After years of drama because of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s separation from the Royal family, there have been discussions regarding stripping the couple of their royal titles. Although the two have officially left their duties and dropped ‘His Royal Highness’, they are still known as ‘Duke and Duchess of Sussex’.

Several experts have suggested that these titles should be officially revoked as the two have officially left their duties and responsibilities. Would it mean completely disassociating the two from all Royal family titles if this happens? Know here…. According to a Hindustan Times report, the official removal of the titles ‘Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ would require an act of parliament.

Harry and Meghan can also lose their titles after successfully obtaining US citizenship. According to Daily Express, Harry could lose his titles if he successfully obtains US citizenship, which would require him to “renounce all allegiance to any foreign prince, state or sovereign.”
Interestingly, Meghan would still retain a royal title, although an unusual one, after losing this title. The American actor would still be called as ‘Princess Henry’ if she loses her title, according to royal commentator Ingrid Seward.

“I don’t think anything will happen to the titles because, if they lose their titles, Harry is still a prince of the blood, and Meghan, instead of being the Duchess of Sussex, (would) be Princess Henry,” Daily Express quoted Ingrid Seward as saying. There have been several instances when Meghan Markle and Harry have used their royal influence to negotiate millionaire partnership agreements with companies like Netflix and Spotify.

Moreover, Meghan Markle continues to use ‘Duchess of Sussex’ title on public platforms. Recently, the couple launched their website with Meghan’s royal coat of arms, American Riviera Orchard. The official Instagram handle of the business venture mentioned Meghan by ‘the Duchess of Sussex’.

  • EXCLUSIVE: Coleen Nolan’s devastating diagnosis forcing her to make huge life change

EXCLUSIVE: Coleen Nolan’s devastating diagnosis forcing her to make huge life change

After suffering a serious chest infection and feeling unwell for some time, agony aunt and Loose Women star Coleen Nolan received a shock diagnosis that forced her to change her diet and habits

Coleen Nolan has revealed she is making urgent diet and lifestyle changes to avoid developing type 2 diabetes following a shock prediabetes diagnosis.

The Loose Women star had blood tests after suffering a serious chest infection and being unwell for a while. And although she was relieved to find out her lungs were healthy, the 58-year-old was told she was at high risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

The condition increases the likelihood of heart disease, stroke and other serious complications – including kidney failure, nerve damage and blindness. Coleen says: “I was one-and-a-half marks off being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It was a shock but, looking back, I hadn’t been feeling myself for some time. I’d been experiencing terrible, abnormal fatigue, which would strike out of the blue, like in the middle of Tesco, and I’d have to stop what I was doing and go and sleep somewhere. And I kept getting skin infections that would take forever to heal. When I googled the symptoms, I think I had every one of them apart from weight loss.”

Medics say the star can reverse the condition, which is associated with higher-than-normal blood sugar levels, and prevent type 2 diabetes by changing her lifestyle. Coleen says: “While the nurse emphasised it’s not a diet, I need to change what I eat. At home, I have a healthy plant-based diet as my daughter Ciara is an amazing vegan cook and makes all my meals. But when I’m in London working I’m a terrible snacker. I have a sweet tooth and I also love a bag of crisps – and I won’t just have one bag, I’ll have two. I had no idea there were six teaspoons of sugar in one bag of my favourites.”

The diagnosis made her determined to be fit for her UK tour, which kicked off last month. Coleen says: “It’s been a wake-up call to say, ‘OK, fatty, you’ve had enough snacks, step away from the fridge!’ My new diet is a work in progress and I’m still getting used to reading labels to check sugar content. But I’ve cut out all unhealthy snacks like chocolate and crisps. I’m having a healthy portion of carbs with breakfast, like sourdough toast, and for lunch, but no carbs in the evening.”

Coleen also has plans to do more exercise, which can help. She says: “I get out for walks with the dogs when I’m at home and I’m always active around the house and at the stables, but I need to up the exercise. My hotel in London has a gym that I’ve never seen the inside of and I’ve been there five years. Being overweight doesn’t help the situation, especially weight around your middle. But when you get to my age, you assume everything is down to menopause, so I hadn’t really noticed.”

