“STOP IT RIGHT NOW!” Pauline Hanson Explodes on Live TV With Burqa Ban Demand, Triggers Furious On-Air Clash as Natalie Barr Slams Political Manipulation, Then Unleashes a Five-Second Broadside Against the Albanese Government That Sparks a Nationwide Wave of Support and Sends Shockwaves Through Canberra

“STOP IT RIGHT NOW, DON’T MAKE ME EXPLODE!” – Pauline Hanson “GOES CRAZY” calling for an immediate ban on the burqa, calling it “a ticking time bomb of extremism and the oppression of women”! Natalie Barr plunged into “war” with the extremists in Congress, accusing them of “using” weak Labor and useless Liberals to “bring down” Hanson.

But the real shock: Barr “stormed” a direct criticism of the Albanian government in just 5 seconds, causing an explosion of support from the Australian public like a tsunami! Details of the horrific drama below

In an extraordinary turn of events that has left the Australian public stunned, Pauline Hanson, the leader of One Nation, delivered a fiery speech demanding the immediate ban of the burqa, calling it “a ticking time bomb of extremism and the oppression of women.” Her comments, which have sparked outrage and heated debate, come amid rising tensions in Australian politics surrounding issues of national security, immigration, and cultural integration.

Hanson’s explosive remarks were made during a live television appearance, where she unleashed a passionate condemnation of the burqa, describing it as a symbol of oppression rather than a cultural or religious garment. “Enough is enough,” Hanson declared.

“We are living in a time where extremism is a real threat, and we cannot continue to turn a blind eye.

The burqa is a ticking time bomb, a symbol of the extreme ideology that threatens the safety of our women and the future of our country.” Her call for a nationwide ban on the garment was met with applause from her supporters, but it also ignited a storm of criticism from her political opponents and many in the Muslim community.

Hanson’s strong stance on the burqa is not new. She has long been an outspoken critic of what she perceives as the dangers posed by radical Islam in Australia. However, her comments this time were more forceful than ever before.

She argued that the burqa, as a symbol of the Islamic faith, is not simply a piece of clothing but a tool used to further the agenda of extremists who seek to undermine Australian values. “We are not a country that should tolerate the subjugation of women,” Hanson continued.

“The burqa is a physical manifestation of that oppression, and it is high time we take action.”

While many applauded Hanson’s call for action, others were quick to accuse her of stoking fear and division. Critics argue that banning the burqa would only serve to further alienate Australia’s Muslim population and could create an atmosphere of intolerance and discrimination.

Some politicians from both the Labor and Liberal parties have distanced themselves from Hanson’s remarks, suggesting that her views are too extreme for mainstream politics.

Despite the backlash, Hanson’s comments have sparked a nationwide conversation about the role of cultural symbols in Australian society and the need for a broader discussion about national security.

The controversy surrounding Hanson’s remarks took another dramatic turn when television presenter Natalie Barr entered the fray. Barr, known for her sharp commentary and no-nonsense approach, took to social media to express her frustration with the growing influence of extremist groups in Australia.

In a post that quickly went viral, Barr accused politicians from both major parties of being too weak in their response to the rise of radical ideologies. “The extremists in Congress are using the Labor and Liberal parties to further their agenda,” Barr wrote.

“They want to bring down leaders like Pauline Hanson, who have the courage to speak the truth. It’s time for us to take a stand and stop this madness.”

Barr’s comments set off a political firestorm, as many in the media and the public took sides in the growing debate over national security and cultural integration.

Her post received an overwhelming wave of support, with thousands of Australians praising her for speaking out against what they see as the political establishment’s failure to address the growing threat posed by extremism.

However, her comments also led to significant pushback, particularly from members of the Labor and Lieral parties, who accused Barr of using inflammatory rhetoric to score political points.

But the real shock came when Barr, in a direct and unprecedented attack, slammed the Albanian government for its handling of the situation.

In just five seconds, Barr unleashed a stinging criticism of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, accusing him of being weak and indecisive in the face of growing security threats. “Albanese is playing politics with our safety,” Barr stated bluntly. “He’s too busy appeasing extremists and ignoring the concerns of ordinary Australians.

It’s time for him to step up or step down.”

The swift nature of Barr’s criticism and the boldness of her words sent shockwaves through the Australian political landscape. Her remarks resonated with many Australians who feel that the government has been too slow to act in the face of rising tensions surrounding immigration, extremism, and national security.

