Kate Middleton shares new family photo with unusually personal message to William
The Princess of Wales sent a personal message to Prince William as he celebrates his 42nd birthday today with a fun photo of him with his three children jumping over sand dunes
The Princess of Wales has shared a touching unseen photo of Prince William and their three children to mark his 42nd birthday with a highly personal message.
The picture shows William with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis jumping over sand dunes with the message: “Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx”, which means it is a personal message from Kate. The photo, shared on social media, was taken last month by Kate while the family were in Norfolk. In the fun snap William beams at the camera as he holds the hands of Charlotte and Louis, with George holding Louis’ hand, as they leap into the air, all pulling delighted faces.

It came the morning after William, president of the FA, was pictured alongside Denmark’s King Frederick as England drew 1-1 with Denmark in Frankfurt, Germany, in their second match of Euro 2024.
Meanwhile, William’s father King Charles also took to social media to wish his son a Happy Birthday this morning. On the Royal Family account, he posted a throwback photo of a baby William sitting on his dad’s lap with Charles beaming at his young son. It was followed with the message: “Happy Birthday to The Prince of Wales!”
William’s birthday today comes as after he has faced a difficult 12 months following the cancer diagnoses of both his father the King and his wife Kate. Despite his hardships, royal commentator Ingrid Seward has said the past year has been the making of William, and that his mother, the late Princess Diana, would be proud. Speaking to the Mirror, Ingrid said: “It has been one of the most difficult couple of years of Prince William’s life.”

Ingrid continued: “William is sensitive, he likes structure and has perseverance. He does not give up easily. His relationship with brother Harry upset him more than he would care to admit. But he found it easier to cut ties rather than allow himself to be continually annoyed.
“His life with Kate gives him the security, love and friendship he needs. He doesn’t dwell upon the loss of his mother but knows the feeling of hurt will never go away completely.” Ingrid says the events of the past year have brought William and Charles closer, as they both grieve the loss of the late Queen, while William has also learnt a lot more from his father as he prepares to be the next King.
“They have clashed about many issues,” Ingrid added. “They still disagree but it is more constructive than it ever was. But just as things were going so well for the Prince and Princess of Wales, the hammer blow fell. His father got cancer and Kate had a serious abdominal operation. Later to announce she too had to have cancer treatment. William played both mother and father to the children while he carried on with his royal duties supporting the Queen in his father’s absence. The traumas of the past year have made him a stronger person. He has become the kind of man Diana always hoped he would be. Kind considerate and able to take on whatever life throws at him.”

Prince William Arthur Philip Louis of Wales was born second in line to the throne at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, at 9.03pm on June 21 1982. He weighed 7lb 1 1/2oz and was the first-born son of the then-Prince and the Princess of Wales. At just nine months old, he accompanied his parents on a six-week official visit to Australia and New Zealand, which was a break from tradition with royal babies usually left at home in the care of nannies.
His mother Diana, who separated from the then-Prince of Wales in 1992, died in a car crash in Paris in 1997. William was just 15 and his brother Prince Harry 12, and the boys walked behind the princess’s coffin during a funeral procession through London. The prince met Kate Middleton at St Andrews University in Fife, and the pair married at Westminster Abbey in 2011 after dating for more than eight years. They welcomed their first child George in 2013, followed by Charlotte in 2015, and then Louis in 2018
After the death of the late Queen in 2022, the King announced in his first historic address that he had made William and Kate the new Prince and Princess of Wales. William has a long-running rift with his brother the Duke of Sussex, with no sign yet of a reconciliation.
The fallout originated ahead of Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle, now the Duchess of Sussex, and worsened after the accusations Harry publicly levelled at his brother in his double tell-alls: his Netflix documentary and his memoir Spare. When their joint friend the Duke of Westminster married in Chester Cathedral earlier this month, William acted as an usher, but Harry mutually agreed with the groom that he would not attend.
Since his last birthday, William has launched Homewards, his five-year drive to eradicate homelessness in six locations around the UK. His other key focuses include raising mental health awareness, and the Earthshot Prize, his £50 million environmental competition to find solutions to help the planet.
Princess Anne in hospital with injuries after ‘incident’ at royal estate
The Princess Royal Anne has sustained minor injuries and concussion following an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate on Sunday evening, Buckingham Palace has said
Princess Anne has been taken to hospital after suffering from concussion after injuries understood to have been from a horse.
The Princess Royal was injured and left with concussion in the incident at the Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire on Sunday evening, Buckingham Palace has said. She remains in a Bristol hospital for observation.
Emergency services were dispatched to the estate and the King’s sister was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. Royal sources said while the exact cause of the princess’s injuries is unconfirmed, there were horses in the vicinity and royal doctors have suggested her head injuries are consistent with a potential impact from a horse’s head or legs.
A statement from Buckingham Palace said: “The Princess Royal has sustained minor injuries and concussion following an incident on the Gatcombe Park estate yesterday evening. Her Royal Highness remains in Southmead Hospital, Bristol, as a precautionary measure for observation and is expected to make a full and swift recovery.