The Mirror agony aunt is due for a check-up in three months to find out if the changes are working. She says: “I was shocked to learn around seven million people in the UK are thought to have prediabetes. In a way, I’m lucky I got a chest infection and had my bloods taken, or I wouldn’t know I have it. When you’re busy and stressed, as I am at the moment – working, rehearsing for my tour and moving house all at the same time – it’s easy to put your diet to the bottom of your list of priorities but you have to make time for your health.”

The star is also coming to terms with Ciara, 22, leaving home to go travelling. Coleen – also mum to Shane, 34, and Jake, 31, says: “Empty nest is real! I feel lost without her and miss her every day.” But the ex-Nolans singer is planning to make healthy meals from recipes Ciara left.

Coleen adds: “Life has given me a chance to turn things around and reverse the prediabetes, and maybe I’ll even get a few extra years. I’m going to do my best.”

What to do if you are at ‘high risk’

Prediabetes means your blood sugars are higher than usual but not high enough for you to be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Douglas Twenefour, head of care at Diabetes UK, says: “It means you are at high risk of type 2 diabetes. Being ‘high risk’ doesn’t mean you’ll definitely develop it. With the right support, up to 50% of cases of type 2 diabetes can be prevented or delayed.”

Douglas stresses there is a lot of support available, saying: “In England, the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Programme, run in partnership with Diabetes UK, offers tailored support that covers healthy eating, moving more and losing weight.

“Your GP can refer you if you have prediabetes. As a first step, try Diabetes UK’s free online Know Your Risk tool. It takes just a few minutes and gives you information and support to help you reduce your risk.”

  • ITV Loose Women star points out one detail in Kate Middleton photo that makes ‘mockery of public’

ITV Loose Women star points out one detail in Kate Middleton photo that makes ‘mockery of public’

Denise Welch appeared on Loose Women today where they discussed the manipulated photo of Kate Middleton and her three children – George, Charlotte and Louis

Loose Women star Denise Welch fumed as she slammed the editing of a photo of the Princess of Wales.

After much speculation, today the Princess of Wales put out a tweet on social media where she said she had edited a photo of her and her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. She wrote on social media: “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C.”

The topic was still a big discussion today on Loose Women, where the panellists including Denise Welch and Ruth Langsford discussed the edited photograph amid the furore of public discussion and conspiracy theories.

Speaking on the show today, she said: “Apparently, there are huge rules that the big picture agencies around the world follow that they say they will not use photos that have been doctored or Photoshopped. I talked about Kate Middleton last week and received a barrage of negative messages online about it. I, like everyone else, have nothing against Kate Middleton, I wish her the best of luck in everything she does. I am also supportive of the Sussexes but apparently you have to be one or the other.

“My point was why are they allowing this controversy and conjecture to continue. Also, it was the way we were blindly led to believe that it had been posted post-surgery. It could have been anytime. Do I believe Catherine Middleton, who has said nothing about her illness has suddenly come up to justify Photoshopping a photo, no I don’t.”

She continued: “Do I think that the PR team at Kensington Palace should be fired? Yes I do. I think they’re absolutely making a mockery. I would just like to say quickly – whether Kate did it or the PR did it, the photo has been doctored. Why when there is all this speculation behind the scenes would they put a picture of her without her wedding ring. Why? If you’re gonna Photoshop it, Photoshop your ring on Catherine, because that’s just caused another [furore].”

Lorraine Kelly branded the edit “stupid”. She said earlier today: “What an own goal, this has backfired spectacularly. It was supposed to put to rest all the conspiracy theories and now everyone is talking about the images having been doctored in some way.

“It’s clumsy, you can give them the benefit of the doubt, but it does show you what scrutiny they’re always under. What a stupid thing to do – if they have done that, it’s dumb I think is the word.”

Speaking to Channel 4 about her love of crafting and home improvements, she said: “I don’t think I’ll ever be done DIYing… Although don’t tell Joe that. It’s almost therapeutic for me. Growing up, my parents taught us how to do DIY and that was a real privilege, so I want my kids to have the same. I’d love to see some basic DIY skills introduced in school curriculums actually!”

Giving advice about tackling DIY in their own homes, she added: “Don’t give up. I think people assume they’re not good at something, but anyone can learn new building skills with some practice. That’s how tradespeople get good! They’re not born with it, you don’t come out of the womb with a bloomin’ spirit level, do you?”

