prince Harry, 39. “I got cancelled so often during Covid that sometimes I would find out by accident,” Joe began.

“This is a true story. One time I just woke up, I’m in my underwear I plop down, turn the TV on. Prince Harry’s talking s**t about me. I’m like ‘I just woke up’.

“I’m vulnerable. I’m in my underwear and there is a prince on TV talking about me.” He then continued to impersonate the Prince, saying: “He’s like ‘Joe Rogan is giving out dangerous vaccine misinformation.’ And my first thought was ‘f**k did I? I might have’.”

Joe’s anecdote referred to Prince Harry and his wife 43-year-old Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, revealing they’d “expressed concerns” to Spotify regarding the “Covid misinformation” he was allegedly spouting on his show, The Joe Rogan Experience.

The New Jersey native continued to lay into Prince Harry during Burn the Boats and queried later what it would be like to do drugs with him.

“Could you imagine doing mushrooms with Prince Harry? You imagine if you could trick that guy into doing mushrooms with you,” the UFC commentator joked.

“The moment you see him chew it and swallow it. There’s a moment when you do mushrooms, like 20 minutes after you swallow it, when you know you can’t throw it up anymore.

“And you’re like ‘Oh no it’s going to happen’ and you’re sitting eye to eye with the prince. And here’s the thing.

“Mushrooms take about 40 minutes to kick in, but about 35 minutes in you hear them coming. You hear footsteps in the distance. Meanwhile, Prince Harry is tripping balls.”

He added that if the situation ever occurred he would “hover over” Prince Harry and say: “Are you sure vaccines are safe?” B**ch you’re not a scientist.”

Joe went on to confess that he “might have” played a part in spreading misinformation about the Covid vaccine, but that he had no regrets.

He claimed that if his listeners are getting “vaccine advice” from him, is it “really [his] fault”.

“That’s not my job, kids. I’m a professional s**t talker. Some of the things I say make sense. A lot of them don’t. It’s up to you to figure out what’s what. That’s the fun part.”

Elsewhere, Joe ridiculed gay men and claimed he thinks of them the “same way [he] thinks about mountain lions”.

“I’m happy they’re real, but I don’t want to be surrounded by them,” he laughed.

They’re a bunch of dudes who f**k dudes. I don’t like my chances, OK? They’re not unicorns — they’re just men who f**k men.”

However, the father-of-three—who has been married to Jessica Ditzel since 2009—confirmed that he wasn’t “even remotely homophobic”.

“I’m the opposite. I wish I was gay.”

Burn the Boats follows in the footsteps of 2016’s Netflix specials Joe Rogan: Triggered and 2018’s Joe Rogan: Strange Times. It is now available to stream on the platform.
