The former glamour model donned brown lace leggings and a bomber jacket, and appeared to need help from friends when traversing a staircase.

Katie also revealed she was hospitalised earlier this year after a “dramatic” weight loss.

However, for all those concerned, Junior, 20, has revealed that his family are “the best they’ve ever been” as they prepare for Christmas.

He told the Mail: “People don’t know her like we know her. She is doing great, she’s so loving, and we love her so much. We can’t wait to see her over Christmas. I am literally round her house all the time. They don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors. To be honest, I am in the best place with my family that I’ve ever been.”

Junior continued: “People can say and think what they like, but they don’t actually know. They are hearing it from me that we are all great and probably the best we have ever been.”

Junior’s honest admission comes after Katie documented her “unexplained” weight loss on Snapchat.

She told followers on the photo-sharing app that doctors were doing blood tests to assess what may be causing her body to shed the pounds.

“I’ve been up early at the doctors so she could do some bloods and because my veins are so [bleep] they had three attempts,” Katie said in September.

“The reason I’m going to the doctors is because I keep losing weight and I don’t know why. So that’s that.”

The mum-of-five has also revealed she is quitting vaping. Taking to TikTok, she shared an X-ray of a pair of lungs, with the picture claiming vaping had been linked to lung disease.

“I have to stop,” she said.

It’s a particularly emotional topic for the star. Katie’s mother, Amy, was diagnosed with terminal lung disease back in 2017.

Regardless of any ongoing health issues, Junior is excited to be spending the festive season with his family.

While he spends Christmas Eve with his dad, singer Peter Andre, he then sees mum Katie on Christmas Day. Junior will also spend time with his siblings; Harvey, 23, Princess, 18, Jett, 12, and 11-year-old Bunny.

“My mum has everything, so she’s hard to buy for, but it’s all about the thought and the sentiment. I know my mum and what will make her emotional – probably better than anyone, along with my siblings. Our tradition for Christmas is literally just family, food, music, and presents. We always have Christmas music playing in the background, the fireplace is on and matching PJs,” he added.

A schoolboy who suffered life-threatening injuries after a tractor overturned on a farm has died.

Aaron Anderson, 14, from Consett, passed away on Boxing Day after he was rushed to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle on December 21 when a John Deere Gator overturned at the property near Burnopfield, County Durham.

Aaron’s devastated family said: ‘He was a much-loved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.

‘Aaron was always happiest working on farms and fixing trucks. Even at the age of 14 he had an amazing work ethic and already had two apprenticeship offers.

‘Although we are saddened about the life he will never have, we are so thankful for the life he has lived and will cherish all the happy memories he left us with.’

They added: ‘We have had an overwhelming response from our friends, family and the local community who we can’t thank enough.

‘Our thoughts and well wishes are also with everyone else affected by this tragic incident.

‘We would now ask to be left in peace to grieve the loss of our son.’

Another boy, 13, also sustained serious injuries in the crash and was taken to hospital.

He has since been released and is recovering at home.

Durham Constabulary’s investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the collision remains ongoing, and officers would like to speak to anyone who may have information that could assist them.

Road Policing Inspector Mick Todd previously said: ‘This was a horrific incident which has left two boys with very serious injuries.

‘Our thoughts are with them and their families at this difficult time.

‘An investigation is ongoing to establish the circumstances.’

A spokesperson for North East Ambulance Service said: ‘We were called to an incident on a private road in Burnopfield shortly after 8.20pm on 21 December.

‘We dispatched three double crewed ambulances, one vehicle from our Hazardous Area Response Team, a clinical team leader and a specialist paramedic.

‘Two patients were taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary.’

Speaking during a furious on-air monologue, Christys accused a string of famous actors and public figures of “virtue-signalling without thinking”, after historic social media posts attributed to El-Fattah resurfaced following his arrival in the UK.

“They didn’t check. They didn’t ask questions. They didn’t care,” Christys said.
“They were handed a script, told it would make them look good, and they read it out like obedient little schoolchildren.”