The political fallout was immediate, with support for Barr’s stance growing by the minute as more and more Australians expressed frustration with the government’s handling of the issue.

Barr’s comments, which were made during a live broadcast, quickly went viral, and social media exploded with reactions. Thousands of people shared Barr’s post, calling for a change in leadership and demanding that the government take a stronger stance on security.

The hashtag #StepUpAlbanese began trending, with many accusing the Prime Minister of failing to protect the Australian people from the growing threat of extremism.

As the political debate rages on, it is clear that Hanson and Barr’s comments have struck a chord with a significant portion of the Australian public.

While the debate over the burqa ban continues, it is the broader issue of national security and the perceived weakness of the government that has become the central focus of the conversation.

With the next election on the horizon, this heated exchange is likely to have a lasting impact on the political landscape, as both major parties grapple with how to address the growing concerns of voters.

In the end, the dramatic clash between Pauline Hanson, Natalie Barr, and the Albanese government represents a larger struggle over Australia’s identity and the role of cultural symbols in shaping its future.

As the debate continues to unfold, the nation waits to see what actions will be taken in response to the rising tide of public outrage and the call for decisive leadership in the face of growing threats.

  • “MY CAREER IS OVER AND I’D STILL SAY EVERY WORD AGAIN.” Rylan Clark has revealed that ITV terminated his contract overnight after his firestorm on air comments

“MY CAREER IS OVER AND I’D STILL SAY EVERY WORD AGAIN.” Rylan Clark has revealed that ITV terminated his contract overnight after his firestorm on air comments

With his voice cracking but his resolve unshaken, he admits: “If speaking the truth costs me everything, so be it.” Producers panicked. Viewers froze. Britain wants answers. So what EXACTLY did he say that scared ITV this much?

Rylan Clark has confirmed that his time at This Morning is over—this time for good. After a whirlwind week of controversy, the TV star revealed that his contract with ITV has officially been terminated following the backlash to his explosive remarks on immigration.

Watch 'sad' Rylan Clark-Neal 'cry' as he presents This Morning for the last time - Daily Record

In an emotional sign-off, Rylan, 36, told viewers on Friday: “At last, I can finally breathe easy and speak out about those disgusting truths. I have no regrets for speaking up, even if it cost me my career. Thank you, everyone…”

The announcement marks a dramatic end to his stint as stand-in host alongside Josie Gibson, who had been covering for Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard during their summer break. Josie responded on-air with: “What a week!”—but fans had no idea that it would also be Rylan’s last.

The storm began earlier in the week when Rylan clashed with viewers over his take on Reform UK leader Nigel Farage’s mass deportation plans. Speaking live on air, he questioned:

“How come if I turn up at Heathrow Airport as a British citizen and I’ve left my passport in Spain, I won’t be let in? But if I arrive on a boat from Calais, I get taken to a four-star hotel?”

Rylan insisted that he was not against immigration, adding: “This country is built on immigration—legal immigration. They pay tax, they help our country thrive. But illegal routes? That’s something we can’t ignore.”

TV star Rylan Clark experienced severe health issues following split from Dan Neal | Wales Online

He also highlighted what he saw as a growing injustice: “You’ve got people who have lived here all their lives struggling, while others are handed hotels, phones, even iPads. Something major has to change.”

The remarks instantly divided audiences, with critics accusing him of spreading misinformation about asylum seekers in the UK. Social media erupted, and within hours, calls were mounting for ITV to act.

On X, Rylan fought back, declaring: “You can be pro-immigration and against illegal routes. You can support trans rights and respect women. You can be straight and support gay rights. The list goes on.”

Rylan Clark tipped to be axed from This Morning following small boats row

But by Friday, the damage was done. ITV confirmed behind the scenes that his role would not continue, with insiders revealing that the network and Rylan had “mutually agreed” to terminate his contract.

Fans reacted with heartbreak. One wrote: “Please keep Rylan and Josie on! They’re the best duo in years.” Another added: “I won’t be watching come next week—he was the only reason I tuned in again.”

The news came just as former host Ruth Langsford teased her own return to the iconic sofa. Speaking to The Mirror, she hinted she’d happily reunite with her “TV son” Rylan:

“I love Rylan. He’s like my son. We’ve worked together before, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. If ITV asked, I’d be there.”

However, with Rylan’s future at ITV officially closed, fans are now left wondering: could the duo reunite on an entirely new project away from This Morning? Ruth teased that something might already be in the works.

