Meghan Markle reacts to the explosive secret about Archie’s paternity revealed by Matt Lauer (video)

In a stunning revelation that has caused ripples throughout British tabloids and social media, former NBC anchor Matt Lauer dropped a bombshell regarding the paternity of Meghan Markle’s son, Archie, during a guest appearance on a popular YouTube channel dedicated to celebrity gossip (channel name withheld).

While Lauer never explicitly stated that Archie wasn’t Prince Harry’s son, his carefully chosen words and knowing glances left viewers with a sense of unease.

Referring to his own downfall due to sexual harassment allegations, Lauer pointed out the dangers of blindly trusting public figures and the media. He remarked, with a pointed finger at the camera, “The media has a way of portraying certain couples in a certain light. We’re all encouraged to believe a fairy tale narrative, but the truth can often be far more prosaic.”

Lauer then mentioned a source close to the royal family who had shared explosive information regarding Archie’s paternity. Although the details of this supposed information were frustratingly vague, Lauer did mention discrepancies in the timeline of Meghan and Harry’s relationship compared to Archie’s birth.

Social media erupted in speculation, with #ArchiePaternity trending worldwide. Countless memes and theories swirled around.

While die-hard Meghan Markle fans dismissed Lauer’s claims as the desperate ramblings of a disgraced media personality, others pointed to Meghan’s noticeable absence from recent royal events as a possible sign that there’s more to the story than meets the eye.

Throughout Lauer’s interview, one detail remained particularly unsettling: Meghan Markle’s complete silence on the matter. Despite the global firestorm surrounding her name, Meghan has yet to address the rumors swirling around Archie’s paternity.

This silence, some argue, speaks volumes. Meghan Markle has never been shy about speaking her mind, from her outspoken nature on social issues to her controversial relationship with her own father. Her deafening silence on this topic is a stark departure from her usual outspokenness. By refusing to address the rumors, Meghan Markle only adds fuel to the fire. In the age of social media, silence can often be misconstrued as guilt or admission. Each passing day that Meghan stays silent allows the rumors to fester and grow.

Some reporters argue that Meghan’s silence is a strategic move to protect her son from the media frenzy. There’s a certain logic to this argument; however, it’s important to remember that the longer Meghan stays silent, the more it appears she has something to hide.

The truth remains unknown. Matt Lauer, despite his journalistic background, has a checkered past that makes his credibility questionable. However, the mere fact that a prominent media personality would make such a statement about a royal child ensures the rumor mill will continue to churn. One thing is certain: Meghan Markle’s silence is no longer an option. The longer she waits to address these explosive allegations, the more they will damage her carefully cultivated reputation.

“Parenting is amazing,” Harry said. “It’s only been, what, two-and-a-half days, three days? But we’re just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy here to spend some precious times with him as he slowly starts to grow up.”

The royal baby wore a cashmere hat by G.H. Hurt & Son and was bundled in an ivory white Leaves and Flowers Baby Shawl by the same brand. Meghan wore a sleeveless trench dress by Grace Wales Bonner.

The interview with the family of three took place inside St. George’s Hall at Windsor Castle, the same place Harry and Meghan held their wedding reception after their May 19 wedding.

Harry and Meghan’s decision to skip the traditional photo op outside the hospital, like Princess Diana and Duchess Kate have done, drew backlash from some members of the British press when it was first announced last month.

“This is the shattering of a tradition that goes back for decades,” one journalist told The New York Times last month. “There is a price to be paid for that, and that price is mockery.”

On Wednesday, Meghan said they had a “special couple days” as a family of three.

PHOTO: Members of staff set up an official notice on an easel at the gates of Buckingham Palace in London on May 6, 2019 announcing the birth of a son to Britain's Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

“He’s just been the dream, so it’s been a special couple days,” she said, later thanking the public for “all the well wishes and the kindness.”

    How the baby made history
Prince Harry and Meghan’s son is the first American British biracial royal born in the United Kingdom.

Baby Sussex appears to be the first mixed race child born into the royal family, although some royal historians have pointed out that when Queen Charlotte married King George III in the 1700s, she was believed to have descended from the black branch of the Portuguese royal family. The couple had 15 children, according to the British royal family’s website.

Meghan was born to a white father and a black mother and grew up as a biracial child in Los Angeles.

Harry and Meghan’s child could hold dual American and British nationality, a first for a royal baby.

