Brooklyn Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz both took to their social media on Monday to share sweet birthday tributes to the other member of their ‘throuple’, Selena Gomez.

The singer celebrated turning 32 and was flooded with messages from her loved ones, including her close pals, Brookyln, 25, and Nicola, 29.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham shared a sweet snap on his Instagram Stories to mark the occasion, showing him and Nicola on a cosy double date with Selena and her boyfriend Benny Blanco.

Captioning the photo, he gushed: ‘Happy birthday @selenagomez x have the most amazing day ❤️❤️ We love you x’.

Selena and Nicola became fast friends in September 2022, even getting matching angel tattoos to cement their friendship.

The actress and the billionaire heiress have gone on holidays together alongside Brooklyn, leading to Selena joking that they are in a ‘throuple’.

After ringing in 2023 together in Mexico, the hitmaker took to her Instagram to share a sew of photos from the trip with the caption: ‘Fine calls us a throuple #foreverplusone’.

Brooklyn opened up about the ‘throuple’ jokes during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in March as he discussed their close friendship.

He explained: ‘[Selena] says we’re a throuple’ before describing her as ‘such a sweet girl’ and added that she was ‘obviously very talented’.

‘I love when my wife makes new friends, especially really great friends. You know, we all get along,’ he added.

Nicola took to her own Instagram Stories on Monday to wish her pal a happy birthday, sharing a black and white snap of them hugging in matching sparkly minidresses.

She wrote: ‘happy birthday @selenagomez i love you so much! i hope all your dreams come true.’

Music producer Benny, 36, also shared a loving tribute to the star for her birthday, posting a string of sweet throwback snaps.

Included was a snap of the couple snuggling together on a large bed, which  appeared to be a behind-the-scenes shot from the set of the 2019 music video for Benny and Selena’s song I Can’t Get Enough – which also featured J Balvin and Tainy.

In the caption,  the songwriter gushed: ‘i used to play a teddy bear in ur music video and now i get to b urs in real life… happy bday bb ! i love u!’

Selena commented on the birthday post, writing: ‘I love you,’ followed by a teddy bear emoji.

The Love On singer was formerly in high-profile relationships with figures such as The Weeknd and Justin Bieber.

She eventually moved on with Benny and confirmed that they were dating by liking and commenting on various Instagram posts regarding her relationship in December last year.

Their first public outing as a couple took place during a Los Angeles Lakers game in January, with the pair then sharing numerous photos together on their social media.

Selena previously opened up about her relationship during an interview with Zane Lowe for New Music Daily and stated that she felt as if it was ‘really important to meet someone that respects you.’

To answer who was the ‘more romantic’ one, the actress offered an unsure hand gesture while the record producer motioned towards himself.

The brave princess admitted she can’t remember anything about the incident, and the royal family forced her to make a shocking decision regarding her recent health situation.

King Charles’s little sister was discharged from the hospital after five days of medical attention a few weeks ago. The royal family’s diary and website have been updated to remove Princess Anne’s engagements next week as she continues to recover from last month’s accident.

With her taking a small break, the public and media may expect regular updates, putting pressure on Princess Anne and the royal family to provide ongoing information about her health status. Releasing a photo carries some risk; if she appears too frail, it might raise more concern, but if she looks too well, it might be seen as downplaying the seriousness of her condition.

In a shared announcement, King Charles expressed concern for his sister amid her recent visit to the Riding for the Disabled Association National Championships. He has been kept closely informed and joins the entire royal family in sending their fondest love and well wishes to the princess for a speedy recovery.

Appearing in high spirits at Harper Adams University in Newport today, Anne could be seen nursing a bruised left eye and face covered with makeup. Despite her injuries, the princess was in top form. It was a huge honor for the princess to attend the RDA as her only event since the incident. It’s hugely motivating and inspiring to have her present.

Since the incident, which left her with a concussion and minor head injuries, the princess has been recovering at her home in Gloucestershire, following standard concussion protocols. Palace officials said she would continue her rehabilitation at home as she eases back into public life.

When Princess Anne left the hospital, her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, issued a short statement voicing his gratitude to her care team: “I would like to extend my warmest thanks to the team at St. Mary’s Hospital for their care, expertise, and kindness during my wife’s stay,” said Sir Timothy. He gave a brief update to reporters about his wife’s health after visiting her at the hospital on June 26, saying that she was recovering slowly and would be out when she’s ready.

Anne’s medical team stated her head injuries were consistent with a potential impact from a horse’s head or legs, but her concussion has meant the precise details of how the incident occurred are unclear. An air ambulance was scrambled to take the princess to the hospital, but she ultimately traveled by road after being treated by an emergency crew on-site.