For now, one thing is clear: Rylan Clark is stepping away from daytime  TV on his own terms—louder, prouder, and with no regrets.

This Morning continues weekdays on ITV1 and ITVX—without one of its most outspoken stars.

‘I Just Wanted to Make You Proud’: AngryGinge’s Emotional Reunion Breaks the Nation

The first social media star in the history of I’m A Celebrity has been crowned King of the Jungle.

Morgan Burtwistle, better known as AngryGinge to his five million social media followers, was voted by the public to be the winner of the ITV reality show.

A staggering 13 million votes were cast, the highest on the show in at least a decade.

The 24-year-old, who grew up in a council estate in Salford, Manchester, appeared overwhelmed as he told the show’s hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly: ‘I don’t think I can swear, but I feel amazing. Honestly a dream come true. I didn’t think I could go all this way never mind win. Thank you to everyone who voted.’

Meanwhile, Tom Read Wilson, 39, placed runner-up and Shona McGarty, 34, came in third after three weeks in the Australian jungle.

AngryGinge was crowned King by last year’s winner McFly star Danny Jones.

The social media star said of his experience: ‘I was a massive fan of the show but it was a lot harder than I thought. I reached out to people who had been on it before for tips and clues but no one told me how hard it was going to be.

‘I’m a lot mentally strong than I thought I was. That was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. There were so many days I wanted to throw the towel in. I didn’t do it to become King, I did it for the experience.’

The star was greeted off the I’m A Celebrity bridge by his mother, Michelle, and his older sister, Tasha, who flew out to Australia two weeks ago to support him.

Typically the winner of the show is a household name and AngryGinge is the first social media star to be crowned King of the Jungle.

It’s a sure sign of the times and ITV bosses are said to be ‘thrilled’ with his appearance after he attracted 12 million in consolidated viewers over the first three episodes of the show – a record breaking number for the broadcaster.

Viewers wrote on X: ‘So glad that Ginge won, such an entertainer, but loved Tom and he was such a gracious & deserving runner up’ and ‘Congratulations to AngryGinge #ImACelebrity #king but well done Tom coming 2rd place.’

    ‘Angry Ginge is the king of the jungle for 2025! Who would have thought we’d even see him on #ImACelebrity let alone him winning it!’;

‘Can’t help but admit Angry Ginge is so likeable. Just one of us and living the dream’.

AngryGinge grew to prominence on the live streaming platform, Twitch, on which his five million followers watch him shout expletives at a video or football game for more than 10 hours a day from his bedroom.

He earns £1 million a year on what is known as ‘the Gogglebox of the internet’ but is set to make far more after his jungle stint with ITV bosses, and other major broadcasters, eyeing him up as the future of television.

Tom, meanwhile, said of his journey: ‘I think, historically, I have tendency to be a little bit introspective sometimes and that’s not very good for me.

‘What you had to be in the jungle is with an outward lens because of the people and also because of the nature. Everything you look at and hear is majestic.

‘Your whole focus has to be out and then you sort of forget this corporeal thing and you’re a floating soul. It’s a very nice way to live, but it takes an awfully long time to get used to it.’

The show opened with Shona, 34, pining for Aitch, 25, following his departure.

The former EastEnders star has forged a strong bond with Mancunian rapper Aitch during their three week stay on the long-running show, but his semi-final elimination hinted at something more than friendship.

But Shona described herself as a ‘sister’ to the rapper in her exit interview.

She said of their bond: ‘To be completely honest, when he came in he had this rapper thing going on. But actually underneath it all I could tell he was quite scared of the whole experience, we had a similar upbringing. He was normal and I just felt like an older sister and I wanted to protect him.’

The actress reflected on how the experience has helped ‘heal’ her following the breakdown of her engagement.

Shona split from the Irish musician David Bracken just weeks before entering the jungle.

Speaking about her journey, Shona said: ‘I came in here shaking like a s***ing dog, my anxiety has been up and down for as long as I can remember and it’s been a healing process for me in here. In real life I’m going to handle things a bit more easier for me, I think’.

Shona cried as she was greeted off the bridge by her older sister, Camilla.

Earlier in the show, Shona addressed his shock departure in the Bush Telegraph during Sunday evening’s final, she said: ‘I had to say goodbye to Aitch today… just one more day until I see him again.’

The comment prompted an inevitable wave of speculation from viewers, with many predicting the pair might strike up a romance once Shona leaves the jungle.