“The King has been kept closely informed and joins the whole Royal Family in sending his fondest love and well-wishes to the princess for a speedy recovery.” The Palace added: “Her Royal Highness is receiving appropriate expert care. No further details are being shared at this stage. Her Royal Highness will remain in Southmead Hospital unless or until her medical team advise otherwise.”
The princess is currently away and conscious while she is receiving medical care in hospital. Buckingham Palace declined to confirm whether Anne was alone or had a chaperone while out walking when the incident occurred. Royal sources said due to the princess’s concussion, precise details of the incident and how it occurred are unable to be ascertained at the moment.
Anne is expected to make a full recovery and to return home later this week. Daughter Zara Tindall and son Peter Phillips were on the estate at the time, along with her husband Vice Admiral Sir Laurence. The King and Queen, and the princess’s siblings the Duke of York and the Earl of Wessex, and nephew the Prince of Wales were notified on Sunday evening.
A local man said he saw the air ambulance land at 9.15pm last night and the police helicopter circled from around 9.23pm.
What is a concussion and how is it treated?
A concussion is classified as a mild traumatic brain injury (TBI) that can occur from a blow or jolt to the head, or a body impact that causes the brain to shake within the skull. This sudden motion can trigger chemical changes in the brain and potentially stretch and damage brain cells.
uch injuries are common in various incidents, including falls, vehicle collisions, sports activities, and other situations where the head experiences abrupt force.
Symptoms of a concussion can vary widely and may not appear immediately. They can include:
Diagnosing a concussion typically involves a medical evaluation, which may include a physical exam, a review of symptoms, and sometimes imaging tests like a CT scan or MRI to rule out more severe brain injuries.
Treatment for a concussion primarily involves rest and a gradual return to normal activities. Key recommendations include:
He added: “I saw an air ambulance landing on her estate and I thought ‘oh my goodness, I hope it’s not Anne’. And then the police helicopter started circling about ten minutes later and I thought the worst.
“I thought something awful must have happened and I was worried a criminal might be on the loose, but the police helicopter was off pretty quickly. The air ambulance was on the ground for about 40 minutes I think – I’m not sure if it took her to hospital but didn’t look like it did as it flew off the other way. I really hope she’s going to be okay.”
The 73-year-old is considered The Firm’s hardest working royal based off the number of engagements she undertakes. Anne will now miss several engagements this week, including the state banquet for the Japanese State Visit on Tuesday and a visit to Canada. A Palace spokesman said: “On doctors’ advice, Her Royal Highness’s engagements for the week ahead will be postponed.
“Her Royal Highness sends her apologies to any who may be inconvenienced or disappointed as a result. The Japanese State Visit will go ahead as planned, though sadly Her Royal Highness will be unable to attend the State banquet tomorrow.”
The Princess is renowned for being a lifelong equestrian, with multiple horses resident at the Gloucestershire estate’s stables. She’s previously won a string of medals throughout a glittering equestrian sports career, including the 1971 European Championship title.
The King’s sister was also the first royal to compete in the Olympic Games in Montreal in 1976. As of 2020, she was listed as royal patron for 28 different horse and animal-related charities, according to Country Life.
In response to the Buckingham Palace statement, Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said: “Wishing Her Royal Highness a speedy recovery and sending my best wishes on behalf of all of us at the Labour Party.”
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said: “Everyone in the country is immensely fond of Her Royal Highness. We’re all sending her our best wishes for a swift recovery.”
Harry and Meghan face new crisis with Netflix deal on brink of collapse: ‘Impossible to recover from’
The Sussexes are in danger of losing their massive deal with the streaming giant
Meghan Markel and Prince HarryLAPRESSE
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are desperate to keep their Netflix deal as it would be “impossible” for the couple to recover from the rumored collapse, according to a royal expert.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex put pen to paper on a huge $128 million mega contract with the streaming giant in 2020, just a few months after they announced they would be stepping down as senior working royals.
Prince Harry lookalike draws attention at Met Gala while helping Queen Latifah
The couple have since relocated to the United States and settled in Montecito, California with their two children, Archie and Lilibet. However, they have left Netflix bosses and fans disappointed with the lack of new projects.
The duo featured in a docu-series, ‘Harry & Meghan’, which focused on their life behind-the-scenes as they embarked on a new chapter across the Atlantic. But the series received mixed reviews, as did Harry’s documentary ‘Heart of Invictus’, which followed the Duke of Sussex’s Invictus Games.
Reports suggest Netflix are considering ditching the five-year deal and royal author Tom Quinn has predicted they could struggle with the loss of earnings from the deal.
“Harry and Meghan are on the brink of losing their multi-million-dollar Netflix contract for the simple reason that Netflix expected a great deal more from the couple,” Quinn told The Mirror.
Harry and Meghan facing Spotify repeat
He claimed that Harry and Meghan’s humiliating split with Spotify, in which their contract was axed early over the lack of projects, has impacted the couple and they are desperate to avoid a similar outcome with Netflix.
“It’s very likely to be a repeat of the problem with the couple’s Spotify contract which came to an abrupt end in 2023 after Harry and Meghan failed, according to a Spotify spokesperson, to meet ‘productivity benchmarks’,” Quinn continued.