Meghan, a California native, is reportedly still waiting for her British citizenship application to be approved. Kensington Palace said in November that Meghan would retain her U.S. citizenship as she undergoes the process of becoming a British citizen, which can take several years.

“From what I understand, Harry and Meghan will have to acquire documentation for their child to prove U.S. citizenship and it’s not clear if they will do that but of course the option is there,” said ABC News royal contributor Victoria Murphy.

Where the baby falls in the line of succession
Harry and Meghan’s son is seventh in line to the British throne, after its grandfather, Prince Charles, uncle, Prince William, three cousins, George, Charlotte and Louis and its father, Prince Harry.

What leave Meghan, Harry will take after the baby is born
The palace has not announced maternity and paternity leave plans for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

ITV Love Island’s Gemma Owen became ‘protective’ after brother was diagnosed with rare eye disease

Love Island’s Gemma Owen and her little brother James appeared on Loose Women to discuss his blindness. He was diagnosed with Stargardt disease when he was younger

Love Island’s Gemma Owen revealed she became ‘protective’ over her brother James after he was diagnosed with a rare eye disease.

A few years ago, footballer Michael Owen confirmed his son was diagnosed with Stargardt disease – which, according to the NHS, is a “rare inherited condition causing loss of central vision”. According to the National Eye Institute, vision loss usually starts in childhood — but some people with Stargardt disease don’t start to lose their vision until they’re adults.

James first realised something was wrong when he struggled to see the whiteboard at school. Appearing on Monday’s edition of Loose Women, Gemma and her brother discussed what it was like for him growing up and how the family navigated the difficult diagnosis.

Gemma said: “I think at the start it was it was a little bit of a struggle, you know, for the family and for James. I think he had quite a few of his early school years, you know, being quite frustrated and finding work challenging but I think he’s sort of really sort of got the grips with it and embracing it now.”

    Gemma Owen

When asked whether she felt protective, Gemma added: “I am the protective big sister and seeing his mates sort of having fun and games with him a little bit, I did get protective sometimes.” Their mum, Louise, was in the audience and admitted she didn’t cope very well with the diagnosis.

“To begin with, my husband’s [Michael Owen] very optimistic. The glass is half always half full,” she explained. “But for me, the thought of there not being any treatment at the moment or any cure was quite hard to deal with and also knowing that progressively the condition was going to get worse.”

Gemma said she had to step in as support as her mum wasn’t ‘strong’ about the situation. “I think my mum as any mum would be, I think she found it very emotional. And she, you know, when James came back from school and had a bad day. I think she just got upset. She got emotional and she wasn’t really, you know, that strong sort of figure.

“So that’s where I sort of tried my best to step in and sort of be there for him and sort of, you know, look at everything logically and try and work through it.”

In 2019, former footballer Michael opened up about his son’ condition during a chat with The Times. He said: “He will never be a footballer. My son’s got an eye condition. I’ve never said this. I don’t want a big headline. Clinically, he’s blind. He’s got Stargardt disease, a degeneration of his retina. I used to go and watch him and b*****k him about his positioning.”

“He can’t see the ball until it’s five yards away. As much as every father wants their son to play, it is almost a relief to me,” he added at the time.

  • Ruth Langsford on sensational return to This Morning after Eamonn Holmes’ bitter feud with ITV

Ruth Langsford on sensational return to This Morning after Eamonn Holmes’ bitter feud with ITV

Loose Women’s Ruth Langsford doesn’t need Eamonn Holmes’ ‘permission to do anything’, including returning to ITV show This Morning without her husband by her side

Ruth Langsford says she could return to This Morning and wouldn’t need husband Eamonn Holmes’ permission.

The pair used to host the show every Friday for 15 years but were axed leading to Eamonn criticising the ITV show repeatedly in the media. He also didn’t hold back in his criticism of Phillip Schofield and how his exit was handled. But by contrast Ruth returned for a week on This Morning with Rylan Clark and recent reports even said she was in talks for a full time comeback.

Speaking in Woman&Home, Ruth said: “I love This Morning but reports that ITV have recently asked me back aren’t true. I laughed when I saw that report. I have no idea where these things come from. It’s like when people write a nasty comment on my Instagram, I find it amusing.

Ruth and Eamonn on this morning

“If they asked me, I would certainly consider it. I did a week with Rylan last year and I wasn’t torn because of Eamonn’s situation [turning his back on ITV]. Eamonn has left ITV, it’s done and dusted. He’s got another job, which he loves. Also, I don’t have to ask Eamonn’s permission to do anything, or for him me, so if ITV said, ‘Would you come and do a week on This Morning?’ and if I was free and it was with the right person, I probably would do it.”