Taking to X, one commented: ‘Shona was devastated!’

A second added: ‘The way aitch & Shona hugged… they are SO SWEET!!’

While a third posted: ‘THE AITCH AND SHONA POTENTIAL ROMANCE?! I must know cos they’d be cute af!’ [sic]

It comes after Aitch cleared up what was happening between him and Shona during their three-week stint in the I’m A Celebrity camp.

When asked by the Daily Mail if there was anything romantic between them, he denied it and said: ‘Romantic, no, not at all, she’s a good friend of mine.

‘I just think we had a bond over the music thing, 95 per cent of the conversations we had in the Jungle was literally just about how sick she is at singing.

‘I knew that she was trying to come out of the Jungle and pursue a music career.

‘I think this is just because of my age, she had the same conversations with Martin, but no one’s going to say she had a romance with him because Martin is married.

‘So, unfortunately, I’m the next option.’

The rapper revealed that when they return to the UK, he will help introduce Shona to his music contacts.

He said: ‘Most of our conversations were me just telling her she sings so well and that she needs to stop being so scared and pursue singing.’

Fans were convinced there was a spark between the two campmates who were both recently single – Shona having ended a nine-year relationship with her fiance David Bracken and Aitch breaking it off with his girlfriend, Lois Cottam, weeks before the jungle.

During the final, the trio faced their last Bushtucker Trial and secured 12 stars for a farewell banquet.

As they met Ant and Dec at the Bushtucker Trial clearing, they learnt that they would all be taking part in their own challenge to win a starter, main course, dessert and drink for their meal.

Tom took on Bushtucker Bonanza in which he had to eat four dishes to win three main courses for camp and a drink of his choice.

His first dish was a fermented duck egg and scorpion, and in a show first, Tom put the entire fermented duck egg in his mouth.

Ant exclaimed: ‘Oh! We’ve never had that! 25 years and no one’s ever popped it in whole.’

His second dish, which was brand new for 2025, was camel’s brain, this third was a pig’s vagina and his fourth dish was a huntsman spider.

He successfully finished all four dishes, successfully winning four main courses and his drink of choice.

Shona took on Rat Race in order to win all three starters for the group and a drink of her choice.

As she took on her task, she was strapped down inside a tight confined box and had to remove four stars using only her mouth with eight minutes to do so.

Using her tongue to release four stars, she was joined by rats, cockroaches, crickets and mealworms. She won all four stars meaning three starters and a drink of her choice.

Lastly, Ginge took on Helmets of Hell, where he had to put his head into four helmets and his hand in the four boxes below to release each star, with two minutes to win each star.

In the helmets he was joined by mealworms, toads, crickets, cockroaches, lizards, scorpions and snakes.

For his final star he was joined by rats in the handbox and his worst fear, spiders in the head box.

He successfully got four out of four stars winning desserts and a drink of his choice for camp.

That evening, Shona, Ginge and Tom all sat down at the Jungle Banquet where they dined like Kings and Queens.

For their drinks, Shona went for a diet coke, Ginge for a coke and Tom, of course, went for a coupe of champagne.

For their starters, Shona requested prawns pil pil, Ginge went for a double cheeseburger and chips and Tom opted for smoked salmon.

For their main course, Shona opted for boiled bacon and cabbage, Ginge for a huge pepperoni pizza and chicken tenders and Tom for venison with red wine jus, dauphinoise potatoes and broad beans.

Lastly for dessert, Shona went for a chocolate fudge cake with double cream, Ginge went for a huge slice of carrot cake and Tom also opted for chocolate fudge cake.

Throughout the competition it has been between Aitch and his close friend, the Twitch streaming star AngryGinge as to who would come home with the crown.

But it is ITV who is the real winner after a successful series for them with 12million in consolidated viewing figures – a show first – due to their Gen Z star signings.

Network bosses have been ‘over the moon’ that the pair, who share vastly the same fanbase, have helped the network pull off the impossible by luring teenagers back to mainstream television.

Since the launch episode of I’m A Celeb 2025, the programme has seen the number of viewers aged 16-34 reaching a consolidated 2.5million – ITV’s biggest since the 2022 World Cup.

But the success brought about by Aitch and AngryGinge is not just down to their success in the Bushtucker Trials – behind the scenes, it was the battle of the Gen Z influencers who could wield the votes.

Their teams have strived behind the scenes to not only ensure their man wins, but also present the pair, who were friends before the show, as their own people.

