Meghan Markle’s Heartbreaking Description of Miscarriage Resurfaces

Meghan Markle describing her miscarriage during an emotional segment of her Netflix documentary has resurfaced on TikTok.

The Duchess of Sussex described how she lost a pregnancy the day after she and Prince Harry moved into their $14.7 million mansion in Montecito, California, in July 2020.

The heartbreaking moment from their docuseries Harry & Meghan, which aired in December 2022, resurfaced on TikTok, where it was liked almost 100,000 times and viewed 875,000 times.

Meghan said: “I was pregnant. I really wasn’t sleeping. The first morning when we woke up in our new home is when I miscarried.”

Abigail Spencer, who starred alongside Meghan in Suits, also gave an interview for the documentary and said: “I’m driving up like, ‘We’re gonna unpack, we’re gonna get settled.’

“And Meg is standing outside waiting for me and I can tell something’s off. And she’s showing me the new home so it’s very mixed emotions. ‘Here’s our new home,’ but she’s like, ‘I’m having a lot of pain.’ She was holding Archie and she just fell to the ground.”

Meghan described the tragic experience in an essay for The New York Times in November 2020, four months after losing the pregnancy.

She wrote: “I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second. Hours later, I lay in a hospital bed, holding my husband’s hand. I felt the clamminess of his palm and kissed his knuckles, wet from both our tears.

“Staring at the cold white walls, my eyes glazed over. I tried to imagine how we’d heal.”

“Sitting in a hospital bed,” she continued, “watching my husband’s heart break as he tried to hold the shattered pieces of mine, I realized that the only way to begin to heal is to first ask, ‘Are you OK?’”

In the Netflix documentary Harry said he believed the miscarriage was linked to stress from a privacy lawsuit Meghan was at the time fighting against The Mail on Sunday over a private letter she sent her father, though official medical advice states that stress does not create an increased risk of miscarriage.

Days earlier, the newspaper’s lawyers had pushed for the publication of the names of five of Meghan’s friends who gave anonymous interviews to People defending her.

Harry said: “I believe my wife suffered a miscarriage because of what The Mail did. I watched the whole thing.

“Now, do we absolutely know that the miscarriage was created, caused by that? Course we don’t. But bearing in mind the stress that that caused, the lack of sleep, and the timing of the pregnancy, how many weeks in she was, I can say from what I saw, that miscarriage was created by what they were trying to do to her.”

Newsweek asked the Mail for comment by email.

The website for Britain’s National Health Service states: “An increased risk of miscarriage is not linked to your emotional state during pregnancy, such as being stressed or depressed.”

Meghan wrote in her New York Times essay: “Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few. In the pain of our loss, my husband and I discovered that in a room of 100 women, 10 to 20 of them will have suffered from miscarriage.

“Yet despite the staggering commonality of this pain, the conversation remains taboo, riddled with (unwarranted) shame, and perpetuating a cycle of solitary mourning.

“Some have bravely shared their stories; they have opened the door, knowing that when one person speaks truth, it gives license for all of us to do the same.”

Prince Harry regrets watching Meghan Markle’s ‘love scenes’ in ‘Suits’: ‘Didn’t need to see such things live’

Prince Harry admitted having regrets watching wife Meghan Markle’s sex scenes from her show “Suits.”

The 38-year-old Duke of Sussex shared in his upcoming memoir “Spare” that he made “the mistake of Googling and watching some of her love scenes online” when he first began dating Markle, 41.

“I’d witnessed her and a castmate mauling each other in some sort of office or conference room,” Harry wrote in the memoir, according to Page Six.

“I didn’t need to see such things live.”

Harry joked that he needed “electric shock therapy” to stop thinking about the former actress’s steamy scenes.

Prior to marrying Harry in May 2018, the Duchess of Sussex starred in the USA series for seven seasons from June 2011 to April 2018.

She played attorney Rachel Zane while Patrick J. Adams portrayed her love interest and eventual husband Mike Ross.

