And Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson showed his fans how he maintains his impressive shape, as he took to Instagram to share a snap of his 2:30am workout.
The actor, 50, who admitted it’s ‘not his usual time’ for exercise, told his followers he decided to hit the gym after a ‘long, long day where all kinds of unexpected s**t was thrown at him.’
He posted a video from his gym while using a rowing machine and listening to heavy exercise tunes.
The Moana star added that despite the late hour, the workout he had was one of his best ever, and urged his fans to ‘listen to their gut,’ even if their body is feeling reluctant to exercise.

In his caption, The Rock wrote: ‘2:30am Saturday night training.
‘Not my usual workout time, but it was just one of those long, long days where all kinds of unexpected s**t gets throw at ya.
‘Body didn’t want to go train in the middle of the night – but that one tiny voice in my gut said you may not want to, but after a day like today, you sure as f**k need to.
‘Honestly, I wound up having one of the best workouts. Completely rejuvenated and able to clear my head and energy.
‘My adrenals were already at a 10, so in a way this was all very calming for me.
‘We gotta listen to that voice in our gut that says yes when the rest of our body is saying no. Have a productive week.’
It comes just days after The Rock announced that he would be reprising his role as Maui in a live-action version of the Disney smash-hit Moana.
He took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes video of himself enjoying quality family time in Hawaii with his wife, Lauren Hashian, and their daughters, Tiana, five, and Jasmine, seven.

Johnson — whose eldest daughter made her WWE debut over the weekend — showed his softer side as he played on the sand while his girls hugged him, swung from his neck, and sang along to the iconic Moana song You’re Welcome.
During the video, he said, ‘I had the real honor and privilege of not only being here in the islands of Hawaii, where I did a lot of my growing up but more importantly than that, I had the privilege of having my family with me.’
He added, ‘You know, I always like to say, if it all got taken away today, then what I just experienced with [daughter Jasmine] and her sister Tia was beautiful, man.’
The Red Notice star captioned the video, ‘Our #Moana announcement was a very special day. My family and I felt the mana, the power of the ocean, and spirit of our ancestors.
‘Thank you all so much for the love, excitement & support. Singing, dance, culture. Maui is the role of a lifetime and I’ll give it all I got,’ wrote Johnson.