“It’s always been Meghan’s dream to build a hugely successful commercial enterprise and she is still convinced – even after the Spotify debacle – that she has the drive and talent to make this happen. The loss of the Netflix contract would be a major blow and one from which it would be all but impossible to recover.”
Princess Charlotte Was Having None of Prince Louis’ Nonsense at Trooping the Colour
Each year, Trooping the Colour honors the birthday of the reigning British monarch. The annual parade celebrated King Charles III on June 15, and the event was extra special because both he and Kate Middleton attended after they each announced a cancer diagnosis earlier this year. While fans were thrilled to see them, the royal kids ended up stealing the show.As a refresher, Middleton and Prince William share three children. Prince George, who turns 11 next month, is second in line to the throne. Then there’s Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6. And during the 2024 Trooping the Colour, Princess Charlotte made it clear she was having none of her younger brother’s nonsense.
Prince Louis seemingly had a blast dancing on a balcony during Trooping the Colour.
On Saturday, Middleton, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis watched the procession from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards together from a balcony. The young royal was spotted dancing to the band’s music as they marched along. And a video of the moment has since gone viral on social media.
Princess Charlotte was not impressed with her brother’s dance moves.
In the clip, Princess Charlotte watched as Prince Louis shook his hips and grooved to the beat. She seemingly said something to her youngest brother in response. And although her words couldn’t be heard, her body language certainly suggested that she told him off.
On social media, royal fans loved the adorable moment.
One X user wrote, “Louis is always is the star of the show,” in response to his carefree dancing during Trooping the Colour.
Another person commented, “Isn’t Prince Louis the greatest. He is rock and rolling to the music. He is a free spirit. Full of life and loving every minute of it.”
Meanwhile, someone else wrote, “Louis honestly reminds me of the cheekiness Harry showed at the same age. Louis is definitely their ‘class clown’. I love it!!”
Princess Charlotte also reminded Louis to stand up straight.
Later, senior members of the royal family gathered on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the 41-gun salute and the Royal Air Force flyover. “God Save The King” played, prompting the royals to stand straight in honor of the nation’s anthem. Prince Louis required a reminder from Princess Charlotte to straighten up, but he got there.
Fans on X praised Princess Charlotte for her sisterly guidance.
On X, royal fans lauded Princess Charlotte for her sisterly reminder “Such a great big sister!” one person declared.
Another X user wrote, “Omg, that is the cutest thing ever! Charlotte looking out for her lil bro, sis goals for real love seeing the royal kids being so sweet together!”
Yet another fan commented, “They do have fun! I like how Kate laughs about Charlotte’s comments to her brother who ignores her.”
Duchess faces brutal 10-worded snub by Sophie Trudeau
Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, the former First Lady of Canada, recently made headlines when she distanced herself from Meghan Markle, whom she had previously described as a “dear friend.” During an interview with U.K. broadsheet The Times, Grégoire Trudeau’s response raised eyebrows and sparked curiosity.
Meghan Markle and Sophie Grégoire Trudeau were seemingly part of each other’s inner circles. In 2022, Markle appeared as a guest on Grégoire Trudeau’s Archetypes podcast, where they shared stories of laughter and bonding.
According to the book “Finding Freedom,” Meghan struck up a friendship with Sophie in 2016 after meeting her husband Justin, who had been serving as Canada’s prime minister since 2015, at the One Young World summit in Ottawa that year.
Authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand assert: “They quickly became close through email correspondence. Meghan was intrigued to learn how Sophie navigated her transition from an entertainment news correspondent to a beloved First Lady, adeptly avoiding controversy.”
In November 2022, Meghan extended an invitation to Ms. Trudeau to appear on her Spotify podcast, Archetypes, where they discussed the trials of parenting and supporting partners such as Justin and Harry.
However, when asked about Meghan Markle in an interview earlier this year, Grégoire Trudeau’s tone shifted. She acknowledged knowing Markle but emphasized that they hadn’t spent much time together. “I know her… but we haven’t spent much time together.”
With Kate Middleton’s struggle, Grégoire Trudeau expressed sympathy for Princess Kate following news of her March 2024 cancer diagnosis. She revealed, “My heart just sunk when I saw that was happening.”
It remains unclear why Grégoire Trudeau chose to emphasize her distance from Meghan rather than their past closeness. Perhaps the complexities of royal friendships are more intricate than they appear.
Prince Harry has previously reflected on his and Meghan Markle’s decision to move to America after stepping down as working royals in 2020.
Harry and Meghan left the UK in fear of their sanity (Image: Getty)
Prince Harry has reflected on his decision to step down as a working royal and move to America, alongside his wife, Meghan Markle, noting his thoughts in his explosive memoir, Spare.
Despite reports of rocky relations between Harry, Meghan and the Royal Family, since the release of the memoir and live TV interviews, Harry wrote he fled the UK “in fear of our sanity and physical safety”.
In Spare, he describes a visit to Frogmore Cottage, following his return to the UK for Prince Philip’s funeral where he talks about his reasons for moving. He writes: “When my wife and I fled this place, in fear for our sanity and physical safety, I wasn’t sure when I’d ever come back. That was January 2020. Now, fifteen months later, here I was, days after waking to thirty-two missed calls and then one short, heart-racing talk with Granny: Harry… Grandpa’s gone.”
Author Omid Scobie has previously written about Meghan’s decision not to come back to the UK. In his book Endgame, Omid said Meghan “never wants to set foot again in England.” He claimed she didn’t want to “dive back into the soap opera of the court”.