“We Almost Lost Everything”: Ryan Sutter SHOCKINGLY ADMITS Trista Nearly Walked Away for Good, CONFESSING He Was ‘SELFISH’ and Had an OUTSIDE RELATIONSHIP That Nearly DESTROYED Their Marriage

The original Bachelorette fairy tale has just been shattered by a brutal reality check. Ryan Sutter, the fireman who won the heart of the first-ever Bachelorette, Trista Sutter, has made a series of heart-wrenching admissions about the dark state of their marriage. In a shocking confession, Ryan admitted that they “almost lost everything” and that he was solely responsible for pushing Trista to the point of walking away for good.

The most devastating part of his confession? Ryan revealed that his “selfish” behavior led to an outside relationship that brought their legendary 20-year marriage to the brink of a permanent divorce.

“I was selfish”: the internal collapse

For decades, the Sutters were the blueprint for reality TV success. However, Ryan admits that the pressure of maintaining that image, combined with his own personal struggles, turned him into a person Trista no longer recognized.

“I was selfish, and I was checked out,” Ryan reportedly confessed during an emotional deep-dive into their history. “I let my own needs and my own ego come before the woman who gave me everything. Trista was ready to go. She had one foot out the door, and I couldn’t blame her.”

Ryan claims he had become emotionally distant, leaving Trista to carry the weight of their family and public persona alone, which created a toxic environment that nearly “destroyed” their bond.

    The “outside relationship” bombshell

The most shocking part of the revelation is Ryan’s admission of an outside relationship. While he stopped short of providing explicit details, he acknowledged that he sought connection outside of his marriage during their lowest point—an act he now views as the ultimate betrayal of Trista’s trust.

“There was an outside relationship that I allowed to happen because I was looking for an escape,” he admitted. “It wasn’t just a mistake; it was a symptom of how broken I had become. It nearly cost me my wife, my kids, and my entire life. Trista found out, and that was the moment we almost lost everything.”

    A marriage on life support

According to insiders, the couple spent months in intensive therapy, navigating the fallout of Ryan’s confession. Trista reportedly struggled with the decision to stay, questioning if the “fairy tale” could ever be rebuilt after such a profound breach of trust.

“Trista nearly walked away for good,” a source close to the family shared. “She was devastated. The only reason they are still together is that Ryan finally took full accountability for his actions and worked every single day to earn back a fraction of her trust. They are survivors, but the scars are very real.”

The admission serves as a stark reminder that even the most perfect-looking relationships can hide deep, painful secrets behind closed doors.

“THE BURRELLO BABY BOOM”: Caila Quinn SHOCKS Fans by Welcoming Her THIRD Child in Under Three Years, CONFIRMING a Safe Delivery and Declaring Her ‘Three Under Three’ Household Is Now the HEART of Her Growing Empire

Bachelor alum Caila Quinn and her husband, Nick Burrello, have welcomed their third baby.

“So in love with our little Grayson Paul Burrello,” Quinn, 34, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, December 20. “After a smooth c-section we’ve been soaking in all of the scrunchie cuddles with baby boy. Took us a moment to share the news as we couldn’t decide until the last moment on how to spell his name.”

Quinn — who appeared on Ben Higgins’ season 20 of The Bachelor and season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2016 — tied the knot with Burrello in May 2021 after nearly four years of dating. The couple welcomed daughter Teddi in March 2023 and son Christian in August 2024.

Quinn announced her third pregnancy in July, telling People, “We are over the moon to share that our family is growing. We are having another baby!”

“Baby No. 3 is on the way this December! Soon, we’ll have three under 3, and we are so happy,” she added. “Thank you for your love and support during this special time. We’re soaking in every precious moment together as a family before this exciting next chapter begins.”

Quinn also posted family photos via Instagram, which showed the proud parents posing outside with their two kids as Quinn held the sonogram images.

In a follow-up video, the family of four sat on a blanket in the grass. Quinn then pulled the sonogram photos from a nearby bag and showed them to Teddi.

“Soaking in this sunshine ☀️,” she wrote via Instagram. “Can’t wait for you to be here soon 🐥🐥🐣.”

Less than three months earlier, Quinn addressed rumors that Burrello cheated on her with multiple people during “one of his business trips.”

“WTF is this…,” she replied in the comments section of a TikTok post in April, adding a laughing emoji. “This isn’t true. And my husband doesn’t go on business trips. This is a joke. No one believe these rumors. This is FALSE.”

