Brittany Mahomes was understandably thrilled that her husband, Patrick Mahomes, and his Kansas City Chiefs team managed to reach the Super Bowl by beating the Baltimore Ravens, but she has angered plenty of Ravens fans with how she celebrated the triumph.

Mahomes is incredibly active on social media and can often find herself receiving flak from fans of the teams that her husband has managed to beat, so it won’t be a new experience for her.

Taylor Swift Tells Travis Kelce ‘I Don’t Give a F***’ After On-Camera Kiss

There were wild celebrations for the chiefs and Mahomes was documenting it all on social media, as you would expect.

She decided to play into the fact that many thought the Chiefs would be beaten by the Ravens in this AFC Championship game, and she hit back at the doubters by captioning her post: “We went there. We won. Anyone have anything else to say? See y’all in Vegas.”

Chiefs celebrations

There were plenty of Instagram Stories from Mahomes celebrating during the thrilling match, which would have been great for the Chiefs fans, and annoying for the Ravens fans.

She also shared a video of her husband smoking a cigar after the game had ended, so he was clearly thrilled with what he did on the field.

Naturally, Taylor Swift was also in attendance so that she could cheer on Travis Kelce. There were plenty of videos that showed the two celebrating together in the VIP seats.

Some fans have decided that they already know the Chiefs will beat the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl, because it is the 13th Chiefs game that Swift is set to attend.

It is a number that has become synonymous with Swift‘s career and her life in general, so in this instance, it might be a lucky omen.