Consistently cited as the hardest-working royal by the count of official engagements recorded in the Court Circular, the Princess Royal was forced to clear her calendar after being injured. A palace spokesperson confirmed she would not be at the Buckingham Palace banquet King Charles threw on June 25 in honor of the Japanese state visit. Her trip to Canada later that week was also canceled on medical advice.

Last year, Princess Anne was proclaimed the hardest-working member of the royal family, having attended the most engagements recorded in the Court Circular. Victoria Beckham is “feeling hurt” as son Cruz is “hell-bent” on dropping his famous surname in his music career.

An insider claims Cruz, 19, wants to carve a career in the spotlight away from his mum and dad, fearing people will see him as part of brand Beckham. Cruz is already reportedly set to make an album after signing a management deal on the back of his social media presence.

Cruz is said to “loathe” the idea that he has “bagged a record deal” because of David and Victoria. His mother is also said to be fearful that he will join older brother Brooklyn and relocate to the USA in a bid to break out stateside.

According to Closer, former England star David, 49, has reassured Victoria that their son won’t “go off the rails” should he attempt to conquer the US chart.

The insider said: “Victoria is really concerned about Cruz’s next move because he seems hell-bent on detaching himself from the family in an effort to be a success in his own right. Of course, she understands and is incredibly proud of him for wanting to do it all on his own and not ride on his parents’ fame.

“But she feels he is taking it too far – particularly talk about dropping the ‘Beckham’ from his name and just going by ‘Cruz’. He’s also said to be feeling hesitant about her or David being at his album launch and not wanting them to be involved.

“Victoria is feeling hurt and dismayed about Cruz growing more and more distant from their family unit and rebelling against them – though she does get how important it is for him to attempt to prove himself.”

While details of Cruz’s upcoming album are being kept under wraps, it is understood his parents “spent a fortune” getting it produced. Although Cruz is said to be attempting to enter the world of rock, his mum is no stranger to the charts.

A source close to the former Spice Girl told heat magazine: “Victoria has really been concerned about Kate, and she and David have sent her lots of messages of support.

“But Vic wants to do something more and would like to send Kate a pamper package with some of her favourite bits from her own range, as well as other treats that she knows Kate will like.

“There are a lot of rules around sending gifts to the Royals, so Vic is keen to make sure it’s done as friends and not from her business.

“But she just wants to keep her spirits up.”

Catherine has been recuperating privately and made rare appearances since she her surgery, including attending Wimbledon this month.

She said in a video address in March: “In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.

“This of course came as a huge shock, and William and I have been doing everything we can to process and manage this privately for the sake of our young family.

“As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok.

“As I have said to them; I am well and getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal; in my mind, body and spirits.

“Having William by my side is a great source of comfort and reassurance too. As is the love, support and kindness that has been shown by so many of you. It means so much to us both.

We hope that you will understand that, as a family, we now need some time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment. My work has always brought me a deep sense of joy and I look forward to being back when I am able, but for now I must focus on making a full recovery.”

In his prime, Michael Owen was one of the best strikers that England has ever produced. Although diminutive, the prodigal striker began his football career in emphatic style. Terry captained the Three Lions 32 occasions over nine years. Campbell was the first player to feature for England in six consecutive major tournaments and was captain on three occasions.

In the centre of the park, Owen selected an odd mix. Ashley Cole starts off the lineup off the left wing, with a bizarre decision to field David Beckham at RWB, a position he rarely played. While Cole was superb in his prime, he holds an unwanted record. No outfield player has played more times for England without scoring. That said, only Peter Shilton has played in more World Cup finals games for the Three Lions.

Beckham notably went from pantomime villain in an England shirt, after being sent off vs Argentina in 1998, to the hero – carrying England to the next World Cup virtually single-handed. He scored in three World Cups and became the first Englishman to do so. The Manchester United and Real Madrid icon was captain on 59 occasions. In a central three, Owen placed Paul Scholes, Steven Gerrard, and Frank Lampard.

Scholes was debatably “marginalised on the left during the latter stage of his international career” according to BBC’s 2019 article, but still scored at Euro 2000 and 2004, as well as at the World Cup in 1998. Inside him, is Gerrard. Although the Liverpool man missed the 2002 World Cup through injury, he still went on become England’s fourth most-capped player. Interestingly, he didn’t lose in his first 21 games, and scored at two World Cups and a Euros. Lampard took nearly five years to cement himself in the England team – and then was virtually irreplaceable for a decade. Only 10 men have scored more goals for their country and nobody had scored more penalties than his nine, until Harry Kane bagged a whopping 22 and counting.