Meghan Markle was married to producer Trevor Engelson from 2011 to 2014. In 2016, Adams married actress Troian Bellisario, who he had been dating since 2010. Adams and the “Pretty Little Liars” alum were in attendance at Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding at St. George’s chapel in London.

In his memoir, Harry also described how his brother Prince William and William’s wife Kate Middleton reacted when he revealed he was dating Markle. The two were first romantically linked in the summer of 2016.

Harry wrote that he was taken aback when the 40-year-old Prince of Wales allegedly told him to “f— off,” per Page Six.

“I was baffled, until Willy and Kate explained that they were regular — nay, religious — viewers of ‘Suits,’” he claimed.

Harry added that he didn’t anticipate that his older brother and sister-in-law would “barrage” him with questions about the actress.

“All this time I’d thought Willy and Kate might not welcome Meg into the family, but now I had to worry about them hounding her for an autograph,” he wrote.

The brothers’ formerly close relationship has been strained since Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from their royal roles in 2020. In his memoir, Harry reportedly also alleges that William physically attacked him during an argument about Markle.

Breaking news: Meghan Markle’s Pregnancies and Children Unraveled…

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were reportedly devastated when they heard that the royal family was making new plans without them.

However, the general public seems genuinely elated about it. Supposedly, Prince Harry is furious because the royal family has been developing new succession plans without informing him. It has been revealed that succession planning started after the King was diagnosed with cancer. However, Prince Harry and Megan Markle were apparently left out of these plans.

Harry always believed he was only essential as a prince fulfilling his duties. However, when he married an American divorcee, he may have lost some of that importance by following a different path. Harry and Megan voluntarily stepped down as working royals four years ago, and they haven’t had a good relationship with the family since then.

In my opinion, it might be beneficial if Charles vacates his post, although I sincerely hope he recovers from his cancer and lives a long life. However, we must also consider the logistical situation. Therefore, it may be time to pass the realm to William, leaving Harry out in the cold
Furthermore, William should be mature enough to make it clear to Harry that he will never regain his former status. It’s possible that Harry should be removed from the list of counselors of State. This should be taken into consideration when the monarchy evaluates who will succeed William.

The truth is, Harry should have been removed from this list a long time ago. Keeping him on it only gives him false hope of reconciliation with the family. He has no right to participate in the planning process, especially since he is no longer in the line of succession.

I personally hope Harry remains in exile forever, and I believe that’s what Prince William will ensure once he takes the throne. It brings me a sense of satisfaction to see Harry angry about this situation. It’s exactly what he deserves as a consequence of his actions.

Prince harry ready to take over the throne as king Charles revealed Williams is not his biological son… Williams in deep sh*t..

Prince William is reportedly already planning for his future reign as king, and it seems that those plans don’t involve his estranged brother Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The two brothers have been locked in a bitter feud for several years now.

One of the major points of contention between them was the publication of Harry’s explosive memoir, Spare, in which he claimed that William physically attacked him during a heated argument at Kensington Palace. Harry and Meghan have since stepped back from their royal roles and now live in California, pursuing projects with Netflix.

If Prince William’s plan for Harry and Meghan is anything like his plan to end homelessness or his plan to make the Middle East his ‘lifelong mission’ (whatever the that means), the Sussexes needn’t be concerned. The #PrinceOfPegging has no work ethic. Never has, never will.

A source revealed that William doesn’t see a future for the Sussexes in the Royal Family. The feeling is that allowing them back into the fold would be a bad move, and they should be resigned to the fringes indefinitely.

Despite the ongoing feud, the Royal Family recently put on a united front. King Charles, the Queen, William, and Kate attended a dazzling reception at Buckingham Palace, marking the start of the festive season.

Royal aides emphasized that it was “business as usual” for the family, despite a recent controversy regarding conversations about the color of Harry and Meghan’s son Archie’s skin

Prince Harry shared a touching gesture to wounded soldiers at the ESPYs on Thursday.

The Duke of Sussex, 39, accepted the Pat Tillman Award for Service at the recent event. The special award is presented to an individual who has used their connection to the spring industry to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Harry’s latest award is named after the NFL player and American army Ranger, Pat Tillman.

