Some flooded X, formerly Twitter, with claims that she was setting an unrealistic beauty standard.

The theme of the 2024 Met Gala is The Garden of Time, which draws inspiration from the latest exhibition of the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, titled Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.

Kim confused fans by skipping the Met Gala afterparties, which her sister Kendall Jenner attended.

In fact, the reality star jetted straight to Hamburg, Germany, after the star-studded event for the 024 OMR Festival.

In fact, it should be noted that 65% of respondents disliked her, and 45% had very negative views of her”, reports the Mirror.

“Only 4% of Brits expressed very positive feelings toward her while her overall net approval rating dropped from minus 43 to minus 38 at the beginning of April”, she added. Lynn went on to say she believes Meghan would be taking the survey results with a “pinch of salt”. She added: “I’m not sure how interested she is anymore in getting the British public back on her side.

Lynn added: “Harry of course will be as it’s his birthplace, and he wants his children to be connected to the British heritage. Footage of Andy Ruiz absorbing a huge right hand from Anthony Joshua during their first fight is going viral again after recent events in Saudi Arabia.

Joshua scored a devastating knockout win over former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou in round two of their much-anticipated crossover bout in Riyadh.

After flooring Ngannou with his trademark right inside the first round, the Brit continued to apply pressure before landing another mammoth power punch, knocking his opponent unconscious.

It was a right hand that has been used time and time again over the years but back in 2019, Andy Ruiz ate the punch before recording one of the biggest upsets in heavyweight championship history.

As you can see from the footage below [21 seconds in], Joshua was looking to strike again, just moments after dropping Ruiz. However, the American managed to somehow stay on his feet.

Ruiz went on to secure the IBF, WBA (super), and WBO heavyweight belts after handing Joshua the first loss of his professional career at a sold-out Madison Square Garden.

Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn admitted that his fighter would “hate” him if he revealed the reasons why he underperformed in the defeat to Ruiz, who would suffer defeat to AJ in their rematch.

“It’s nothing to do with sparring or panic attacks but there are reasons that he wasn’t firing on all cylinders. He will never tell you, and he would hate for me to tell you,” Hearn told Sky Sports.

“He doesn’t want excuses like we’ve seen with Deontay Wilder. When I look back now, knowing what was wrong, I can look at his face and say: ‘You knew you weren’t 100 per cent, didn’t you?’.”

He added: “But all week he was fine, smiling. At no point did anyone say, ‘He doesn’t seem himself’. Looking back now there is something in his eyes that says, ‘I’m not best prepared’.”

Ruiz, however, is not the hardest puncher Joshua has been hit by in his boxing career.

“Who’s hit me the hardest? Yeah, Klitschko,” he said on the Pound For Pound Podcast.

“I was gonna say Ruiz, but when he hit me that was like a concussion on the back of my head.

“When I went in with Klitschko, yeah, I just knew this could go two ways. I could either win or I’m gonna be laid out on my back. You know when you get carried out on a stretcher?”

Jake Paul’s father, Greg, sent his son an X-rated warning about Mike Tyson when he found out about the fight.

Last Thursday, it was confirmed that Tyson and Paul will fight at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on July 20.

Announcing the fight, which is set to be streamed on Netflix, the platform wrote on social media: “It’s JAKE PAUL vs. MIKE TYSON — yes, really! — in a LIVE BOXING event at AT&T Stadium you won’t want to miss. Airing live on Netflix Saturday, July 20 #PaulTyson.”

Since the news was confirmed, a video of Paul telling his father about the fight with Tyson has gone viral.

Paul senior also sent his son a clear warning ahead of the bout.

Paul said to his father: “Growing up, who was your favourite boxer?” Greg replied: “Mike Tyson.”

When Paul said: “Mike yeah?” Greg added: “F**k yeah, why’d you ask?”

The YouTuber turned boxer then explained: “Because I am going to be fighting him in July on Netflix.”

Greg said: “No way, dude. Are you f**king kidding me? He’s gonna be the hardest hitting motherf***er you ever fought. Dude, holy f**k I’m gonna be freaking out.” You can watch the conversation below.

Writing on social media, Paul said: “I could not be more excited to make this amazing fight available to all Netflix subscribers alongside the hardest hitter of all time, Mike Tyson, on Saturday, July 20th.

“Whether you’re tuning in on Netflix or showing out in person, whether you’re team Paul or team Tyson, or whether you’re a lifelong boxing fan or watching your first fight, you’re not going to want to miss this event.”

He added: “My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion of the world, the baddest man on the planet and the most dangerous boxer of all time. Time to put Iron Mike to sleep.”

A previous exchange between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul has resurfaced ahead of their superfight later this year.

On Thursday it was announced that Paul will be squaring off against the legendary heavyweight at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The bout will take place on July 20 and air all around the world on Netflix.

Paul will be stepping into the ring for the eleventh time and has vowed to put Tyson to “sleep”.

The Problem Child has said he idolised ‘Iron Mike’ until he met him for the first time and he confused him with older brother Logan.

But Tyson also has reason to want to teach the 9-1 boxer a lesson. In a 2021 face-to-face meeting, the youngest heavyweight champion told Paul, “You know Conor McGregor isn’t afraid of you” after he called out the two-weight UFC champion

In response, Paul said, “I don’t give a shit if he’s afraid of me, you don’t have to be afraid of someone to get your a** beat”.

