Loose Women star and actress Nadia Sawalha has shared an honest video as she struggles to get into her jeans after the Christmas holidays.
The video features a slim model doing up her jeans before relaxing onto a leather armchair. Following this, viewers see 59-year-old Nadia in her bra as she wriggles and attempts to pull up her jeans, before eventually falling and collapsing onto a leather sofa.
Sharing the honest video to her Instagram, she captioned the clip: “Relate?” alongside laughing emojis with the hashtag “riots not diets”.
The star has been met with praise for her ‘relatable’ video after indulging over the Christmas break.