The following month, Quinn celebrated her and Burrello’s wedding anniversary.

“Four years ago today. Time flies,” she captioned an Instagram Story post of a photo from their nuptials.

In June, Quinn paid tribute to Burrello on Father’s Day.

“I love you. The kids love you,” she gushed via Instagram at the time. “And I’m grateful for the family we’ve built together. Happy Father’s Day Nick ♥️.”

During her first pregnancy, Quinn opened up to Us Weekly about how “caring” Burrello was while she was expecting Teddi.

“He has been unbelievably thoughtful — with back massages and an ice-cold Yeti full of water before bed,” she raved. “Just the other day he had to shower in a slippery tub and he asked me if I wanted him to hold my hand as I showered so I wouldn’t slip and fall too. And it just reminds me that I am so lucky to have him as a partner.”

“THEY STILL DON’T LIVE TOGETHER”: Joan Vassos DROPS A BOMBSHELL on their one-year anniversary, CONFIRMING she and Chock are leading SEPARATE LIVES to avoid a total relationship collapse

Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple are still going strong one year after getting engaged on The Golden Bachelorette — but that doesn’t mean they don’t feel a little pressure when it comes to expectations from Bachelor Nation.

“I do feel that way — if something happened with us, which nothing is going to happen, but if something did that, it would be hard on the Golden franchise,” Joan, 61, told Us Weekly exclusively during a joint interview with Chock, also 61, pegged to their partnership with Inspire. “I’m not sure if I ever said this to anybody, but I felt a lot of pressure to be successful [as the Golden Bachelorette] because Gerry and Theresa had just broken up right before I started filming, like, within months. And I felt a lot of pressure that if I wasn’t successful, if I didn’t find somebody, that it would be the end of it. I felt super responsible. I got lucky.”

Joan and Chock got engaged on season 1 of The Golden Bachelorette, which aired in fall 2024. From the beginning, Joan was vocal about how she didn’t want to leave her kids and grandkids in Maryland. Chock, for his part, still resides in Kansas.

“Even though we live apart, we have spent a very good amount of time together,” Chock told Us. “And over the next two to three weeks, we’ll be together a lot [in New York City for the holidays]. We’re still learning [about each other]. In all honesty, you still learn about someone a year later, and it’s been very enjoyable.”

Chock added that Joan makes her life “much better” for a lot of reasons, including her organization, which is needed as they plan their meet-ups and trips.

“We figure it out month to month,” she said. “It’s harder because we’re a lot busier than we thought we were going to be, but we’ve had a lot of fun doing it. The way that it has unraveled has been really fun.”

As far as that engagement ring — which sparked split rumors when Joan wasn’t wearing it earlier this year — they tell Us that they still don’t have plans to tie the knot.

“We’ll get married, but right now, we’re busy. I couldn’t plan a wedding right now if my life depended on it,” Joan said. “It would have to elope or go to city hall. I have a son who got married last summer. I have a son who’s getting married this summer. There may be babies on the way — life is so busy.”

Chock insisted that the duo will wed “when the time is right.”

“We want to. … It’s just not a priority with everything we have going on right now,” he said.

“We’re together,” Joan added. “I don’t think it’ll change the way we are very much, to be honest.”

The aforementioned breakup speculation, which was fueled by Joan not mentioning Chock by name in her Thanksgiving gratitude post, doesn’t really bother them.

“The good thing for us in our internal relationship is I’m OK. That didn’t bother me at all. I kind of thought it was funny,” Chock said. “it is about family, and so I was good with it.”

In addition to spending time together in New York City for the holidays, Joan and Chock teamed up to shoot an ad for Inspire, four years after Chock received the Inspire implant in 2021 following years of struggling with sleep apnea.

“I was suffering from sleep apnea, and I’ve successfully had the implant put in, you have so much more energy when you use Inspire sleep therapy,” Chock — who showed off his Inspire Sleep Remote, a handheld device to turn the implant on/off, adjust stimulation strength and more, at the Us Weekly office — said. “It just really changes your life. And as you get older — a lot of us don’t sleep eight hours a day — but you get a good six to seven hours. You don’t get interrupted sleep.”

Joan, for her part, is grateful too, noting that Chock didn’t have his remote during the first night that they spent together after The Bachelorette.