In the interview for the December issues of the magazine, which features a Christmas theme, Ruth also says she would love a Sunday night chat show. Discussing her ambitions, she said: “Do I want a prime-time Sunday night chat show? Of course! I’m always ambitious. I’m not chasing jobs but I set my own standards. I want my clothing range to do well; I put the hours in, I do my research, I have a good team, I turn up on time and work hard. I’m very much a team player. I’m not a leader, but I like bouncing ideas.

“In television, age is not always a positive [for a woman]. Loose Women is fantastic and thank God for it, but often your age can be a negative in TV. You are at the mercy of programme controllers. You can have the best agent in the world and be – in your opinion – the best presenter ever, but if the person at the top of the chain doesn’t want to use you, you don’t get used.”

She also spoke about trying to “embrace ageing”. The 63-year-old explained: I’m trying to embrace ageing and not let it frighten me. You can become too cautious and think, ‘Ooh, I’d better not do that because of my age.’ I’m not suddenly going to go skydiving, I’m just trying to embrace the life I have.

“I love working but the older I get, the longer hours take more of a toll, so I try to balance that by eating well, walking and getting fresh air. I’m 63, pretty fit and healthy, but I look at my mum, then I look at Eamonn, who’s had his health and back problems, and it makes you realise how important your health is, being able to move is and looking after yourself.”

    Eamonn Holmes on GB News
Eamonn has let rip on ITV several times since leaving the channel
Ruth’s husband Eamonn hasn’t been shy sharing his thoughts on on ITV and his former colleagues since leaving the channel in 2021 – taking aim at This Morning’s press office and the ITV show’s former host Schofield.

Eamonn, 62, co-hosted the Friday instalment of This Morning for 15 years with Ruth, 61, before they were replaced on the ITV show by Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary. Eamonn has since gone to to join GB News, presenting the channel’s breakfast show alongside co-host Isabel Webster.

The Irish journalist branded the ITV press office ‘Ministry of Lies’ in July 2022, after scooping his first major award since making the switch from ITV to GB News. During his acceptance speech at the Tric Awards, Eamonn gave a warning to Good Morning Britain – telling the ITV show he and GB News were “coming for them” in the ratings war.

Eamonn beat Stephen Dixon, Victoria Derbyshire and Clive Myrie to win the New Presenter honour at the Tric Awards last year and celebrated his success and set the record straight about a few things regarding his ITV exit when chatting with the Mirror and other press after collecting his award.

“You wouldn’t be doing what you’re doing if you don’t think you’re the best with what you’re doing,” Eamonn stated when quizzed about his ratings war promise to Good Morning Britain. When probed about how wife Ruth feels about his previous comments regarding ITV following his exit, Eamonn was quick to share how he really feels.

“I haven’t been slagging off This Morning. I’m telling the truth about ITV,” he hit back with when asked how Ruth feels about him “slagging off ITV.” “I haven’t been slagging them off. ITV have been telling lies about me. They’ve been telling lies about me. I’m just putting the record straight, he continued.Eamonn didn’t stop there, going on to declare: “The Ministry of Lies, their press office, which chunder out there the same. The point is I did not resign from ITV. ITV resigned from me. And I never received a single explanation once why they wanted rid of me. And also, the sort of stuff that comes out – ‘Eamonn believes he’s male pale and stale,’ doesn’t look like it does it. Eamonn never once said that. ITV press office said that.”

ITV’s Loose Women presenter Kaye Adams was forced to apologise to viewers after Linda Robson swore on live TV as she tried to explain that she is not confident in taking red carpet pictures

Loose Women panelist Kaye Adams was forced to apologise to viewers after Linda Robson swore on live TV as she tried to explain how she doesn’t take herself seriously when taking red-carpet pictures.

The 65 year old star, who became a household name when she starred in the comedy Birds Of A Feather, was explaining to the audience there are specific poses to master when having your picture taken on the red carpet. She told fans that you have to pose with your head forward and to not look down “otherwise you get a double chin.” She then continued to say: “I just go like that.”

And just moments later she flipped the bird – holding her middle finger up in a swearing hand gesture – and said: “I just try and make it a joke because I don’t know what else to do.” Within seconds, Kaye stepped in and spoke to the camera to apologise to viewers who may have found Linda’s gesture offensive.