Harry who in 2020 stepped down as a senior working royal was presented the award for his contributions to the veteran community with the Invictus Games, which he founded in 2014. The Afghanistan veteran created the competition for soldiers who had been left wounded, injured and sick after serving in the military.

During his outing, Harry was joined by his wife, Meghan Markle, 42, who proudly sat alongside her husband. But while Harry stood on stage to accept his award at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, Meghan beamed from ear to ear as she stood up and applauded him during his speech.

“You need to be with me,” he said, as he insisted that the Invictus Athletes stayed on stage with him. Speaking on stage, the Duke said: “The truth is, I stand here not as Prince Harry, Pat Tillman Award recipient, but rather a voice on behalf of the Invictus Games Foundation and the thousands of veterans and service personnel from over 20 nations who have made the Invictus Games a reality.

“This award belongs to them, not me. That said, it is of great importance to me to highlight these allies, athletes and their amazing families for their achievements, their spirit, and their courage at every opportunity, especially on nights like this, in front of people like you. Moments like these help us reach those that need Invictus the most and reduce the more than 20 veterans a day taking their own lives, in this country alone.”

This year, the Invictus Games celebrates its tenth anniversary, with Harry stating that although a lot of progress has been made, there is still a long way to go. “We live in an age marked by polarization and division,” he said. He went on to add: “Conflicts rage around the globe. Anger and resentment towards those who are different seem to pervade societies everywhere.”

The King’s son also made reference to his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales during his acceptance speech. He expressed his “deepest gratitude” to those at the Pat Tillman Foundation which is led by Marie Tillman Shelton. “I’d also like to acknowledge the Tillman family, especially Mrs. Mary Tillman, Pat’s mother,” Harry said.

Dad-of-two Harry continued: “Her advocacy for Pat’s legacy is deeply personal and one that I respect. The bond between a mother and son is eternal and transcends even the greatest losses.” Harry was just 12 when his mother died after a horrific car crash while in Paris with her boyfriend Dodi Fayed.

Prince Harry mocked by celeb pal after Meghan Markle let slip his private nickname

Meghan Markle once revealed what she calls her husband Prince Harry when he is at home during an appearance on American TV – much to the delight of TV host James Corden who mocked the prince

We all know them as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle – or the more formal Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

But it seems when they are in the privacy of their own home, the couple have very different names for each other. Meghan once let slip the other moniker she sometimes uses for her husband – and it saw him get mocked by one of his celebrity friends.

It came in 2021 when Harry appeared on an episode of the Late Late Show with James Corden and the pair took a bus tour around LA. At one point, James video calls Meghan and she spots Harry in the background and asks him: “Haz, how is your tour of LA going?”, revealing his nickname.

Later James, a pal of Harry’s, mocked: “Haz! I didn’t know we were calling you Haz!” cried Corden. To which Harry quipped: “Well you aren’t my wife.”

It’s not the only time Meghan has referred to Harry by a nickname. She also used it during an appearance on The Ellen Show, when she began to discuss the amazing bond between her children and revealed her nickname for Harry. She said: “He [Archie] loves being a big brother. Everyone tells you, someone told H and I, you have one kid as a hobby, two children is parenting.”

And then in his autobiography Spare, Harry revealed the nicknames he and brother William use for each other. Throughout the book, he refers to his older brother as Willy with William calling his younger sibling Harold. Prince Harry’s real name is rarely used and his surname even less so.

His full title is Prince Henry Charles Albert David, Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton, Baron Kilkeel, formerly Prince Harry of Wales. When Harry served in the army, he was known as Harry Wales, and even gave his son Archie a middle name after himself; Harry’s son – Harrison.

Meanwhile, similar to Harry, Meghan’s real first name is also not Meghan. When she was born, she was officially called Rachel Meghan but has used her middle name, which her parents have called her since birth. All of her friends call her Meghan, with many also referring to her as Megs in interviews. But ironically Rachel was the name of her popular character in her hit legal drama Suits.

Meghan and Harry’s children got new surname when couple abandoned 64-year royal tradition

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle changed their kids’ names on their royal website – ending a 64-year – old royal naming tradition.

