ITV Loose Women ‘snubbed’ by Sir Keir Starmer as Kaye Adams calls out Labour leader on live TV

The Loose Women panel welcomed SNP leader Stephen Flynn this Wednesday, making him the latest politician to face their grilling, unlike Sir Keir Starmer, who Kaye Adams called out.

Kaye Adams has pointed out that Sir Keir Starmer snubbed her panel.

As the countdown to this Thursday’s (July 4) general election draws to a close, politicians have campaigned both on and off-screen to promote their parties.

Regular daytime TV viewers will also know that ITV’s Loose Women offered each candidate the opportunity to be heard by their audience, inviting the likes of Nigel Farage and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

This Wednesday (July 3), Stephen Flynn was the latest political figure to face the panel for another grilling about his ambitions and plans ahead of the General Election.

But as she ended the exchange with the Scottish National Party leader, Kaye made a shocking revelation – Labour candidate Sir Keir Starmer, who is hoping to take over No.10 after 14 years of Conservative leadership, had snubbed Loose Women.

“We did invite labour leader Sir Keir Starmer over for an interview as part of the series but he was not available”, Kaye informed, although the Labour leader agreed to appear on rival ITV show This Morning. Kaye added: “Just to say that Labour said ‘our plan for Britain is a fully credible plan to turn the country around after 14 years of conservatives.”

Politicians have to make one last push before Brits take to the polls this Thursday, which left Rishi Sunak to head to the This Morning set this Wednesday morning. The Prime Minister was confronted by Ben Shephard over his latest scandals but his response left viewers at home fuming.

“Aw bless poor Rishi, gearing himself up for a devastating loss tomorrow, pack yer bags hun”, one viewer commented, while another added: “I love that they had Rishi Sunak just sitting in the background while this lady was being interviewed! How awkward did he look!”

A third commented: “I think Rishi was a bit bewildered”, just as a fourth dreaded: “Oh no…not this clown Rishi Sunak”, and things only got worse when Rishi’s interview started as frustration reached another level.

One TV watcher penned: “Rishi Sunak is just a another clown your time is coming towards the end as uk prime minister.”

Another echoed: “Rishi walk away …. This is just desperate”, while one viewer branded him “weak”, writing: “Rishi Sunak not actually giving ANY reasons TO vote for the Conservatives. All he’s got it weak reasons NOT to vote for Labour. Weak, weak, weak.”

Another was displeased to see Rishi dodge accountability as he was confronted by Ben Shephard over his latest scandals: “Ben hitting #RishiSunak with a wet fish here about ‘integrity’, leaving the #DDay commemorations early and betting on the election. #RishiSunak swerves saying he’s trustworthy regardless. #ThisMorning Literally lies fall out of Rishi’s mouth like a leaky incontinence pad.”