“We fall asleep, and he snores the whole night. I didn’t sleep [at all], and I had never experienced this before,” Joan recalled. “I actually had left during the night to go back to my room. He explains to me in the morning that he didn’t have his remote control and that he has sleep apnea but it’s going to be fine because [he has] this Inspire implant. I had never even heard of it, and he told me all about it, and the next night, no snoring at all. I know that people really deal with this in their marriages.”

  • Keir Starmer Stuns Viewers With Abrupt Live Walkout From ITV Studio After Furious Audience Backlash

Keir Starmer Stuns Viewers With Abrupt Live Walkout From ITV Studio After Furious Audience Backlash

Just two minutes ago, chaos erupted live on ITV’s Loose Women as UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer was mobbed by an agitated audience, forcing him to flee the studio amid a furious backlash. The unexpected on-air frenzy underscores Starmer’s plummeting public support and a volatile political climate gripping Britain.

Starmer’s scheduled appearance aimed to spotlight a new government strategy tackling violence against women and girls, an issue of grave national importance. The prime minister arrived prepared to make a serious statement; yet, the response from viewers and the studio audience was anything but receptive.

From the onset, tension simmered. Starmer faced a barrage of hostile reactions on social media, with viewers openly expressing disdain. Twitter feeds flooded with comments preferring to watch trivial daytime shows like Bargain Hunt rather than listen to Starmer discuss policy. The scorn was instant and ruthless.
    Online TV streaming services

Inside the Loose Women studio, the atmosphere turned sour quickly. Although the panel included respected hosts, the public’s mood was unforgiving. Starmer’s attempt to engage with women viewers on a daytime platform was seen by many as a desperate PR move rather than genuine policy outreach.

The prime minister’s remarks on the government’s ambitious plan to halve violence against women over ten years showcased his experience, recalling his previous role prosecuting such cases. He stressed the novel focus on prevention and educating the younger generation about respect and consent, signaling a shift in approach.

However, despite the policy’s merit, public trust in Starmer is at a historic low. Approval ratings have sharply declined since the mid-year election victory, hampered by controversies including welfare cuts and expensive donation scandals, contributing to growing perceptions of political insincerity and detachment from everyday struggles.

This lasting mistrust manifested in the live setting as audience members visibly challenged the prime minister. The confrontation reached a boiling point when Starmer was literally mobbed on set, an unprecedented moment in British political broadcasting. Forced to leave the studio, he appeared visibly rattled by the hostility.

Political insiders warn this incident reflects deeper fractures within the electorate’s patience. Starmer’s challenge is no longer merely executing policy but regaining credibility and connection with a skeptical public. Television viewers’ rejection on what should have been a pivotal engagement highlights a critical crisis in leadership perception.

Loose Women’s choice as a platform—popular but informal and opinionated—was strategic but seemed to backfire spectacularly. The predominantly female audience did not welcome what many saw as opportunistic positioning, swiftly rejecting Starmer in favour of lighter, escapist programming. This speaks volumes about current voter sentiments.

In the political landscape, optics are everything. Starmer’s attempt to reach beyond traditional media appears to have only 𝓮𝔁𝓹𝓸𝓼𝓮𝓭 the gulf between politicians and the public’s expectations. His retreat from the studio symbolizes more than embarrassment; it signals a profound disconnect with those he aims to represent and protect.

As Starmer steps back to regroup, the media storm is just gathering momentum. Tonight, political commentators and analysts will dissect the implications of this live breakdown, questioning not only the prime minister’s strategy but also the Labour party’s coherence and future viability in restoring public trust and authority.

With national confidence waning and urgent social issues on the table, Starmer’s next moves will be critical. The government’s pledge to tackle gender-based violence remains vital, but without popular backing, such promises risk falling flat. The public demands accountability, authenticity, and real engagement—not staged appearances or hollow rhetoric.

This event sends a stark warning: public patience has limits, and political theatre can rapidly spiral into spectacle. Keir Starmer’s live exit from Loose Women is a vivid symptom of the turbulence facing British politics today—a stark reminder that connection and credibility are not just assets, but survival tools in modern leadership.

Bondi hero is handed $2.5million cheque in his hospital bed – then asks unbelievable question

Ahmed Al-Ahmed, the hero who disarmed a gunman during the Bondi Beach terror attacks, has been handed a $2.5 million cheque in hospital.

Heartwarming footage captured the moment the Syrian-born father of two learned that 43,000 people across the world had donated money to honour his bravery.

‘I deserve it?’ was the response Mr Al-Ahmed, 42, gave when a man handed him the cheque in the video posted to social media.