She told fans: “Can I just say, some people might find that gesture offensive and so we apologise.” To hide her embarrassment, Linda laughed off the situation while Kaye swiftly moved on.

The Scottish TV presenter then attributed Linda’s inability to take a posed photograph, down to her carrying a pair of flip-flops under her arm in a plastic bag. Kaye added: “So that kind of spoils the whole vibe a wee bit doesn’t it?” But Linda claimed “normally I get someone to hold it for me when I’m doing the red carpet.” This however, is not the first time that Linda has let a rude word slip while on the live ITV daytime show.

Last month, Linda’s blunder came during a segment of the show where she was giving away a rather large cash prize, dressed as an old woman and named Nanny Linda. But, as she wheeled out the £1million cash prize to introduce the competition, she accidentally dropped the F-word live on air. And host Charlene White had to step in and apologise. She said: “I would like to apologise for Linda’s language.” But presenter Brenda Edwards, who always tries to maintain her composure, was still left in shock as she held her hand to her mouth for a few seconds.

Usually, viewers pen their disapproval on social media but it looks as though the much loved star of the ITV daytime show, 65, instead made viewers chuckle. One wrote on Twitter: “Another cracker of a show today on @loosewomen. Always great when Jane McDonald makes an appearance, Linda Robson swearing with @RealDeniseWelch almost caught out.” Another commented: “Linda robson swearing on loose women has just made my day.” And a third took to the social media platform and said: “Haha!!! Linda Robson dropping the F-BOMB live on air!”

Katie Price launches tirade at ITV’s Loose Women and ‘disrespectful’ ex co-stars

Katie Price has hit out at her former Loose Women colleagues who left her annoyed by not asking a question about her when one of her children appeared on the show

Katie Price has slammed her former Loose Women co-stars who recently failed to acknowledge her.

The former glamour model appeared on the programme between 2015 and 2018 as a panellist, sitting at the famous desk for a total of 133 episodes and even attempting to relaunch her short-lived music career on the show. However, Katie hasn’t appeared on the programme since and has not been mentioned by her former co-stars.

Recently, her son Junior, 18, appeared on the ITV programme to discuss his upbringing with famous parents, Katie and Peter Andre as well as his music career as he attempts to make a name for himself. But his stint left his mum infuriated.

Speaking on The Katie Price Show podcast, her younger sister Sophie asked if Katie would ever consider returning. “I’m gonna throw it back, the question is would they ever have me back on?” she responded.

The mum-of-five added: “Although they did p**s me off when Junior was on it, not even asking a question, ‘how is your mum’ and all of that – very disrespectful. But, would I be a presenter on it? To be honest, I’ve been there and done that so probably not, no I don’t want to be a presenter on Loose Women again, so I would turn that down.”

But this isn’t Katie’s first time criticising her former pals after her decision to quit for “personal reasons”. Taking to TikTok, she claimed that the panellists “hated” her. Following Junior’s interview,s he told fans: “Isn’t it weird I was in Big Brother with Nadia, I presented with all the other ones on Loose Women.” She explained: “Not one mention about his mum, not one mention about ‘is your mum proud of you? It was all Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete, Pete. He was obviously told not to talk about me. It is so cruel. But that’s what this industry is like!”

Katie went on to recall: “I had to just confess to everyone how on Loose Women they didn’t even mention me considering I worked with them. I said I am in his life I do see him and I do speak to him and we all do. But our whole family our left out of everything because they hate me.”

Although she has remained tight-lipped about her exit, she previously claimed that the programme made her “feel sick” and claimed bosses and producers had expected her to “perform like a seal”. Looking back at her time on the ITV lunchtime show, she believed that she looked “dead” behind the eyes as her personal life had started to unravel during her stint. “All the drama came out,” she told Annie Macmanus.

Stacey Solomon’s return to ITV Loose Women confirmed after exit fears – and it’s soon

Loose Women have confirmed when Stacey Solomon will make a huge return to the ITV lunchtime show amid fears she was no longer a pannellist

Stacey Solomon’s return to Loose Women has been confirmed – and it’s just days away.

There had been fears Stacey had quit the ITV lunchtime show after taking some time off for maternity leave, and it’s now been confirmed when she’ll be back with the panel for the hit programme. Stacey joined Loose Women back in 2016 and has been on-off since, appearing more regularly at the start before only making occasional appearances in the past year or so.

