The treatment is derived from traditional Chinese medicine and involves micro-needles inserted into the body’s pressure points to stimulate the self-healing process and regulate the flow of the body’s energy or qi.

 

Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat chronic pain but practitioners claim that it is good for treating everything from depression to migraines and fertility issues.

Taking to his Instagram Stories last night, David shared a photo of his shin and calf covered in cooper needles while lying on a white towel-covered bed.

Captioning the shot, the sports star joked: “Here he goes again. Thanks James @jamesdhealth”.

It’s not the first time the 45-year-old has shared his acupuncture session, having previously sworn the treatment is the “one thing” that repairs his muscles after working out.

Last week, the former England captain praised osteopath and acupuncturist James Davies, who was the Great Britain team therapist at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, as he shared another shot of his needle-covered leg.

Elsewhere, it was reported that David is earning more as a FIFA 21 ‘icon’ than he did as a player.

According to the Mirror, Beckham was initially offered £30million over three years to appear in the game.

But this figure has subsequently been negotiated up to £40million.

Upon the announcement, Beckham joked that he would now be considered a ‘cool dad’ by his kids.

Following their appearances at the Jacquemus fashion show in Versailles, France, the Spice Girls alum, 49, and the Flamin’ Hot director, 48, hit the town with a group of friends, including Victoria’s husband David Beckham, 48.

Before heading out, Victoria and Longoria met up at the front row at Monday’s presentation. Though Victoria was seated with her beau, with whom she shared romantic exchanges on a boat ride (the mode of transportation for the starry attendees), the namesake designer and the actress reunited at some point on land.

A photo uploaded to Victoria’s Instagram Story shows her and Longoria in all white hugging. She added a graphic heart shaded in the colors of the French flag.

Victoria and Longoria also pose closely for a two-person photo.

In a group shot, Longoria lifts up one foot and playfully leans on David, clad in a green button-up shirt and white pants, for support.

“A night in Paris love u,” wrote Victoria in French.

Earlier this month, Longoria opened up to The Times about her and Victoria’s years-long relationship. “We are peas in a pod,” she shared.

“I wish people knew how funny and charming and smart Victoria is,” she added. “She’s the funniest person. I think she’s an introvert, but she’s an extrovert with me. We are inseparable.”

Longoria met the singer through her ex-husband Tony Parker, who had been friends with David.

On Thursday, Victoria, 47, teased the launch of the new Victoria Beckham Beauty Matte Bronzing Brick by giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the ads she shot with the help of her husband of 21 years.

“Okay so we are in Miami filming for Victoria Beckham Beauty. We’ve got the lovely [hairstylist] Ken [Paves] and my director for the day who is going to be filming me,” Victoria said as she snapped an Instagram video in the hotel room panning over the equipment David, 46, was manning.

The fashion and beauty mogul then showed the bathroom counter filled with beauty products for the shoot before going behind David’s camera to see the shot from his angle. “He’s good. He’s got my back. The director’s got my back!” Victoria said.

The Beckham boys seem to have quite a knack for photographing their partners. David and Victoria’s eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, 22, recently shot his fiancée Nicola Peltz for Vogue Germany.

Peltz, 26, posted a variety of photos taken for the issue in which she is seen modeling pieces from Victoria’s Spring/Summer 2021 collection. “Shot by my talented @brooklynbeckham for @voguegermany,” Peltz wrote in the caption.

Brooklyn also shared the snaps on his Instagram, writing, “Shooting my beautiful fiancé for @voguegermany in @victoriabeckham spring summer 2021 collection ❤️,” to which Peltz replied, “MY LOVE 😍.”

Brooklyn started pursuing photography as a teen and got a lot of practice in by shooting his famous family. “I love shooting [them] – of course it’s always going to be a much more intimate shot when you know your subject so well,” Beckham previously told PEOPLE in 2017. “I love taking photos of all of my family but Harper is really cute to photograph, and my brother Romeo because of his shaved head. Cruz is just cheeky, so it’s always fun to get a picture of him too.”