  • Linda Robson left husband after major disappointment in the bedroom

Linda Robson left husband after major disappointment in the bedroom

Loose Women star Linda Robson and ex-husband Mark Dunford ended their ‘sexless’ marriage after more than three decades. Now single, she said she isn’t looking for love

Linda Robson called it quits with her husband of three decades late last year – and she’s not held back on the intimate details of why the marriage ended.

The popular Loose Women host, 65, candidly opened up about her lacklustre union with Mark Dunford over the years and in recent times, shared her disappointment over their activity in the bedroom. Linda, who shot to fame on Birds Of A Feather, is now looking for a new place in Islington for just her and her dog after putting the family home on the market.

She previously revealed that she and Mark, the father of her two children, Louis, 32, and Bobbie, 28, “simply grew apart” and that they never had sex, labelling herself ‘celibate’. She confessed earlier this year that after losing her spark with Mark, she couldn’t be bothered to find love again and isn’t interested in all that ‘jiggy jiggy’.

As she returns to screens this morning for James Martin’s Saturday Kitchen, The Mirror takes a look at her former bumpy marriage and Linda’s first love she never quite got over…

Linda and Mark got to know each other as teens but didn’t start dating until years later. In 2017, she explained: “I used to babysit for Mark – he was a couple of years younger than me… I was 16 and he was 13 and a half, and he was a bit of a pain, to be honest. And we lived in the street next to each other.”

It wasn’t until they were both in the park one day, Linda with her eldest daughter Lauren, 40, that they crossed paths again. The pair dated and tied the knot in 1990.

However in recent times, Linda made it clear things weren’t as they seemed after more than three decades. While appearing as a panellist on ITV talk show Loose Women, she revealed the ups and downs of her marriage, admitting that things between them ‘weren’t plain-sailing’ and that she even considered herself ‘celibate’.

Linda confessed that she and Mark, whom she previously described as her ‘rock’, hadn’t had sex in two years, but that it didn’t bother her. “Can I just say I’ve been celibate for two years?” she began, “I can’t be a**** with all that [romance stuff]. I’m just happy going out with my mates and my children and my grandchildren.”

The couple were left in a ‘rough patch’ after 33 years of marriage

Before their separation last year, she insisted: “We’re still living together. We both love our kids more than anything else in the world, obviously, you have a few hiccups in every marriage. We’ve been married 33 years so it’s not going to be all plain sailing, but we’re still together at the moment.”

She later revealed their split in an interview with Woman magazine, confirming she was in fact single. She said of her ex-husband: “He’s a really good dad and we had some good years, but enough is enough. I’ve got my family and my kids around me. And I’m going on a cruise with Lesley Joseph in November. I’m keeping busy.”

And in an interview with OK!, she admitted they grew apart, explaining: “People do, sometimes, don’t they? We never had that much in common. I’m very sociable. Mark never enjoyed that side of thing.”

The mum believes they stayed together for more than 30 years for the sake of their children, who are now ‘grown up’ with their own lives. But while she’s officially single again, Linda is not looking for another relationship.

Speaking with OK! she squealed: “I don’t need a man. I’ve got my friends and my family. I’m not interested in dating, I’m too old now. I can’t be bothered with all that ‘jiggy jiggy’.”

Linda had eldest Lauren with her ex Tony Tyler, whom she describes as her ‘first love’. Not much is known about him but the pair were together for 11 years and welcomed their daughter before parting ways.

In 2016, Linda opened up about her heartbreak following her first love cheating on her. Speaking of her regret at how long she let her “serial cheat” ex be unfaithful, she said: “I caught him lots and lots of times, probably my biggest regret is that I didn’t finish it earlier. The strange thing was there was a family do not too long ago, and he actually blamed me for the break-up.”

She revealed how he went on to blame her for always being away for work for his infidelity. However, she furiously said at the time that the excuse was a ‘lie’ anyway, saying she “was always there”. In another segment of Loose Women, where the panel discussed the idea of how quickly they would move on and remarry after splitting up with a long-term partner, Linda was quizzed on her thoughts following her split from the father of her eldest.

