The actor, 50, who admitted it’s ‘not his usual time’ for exercise, told his followers he decided to hit the gym after a ‘long, long day where all kinds of unexpected s**t was thrown at him.’

He posted a video from his gym while using a rowing machine and listening to heavy exercise tunes.

The Moana star added that despite the late hour, the workout he had was one of his best ever, and urged his fans to ‘listen to their gut,’ even if their body is feeling reluctant to exercise.

‘Not my usual workout time, but it was just one of those long, long days where all kinds of unexpected s**t gets throw at ya.

‘Body didn’t want to go train in the middle of the night – but that one tiny voice in my gut said you may not want to, but after a day like today, you sure as f**k need to.

‘Honestly, I wound up having one of the best workouts. Completely rejuvenated and able to clear my head and energy.

‘My adrenals were already at a 10, so in a way this was all very calming for me.

‘We gotta listen to that voice in our gut that says yes when the rest of our body is saying no. Have a productive week.’

It has finally happened. After weeks and months of speculation, free-agent Cody Bellinger has at last made a decision regarding his career. The 2020 World Series winner has agreed to rejoin the Chicago Cubs on a three-year, $80 million deal.

Following the end of his tenure with the Los Angeles Dodgers, he would join the Cubs on a one-year contract. This came after he suffered a massive drop in form which led to the Dodgers non-tendering him and making him a free agent.

The 2023 season saw some resurgence in his form. He would manage to find back his hitting ability and smashed 26 home runs and picked up a total of 97 RBIs. This performances earned him the National League Comeback Player of the Year award.

At the end of the season, he declined a mutual option and became a free agent again. A number of teams including the Cubs themselves chased after him. Earlier he and his top agent Scott Boras were seeking a $250 million deal.

With time running out and the resumption of Spring training, Boras and his client decided to extend their stay in Chicago. According to reports from MLB, Bellinger will earn $30 million in 2024, $30 million in 2025 (if he does not option out) and $20 million in 2026 (if he stays with the team after the 2025 season).

During the June 27 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Clarkson confirmed that the split hadn’t changed the personal dynamic between the two artists.

“Not at all,” she insists. “We were friends before [Blackstock and I] even got together. As a matter of fact, we were talking before she signed up to The Voice, we were texting each other about that and we text each other all the time.”

Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstock in 2020 after nearly seven years of marriage. McEntire and Brandon’s father, Narvel Blackstock, wed in 1989 and went through a highly-publicized divorce in 2015. Although both artists have moved on to new relationships, their experiences created a different, unexpected bond between them.

“I think we’re both women of sound mind that know that life doesn’t work out sometimes. I mean, well, she would know best,” Clarkson says with a chuckle. “It’s literally the same thing. So, yeah, no hard feelings there … just feelings.”

During her Q&A with Cohen, Clarkson also squashed rumors about a supposed feud between her and fellow American Idol alum Carrie Underwood.
