Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end, Travis Kelce, is not shy about expressing his appreciation for the support he receives from his superstar girlfriend, Taylor Swift. In a recent interview on The Pat McAfee Show, Kelce discussed how the couple navigates their relationship in the public eye.

“It’s a beautiful thing, isn’t it? Hopefully, everybody realizes we’re just two people supporting each other and having fun with it, man,” Kelce shared, emphasizing the simplicity and joy they find in their relationship.

Despite being under constant scrutiny, Kelce and Swift maintain a sense of privacy, focusing on enjoying their time together.

Kelce expressed his gratitude for Swift’s presence at Chiefs’ games throughout the season, acknowledging the challenges of her busy schedule.

“I love it when Taylor comes and supports me and enjoys the game with the fam and friends. It’s been nothing but a wonderful year, man,” Kelce said, reflecting on the positive experiences they’ve shared.

Travis acknowledged the criticisms from NFL purists regarding the coverage of Swift during games but emphasized their ability to brush off negativity. “We hear it but we hardly ever talk about it. Nothing to even talk about, nothing to really bring up,” he stated, dismissing hateful comments.

The beginning of their relationship was a crazy journey

Reflecting on the media frenzy surrounding their relationship, Kelce admitted that it was a “crazy, crazy ride” but mentioned that he is having fun with it. He joked about slowly winning over skeptics who may resist their public romance.

After the Chiefs’AFC Championship win, Swift joined Kelce on the field for celebrations, sharing sweet moments and kisses. The couple was also joined by Kelce’s parents and brother, Jason.

As the anticipation builds for Super Bowl LVIII on Feb. 11, the uncertainty remains about Swift’s attendance. Nevertheless, Kelce seems to be relishing the joy and excitement that their relationship has brought during the NFL season.