‘They Know Absolutely Nothing’

Christys reserved particular scorn for celebrities who recorded emotional video appeals urging the British government to intervene on El-Fattah’s behalf while he was imprisoned in Egypt.

“These people sit in multi-million-pound houses, jet between London, the south of France and Hollywood, sipping champagne by their fire pits — and then lecture the public about morality,” he said.
“And now it’s blown up in their faces.”

He described the situation as “a masterclass in elite hypocrisy”, accusing celebrities of failing to conduct even the most basic research into the individual they were publicly endorsing.

“Not one of them thought to do a five-minute search,” Christys said.
“And yet they expect the public to take their political opinions seriously?”

Christys singled out several household names who appeared in filmed appeals, arguing that their silence since the controversy erupted speaks volumes.

“They were loud when the cameras were rolling,” he said.
“Funny how quiet they are now.”

“Why should anyone listen to these people ever again?” he asked.

The ‘shaking’ woman reportedly ran from the hospital into a local shop just after midday and begged staff to summon police.

Sugedaran Shanmugaraja, who was working at Best One, opposite the hospital, told the Liverpool Echo: ‘She had a lot of blood at the back of her head and on her shoulder. She was shaking and upset.’

He passed his mobile to the distressed woman so she could call the police, and moments later ‘ten or 15 police cars and an ambulance’ tore onto the scene, Mr Shanmugaraja said.

Merseyside Police confirmed they were scrambled to Newton Community Hospital just after midday on Tuesday.

The harrowing incident started when a man, who is originally from Afghanistan, arrived at the hospital to request an appointment.

When his demand was denied he became increasingly agitated and attacked several people with a weapon – believed to be a crowbar.

The Afghan man has been arrested on suspicion of five counts of wounding with intent, affray and criminal damage.

He was taken to a local police station and remains in custody.

A large police presence remains at the scene and members of the public have been advised to avoid the area.

Hannah West, who lives across the road from the hospital, said she saw staff and wounded people being evacuated, as well as a man being arrested.

She told the BBC: ‘Hospital staff were being evacuated – they looked really stressed, but you could tell they were trying to help people.

‘One woman was wrapped up and in a wheelchair being wheeled to an ambulance.’

Ms West added that she saw a man being arrested in the car park of the Best One store.

St Helens Neighbourhood Superintendent Sarah Rotherham said: ‘We were called to reports of a man behaving aggressively at the hospital who had assaulted a number of people.

‘Officers attended immediately and the male was swiftly located and arrested.

‘Paramedics attended at the hospital and carried out first aid to those who had been injured.

‘I would like to take this opportunity for anyone who witnessed this incident at the hospital to contact us with any information.’

A spokesperson for the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust said: ‘We can confirm that an incident occurred at Newton Hospital today, and the Trust is working closely with Merseyside Police as they conduct their investigations.

‘Our priority is the safety and well-being of our staff, patients, and visitors, and we are providing full support to those affected.

‘If you have an appointment at Newton Hospital or are the next of kin of an inpatient, our team will contact you directly with any updates.’

In a statement, Merseyside Police said: ‘We have arrested a 20-year-old man after reports five people were assaulted at Newton Community Hospital in Newton-Le-Willows this afternoon.

‘Just after 12pm we received a report that a man attended the hospital to request an appointment.

‘At this stage it is believed that his request was declined and when he was asked to leave he became increasingly agitated and damaged a counter before assaulting several people inside the hospital, with a weapon (possibly a crowbar).

‘Those who were injured are currently being treated by paramedics at the hospital for injuries, which are not life-threatening.’

Newton Le-Willows councillor Seve Gomez-Aspron said his father, who lives next door to the hospital, had told him about the attack.

Cllr Gomez-Aspron said: ‘At around 12.10pm I got a phone call from my dad, who lives next to the hospital, to say a family friend had run to his house to tell him that someone was attacking staff within the hospital and damaging the reception area.

‘I live nearby, so I told him to call the police and I rushed to the hospital and so I got there within a few minutes.’

He thanked Merseyside Police and North West Ambulance Service for their swift response and ‘running into a scenario where danger is unknown’.