Harry lost a High Court challenge against the UK Government over his security when he visits UK (Image: Getty)
Since living in America, Harry has been battling decisions regarding his level of security during visits to the UK. The Duke of Sussex will be able to appeal against a High Court ruling which dismissed his challenge to downgrade his level of personal security when he visits the UK.
Prince Harry first took legal action against the Home Office in 2020 over a decision that he should receive a different degree of taxpayer-funded protection after stepping down as a working royal.
In February, the High Court ruled that the decision was lawful and dismissed Harry’s case, before in April refusing him permission to challenge that ruling in a higher court.
But the Court of Appeal has now said it will hear his challenge following a direct application from Harry’s lawyers. His case against the government is one of a series of legal challenges the prince has brought to the court.

Meghan has rarely visited the UK since stepping back from royal duties (Image: Getty)
Harry and Meghan’s relocation to America was primarily motivated by their desire to prioritise their family’s mental health as also stated on James Corden’s ‘The Late Late Show’ in 2021 on CBS.
Asked by Corden about the couple’s decision to walk away from royal duties, Prince Harry said: “It was a really difficult environment as a lot of people saw. We all know what the British press can be like. And it was destroying my mental health. I was like, this is toxic.”
Prince Harry last visited the UK for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in May in a rare public appearance, with the strained relationship with his family dominating attention, as King Charles was not in attendance, nor any immediate Royal Family members.
Before that, Harry had previously visited the UK to visit his dad, King Charles, after his public announcement regarding his cancer diagnosis. Harry had made a quick 25-hour visit to London to pop into Clarence House for a meeting with the King before returning to the US.
Prince Harry and Meghan LIVE: Duchess reeling after huge ‘Taylor Swift’ rejection
Meghan Markle had previously invited the American megastar Taylor Swift to appear on one episode of her now-defunct Spotify podcast.