Meghan and Harry with children Archie and Lillibet

The couple hit headlines when they launched their new site sussex.com and fans saw little Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie’s names get a makeover too. Instead of being known as Mountbatten-Windsors, Archie and Lilibet took the surname Sussex following King Charles’ Coronation. The new look website replaced their old Archwell site.

The surname Mountbatten-Windsor was decreed by the Privy Counsel – the official advisors to the late Queen Elizabeth II – in 1960 and applied to male-line descendants of Her Majesty and Prince Philip. A source told The Times : “The reality behind the new site is very simple — it’s a hub for the work the Sussexes do and it reflects the fact the family have, since the King’s coronation, the same surname for the first time. That’s a big deal for any family. It represents their unification and it’s a proud moment.”

Meghan and Harry’s decision to use their children’s royal titles on their website was branded as “surprising” at the time. It divided fan and sparked a royal row accusing them of boasting of their links to the Royal Family. The main homepage welcomes visitors to the site of “The Office of Prince Harry & Meghan, The Duke & Duchess of Sussex” and features a special coat of arms designed for Meghan. The site also has detailed bios for each of the couple.

Harry’s reads: “Prince Harry lives in California with his wife Meghan, and their two children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.” While Meghan’s says: “Meghan lives in California with her husband and their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.” And according to a royal source, mentioning their children by referring to them as Prince and Princess has caused ‘surprise’.

Archie, five, and three-year-old Lilibet weren’t given prince/princess or HRH titles at birth as they were not at the time grandchildren of the monarch. When Charles became King in September 2022, Archie and Lilibet became the grandchildren of a Monarch which changed their status. It was then revealed last March, when Lilibet was christened, that the children would be given Prince and Princess titles.

Loose Women took an awkward turn on Tuesday as Coleen Nolan made a cheeky Ruth Langsford Christmas outfit dig.

During the latest episode, the panellists were discussing the subject: “Are older people portrayed unfairly on TV?” to which Coleen, 58, said: “Well, when I turned 50… I instantly felt invisible and even now, I feel I have to…”

uth, 63, was quick to interject as she joked: “What, in that jacket? Even in that jacket?” to which Coleen, who was wearing a green blazer, said: “Well that’s why I’m wearing it! At least I don’t look like a Brillo pad!”

Ruth, who was wearing a silver sparkly outfit, saw the funny side as she exclaimed: “Touché, touché!” Janet Street-Porter then got involved, saying: “That’s because before we came on air, I said that Ruth’s skirt reminded me of the great new scourer I got for three-for-one at the supermarket!”

Standing up to show off her outfit in full, Ruth joked: “That’s what I have to put up with, people! Yes, it’s bullying in the workplace!” However, things then took a nicer turn as Janet, 76, added: “But honestly, Ruth, your outfit proves you can wear anything because it looks great!”

Coleen then made another cheeky remark about scouring pads to which Ruth jokingly warned: “You’re in trouble today, we will have to take a break now, I’ll be having words with them!” It’s been a busy week for Coleen as she was hilariously left gobsmacked on Monday’s Good Morning Britain as she was grilled about The Real Full Monty: Jingle Balls.

The powerful show sees Coleen and Ashley Banjo take on a new troupe of celebrities as they prepare to bare all on stage during a group dance to raise awareness of important cancer checks. This year, Julia Bradbury, Sherrie Hewson, Gemma Collins, Vanessa Bauer, Victoria Ekanoye, Paul Burrell, Ashley Cain, Ben Cohen, Ella Vaday and Pete Wicks join the line-up as they each share their personal reasons for wanting to raise awareness of cancer.

On Monday’s GMB, Coleen said: “It’s to raise awareness and you hope that’s what it is doing. But every year we get messages after the show to say, ‘while we were watching, I checked myself, I went to the doctors and it was or it wasn’t’. It just reminds people to check themselves all the time!”

Host, Ed Balls, then cheekily asked: “And are you always surprised by what you see?,” to which Coleen replied: “What do you mean? During the show? I mean, I try not to look!