“It took me a long time to get over that because that was my first love,” admitted Linda. “But I feel like I don’t really need a partner to love because I’ve got my children, my grandchildren, my sisters and my friends…”

Denise Welch shocks as she rips into TV star live on air as they come to blows over Meghan Markle

Dickie Arbiter locked horns with Denise Welch on the set of Loose Women this Monday, May 6, as the panellist took a stand against the harsh criticism targeting Meghan Markle.

Meghan Markle has come under fire more than once throughout her time on Prince Harry ‘s arm and Denise Welch has had enough of the relentless backlash.

The Loose Women panellist was seething this Monday, May 6, when Dickie Arbiter, former press secretary to the late Queen Elizabeth II and to King Charles III before he was crowned last year, was in the studio to speak about the monarch’s cancer battle.

But while the conversation began smoothly, it inevitably took a turn when Dickie addressed the elephant in the room – can the monarch ever repair his strained relationship with his son, Prince Harry?

Royal fans will recall the latter snubbed life as a senior working royal alongside his wife Meghan for a fresh start across the Atlantic and the Duchess of Sussex has been more criticised than ever before since.

Meghan also faced a wave of criticism when she was first rumoured to be dating Prince Harry in 2016 and the couple have publicly condemned the negative media scrutiny they have both received, personally, as a couple and as parents for their two children, Archie and Lilibet.

For Denise, Meghan and Harry’s decision to leave Windsor and Frogmore Cottage behind was nothing short of logical and tensions emerged at lightning speed as she vehemently defended them – calling Dickie out for his own criticism of Meghan Markle.

“If I may say, do you not think there is a reason why Harry did such a thing?”, the 65-year-old initially asked, referring to the Duke’s decision to leave the UK for the US.

Denise then summarised the heartbreak surrounding King Charles III’s family, wounds first stemming from the monarch’s marriage with Lady Diana “when he was in love with Camilla.”

“It ruined a lot of Diana’s life”, Denise claimed. She then recalled how a young Prince Harry witnessed his mother’s death after a fatal car chase with paparazzi before he was forced to walk publicly behind her coffin and accept Queen Camilla as his stepmother.

“Then he has a wife who is completely and continually trashed by the media, including your good self”, Denise added while turning to Dickie, while some audience members began to applaud her. “I am just sick to death of the bashing that this woman gets (…) we continually berate this woman every day.”

When Dickie argued that the Sussexes have received criticism over their choice to leave the Royal Family, Denise furiously doubled down: “Why would they not walk out? Why would they want to spend their life in a country that hated them?”

Coleen Nolan quickly intervened to stop the situation from escalating, reminding the panellist that she hadn’t expected a “debate” to take place in the studio. But Denise continued to seethe as she added: “don’t have a guest on (…) I can say what I like!”

The segment left many ITV viewers with their jaws dropped as they swarmed over to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts. “Well done Denise, you wiped the floor with Dickie. Thankyou for not being scared to be a voice for H@M”, one of them commented.

Another agreed: “Makes me laugh that people are saying Denise isn’t nice for standing up for Meghan and Harry, yet it’s fine for so many “nice” people to have s****** them off for the past 6+ yrs”, just as a third applauded the panellist for her strong stance: “Well said Denise, you are the voice of fairness and reason.”

However, one TV watcher predicted a reprimand was ahead for Denise due to Coleen’s intervention. “I think Denise is going to be getting a firm talking to when @loosewomen is off air! However if she is passionate about a subject why shut her down? I thought #LooseWomen promotes strong women and opinions?”

ITV Loose Women’s Gloria Hunniford issues four word dig at Denise Welch after she ripped into guest

Loose Women viewers were left reeling after Gloria Hunniford delivered a brutal four-word dig to her co-star Denise Welch, a day after her explosive clash with a guest over Meghan Markle

Loose Women star Gloria Hunniford caught viewers off guard with a sharp four-word jibe towards co-star Denise Welch following her clash with a show guest.

Monday’s episode was hosted by Coleen Nolan, who was joined by panelists Gloria, Denise, and Brenda Edwards. However, they saw an unexpected bite from Gloria as Denise revealed her desire to leave the UK. As they chatted about how the Bank Holiday weather was affecting everyone’s moods, Gloria passionately declared her affection for the UK.