A source said recently that Stacey had “outgrown” the show and would not be returning. “The panellists know Stacey is popular and good for the programme, so they would be gutted to see her go,” they said, ” She’s outgrown the show. It’s no longer right for Stacey. Loose Women takes up a lot of her time. If she were to leave, it would free her time up a little, especially if she has to be away for longer periods of time with her own shows.” However, sources confirmed to The Miror that wasn’t the case.

An insider close to Stacey exclusively told The Mirror that claims she had parted ways with ITV were “categorically untrue”. A spokesperson for the show added: “These claims are not true. We are looking forward to welcoming Stacey back onto the show soon.”

Now, it’s been confirmed that Stacey will be back on the panel tomorrow to fill the other Loose Women in on what life has been like since she went on maternity leave, following the arrival of her latest child, daughter Belle.

Speaking about her time on Loose Women so far, Stacey revealed previously: “Again, I’m just grateful to be on there. When I was on X Factor 14 years ago… I never even thought I’d be on a show like this never mind have opportunities like Sort Your Life Out and Loose Women. So every time I get to do something like that I’m genuinely like ‘thank goodness, this is amazing!’. You’ve just got to keep enjoying it because you never know when it’ll be gone and when those things aren’t going to be there.”

Stacey will be back on Loose Women tomorrow with her fellow panellists, where she’s likely to discuss family life, her home Pickle Cottage and of course, her relationship with I’m A Celebrity star Joe Swash.

BBC Strictly Come Dancing complaints continue as Denise Welch weighs in on Adam Thomas axe

Sunday’s episode of BBC Strictly Come Dancing saw former ITV Emmerdale star Adam Thomas kicked out the competition after going up against Angela Rippon in the dance off

Loose Women star Denise Welch led the fuming viewers slamming Strictly Come Dancing’s action-packed eviction episode on Sunday.

The ITV panel programme presenter fumed after Emmerdale star Adam Thomas was given the boot following a dance-off with Angela Rippon. He was axed alongside dance partner Luba Mushtuk after the weekend’s action-packed instalments.

Angela, 79, and her dance partner Kai Widdrington performed their Waltz to Fascination by Nat King Cole while Adam and Luba performed their Rumba to Dancing On My Own by Callum Scott in a bid to impress the judges.

Judges Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Shirley Ballas unanimously choose to save Angela and Kai. Clearly upset with the episode’s outcome, Denise took to X, formally Twitter, to air her thoughts on the matter.

“Adam should have won that dance off,” she wrote, joining dozens of other viewers who said ‘the wrong person was sent home’. One fan fumed: “Only caught the dance off of this week’s #Strictly and it was clearly the wrong decision?”

Another agreed, writing: “Sorry, wrong decision. Adam had a lot of potential to keep getting better, his scores have been consistently climbing. Angela is great, especially considering her age, but she has a lot of experience, and realistically she won’t get any better than she is now. #strictly.” A third fan wrote: “No hate to Angela at all, because I think she is getting too much negativity from people. But I do think Adam danced better in the dance off, Angela’s waltz was very lumpy. “Sorry but I think the judges made the wrong decision.”

However, some did go against Denise, with another commenting: “I felt that Adam hardly danced and that it was his partner who danced through it all.” And someone else remarked: “Not his dance this week sadly. Angela tipped him at the end.” A third fan agreed: “It was a close call but I think Angela did edge it. Adam’s dance was all Luba.”

As his fate was revealed, Adam said: “Seven incredible weeks, what a journey it’s been. I honestly thought I was leaving in week two and the fact that I’ve got this far I’m so proud of myself, I’ve had an amazing time from start to finish. I came here to learn how to dance and I’ve learned so much more about myself.

“The confidence and self-belief I now have in myself, it’s out of this world I have to thank all these guys up here. What a bunch to be on this journey with, I’m just very, very lucky! I know my kids are at home now probably crying, ‘It’s okay – Daddy’s okay’. I just wanted to teach my kids that it’s not just about winning or losing, it’s about taking part and doing your best. [To Luba] I just want to say thank you to this one and I’m sorry, I wanted to get us to Blackpool.”

Inside Stacey Solomon’s 10-month break from ITV Loose Women and fears she had quit amid ‘feud’

Sort Your Life Out star Stacey Solomon returned to Loose Women on Wednesday after 10 months away from the popular panel programme on ITV

Stacey Solomon is back on ITV after 10 months away from Loose Women.

