Kanye West admitted to ‘blowing Donda school funds’ on $2m Paris trip as Yeezy staffers ‘weren’t paid,’ lawsuit claims

The plaintiff also claimed Kanye ‘flaunted nude photos’ of a female in front of his employees

KANYE West has been embroiled in a complex lawsuit with a former Donda Academy employee who has claimed the Yeezy founder was mismanaging the school’s funds.

Trevor Phillips, Kanye’s former employee, filed a lawsuit on April 2 suing the rapper for harassment, discrimination, a hostile work environment, and other complaints.

Amid the allegations, Trevor claims Kanye was using the Donda Academy students’ tuition for personal trips as the employees were not being compensated.

In October 2022, Adidas announced its decision to terminate its partnership with Kanye due to the rapper’s antisemitic remarks made on social media.

“Yeezy accounts were frozen and Phillips nor the other Yeezy members were being paid,” court documents obtained by The U.S. Sun claimed.

Trevor’s complaint alleged the accounts were frozen due to the fallout from Adidas withdrawing their support.

However, the former employee claimed Kanye’s financial woes did not stop there.

“Upon his return, Kanye gloated to Donda and Yeezy staff, admitting that he mismanaged the schools’ money,” the court documents alleged.

“Specifically, he told Phillips and other staff that he spent $2 million of the school budget on his trip to Paris,” the complaint continued.

“Phillips could not help but wonder if that money included the school children’s tuition,” the plaintiff claimed.

SHOCKING CLAIMS

Trevor’s claims against Kanye didn’t stop at alleged financial mismanagement.

The plaintiff claimed he had a particularly uncomfortable meeting with Kanye on December 2, 2022.

This meeting allegedly took place in a Nobu hotel room in Malibu, California just three days after Kanye finalized his divorce from his famous ex Kim Kardashian.

According to court documents, Kanye allegedly “Facetimed a female friend.”

“[Trevor] immediately recognized the female’s name because only a few weeks earlier, while at the Yeezy headquarters, Kanye had flaunted nude pictures of her to many of the staff members,” the complaint alleged.

“The female answered Kanye’s call and he commanded her, ‘Next time I see you, you better make sure you are wearing the lingerie and the shoes I got you,” Trevor claimed.

BAD NEWS

On Tuesday, TMZ broke the news that the plaintiff alleged Kanye flung around antisemitic, racist, and anti-LGBTQIA+ hate language in the same private conversation.

The outlet reported Kanye discussed “having a porn addiction” according to Trevor.

According to the court documents, Trevor was Kanye’s employee in 2022 and was hired to “increase cotton production” for Yeezy.

Trevor claimed his job soon started to involve more responsibilities at Donda Academy as it struggled due to Kanye’s antisemitic rants that occurred at the time.

Trevor alleged the rapper would often share his antisemitic opinions with the staff at the academy and around students.

In one instance, Kanye allegedly said offensive phrases in front of two students and reportedly threatened to shave their heads and put students in cages.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kanye’s rep for comment.