She stated: “I tell you what though… I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Simple as that. Because I could live in the sunshine.” Denise countered with: “I would.” Suddenly, Gloria hit back with a pointed remark: “When are you going?,” leaving the audience visibly shocked and Denise momentarily tongue-tied, managing only laughter in reply to the playful dig.

Brenda joined in with a surprised: “Wow!” Viewers quickly took to social media to share their thoughts on the spicy dialogue, with one viewer remarking: “Gloria’s on fire today! ! #loosewomen.” Another added: “Oh wow, when said Gloria. When is Denise leaving?? #loosewomen.” Someone else perfectly captured the moment with one word: “Miaow!”.

Denise further explained: “There’s lots I love about this country but if I didn’t have my grandson now, I think I could leave.” Gloria, ever the optimistic one, reacted: “See now lots of reasons to stay,” and took a moment to reflect on the global situation. She said: “When you look at the world and other countries, you think, ‘This is not bad… the weather is.’”.

With a touch of resignation, Denise remarked: “Used to be – not now.” The show’s host, Coleen, tried to change the direction of the chat towards more positive areas, suggesting: “Anyway, onto to some feel good news please.” Earlier in the week, Denise shocked viewers as she ripped into a TV star live on the show.

Meghan Markle returned to the spotlight last night, attending the Endeavour Fund Awards, her first event with Prince Harry since the couple announced their plans to step back from their senior royal family roles. And while there, Meghan talked a little about how her and Harry’s 10-month-old son Archie is doing. There hasn’t been any new Archie photos or insight from Meghan and Harry since the holiday, when the couple shared a new shot of Archie with his dad in Canada.

At the ceremony, the Duchess of Sussex spoke to attendee Claire Spencer, whose husband, Lee “Frank” Spencer, was nominated for an award. According to Hello!, Spencer got the Duchess tell her how is the little guy doing. Spencer said that Meghan “said ‘oh yes, well, he is 10 months now and is into everything.’” Aw.

Ahead of Meghan’s arrival in the UK, The Sunday Times reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex planned to leave Archie in Canada rather than take him for their work trip. This was not confirmed by the couple: Meghan and Harry made no formal announcement about whether or not Archie came to the UK with them. But Archie has not been seen or photographed out with his parents in London.

When Meghan and Harry last returned to England in January—right before they announced they were stepping back from their roles— People and Harper’s Bazaar reported the couple chose to leave their son Archie in Canada, too. Both outlets report that Archie was in the care of Meghan’s friend Jessica Mulroney and a nanny while his parents were away. And they weren’t gone for long: Meghan was back with Archie in Canada on January 10, two days after the couple’s royal family role announcement.

She’s the Loose Women panellist best known for playing Tracey in BBC ’90s sitcom Birds of a Feather but not everyone is aware Linda Robson’s son is famous too. Louis Dunford is a talented singer-songwriter best known for Arsenal football club’s anthem The Angel (North London Forever).

Louis, 32, started playing the piano when he was 15 and his music was discovered by late music entrepreneur Jamal Edwards – son of Loose Women panellist Brenda Edwards – back in 2014. Linda was recently spotted shedding tears at an Arsenal game when Louis’s song was played, with a spectator uploading footage onto social media which went viral.

Many football fans were amazed at the mother-son link between the pair, writing comments like ‘mind blown’ under the viral video. Linda, 66, had Louis and daughter Roberta with window cleaning company owner Mark Dunford, with the couple parting ways last year.

Fellow Loose Women star Denise is beyond proud of her musician son. Matty Healy is the frontman of The 1975, who have had five number one albums in the UK and enjoyed success in the notoriously hard-to-crack US too.

“I just think: ‘Sometimes I can’t believe I gave birth to you’,” said Denise, calling her son a ‘creative genius’. “We are like, insanely close,” said Matty of his famous mum, with actor Tim Healy his dad. The songwriter’s emotional track She Lays Down tells the story of the post natal depression Denise, 65, suffered after giving birth to him.

Matty, 35, famously dated megastar Taylor Swift for a couple of months last year, with Denise posting a backstage snap with the Shake It Off singer on her social media. The former Coronation Street star loves attending her eldest son’s gigs, saying: “I get an amazing response from his fans. They wave and I wave back and suddenly it is like a ripple effect and 30,000 people are screaming at me. I’ve now learned to embrace it because they are so lovely.”