Meghan Markle was once again “rejected” by international idol Taylor Swift because she is “team Wales,” a royal commentator has claimed.
Over the weekend, Prince William treated Prince George and Princess Charlotte to the first of her three-night Eras Tour concerts in London. The trio took selfies with Swift, who thanked her “m8” the Prince of Wales for bringing the family to see her perform.
Swift had previously rejected an invitation by the Duchess of Sussex to take part in her Spotify podcast series Archetype before it was shut down last year despite Meghan personally reaching out, it’s been reported.
Speaking to GB News, commentator Kinsey Schofield said: “Now, remember, Meghan Markle had requested for Taylor to be her podcast.
“She wrote her a handwritten letter and Taylor’s team rejected it. Meghan also later released through People magazine that she had spent some time at a Taylor Swift concert.
“So I think we are seeing our Taylor side with Team Wales here over the last few hours. Also, you know, a lot of people pointing out the pictures of Meghan and Harry at the Beyoncé concert, where Harry looks pretty miserable versus Prince William shaking his tail feathers at the Taylor Swift concert. You’re just seeing that Prince William is pursuing joy. And I think that is important.”

he royal who could replace Prince Harry and become ‘William’s Princess Anne’
Zara Tindall could become Prince William’s Princess Anne in a “slimmed down monarchy” when he takes the throne, a royal commentator has suggested.
Angela Mollard, a columnist for News Corp, said Zara and William are the “best of friends”, and if she were in his shoes, it would make sense “pulling in” somebody as “trusted” and “faithful” as Zara.
Her comments came after Zara, who is Princess Anne’s daughter and William’s cousin, made an appearance at Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot with her husband, Mike Tindall, last week.

Meghan Markle is facing an impossible choice over coming back to the UK
COMMENT: When Prince Harry travelled back to the UK last month to celebrate 10 years of the Invictus Games, a huge talking point surrounding the occasion was whether Meghan Markle would return with him.
The Invictus Games has been an important part of their relationship ever since Harry and Meghan debuted as a couple at the tournament in Toronto in 2017.
Ever since then the Duchess of Sussex has accompanied her husband all over the world with Invictus, from Australia to the Netherlands to Germany, with the countdown to Canada 2025 already underway.
However Britain apparently remains a no-go still for Meghan, who only came back here in 2022 for the Platinum Jubilee and the late Queen Elizabeth’s funeral just three months later.
With polls suggesting her popularity has plummeted and commentators raking over every little detail of everything she does, is it any wonder that Meghan has chosen to stay away?

Meghan Markle’s ‘clumsy publicity stunt’ blasted by critics
Meghan Markle has come under fire for another “clumsy” misstep, with some royal experts criticising her insensitive approach to publicity.
Nacho Figueras, a polo player and friend of Meghan and Prince Harry’s, recently posted about her latest American Riviera Orchard release just before Trooping the Colour on June 15.
The Daily Mail’s Richard Eden observed: “Meghan has done these publicity stunts where she’s sent out goods and encouraged friends and influencers to post about it.
“But you never know when they’re going to do it or what they’ll say so it’s completely out of your control.
“Yes, you get great publicity when these people say, ‘I got my latest jam,’ but it’s embarrassing if it’s just before Catherine’s appearance at Trooping. It can look very pointed.”
Colleague Rebecca English agreed, speaking on Palace Confidential: “It is clumsy. You can’t expect them to have known that the announcement was coming out because people don’t tell them things because they don’t trust them.”

‘Everything changed’ between Prince Harry and Prince William when Meghan Markle came along
Meghan Markle coming along changed everything for Prince Harry and Prince William who had been “inseparable” before the Duchess of Sussex arrived on the scene, a royal photographer has claimed.
Arthur Edwards, who has photographed the Royal Family for 40 years, said the “worst” thing about the Duke of Sussex’s current relations with the Windsors was the rift between himself and William.
Mr Edwards said: “They were inseparable. They would always joke about each other… They were fun. And then Meghan came along and, suddenly, everything changed.”