She took a break from the show after welcoming baby Belle with husband Joe Swash, her third child with the TV personality. Stacey has two more children from previous relationships. It was during her time off that fans feared she’d quit for good.

A source claimed recently that Stacey had “outgrown” the show and would not be returning. However, sources confirmed to The Miror that wasn’t the case. An insider close to Stacey exclusively told The Mirror that claims she had parted ways with ITV were “categorically untrue”. A spokesperson for the show added: “These claims are not true. We are looking forward to welcoming Stacey back onto the show soon.”

And now, as the 34-year-old star prepares to make a return to Loose Women today, we take a look at what she’s been up to in her break away from the programme…

    Exit rumours

Stacey has made on-off appearances on the ITV daytime show since 2016, with some fans speculating she’d left the star-studded panel completely. Reports suggested Stacey wasn’t coming back to Loose Women after she had “outgrown” the popular panel programme.

An insider had told Woman’s Own magazine that the mum-of-five was wanting to ‘spend more time with her kids’. Falsely calling a “huge blow” to bosses at ITV, they said: “The panellists know Stacey is popular and good for the programme, so they would be gutted to see her go. “She’s outgrown the show. It’s no longer right for Stacey. Loose Women takes up a lot of her time. If she were to leave, it would free her time up a little, especially if she has to be away for longer periods of time with her own shows.”

It was after these reports that The Mirror clarified the claims were “categorically untrue”, with sources close to the 34-year-old confirming her Loose Women return. Last month, A spokesperson for Loose Women also told us: “These claims are not true. We are looking forward to welcoming Stacey back onto the show soon.”

    Fifth baby birth

Stacey’s substantial break from Loose Women was largely down to the arrival of her now nine-month-old daughter Belle. It was all the way back in February earlier this year that Stacey announced the name of her new baby girl.

Taking to Instagram at the time, she wrote: “Belle, our little Belle. Our beautiful, delicate baby girl. Who will forever remind us of the bluebells that are about to bloom as you bring the spring with you into the world… And a little special connection to your Rose. To the moon and back Belle. Forever and always.”

Stacey and Joe welcomed daughter Rose in October 2021, and their son Rex, three, a few years before. Stacey, who also has two older sons from previous relationships, announced the birth of her Story, sharing a snap of herself taken while pregnant.

Working on other projects before Loose Women return

Stacey had already returned to work way before coming back to the Loose Women panel, only two months after giving birth she was back to work, flying to Paris for a filming job. She didn’t hesitate to get back in front of the camera, bringing baby Belle with her for the journey. “I’m taking Belle with me because I haven’t worked out the breastfeeding thing yet,” she explained on social media at the time.

She also starred in her own TV series, Sort Your Life Out. She featured in season two around the time of her pregnancy before shooting season three. Her latest series began airing in September, so filming days would have likely happened in the months running up to the broadcast date. Not only was she working on her own show, Stacey also worked on her fashion collaborations, her first happening in April.

It was revealed she’d bagged her first collaboration with Primark to create another range of kids’ clothes, ready for the spring and summer seasons. “I think this Spring Summer collection might be my favourite one EVER,” she said at the time. She also did another collaboration with the fashion brand, launching a winter range last month.

Also, in May, Stacey spearheaded another fashion campaign, this time with her friends at In The Style, launching an exclusive summer range, complete with work trips and photoshoots. So it’s safe to say Stacey was well and truly back into business mode merely weeks after welcoming baby Belle, more than six months before her Loose Women return.

    Backstage feud rumours

Stacey’s Loose Women return comes amid rumours of a “huge divide” between the young Loose Women panellists and the “older, classic” stars. There’s thought to be a rift caused after the “young ones refuse to get caught up in the drama”, per Woman’s Own.

Denise Welch has previously denied feud claims, explaining: “I have never once had an argument with any single girl off stage in that show in 20 years.” While Coleen Nolan has previously hinted at tension between the original cast and the new panel members.

“I find it hard sometimes because there are a lot more Loose Women [presenters] now,” she said. “There used to be a core 10 of us. Sometimes you go on and it’s a show with a new panellist or two new panellists. It takes a long time to build up a rapport with someone, where they get your humour or sarcasm without being offended.”

    ‘She never left’

Stacey’s absence was mentioned after she made a surprise appearance on the panel in the last episode of 2022. At the time, Stacey insisted she was still very much part of the line-up despite long periods of no-shows.