Paul’s retort to the Baddest Man on the Planet could have been deemed disrespectful and there is another story claiming that Tyson left a gym after 30 seconds of watching him spar in Los Angeles.

Paul’s boxing debut was on the undercard of Tyson’s return in 2020 and now the 57-year-old plans on “finishing him”.

Tyson is the favourite boxer that Paul’s dad Greg has ever watched and after being told of their tear-up, he told his son, “He’s gonna be the hardest hitting motherf***er you ever fought”.

McGregor, meanwhile, has given a damning reaction to the news of the fight, saying that “interest is low” and describing the match-up as a “bit strange”.

UFC Boss Dana White has had his say on the controversial boxing fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson.

Paul and Tyson will face each other on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, marking the main event of a card set to air on Netflix, as confirmed by officials to ESPN.

This broadcast will mark the streaming giant’s inaugural live combat sports presentation and only its third live sporting event overall.

“Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson is a once-in-a-lifetime dream matchup and I anticipate it will be the most-watched boxing event in modern boxing history,” co-founder of Paul’s promotional company MVP, Nakisa Bidarian, said in a statement.

Following the announcement, Dana White criticised the bout due to the huge age gap between Paul, 27, and Tyson, 58.

“There will be a 31-year age difference during that fight, you guys know what I think about that stuff,” White explained.

However, the UFC Boss was quick to praise the involvement of Netflix, stating this kind of venture is something they should have committed to in the past.

“I think Netflix should have got involved in live sports years ago, they’re late to the game, but they’re a force,” White said following UFC 299 on Saturday night.

“As all these massive streaming companies start to get bigger and bigger, they have to be involved in live sports.”

White also gave a damning verdict on Francis Ngannou’s devastating knockout defeat to Anthony Joshua in his press conference.

Crossover combat sports are becoming one of the biggest trends of the 2020s, with the former UFC Heavyweight Champion also having faced Tyson Fury recently, which also ended in defeat.

“Going into [that] fight, if Fury trained for the fight and didn’t show up looking like he ate Tyson Fury, it’s probably the way that fight would have ended, too,” White explained.

“Listen, you know how I feel about crossovers into boxing. That’s how they end: just like that.”

Ryan Garcia claimed he started Jake Paul’s boxing career ahead of the YouTuber’s fight with Mike Tyson.

Last week, it was announced that Paul will face former world champion Tyson in a boxing match in Texas on July 20, with the bout set to be broadcast on Netflix.

Paul beat Ryan Bourland in his 10th professional fight last Saturday, while Tyson, widely regarded among the greatest heavyweights of all time, had his most recent exhibition bout in 2020, but has not boxed professionally since 2005.

Ahead of the fight, controversial boxer Garcia predicted Tyson would knock out Paul while claiming that he had helped trigger the 27-year-old’s boxing career.

Speaking on social media about the fight, Garcia said: “Ask him which house did he go to in Victorville to see how to box. Ask him that. I started him off. Who do you think took him to Canelo’s gym? Me.

“I’m the one that started his career. Little did you know. I’m the one that gave him this idea that he could change and make money off it. I’m the one that did it. Why do you think I’m the one that said, ‘Dang, I shouldn’t have done this.’”

Garcia added that Tyson would knock Paul out within four rounds.

He continued: “I think he only needs four to beat Jake Paul.

“I don’t think he even needs four. I think if Mike hits him with one good one, it’s over, but that’s just me. I’ve met Mike.

“Mike is a different breed, bro. When he steps in the room, you’re like, ‘Alright, now I know why people are scared.’”

Tyson was the first heavyweight to simultaneously hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles in 1987 only for his reign as unified champion to come to a shock end in 1990 with a defeat to Buster Douglas. Tyson would briefly regain the WBA and WBC titles in 1996.

Meanwhile, Paul has won nine of his 10 bouts, mostly against former UFC fighters. His solitary defeat came against British heavyweight Tommy Fury in February 2023.

Mike Tyson is set to face Jake Paul in an unexpected boxing match this summer, with the date already confirmed as the 20th July for the highly anticipated showdown.

Paul accumulated much of his fortune through YouTube and other social media platforms long before he made the decision to step into a boxing ring. However, he has had numerous seven-figure paydays since entering the boxing world, with reports suggesting he earned more than eight figures for his fight with Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia last year.

The Ohio-born influencer’s other sources of income stem from sponsorship endorsements such as DraftKing.

In 2022, Paul secured a prestigious spot on Forbes’ list of the World’s Highest-Paid Athletes, and in 2023 he was named third on Forbes’ Top Creators list.

As of 2024, Paul’s opponent actually has a lower estimated net worth with Tyson’s value suggested to be around $10 million, despite earning a reported $685 million throughout his boxing career.

This is due to Tyson famously losing all his money and filing for bankruptcy in 2003, largely due to his lavish lifestyle which included owning a £3.5 million car collection.

Luckily for ‘Iron Mike’, he managed to regain his status as a millionaire through acting roles such as his cameo in The Hangover as well as his cannabis business which reportedly earns him £500k a month.