You know what, it’s funny because I’ve done it so much now but that moment in the show I still dread every single year. I still only do it, in that moment. I don’t do it any other time apart from the show.”

Ed then asked: “Do you look away?,” to which Coleen replied: “It’s not that I look away, I’ve just never looked! I’ve never actually looked! People go: ‘Oh, so you know, what’s Ashley like?’ and I go: ‘I don’t know, I’ve never looked! It’s just not a thing I do!’ I swear to God I don’t, I really really don’t.”

Meghan Markle ‘wants answers’ from King Charles amid ‘confusion’, says royal expert

The Duchess Of Sussex Meghan Markle has reportedly attempted to have a meeting scheduled with King Charles III so she can challenge him on the rules she has to follow as a former Royal

Meghan Markle reportedly “wants answers” from King Charles about use of her royal title an expert has claimed.

Royal commentator Neil Sean has made claims that both Meghan and Prince Harry “don’t understand why” they have been subjected to different rules to other members of the Royal Family despite stepping away from their official duties nearly four years ago. The couple’s bid to also become financially independent from the Royals saw them sign multimillion-dollar contracts with Netflix and Spotify.

But now according to Neil, Meghan has questions she wants the King to answer and has allegedly even tried to arrange a meeting with him to discuss key issues she has found prominent since she joined the family. Speaking on his YouTube channel he said: ” Meghan Markle wants some answers from His Majesty the King. She tried to set up a meeting with him, she sent him a letter and wanted a one to one to explain exactly the problems she’s encountered ever since becoming a member of the British monarchy.”

He continued: “The thing that really riles Meghan is that Fergie pops up on things like the ITV daytime show This Morning, Loose Women and billing herself as the Duchess of York, selling books and possibly doing adverts all under the Royal Family. Meghan and Harry seemingly don’t understand why it’s a different rule for her.”

Neil’s dialogue comes after reports Meghan allegedly has plans to write a book about her life much the same as her mother-in-law Princess Diana did when she released Diana: Her True Story in Her Own Words. The novel would be expected to not only cover her glamorous life in Hollywood but also her time spent in the Royal Family and details of all of the arguments and drama.

The book is rumoured to be part of the four-book deal she and Harry signed with publishers Penguin Random House. The same deal saw Harry release his hard-hitting memoir Spare at the start of 2023. The couple are also expected to release a ‘wellness’ offering.

A Hollywood agent told The Mail on Sunday: “I would find it surprising if Meghan didn’t publish her own story, to be honest. Spare is clearly Prince Harry’s chance to tell his, but hers is equally compelling. I mean, how many actresses end up marrying a Prince? If she’s harbouring political ambitions it would make even more sense.”

  • How Prince Harry’s Birth Was the Moment Charles and Diana ‘Went Bang’

How Prince Harry’s Birth Was the Moment Charles and Diana ‘Went Bang’

Princess Diana described Prince Harry’s birth as the moment her marriage “went down the drain”—while an authorized biography of King Charles III said that at that time he cut off friends his wife believed were “conspiring against her.”

Charles and Diana’s perspectives both appear to frame the period around the Duke of Sussex’s birth as a pivotal moment during which relations broke down, but their accounts of how it happened were markedly different.

The princess described the pair as being “very, very close” in the weeks before the birth, while the marriage collapsed afterwards. But she had been suspicious that Charles was secretly in love with Camilla, now the Queen Consort, since before her wedding.

Meanwhile, a 1994 book that the king gave interviews for, said Charles struggled to cope with Diana’s “swings of mood” and ostracized friends in an effort to placate her.

The comparison, including both the similarities and differences, provides key insight into one of the most talked about eras of Charles’ life as he prepares for his coronation on May 6.

The collapse of Diana and Charles’ marriage has been thrown back into the spotlight in recent years through a series of dramatizations, including the Netflix series The Crown.

Prince Harry has also made frequent references to his mother’s experiences in explaining his own feelings about the monarchy, telling Apple TV series The Me You Can’t See: “I’ve got a hell of a lot of my mum in me.”