Thomas Markle opens up on major fear about Meghan Markle and her children
Meghan Markle’s dad, Thomas Markle, turns 80 in just a few weeks’ time, and he has mixed emotions about hitting an important milestone in his life, feeling that everything has been “overshadowed” by what has happened in the last six years.
Growing up, Meghan had a close relationship with her father, but the two have been estranged for the past six years, making a reconciliation in the future unlikely – they have not seen each other since before her wedding to Prince Harry.
Mr Markle was unable to walk her down the aisle after he also suffered heart attacks on the eve of their wedding – and the couple have not spoken since. To this day, Mr Markle has also never met his grandchildren Prince Archie, five, Princess Lilibet, three.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, he said: “I’ve never been one for birthdays, but I know the one person I most want to hear from, Meghan, won’t be in touch. I would love to meet my grandchildren, but I would be happy with a photograph at this stage.”

Meghan Markle’s dad reveals one decision Prince Harry made that ‘never made sense’ to him
Prince Harry’s ongoing troubled relationship with his father the King and brother Prince William is well known – but the relationship between wife Meghan Markle and her father is also strained.
Mr Markle has never met his daughter’s husband. The 79-year-old, who turns 80 in July, has also never met his two grandchildren – five-year-old Archie and three-year-old Lilibet.
Speaking to the Mail Online, he said: ” When I reflect back on my life, as you do when you are approaching 80, that’s one of the questions I cannot find an answer for
“Why didn’t Harry ever come to meet me? He has the resources to fly around the world – and does – but why didn’t he come to see me, particularly when people in the royal household like Jason Knauf [Harry and Meghan’s former communications secretary] were urging him to do so?”

Charles’ relationship with Prince Harry is ‘unforgivable’ and will ‘never be repaired’
King Charles is reportedly struggling to let go of his resentment towards Prince Harry, despite his love for his son, according to a royal expert.
Royal biographer Christopher Andersen has confessed that he believes it may be impossible for Charles to overlook Harry’s claims in his book Spare.
The situation is further complicated by Harry’s criticism of Camilla, the expert claims. Mr Andersen said: “I think people have to realise that the one thing that Charles finds unforgivable is criticism of Camilla.”
Speaking to Fox News Digital, he said that “no criticism” of Camilla could be deemed acceptable and that “unfortunately for Harry” he has said “some pretty devastating things about her.”
He added: “Prince Harry made it clear that he felt she was the villain in the piece.”
“I think that still bothers the king, and I don’t know that it will be easy for him to [forgive]. I don’t think they’ll ever forgive Harry for that.”

King Charles makes ‘significant gesture’ in effort to end Prince Harry feud
King Charles seems “willing to find a resolution” to his bitter feud with Prince Harry, with reports suggesting he plans to make a trip to see his son.
The father and son have been taking small steps to reconcile, even reuniting in London earlier this year in a bid to put an end to their bitter feud.
However, the pair did not meet during Harrys last UK visit for the Invictus Games, highlighting the unresolved issues within the family.
Royal author Tom Quinn has claimed Charles has had discussions about visiting America to meet with Harry, Meghan Markle and their two children – Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Relationship expert Louella Alderson believes it could be the first step in Harry and Charles resolving their differences.

Harry’s ‘regret’ over final conversation with Princess Diana before her tragic death
Prince Harry has confessed to feeling “regret” over his last conversation with his late mother, Princess Diana. The beloved Princess of Wales tragically lost her life on August 31, 1997, in a fatal car accident in Paris, which also claimed the lives of her partner Dodi Fayed and their driver Henri Paul.
Prior to the devastating crash, Diana had a phone call with Harry and his brother Prince William, which didn’t go as Harry had hoped. In his memoir ‘Spare’, he shared: “I wished I’d dug deep, told my mother all the things weighing on my heart, especially my regret over the last time we’d spoken on the phone.
“She’d called early in the evening, the night of the crash, but I was running around with Willy and my cousins and didn’t want to stop playing. So I’d been short with her. Impatient to get back to my games, I’d rushed Mummy off the phone.”
He added: “I wished I’d apologised for it. I wished I’d searched for the words to describe how much I loved her.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle becoming ‘irrelevant’ to the Royal Family
Time may be ticking for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to rejoin the Royal Family.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have become “irrelevant” to the remaining members of the Royal Family, according to an expert.
Richard Eden also said that Meghan and Harry are “not wanted” by the Royal Family.
Talking on Palace Confidential the Daily Mail diary editor said “if Harry wants to come back at any stage, he needs to do it while his father is still King,” as he argued William is unlikely to be as welcoming.
He added: “I really think that when Prince William is King, I can’t see him letting Harry come back and have a role again.
“They are irrelevant now, they are just not wanted as part of the monarchy, maybe there could be some radical change but it’s hard to see.”
Meghan Markle will ‘no doubt’ overtake Kate Middleton in popularity, says expert
Rumours have been circulating that Meghan Markle is set to make a big return to Instagram, with one expert suggesting she could overtake Kate Middleton in terms of popularity
Meghan Markle could soon rival Kate Middleton (