    ‘Every penny,’ the man answered.

Asked what he would say to the tens of thousands of people who donated, Mr Al-Ahmed’s message was one of peace and unity.

‘To stand with each other, all human beings, and forget everything bad behind the back, and keep going to save life. Save lives,’ he said from his  hospital bed.

‘When I do save the people, I do it from the heart.’

Viewers of the video were touched by Mr Al-Ahmed’s modesty.

‘It was a nice day, everyone enjoying, celebrating with their kids, woman, man, teenager,’ he said.

‘Everyone was happy… they deserve to enjoy and it’s their right.

‘This country (is the) best country in the world… We’re not going to stand and keep watching, enough is enough.

‘God protect Australia. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie.’

The Sutherland tobacconist was hailed as a national hero after footage surfaced of him rushing the elder gunman and wrestling away his firearm.

The intervention came at a significant personal cost, with Mr Al-Ahmed suffering multiple bullet wounds to the shoulder and arm.

The groundswell fundraising campaign for Mr Al-Ahmed garnered international attention, including a maximum $99,999 donation from US billionaire Bill Ackman.

Mr Al-Ahmed’s fundraiser, launched by CarHub Australia, is one of several established in the days since the terror attack.

Total donations to verified GoFundMe campaigns now sit at about $5 million, including nearly $800,000 for the family of the youngest victim, ten-year-old Matilda.

More than $650,000 has been raised for Sofia, 61, and Boris Gurman, 69, who were also hailed as heroes after they were killed attempting to put a swift end to the attack.

Donations to the family of slain Rabbi Eli Schlanger have surpassed $360,000 and a further $72,000 for Boris Tetleroyd, who was shot alongside his son at the event.

NSW Premier Chris Minns described Mr Al-Ahmed as a ‘real-life hero’ after meeting with him in hospital earlier this week.

The governor general also visited the ailing hero in hospital on Tuesday, bringing with her flowers plucked from Admiralty House.

She gave thanks on behalf of the Australian public and King Charles, whom she said asked after Mr Al-Ahmed the night prior.

‘For Ahmed, (King Charles) wants to send thanks for… that moment of absolute heroics that we’ve all been staggered by and so grateful for,’ Mostyn said.

She added the 43-year-old would likely receive a bravery award and that he had already received ‘many, many’ nominations.

Sajid Akram was shot dead by police at the scene. His son, Naveed, was rushed to hospital under police guard with critical injuries.

The 24-year-old spent two days in a coma before being hit with dozens of charges, including 15 counts of murder.

  • First Christmas, Big Feelings: Reuben Owen marks huge step in relationship with girlfriend ‘can’t believe it’

First Christmas, Big Feelings: Reuben Owen marks huge step in relationship with girlfriend ‘can’t believe it’

Reuben Owen has marked a major step forward in his relationship with girlfriend Jess during a festive episode of his Channel 5 series Reuben Owen: Christmas in the Dales, leaving viewers smiling at the couple’s growing bond.

The 21-year-old farmer, who first found fame on Our Yorkshire Farm, shared several intimate moments with Jess as the pair prepared to spend their first Christmas together — a milestone that comes just over a year after they began dating. The episode showed Reuben organising a Christmas party at Jess’ family farm as a heartfelt thank-you to the friends and relatives who have supported them throughout the year.

    Family games

Before the celebrations could begin, Reuben, alongside his colleagues Sonny and Capper and Jess’ father David, faced a demanding barn renovation that had to be completed in time for the party. The pressure only added to the sense of achievement when the evening finally came together.

Adding a touch of chaos and charm, the couple also raised a group of turkey chicks for their first Christmas celebrations — though the birds briefly escaped, forcing Reuben and Jess to work together to round them up.

Reflecting on their journey, Reuben remarked with a smile that it was their second Christmas together, while Jess laughed as she realised how quickly time had passed, admitting she “couldn’t believe it” herself. When asked about Christmas presents, Jess insisted she didn’t need anything, while Reuben joked that he was hoping for articulated wrap — and perhaps even another digger.

The episode echoed the affection the couple have shown publicly in recent months. Back in October, Reuben marked their one-year anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post declaring his love for Jess, who responded by saying they had made “so many amazing memories together”.

    Gift baskets

Fans were quick to flood the couple with warm messages, praising their natural chemistry and calling them “made for one another”, with many urging Channel 5 to feature Jess even more on the show.