Sally Dynevor has played Sally Webster in Coronation Street since 1986 but while the actress is a household name in the UK, her daughter is famous worldwide thanks to the success of Netflix’s Bridgerton. Phoebe Dynevor starred in the first series of the steamy period drama, which reached a staggering 82 million households in its first 28 days of release in 2020.

Phoebe, 29, became famous overnight and says her mother being in the same profession was a massive help. “There was a certain point with Bridgerton where I was over-analysing everything and my mum told me to just embrace it all and not to be terrified of it,” the star recently told Elle UK.

Sally, 60, accompanied her daughter to the BAFTA Film Awards this February, writing on social media: ‘Had the time of my life’. Phoebe headed to the iconic Met Gala this month, sporting a huge diamond on her ring finger which sparked rumours she was set to wed US actor beau Cameron Fuller. Sally then posted a social media snap of a delighted Phoebe jumping into Cameron’s arms at what appeared to be a country estate, with a rainbow in the sky behind them – could that have been the moment they got engaged?

Coronation Street star Katy Cavanagh played bubbly Julie Carp in the soap for seven years and just like Denise Welch and Sally Dynevor, she has a very successful acting offspring. Noah Jupe played Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant’s son in 2020 HBO psychological thriller The Undoing, which attracted huge viewing figures on both sides of the Atlantic.

Noah, 19, also had roles in ITV’s Downton Abbey in 2015 and 2016’s The Night Manager on the BBC. He is also known for his film roles, which include 2019’s Ford v Ferrari and Honey Boy the same year, playing a young Shia LaBeouf, for which he was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Male.

Katy, 50, is married to Noah’s dad, filmmaker and producer Chris Jupe with the couple having three kids, Noah, Jemima and Jacobi. The actress is said to have left Coronation Street to support her son’s Hollywood career and Jacobi is an actor too, bagging a role in Disney’s Peter Pan and Wendy film at the age of seven. “It’s a crazy world out there,” Noah told the Independent in 2021. “And it’s an equally if not more crazy world in Hollywood or in the movie industry. So to have that close circle of people that I trust, my family or my close friends, is very important.”

But the star already had a host of acting credits to his name including The Larkins and Death in Paradise, plus in Guy Ritchie’s 2017 film King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.

The father-son duo have get on so well they teamed up for their own reality show on ITV Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad, which has run for five series to date. “He has always been my son, and you always take care of them,” said Bradley, 63, who has a daughter called Hayley too. “But then all of a sudden he becomes your equal and a work colleague, and a mate, and someone you respect. Now I look up to him.”

King Charles again ditches son Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ahead of big Royal event

King Charles has again snubbed son Prince Harry and his spouse Meghan Markle ahead of the massive Royal event.

While Buckingham Palace has issued no clarification on who will wave from the balcony this year, it has been confirmed that King Charles has again snubbed son Prince Harry and his spouse Meghan Markle ahead of the massive Royal event. When did Harry and Meghan last attend Trooping the Colour?

Harry and Meghan last attended the ceremony in 2018 and 2019. Even after stepping down from royal duties in 2021, the duo made an appearance to the event in 2022, the year when Queen Elizabeth II marked her Platinum Jubilee with pomp and show. However, they Sussexes didn’t join other Royal family members for a balcony appearance and instead choose to spend their time with non-working royals. They both haven’t been returned to the annual tradition since then.

In 2022, Meghan joined Harry for the funeral of late Queen, but she later skipped King Charles III’s coronation, preferring to spend the weekend hiking in Santa Barbara with friends.

Harry and Meghan moved to US with their son Archie in 2020 and have been residing in Montecito, California. Their visits to the United Kingdom have been sporadic, however, Harry flew to his home country to meet his father after the monarch revealed that he had been stricken with cancer. In May, the Duke again returned to the UK for the Invictus Games’ tenth anniversary, skipping the most-awaited meeting with his father King Charles and his estranged elder brother Prince William, who is second in line to the throne.

Amid concerns over King Charles and Kate Middleton’s health following their cancer diagnosis, it was uncertain if Trooping the Colour would take place this year. Later, Buckingham Palace confirmed King Charles’ presence to the event, skipping his horseback ride. This year, he is set to travel in a horse-drawn carriage with his wife, Queen Camilla