Meghan Markle has faced a tough few months recently, but things could be about to change for the Duchess of Sussex.
Speculation has been mounting that Meghan is set to return to Instagram and relaunch her popular blog The Tig, with one PR expert suggesting she could overtake her sister-in-law Kate Middleton when it comes to popularity. A recent survey showed Kate and her husband Prince William way out in front in terms of popularity among the public.
However, PR to the stars Mayah Riaz believes this will soon change. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, she said: “It’s no doubt when Meghan re-joins Instagram she will overtake Kate in terms of popularity.
“Kate’s Instagram is curated with huge precision. There are things which Kate isn’t able to post.”

Mayah pointed out how it’s likely Kate has staff posting to social media on her behalf. The PR expert added: “Therefore, it paints a picture perfect life which the Royal Family are keen to portray.”
Meghan stepped down from the Royal Family three years ago, before moving to America with her husband Prince Harry. Mayah said this will allow Meghan to “post what she wishes”.
“She wont have to run it by anyone for approval before posting it,” Mayah explained. Speaking about what we could expect from Meghan’s Instagram, she added: “We can see all aspects of Meghan and her family life.”
Meghan could share content that Kate can’t(

Mayah said Meghan is likely to grab widespread media attention with her Instagram account. She told us: “We don’t often see Kate’s Instagram posts making headlines. However, Meghan’s life on Instagram will lead to headlines. We can also expect to hear news of projects announced first on her Instagram.”
Meghan and Harry were recently spotted dancing the night away at Beyoncé’s concert in California. Mayah said: “We have seen footage of Meghan dancing at Beyoncé’s concert as well as public display of affection with Harry. We would never see Kate and William like this.
“This is why there will be day and night difference between Meghan and Kate’s Instagram. Let’s not forget, people who love to hate Meghan will bizarrely still follow Meghan’s Instagram.”
However, she warned Meghan could be targeted by online trolls. “We are more likely to believe that Meghan herself will be posting on her Instagram. This will lead to an explosion of followers very quickly when it’s confirmed that @meghan is her account.
“Along with the explosion of following, I fear that a lot of it will be trolling. We have seen the amount of hate directed her way on Twitter (X) and sadly, I think that will follow on Instagram too.”
Doria Ragland regrets trusting her daughter Meghan, bitterly declaring, “I have been deceived by Meghan.”
While there’s no doubt that she would do anything for her daughter – and she certainly has – she’s beginning to feel some regret and even resentment. Of course, we are talking about Doria Ragland.
There’s a new report that suggests Doria is resenting the fact that her daughter Meghan Markle has made her into a full-time nanny at home for her children, Archie and Lilibet.

As much as Doria wanted to be a part of her daughter’s family life, now she thinks that she’s being used. That’s because Meghan at this point expects her mother to be there for Archie and Lilibet at all times.

But Doria didn’t sign up for this. Unfortunately for her though, she’s the only person that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can count on right now.
As everyone already knows, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have distanced themselves from everyone in their lives, including the royal family.
King Charles And Prince William Are Bonding Over Family Issues
One source close to the situation even said, “Meghan has always been determined that her children should grow up with a very good relationship with their mother Doria so it’s no surprise that Doria is the live-in nanny.”
“One of Meghan‘s difficulties when she was a working royal living in the UK was her lack of experience of dealing with staff so in Montecito she has kept paid staff to an absolute minimum.”
The tipster also said, “If she’s avoiding the Royal tradition of paying people to do the childcare, she’s certainly sticking to the Royal tradition of sending children to elite schools.”
So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful that she will. For now, Doria really has no other choice but to be there for her grandchildren.

Harry and Markle did not bring their children with them over safety concerns, as the Sussexes were stripped of taxpayer-funded UK security protection.