Most of all, though, for many in Britain and America Diana is still the prism through which Charles and Camilla’s relationship is perceived even as they approach their coronation as King and Queen Consort.

Princess Diana’s Account to Andrew Morton

Princess Diana described her struggles with bulimia, her suspicions about Camilla and the collapse of her marriage in tapes she secretly recorded for biographer Andrew Morten’s 1992 book Diana: Her True Story.

At the time, her involvement was kept secret, but later editions published after her death included the full transcript of her comments.

Diana told Morton: “Then between William and Harry being born it is total darkness. I can’t remember much, I’ve blotted it out, it was such pain. However, Harry appeared by a miracle.

“We were very, very close to each other the six weeks before Harry was born, the closest we’ve ever, ever been and ever will be.

“Then suddenly as Harry was born it just went bang, our marriage, the whole thing went down the drain.”

Prince Harry was born in September 1984, three years after their wedding at St Paul’s Cathedral, in July, 1981.

The princess didn’t go into specifics, but did say she at one stage spoke to the queen, who suggested her bulimia was the cause of the problems in her relationship, while Diana felt it was instead a symptom.

King Charles III’s Perspective in 1994 Book

Two years after Diana: Her True Story, Charles’ perspective on the marriage came out via the authorized book The Prince of Wales: A Biography, by the journalist Jonathan Dimbleby. It was based on interviews with the prince and his friends, as well as his archive of letters and diaries, which Charles granted access to.

“While she was pregnant with Prince Harry and for six months after his birth,” Dimbleby wrote, “the Princess made no further official visits abroad, preferring to stay at home with her very small children.

“For much of the time they lived within the shell of a normal marriage, though they still lacked the intimacy and mutual understanding without which the relationship could not grow.

“As they shared no common interests there was little to talk about except the mundane arrangements that are necessary when two people share the same roof.

“The Princess had dispensed with the services of her psychiatrist, saying that she was better. However, her swings of mood continued, and there were periods of distress that were exhausting to both of them.”

The account appears to alight on the same general time period as a moment of schism between them, however, the book conveys none of Diana’s sense that there had been a period of intense closeness leading up to the birth.

By contrast, Charles appeared to feel that he was pressured to cut off friends and close confidantes who Diana did not trust and the book conveys a sense that the king and those around him felt the princess was not acting rationally.

“At these times,” Dimbleby wrote, “the Princess still appeared to believe not only that the Prince’s friends were conspiring against her, but that their very presence in her life was corroding their marriage.

“She clearly believed that a number of his oldest friends and advisers including distinguished figures in public life, were, as she put it, ‘oilers,’ sycophants whose influence on his judgement was malign.

“One by one, friends who in some cases he had known since childhood found themselves suddenly expelled.

“From a mixture of embarrassment and loyalty to his wife, the prince evidently could not bring himself to explain his action to them, with the result that they discovered what was happening only when the phone calls stopped, the letters ceased to flow and the invitations to Highgrove and Balmoral failed to arrive.”

According to the book, friends including Nicholas Soames, grandson to wartime British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, were hurt “more deeply than they at the time would admit.”

“Apparently in the hope of securing his wife’s peace of mind,” the biography read, “the Prince was even known to have surrendered his labrador, Harvey, at the Princess’ insistence, but for no reason that anyone could fathom.

“It was to no avail: though they both still tried and though there were interludes of happiness, neither of them was able to reach across the gulf that separated them.”

    Aftermath of the Two Biographies

After Morton’s book came out, Charles and Diana separated in 1992 during what Queen Elizabeth II would later describe as her “annus horribilis,” or horrible year.

Dimbleby’s 1994 book came together with a TV interview the same year in which Charles admitted on camera that he had cheated on Diana with Camilla, though he said he had been faithful “until it became irretrievably broken down, us both having tried.”

Then in 1995, Diana agreed to her own sit down interview with BBC Panorama in which she famously said: “There were three of us in this marriage so it was a bit crowded.”

The couple formally divorced in 1996, a year before the princess died in a Paris car crash in August 1997.