Victoria Beckham shared a sweet carousel documenting her latest picturesque vacation, which appeared to be in Croatia, with husband David Beckham, son Cruz and daughter Harper on Instagram Saturday.

In one of the photos, the fashion designer, 49, and her husband, 48, are backdropped by a beautiful sunset as they share a kiss and pose together for the camera.

In one photo on his Instagram Story, the former footballer posted a selfie on the boat with coastline in the background. He included a gif saying “Ciao” and the Italian flag, hinting that the family may also have spent a little time in Italy during their current European break.

The athlete shared several photos of a recent meal on his Instagram Story, including shrimp, which he called his “favorite.”

The England legend took a load of stick of social media following the release of the new badge that involves two herons.

Fans also questioned the name of the club with one describing it as “something a 9-year-old would come up with.”

Another joked: “Pretty sure I’ve come up against a 5-a-side team called Inter  Miami playing Powerleague before.”

The badge was created by designer Kimou Meyer who revealed the process took a whopping three years from start to finish.

In a video released by Inter  Miami’s official Twitter page, Beckham admitted that he wanted to “gravitate to the old South American crests” and it was something “that really needed to go into the logo.”

He added: “Once I met Kimou, I knew they were the right people to work with. I knew that creatively, they would come up with something different.”

Kimou claimed that Beckham “liked the idea of a monogram-inspired mark with a symbol that would represent the club.”

And so they came up with two herons standing back-to-back with their legs forming an ‘M’ shape – symbolising  Miami.

The herons represent the city who migrated from South America to stay in  Miami.

David Beckham is learning to care for his new pets.

After the soccer legend, 48, received a fully stocked chicken coop for Christmas, his wife, Victoria Beckham, spotted him catching up on the dos and don’ts of raising the birds when she snapped a candid photo of him flipping through a book titled Keeping Chickens for Dummies on social media Friday.

“Just a little Friday night reading for @davidbeckham,” the fashion designer captioned the shot, which she shared on her Instagram Story.

Last year, the family — which includes kids Brooklyn, 24, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 18, and Harper, 12 — welcomed a new pet bunny, Coco, on Easter Sunday, which was also Victoria’s 48th birthday.

The columnist told TV host Nana Akua: “Vogue did an incredible write-up right before the gala of a dinner that Gwyneth Paltrow hosted at her Montecito estate, so a neighbour of Harry and Meghan.

“It was a Goop collaboration, and among her guest list were Oprah Winfrey and Ted Sarandos. So here’s Meghan attempting to get her little lifestyle brand off the ground, and Goop is clearly a model for her.”

Romeo Beckham celebrated a big milestone with his loved ones!

The soccer player, who turned 21 on Friday, spent his special day with his family and longtime girlfriend, Mia Regan.

Romeo’s mom Victoria Beckham shared a sweet post documenting the celebration on Instagram.

The fashion designer, 49, posted a carousel of photos of husband David Beckham, son Cruz, daughter Harper and 20-year old Regan, as well as her Romeo enjoying his first meal as a 21-year-old.

“Birthday dinner tonight for @romeobeckham X We all love you sooooo much!!!” the former Spice Girl wrote alongside the post. “You deserve all the happiness in the world!!!”

“Kisses @davidbeckham @cruzbeckham @mimimoocher #harperseven,” she wrote, adding a nod to the only Beckham child who was not part of the festivities: “We miss you @brooklynpeltzbeckham x.”

In the photos, the birthday boy, who wore a crisp white T-shirt and animal-print button-up on his special day, posed with his loved ones at a restaurant.

In one photo, he appeared to be gearing up to blow out some pink birthday candles.

Romeo also shared a collection of snapshots from the special evening, which he called the “most beautiful night with my beautiful family.”

Before Romeo’s celebratory dinner, Victoria and David, 48, shared tributes to their son on his special day.
